Chicken patty received was so small that it didn't even cover half the inside of the sandwich. They said that they couldn't fix that they just come that way I think it's slice it to where it would cover the whole thing I would not, and they said they weren't allowed. But then we noticed that it was cut in half long ways and probably used for another sandwich.There was another person online that returned their entire order because it was poorly made and there were people in the lobby complaining. Alwasy messing up the orders. Don't order from grub hub they add extra fees on each item. Farmer boys will tell you to use their app and not the website. Overcharges and wrong orders lol just order from perkos, more food and better price.

Horrible service, ordered 2 fries, a burger, and a sandwich for almost 40 dollars only to receive 1 ranch and 1 honey mustard that I had to ask for after it wasn’t included in the bag when I ordered it. Yosemite was my cashier at the window. It was even on the receipt, im so glad that I checked my bag before driving off. They used to give out a decent amount sauces before, they didn’t even have the decency to cut my sandwich in half. I’m extremely disappointed with how the service is every time I come in the morning.

After going here for 10 years this is what I’ve noticed: Orders are never ever right and the food is totally overpriced for the quality. Today, my daughter and my wife went inside and ordered food. After ordering, they noticed that the cook was standing on top of the grill, and the other cook was filming him on his phone. They then proceeded to cook food with the same gloves that they were holding the phone with. When their food finally came out, my wife’s order was wrong, and when she told the server that her order was wrong, she didn’t apologize or say one word she aggressively snatched my daughter and my wife’s food up and threw it in the garbage can. There was nothing with my daughter’s food, and if she would have used her words and spoken, she would’ve realized it was unnecessary to waste that food. The manager asked the reason for the refund and my wife explained that the order was not correct. After my wife, talked to the manager, the aggressive server came up right in front of my wife and asked the manager. “What did she say?” After this experience, we will never be returning to This establishment. We will also be contacting the state Health department to report that the cooks were standing on the grill and filming each other with their phones And then cooking people’s food.

I would recommend driving the distance to another farmers boys than supporting this store, horrible customer service as I was the only one in line and waited over 10 minutes for her to clear out the drive thru before acknowledged by staff and finally greeted with an attitude I ordered a salad, it didn’t take long for it to come out but it definitely wasn’t the same as you received from other locations.. half thrown together and missing ingredients.. I went back in to ask for the missing egg and was given half an egg with an attitude.. I wouldn’t waste my money at this location, gives a very bad reputation to such a great franchise

Terrible food Terrible environment No one keeps up with cleaning. Poor Management. Jazzmine is for sure the worst manager along with Brandon. Mice and cockroaches everywhere every morning you turn on the fryers at least 5 mice run. Cold lines never stay cold they don't care what kind of food they sell as long as it looks okay. Eat at your own risk I'd never eat there for sure.
