Mc D has become more of just a convenient food than anything. Not cause it's cheaper, but because it has prime locations. This was my meal received today.

Two stars is VERY generous! Unfortunately, my kids, love McDonald’s and we live close so I order them this every once in a while. The last couple of times I ordered for them I got myself a burger and let me tell you the quality is absolutely terrible. The buns are squashed flat, burger is just completely thrown together, food is usually cold , barely warm at best, has terrible presentation, and the taste isn’t even as good as it used to be. On top of that if we go in there we are left to try using a kiosk that never allows you to order properly or make adjustments and the staff is rude and not willing to help. Sliding downhill McDonald’s. If I wonder this franchise location, I’d be embarrassed to put my name on it. In-N-Out Burger is coming Soon and will just be a 5 minute drive further for a great meal at a better price than McDonald’s, we will always get fresh made food, quality, value, and excellent customer service. Ray Kroc is probably rolling over in his grave, RIP Ray, not what you built for sure!

Been going here for years now. Started out pretty good but has declined every year. The most frustrating part is how the drink prices continue to get higher, but when I get home one of the drinks is always wrong. It’s also crazy that it’s no longer fast food. I’ve waited for food 10-15 minutes several times.

The worst service I've ever had anywhere! There was literally no service! Several times numerous employees including the manager on duty looked at us at the cash register but never greeted us or came to the register, not once! We ended up leaving without any service at all. It was about about 5:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon at the Riverbank McDonald's near Modesto.The dining room had one big family with a lot of children playing in the play area and the drive-thru had a lot of cars. All 10 employees were totally focused all on the drive-thru. Next time they need to focus some attention on their other customers inside their dining room! Shame on the dining room cashier. I understand helping out your crewmates but not at the Jeopardy of your other patrons and your own position.They were so bad they won't get a second chance from me!🤬

Called this place 20 times and goes straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail never got back to Me. Messed up my entire order.

Yet another McDonalds. Terrible service. Clueless staff who wants nothing to do with helping delivery drivers picking up the orders for their customers.

Just ordered food from here. MISTAKE!! Make sure you check your food and good luck getting it!!! I sent my son here for lunch for the family (1:30 pm on a Sunday). He went through the drive thru. They had him pull around front to wait for the food. All the numbered drive thru parking was taken by customers who were NOT waiting for food from the drive thru. So he had to park in an unmarked spot near it. After 15 minutes of waiting and no one coming out my son had to go inside to find out where the food was! When he walked in they then started bagging the order. After a total of about 25-30 mins he was finally handed the order. He came home only to find half the order was missing plus we had a fille-o-fish that we never ordered. I then called and spoke to whom I believe was a mgr? She stated she had not been up at the front with the employees but that she was going to talk to them and have the order remade (I believe she also said she would refund but not 100% on that for transparency. But if she did, that did not happen and Im fine with that I was not looking for free food, I only wanted what I paid for) I requested the order be ready since at this point my son had invested over a half hour of time for a "fast food" place down the street. She requested his name which I gave to her. She asked when he would be arriving, I told her 5 mins and she stated it would be ready. When he got there with the orginal incorrect food handed to us (since they were replacing the order) they again did not have the order ready. The person my son talked to for corrected order turned around and requested the three 10 piece nuggets we were missing and that was it! SMH! At this point we gave up. Thanks for the cold stale food plus the inconvenience and headache from all the issues McDonald's!!! We will not be returning to this McDonald's. Again, check your food and good luck with the service if you happen to come to Riverbank!

The workers were extremely rude and had an attitude. When I just asked the drive through worker for a ketchup and got annoyed and rolled her eyes. They also messed up my order and were annoyed when I requested my order to be corrected. Not to mention my fries were salty and they barely filled the fries, basically ordered a large and got a size medium instead. Very disappointed.

I was here in riverbank McDonalds like around 3:50 pm when they serve me some mc Crispy Chicken Tender four and they were thawed out they gave to me like that it gave some bad taste in my mouth I am going take them back I talked to Manager their Faith and she didn’t understand what was going on maybe they gave food that were not supposed to be served I had one worst experience there like going their in 15 years

THE CHICKEN NUGGETS ARE ALWAYS STALE DRY AND COLD. I may not know everything but ONE THING I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON is THIS MC DONALDS CHICKEN NUGGETS WILL BE OLD AND STALE. ☹️ Update. This is an insane amount of ice. 😡
