Opinions de Taco Bell Oakhurst
Good food, and there was a lovely worker there name Grace. She was so polite, helpful and kind. I have never met such a pleasant worker. Taco Bell needs to giver a Bonus!
Had a special plate and they made it awesome and did not gyp me..I appreciate that very much! They take 1st place for taco bells ever!
The inside has been remodeled and staff are cheerful, pleasant and professional.... Dining room and bathroom were both clean! Really enjoyed a quick lunch.
My girlfriend and I stopped here on the way home from Yosemite. The food was excellent. We purchase more items than any healthy adults should ever purchase at a Taco Bell and every item had a wonderful amount of meat. The person at the register was very friendly and enthusiastic. We would definitely stop here again.
Went to get a bell breakfast box this morning with customizations. Everything came out correct, in a quick and timely manner, and most of all the staff was extremely polite, sweet and made my day :) thank you to all that worked the morning of 12/28/23 you guys are amazing!
For a Taco Bell they are pretty good. The food is what you expect. It's a plus that the manager isn't trying to cut food costs. The items I ordered were what I expected, and wasn't lacking.
I went through drive thru right before closing after a night at the bar with friends. Ordered the nachos party pack. Now this thing is huge. I appreciate the associates that helped us out back then. I would have done a survey on the receipt, but I was on vacation and got too distracted. Good people.
I really love this place, it's good for vegans but make sure you check your bag to see if you have all your food in it, and I always hate it when they put cheese sometimes on my burritos but don't worry you tell them can you please make me another one and they'll do it. They're really sweet!
I first ate at this Taco Bell in October 2014 because it was the only place open in Oakhurst at that time of night. Due to an odd coincidence, I now feel compelled to stop here whenever I am in town Last night was my first visit in 10 years. Thankfully, Double Decker tacos are back on the menu!
I Order burritos that I like and I change the ingredients to my liking and every time that I have ordered, not 1 time did any of the FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES SAY, we can't do that!. They always have accommodated me and I am truly thankful for that. Other fast food chains should take a look at this establishment and learn what customer service is all about. Thank you TACO BELL for being fast friendly and down to earth WONDERFUL
Customer service was very great, the lady who answered the phone was very kind and understanding when we called to complain about and issue with the bathroom.
I was there last night and the young man who took my order and my money was one of the most polite and respectful young man. And he made me feel like he liked his job and enjoyed helping me..I work retail so I appreciate his enthusiasm and just his all around attitude.
Food was amazing and the place was actually super clean bathrooms were clean and stocked friendly staff actually total transformation from the last time I was in the which was a while ago
Fast good food and very Efficient
This Taco Bell was the best I’ve ever been too, all thanks to Robert, the way his eyes glistened, and his smile shined just made the experience so amazing, he made sure my order had everything correct and he gave me the perfect amount of sauce. He made sure to tell me that he ran out of chicken so he hooked me up with some fresh stuff. It made my experience blowing up the next door stores bathroom so much more pleasant. Thanks Robert
Order at kiosk for best results, or at cash register
Staff inside was awesome... Waited over 15 minutes... Cashier noticed and gave my son and I a full refund... And included a twist .. We left very happy... It was definitely more than I expected... Thank you
Really an excellent place, good to great atmosphere! In terms of Mexican food, this is approaching the pinnacle! And for only a smidgen of the price! I myself ordered two “Soft taco Supreme”s! And man oh man, what a treat huh? The other “”Mexican”” places I have patronized have been much more expensive, and I personally like to keep it “fresh n frugal” save dat chedda I say! All and all I can’t recommend it enough, would recommend, even if you don’t speak the Spanish it’s still good!
I needed food for 15 construction workers immediately and this crew made it happen… HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 ⭐️
Whoever was working at this Taco Bell last night, some respect needs to be put on their name and they deserve a raise. Because it was straight up the best Taco Bell me and my boyfriend had had in a while. The night before hand we had gone to the McDonald’s near by and it was so bad it literally made me cry after a long day just wanting some decent food. This Taco Bell was not only fast with lots of people in the drive-through, but the workers were friendly, and the food was fire. 10/10
it is always a borderline life-event when I find myself at this taco bell. Savage rolling through the parking lot all week? Looks like you've earned yourself a burrito there, Fireman! Diahrrea-maxxing in a prolonged fugue state? DEFY conventional norms by plugging me up! I cut my hair. Spending all the money in the world? lunch is on me... us. and there's ALWAYS lovely moms inside! till the inevitable next time- hail to the Bell, baby🤎
It's a taco bell. What else can I say. Its clean inside.
Most of the time you can get food very quickly here. The employees are usually friendly. That being said, there has been a few times in the past where there was some errors with my order or the staff were a little rude.
It was great customer service! Food was delicious! Plan on coming back!
Good customer service nice people at the Oakhurst location, but unfortunately the taste and quality of the food has gone down hill. They get rid of favorites of people who have been eating Taco Bell for years ( 32 years ). I guess thats why it's "fast food" not efficient food...
I don't know who hires the young people who work the drive thru window but they do an excellent job! Those people are always so polite and helpful and always make sure I get my "young lady discount" (thought that was so cute). Kudos to the hiring management for Taco Bell in Oakhurst CA!
The food is always what you would expect from Taco Bell. I've had mixed results with service here. Depending on who works there, you might be able to get a large cup of water for free. Other people will charge you a dollar in "sour cream" just because you want a large cup of water. I'm not some oversized behemoth, but I do require a lot of water. A little 8 oz cup doesn't amount to much when I'm trying to enjoy my food. I have a love-hate relationship with the atmosphere there now, hence the three stars. As with most corporations, "cutbacks" is a CEO's favorite word. It's very sleek and modern, and with the right friends, it can become a very awesome spot to chill inside. It feels so clean and fresh. The lack of workers and a second physical cash register (self-serve kiosks don't count: congratulations to the corporation for finding ways to eliminate jobs) takes away so much life from the updated look. Keep this renovation, but put the human element back. I'll make this five stars. Overall, Taco Bell is sometimes the cheap way to get a basic meal. Healthy? Not really. Economical? Certainly.
One of the guys that works here is kind of rude but they're fast and they don't often mess up my custom orders. I don't have any complaints with this location otherwise. It's pretty much the only fast food I can eat in Oakhurst unless I want to live off of French fries or other deep fried food.
Food was fresh and tasty! Staff were friendly and fast at the window. Missing a few items in my order sadly.
Delicious food. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Single seat bar area with ample sockets for plugging in cell phone chargers. Beautiful mountain views through large clear glass windows. Hard uncomfortable seats. Slow to be noticed up front at the ordering and pick-up counter. Online order was 95% fulfilled. Checked in bag and had to ask for missing items that had been ordered and paid for. Hard seats. Otherwise mostly quite nice.
The food was up to standards and great fast lunch. But I was mildly disappointed at the kiosk ordering which allows the employees to pretty much ignore your presence until the food is ready. But they were receptive when there were questions or extra napkins, hot sauce, etc. Guess it's a sign of the times that I need to accept. But customer service is becoming a thing of the past.
These crunchy tacos were made as I ordered them and the beans were nice and hot. Also, the kiosk made ordering simple
I ordered some to-go food after a long day in the national park. It was actually quite tasty. I ordered a few sauces but got all of the sauce packets. That was actually amazing; I took all the sauce packets back to Germany.
This place has mixed reviews depending on who you talk to but for me this place is always clean inside, from the tables, floors, counters to drink station. Food occasionally isn't fast because they get drive thru done first which is great if you happen to be in line for drive thru but over all service is fast and I've always found a clean table available. Now, there's a keyosk station if you like them but I don't and order at the counter and it's not a problem. There's plenty of parking and right off the main strip of town with easy access on and off. Restroom is big and clean when I've used it and there's handicap parking up front. Now because there is a drive thru, if you hit it right during a rush and see 7 card in line, don't panic because like I said earlier, they get the drive thru done quickly and the wait is still faster than going inside to avoid the line so if you're on a time crunch drive thru is faster. Overall, I've never had any complaints on any visit, my food is always hot and tasty and it's a clean restaurant and that makes me happy anyways and I'd recommend giving them a go.
They've improved some. Still can't seem to get an order right, extremely slow but customer service has gotten a bit better, staff is nicer. I'd give them more stars if they could get orders right.
This location is so hit and miss. We've had good experiences here and others have been pretty terrible. If you're craving Taco Bell, it's a good stop-off location on the way to Yosemite. It's not my top choice for this area, though.
All the overhead lights continuously flashed & dimmed in a weird pattern. This was appearantly happening all day. There crunchy taco shells were so brittle you couldn't take a bite without the entire taco crumbling in your hand. This made eating them very difficult. 🙁
Just moved here a month or so ago. Food is usually good and made correctly but the drive through wait time is ridiculous! We never get through faster than 20 min! As I sit here there are 4 cars in front of me, each car is averaging 5 to 10min at the window! This is crazy and I'm learning its normal! It's faster and cheaper to make it at home!
Clean, empty dining area. No straws or hot sauce to be found but the air conditioning felt nice and there were plenty of cleat tables to choose from... Clean well stocked restrooms. Don't bother trying to get an employees attention. Period. IT WON'T BE POSSIBLE.
I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with black beans instead of beef, and there was a very little amount of beans inside. I am a vegetarian and black beans are one of the few protein sources I have access to, so that little amount wasn’t satisfactory. It was as if I was just eating a plain tortilla with sour cream inside, that is how small the amount of black beans was. On top of that, they messed up my black bean burrito order with refried beans. Besides this issues, the service and atmosphere was nice.
Food is good but they consistently give you random food instead of what you actually ordered. Homeless people hang out in the dining room, but they don't bother you. If you like adventure and be random food that's at least hot and yummy 😋 then this is your place!
Here’s a revised version of your review that is clearer and more concise: --- After a few days in Yosemite, Taco Bell was our first stop for a hot meal. Due to time constraints, we opted for the drive-thru. I requested that my vegetarian Mexican pizza not be cut to avoid cross-contamination with meat. However, when we received the pizza, it was cut. We went inside to request a correction. The lady manager was rude and seemed stressed. When my husband approached her, she turned her back and said that they were not allowed to not cut the pizza, which was untrue based on my previous experiences. Additionally, the pizza was only partially cooked; the beans were warm, but the rest was cold. Feeling frustrated and tired, I went back inside to ask if this was the standard for paid orders. A different manager explained that due to an inspection window, they couldn’t fulfill my request at that moment. He was understanding of my dietary needs and assured me that they would accommodate such requests in the future. He then made a new pizza for me. The initial refusal and poor attitude were disappointing, but I appreciate the second manager’s help in resolving the issue.
Ordered from the kiosks. Food was prepared pretty quick but they had one part of the order wrong (which seemed to be a thing that evening as almost all the orders were wrong, resulting in a lot of frustrated customers). Staff was ok. One lady was very friendly, the other looked like they had been stoning in the back. Despite all this the food was pretty good, especially for the price. The quesadillas were the best out of everything we ordered.
The drive thru is the worst. 25 minutes before I placed order. They are so slow. A drive thru should be fast...i know we are in the mountains, but people still only have so much time for lunch breaks. Food is not the same...burrito Supreme very small. Friendly staff, but that's it.
As Taco Bells go... This is probably the friendliest I've ever been in. It's showing its age, but otherwise is clean and neat. A year later this place has gone off the rails. They updated the dining room, but it is anything but "fast" food. Orders are generally incorrect, and the portion of meat is embarrassingly small. I know the DM David is trying, but this store is terrible.
They were sold out of Mexican pizzas. The drive thru took an exceptionally long time even though it was not very busy. They were skimpy with the sauce packets, one per item.
Last time I ate there I got 2 crunchy taco supremes. Tasted OK but something was off. Within 2 hours I was so sick. My son had the super burritos and was just fine. Not sure what was different but after I was sick I ate a sandwich and it stayed down. Not getting Tacos there again.
The fillings for items ordered are sloppy, minimal meat, and the oldest worker that does drive thru is not at all hospitable and you say anything he does not reply. It's as if the customer Is invisible to him and it's been the same for years. More rude than congenial to customers. He should not work drive thru window if he can't be hospitable
Ate dinner here twice and both times had a sore throat the next morning. I suspect there is some kind of cleanliness / sanitation issue with the employees (not washing hands?) or where the food is prepared / stored.
Well since they were in no rush, I had time to write a review. If you have other things you need to get done, I recommend doing this while waiting in the drive thru line. Things such as taking the dog to the vet, scheduling doctor visits, getting a hair cut. Trust me, you’ll have plenty of time with the slow service.
The food is usually ok, they tend to always forget something in our orders. The closing time makes no sense sometimes they close super early, yet other times r open late. The staff usually seems super annoyed whenever we interact with them. The service is always super slow. Eating inside is unpleasant when the lights or constantly dimming and then getting brighter.
Store has A/C on. Freezing cold in the store. Dirty tables and floor. Best get to go orders.
Uncomfortable dining room. Dining area was freezing. Power outlets were limited and even they didn't work. WiFi was very slow. Had to leave. If they are wondering why young people don't come more often, they should fix these problems.
This place really badly u needs some better help or some better managers, I have yet to go through and get a correct order! Today was the last straw literally asked for extra fire sauce and guess what when we got to our parking spot NO fing sauce at all i mean if it was intended not funny if it was forgotten how I mean come on how hard is your job
After waiting 15 minutes in line at drive thru, inside of the resturant was closed... we get to order and they have a 10 item limit. I normally get a taco party pack and 3 bean and cheese burritos. The party pack barely feeds to two oldest boys and the bean burritos for myself and my youngest boy. Was told the party pack would be an option if it's all I get, it has 12 tacos in it. . . Put up a sign before people enter the drive thru so we know not to bother waiting if we can't feed our whole family. Ridiculous
I've been to many taco bells. This is by far the slowest I've ever seen!!! No pep in their step. There can be two people in the lobby and you're still going to have a 20 min wait.
I was on my way to Yosemite when I made a stop here. I love taco bell usually but oh boy this place sucks. My wrap tortilla had literally lettuce and tomatoes and nothing else in it if I didn't take off I would have gone back. Mg friend that I hiked with also thought my food was made wrong. Shame on you for the food you made me I was hungry still after eating there and on top of it i hiked that day with my friend.
I understand with COVID there are longer wait times. BUT LISTEN TO THIS! after waiting tacobell gave me an incorrect order, after I proceeded to look through it (mind I'm touching it) I let them know it's not mine I gave it back. They then gave it to door dash to deliver it without replacing anything. I want going to say anything but then they gave me my order and it's missing items burritos without contents in them. A complete mess! If they only answered their phone they could have fixed this error without public humiliation.
I dont understand whats going on at Taco Bell in Oakhurst. We used to love going to get some good fast food. Tonight was a disaster ! It took 30 minutes to get our order and when we got home the order was all wrong! The time before that took just as long but at least we got the right food.
We are a family of 7. We made our first order, which had 2 errors. The 2nd order had one error. And third order, 3pkgs of cinnamon twists had so little cinnamon we couldn't taste or even see it on almost the entire order! We asked them to put more cinnamon on them and were told they come that way. Then a helpful young man brought out a small container of sugar/cinnamon when he saw what was happening.😃 Also the table wasn't cleaned before we sat down. Oh, the waste containers were overflowing and the bathrooms were dirty too.//Customers, please don't be discouraged from eating at this Taco Bell. This review is for the owners, so that they may know what changes and training is needed in the establishment. We've been here before on a trips, and things were much better.
The guy at window asked me twice what kind of hot sauce. I ordered 4 items and saw I had hot sauce, but asked him if I could get some extra hot sauce (perfectly willing to pay for it). He told me it was in the bag and I said, "Can I have extra hot sauce". He acted irritated and gave me two. He acted as if he was too busy and nobody was in the drive thru!..it was 2:00 pm. He was older with a deep voice. I don't think he likes his job. 2nd restaurant I have been to in this town where people are rude. I don't get it....I don't think I am asking too much.
Stood there like fools waiting to even be acknowledged by the staff...had to raise my voice so they could hear me in back "can we get service"?! Only 1 other was inside the place...the manager was by the register talking on a cell phone while we stood there...unacceptable...
Terrible Food. Everything was cold. Gordita had very little cheese but lots of lettuce. Beans were dry and old. Shredded beef not available at this location. I've ordered from this location previously and the food was good. Yesterday evening was the worst I've ever experienced.
Update Dec 5th: Juz went thru the drive thru...fast service, HORRIBLE food. Those nacho fries were cold, they been laying in that pan who knows how long, inedible (a waste) .... My bean burrito was ok, I mean that one is hard to screw up, (but they do more often then they make it correctly, either with old dry beans, or a thimble full of red sauce... My 2 soft tacos were juz nasty. Terrible, I may nvr return to this one.......
06/14/24 the guy working at the drive through window wouldn't even respond to a hello, thank you or how are you doing. Just mumbled out, "here you go" and pushed the food and drinks out the window. Not a very good representative for this business, especially when I was very polite
Went to Jack in the box 10:30 on Saturday night only to be told we are currently closed for a break, be open in 45 minutes went to Taco Bell right next door only to be told we are currently closed for a break, be open in 45 minutes . Whats going on in this town, went to Carl's Jr thank goodness they have work ethic, two employees both working!!!! What a concept. Thank you Carl's Jr!
Thank you Taco Bell, for completely forgetting to put HALF OF THE WHOLE ORDER in the bag. Was a very nice surprise after getting home and finding my part of dinner doesn't exist.
NEVER going back. food was cold and soggy. did the dinning room. thought it was faster. last time did drive through took 35 minutes and only 4 cars in line. this time it was 40 minutes and only 7 people in the place. This place needs lots of help. There were at least 5 people working. Taco bell Oakhurst takes the FAST out of fast food. Will not be back!
Always out of soda, sometimes they're out of large cups too. Have gotten 2 5 layer burritos that were just beans but luckily they never give you what you order so it's like a surprise whenever you open the bag
Was so disappointed, thought the new upgrade on the building would make it better but it got worse. My family and I got 3 supreme tacos, a grilled cheese burrito, a supreme burrito, 2 bean burritos, and a grilled chicken chipotle burrito. All burritos had crunchy tortillas, We got no chicken burrito but three bean burritos. The supreme burrito had no lettuce nor red sauce, only one taco had sour cream and one had one tomato on it instead of multiple.. was so excited to get my favs but was so disappointed. When will it get better?
Three times now they have forgotten half of my order or more.... After buying a Box menu and extra tacos tonight I get home open my bag up and I get one chalupa for dinner in the city it wouldn't be that big of a deal but in the mountains were a patron has to drive 20 minutes or better just to get back is unacceptable the kitchen and dining room is dirty most of the time also. This location is definitely a weak Link in the chain.
Second time in a row I’ve ordered food, and my order was wrong, won’t be going back again, it’s not hard to take and prepare an order for food, I’m not understanding.
Absolutely horrible service and food. I've gone to this taco bell for years and never had issues until now. I will never be going back. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal and pulled away from the window before checking my order. The Mexican pizza was missing and I had to wait back in the drive thru for and extra 10 minutes even after a 20 mins wait in the first place. This was a few weeks ago. They still have not opened the dining room. I went back last night and spent $70 on horrible food. The girl at the window was completely rude as long as the guy she called to help her. She got our order wrong and they refused to correct it. The burrito I ordered with no cheese sauce had cheese sauce. That hard tacos they forced us to take were stale. We wanted the deluxe cravings box and they said they don't exist even though we seen the pictures on the menu. These people working last night at 10 pm need some more training. My entire family will no longer eat here.
I ordered taco with xtra cheese and onions, each costing .60 for each topping. I was driving thru and checked the taco’s and there was no onions and hardly any cheese. I went back in and complained to Mngt who said she would make it over again. I have a picture of the taco and still has hardly any cheese and no onions. I dont really go to Taco Bell that often and this is why. I got a real attitude from the Mngt as well.
It was impossible to get service. I tried to get attention from the staff about 5 times, and they ignored me. It wasn't till my friend came behind the counter to help me get some sweetener that they finally came to the front and started yelling. He even threatened him with calling the police! If they had been there in the first place as they're supposed to be, my friend would not have had to do that!!! I used to work for Taco Bell as a cashier when I was in high school. We were always supposed to be by the register or at the very least always responding when a customer walks up!!!
Multiple times have i ordered a crunchwrap supreme. All three times they have given me so little meat that i couldnt tell there even was meat on the thing. Terruble place to get your food, better off at Jack in the Box up the road, at least their chicken is real.
It's been a few years since I've stopped at this Taco Bell and the service is just the same. This time I ordered a drink and food but I had to leave without the food since the wait was so long. The customer before me left without any of his order as well; he just gave up. I could see the employees trying their hardest but it was obvious they were harried / confused. The only real improvement since my last visit was that when food was delivered this time the customers didn't cheer (as they did last time) that an order was completed. Since this is an obvious ongoing issue, I'm forced to conclude this is a management / owner issue. I'll check back in 3 to 4 years to see how it's going.
Witnessed an employee turn multiple elderly people away, saying "we only serve at the kiosk" and they just walked right out. I don't blame them, they aren't going to be apt to using new technology. Also, the tacos where very dry, and potato's where clearly old.
Worst Taco Bell ever. Every order has an issue- even though the receipt always states the correct order. Ingredients are missed and left out. Attention to any basic details are always missed here. Service is horrible.
Asked for assistance, worker brought over their manager. She seemed bothered by doing her job. She was rude. My food was made at a snails pace. 5 of us standing and waiting. Worst service I've received at a taco bell.
NEVER fails. I go here every now and then. Ive gone during rush hour and during “quiet” times and they have ALWAYS messed my order up somehow. My wife goes here during her lunch, what a poor decision. Ask for tacos, get burritos. Ask for burritos, get tacos. The ONE time they get things right, its cold food! This place is such a disappointment. Lets not even talk about the cleanliness IN the store..smh. As a licensed food inspector of San Diego County, Ill be paying this store a visit again in the near future when I go visit my wife again. 🙃
Worst service ever. We got food we didnt order and was cold. When we asked about it the only reply was....u ordered it. Period. Never coming here again. We think someone else has taken our order. The food was on the counter and our name didnt get called out
We got into the drive thru 8:02. There were about seven or eight cars ahead of us, so we expected a wait but never dreamed it would take over an hour. We finally got our food at 9:16. An hour and 15 minutes for fast food!?! If you can't be fast just shut down, if you're understaffed don't open your doors. You promise fast food and don't deliver.
Slow Service, bad food. Ate there 3 days ago have been sick and unable to eat since
Unfortunately the quality of the food did not meet my expectations and here is why: Firstly, the Nacho Fries were a sad sight to behold--limp, cold, and with a cheese dip that had the consistency of glue. As for the Loaded Beef Nachos, I think a more accurate name would be "Unloaded Beef Nachos." The chips were buried under a sparse scattering of beef and a few lonely dabs of cheese sauce, with barely a whisper of the other promised toppings. They looked like they had been through a food drought! Our family dinner night, which was supposed to be a fiesta of flavors, quickly turned into a fiesta of frustration. We spent more time looking at the state of our meal than enjoying it. Even our dog turned up his nose at the Nacho Fries, and he's not known for being picky! I understand that not every meal can be perfect, but this was a far cry from even acceptable. There are valid concerns that the food quality doesn't match the tantalizing images in Taco Bell advertisements. I feel like I went to Taco Hell instead. This recent experience has left me dissatisfied and questioning whether I should continue to patronize Taco Bell ever again. I'm now calling this place Taco Hell. Yes, you read that right--Taco Hell.
Emily was very rude to me and gave me expired ketchup packets and she was doing very weird things in the bathroom as she walked in with a man!!!! 1 star would not recommend eating her unless you want food poisoning or even other… weird stuff.
3 items of my order were missing which I ordered through door dash. Its the responsibility of the restaurant to make sure the order is correct and thankfully door dash. refunded me. I tried calling the restaurant but never got a answer. Doordash took 2 photos one of the pick up and drop off proving it was the restaurant mistake. Restaurant won't answer the phone to talk about it. So annoying!
No one watching kiosk for cash pays ordered wanted to pay cash no one at counter. So when I sat there for awhile went and asked about my order they said they had not made it because I did not pay for it. So I had to wait again while other people coming in getting there food because they paid with credit card and there only pay attention to drive thru trash all over the tables they do not clean will not be back crunch wrap only had lettuce and cheese in it
I asked for a chickin beef taco an she hun up on me
1 star for polite customer service and edible food. - 4 stars for being SLOOOWW! Even slower than Jack in the Box. We sat in the drive through for over 45min. And while waiting in line next to the building it smelled like sewage.
Waited soo long in the drive thru without even an apology from the girl taking orders. She was in fact quite quick and snippy with me. I then get home to realize there’s virtually no toppings on my nachos bell grande. I often come to this location and receive stale crunchy taco shells. They really just need to do better it’s not that hard.
This Taco Bell needs a full inspection. Dirt, mess, and rude attitude from the manager toward guests. Very unpleasant place.
Very dirty place. Tables are always sticky and unclean, and there is a strong damp smell inside. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed with this location.
Horrible. Everything. The tables were dirty. One of their machines kept going off and was so loud. The food was meh. Even the wrapping of my crunchy tacos was a job done badly. Ordered at the kiosk. After getting food I realized they didn't give me my drink cups. Stood at the counter waiting for anyone to come up. No one did for several minutes. They clearly saw me standing there and chose to ignore me. Honestly ridiculous.
Very small portions in tacos and burritos almost non existent just save ur money n go hit one of the local Mexican restaurants most lets you order ahead anyways
worst taco bell in the central valley, and that’s saying something. the manager, haley or something, is extremely rude and unprofessional. this location doesn’t take allergies seriously at all, and has resulted in hospital visits for both my husband and myself due to not taking allergy precautions. the manager haley will also try to gaslight you if they mess up your order, which happens almost every time. their cleaning standards are also abysmal. found a bandage in the wrapper with my chalupa one time here. this location is also known to have problems with their pest control as well. locals know other mexican restaurants in oakhurst are almost as risky when it comes to food poisoning, honestly save yourself the headache of having to deal with the terrible staff at this taco bell and just go to Plazuelas or El Cid instead and save yourself a few dollars instead of getting an overpriced, “will-definitely-poison-you” taco at oakhurst taco bell.
This location is just consistently awful. The staff are rude, careless, and never get my order right. It feels like either they only hire people with bad attitudes, or management is so poor that it brings down everyone who works there. Either way, it shows. Mistakes are constant, and there's never any apology or accountability. It’s frustrating to spend money somewhere that clearly doesn’t really care about the customer . I actively avoid this place unless I’m out of options . I regret going here pretty much every time. Always leaves a bad taste in my mouth(& not talking about the food)
