A little cramped but very authentic Guangzhou flavor
New favorite spot ! Top grade and Delicious Cantonese good ! Atmosphere was awesome. Felt like I was in Chinatown with all the dragons. They even had a Stephen Chow movie ! It was like dinner and a movie More so. The staff were fast, attentive, courteous and made the visit pleasant. The dishes were better than majority of other places, sorry woo kee. Duck 5/5 BBQ 5/5. Also drinks were amazing. I was going to ask for another one. Mango green tea 5/5. 😋 Im brown But enjoyed food and place more than my girlfriend whose family is from from Hong Kong 🙃 Nothing negative to report. Definitely coming back. It a must try. Especially if you Love Real Cantonese Chinese Food ! I told my gf. It felt like a birthday dinner. 😭
I'm not sure what others are talking about service. The waitress was able to completely explain things in english... the 'scallion chicken's skin was so crispy it rivaled potato chips... the shrimp dumplings were delicious and artfully scalloped dudes... give the staff a break it's their first week
Restaurant is clean, service is quick. Great for comfort canto food
We like this place and enjoyed the food. This is our second time here, the first time service was slow but it improved the second time, and the food was fun and delicious both times. It is excellent to have a clean, friendly, and pleasant place for dim sum in the neighborhood.
Excellent cantonese food, small space but mighty food. My 82 year old dad loves the chicken and says its even better than when he goes back to China.
Food quality is great. The dim sums are tasty and made in house. The beef with flat noodle is my favorite and much cheaper than anywhere else
I order roasted pork and half of the dunk, the cashier has a really great attitude and it came out really fast. next time will try dine in.
Tried this for the first time today. Decent Cantonese restaurant in Oakland Gardens. Price is reasonable and food is pretty decent. I love their vibe and the staff are very polite. If you want to avoid Flushing, this is definitely a spot you can try.
Has been on my 'To try' list for a while and today finally drove nearby to try it. Inside it's clean and the atmosphere is nice and comfortable , not fancy. I ordered my usual test plates: Beef Chow Fun and salt and pepper pork chop. Both came out right and it's not salty (healthy). The pork chops were crispy and tasted as it should. I am sure I will come back to try out their other dishes later.
Great service and great food! Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable! The food was so good! We ordered their siu mai, shrimp dumpling, Xiao long baos, salt and pepper pork chops, roasted pork, and their wonton noodle soup. Unfortunately for us, they ran out of their roasted duck. More reason to go back next time! Oddly enough, it was very surprising that we were served the dimsum last. Not that we had to wait too long for them, just a weird observation. For how much we ordered for five of us, the all around bill was not bad! Very affordable! For context, we ordered 3 of the siu mai and 2 xiao long baos. So worth it! Can't wait to go back!
Nice environment for fresh dim sums. Congee canes with little taste . I think no salt was added. But , it went well with dim sum . The whole meal is low in sodium. Very comfortable.
The food is amazing. I cannot believe the rating is so low. We went at Sunday 11am for dim sum. Parking at the back was easy. No waiting. Every item was made to order. Good decorations and friendly staffs. I would probably rate it top dim sum place in terms of the quality of the food for the little neck area (and I liked other places as well)
Delicious food, excellent attention, gluten free options and modifications. Positive atmosphere

Food taste is nice and portion size is big.
Can’t believe that it’s low, everyone was friendly, nice and respectful. Lovely bright dragon decorations and nice big comfortable seating. They asked how I would like my food and if I would like any sauce which they provided unlike other busy restaurant where they say no to be done with you. Great parking because you have back free ones and also street parking. Food was delicious got the roast duck and rice. No complaints at all. 10/10 would go again.

The lady in the front is somewhat mean buty server was great and responsive. They're kinda understaffed. They only had about 1 server for the whole restaurant, so be patient and wave them down. The food was great. The shrimp tasted like shrimp and other flavors seems true to description. I had shrimp dumplings, chives, rice roll and side of white rice. Everything plus tip was ~$25 There are more.expensive dishes but I didn't try them. Definitely a variety for everyone to have something to eat. Vibes are what you'd expect, loud and familiar.
Tried their take out for the first time. Ordered a mix of dim sum and their beef chow fun. I was impressed with their chow fun it was the perfect consistency and good flavor too. Some of their dim sum dishes were a little on the salty side but still delicious. They were very busy so call like 30m in advance for pick up. I was told on the phone 20 min but had to wait an additional 10 in the restaurant for my food.
Here's the update for the second time: Tried different food and not bad, service still excellent which makes me wants to come back again. The seafood rice noodle and casserole are good. But the crab meat pork soup dumpling doesn't taste good, skin too thick and meat too sweet. Haven't try much of other food yet, will be back for another try. Service is excellent even during busy.
The breakfast deal here is a hidden gem. $7-$8 for a hot filling meal is a great deal. It's only for an hour and a half but if you can make it, it's totally worth it.
The food was really good. They were efficient with our orders. The place is nicely decorated . The price is reasonable. We enjoyed the food. I recommend this restaurant.
Brightly lit and well spaced tables make this HK / Cantonese dining establishment easy on the eyes and comfortable. There are booths and standard tables to adjust for larger groups. I liked the lion head decor throughout. Menu is very lengthy, full of variety of proteins and options are very vegetarian friendly. This visit was my first dine in but I've ordered take out plenty of times before. I recommend the Roasted BBQ meats, congee and clay pot rice dishes. Family style entrees like salt and pepper squid, soup dumplings and dim sum are also offered, just note the window of time, as some are not offered all day. They share a parking lot with the rest of the businesses on Springfield on the block. Very attentive service and excellent jasmine tea.
Decided to try this new place that just opened up not to long ago. Ordered several bbq items for takeout as well as twin lobsters cooked in ginger and scallion sauce. They said it would take 20 minutes and the restaurant was packed on a busy weekday around lunch time. I waited 50 minutes because of the lobster which was pricey, but they did a good job of keeping it warm during the trip home. Busy is good for a new establishment, but they need to do a better job with predicting the wait time or customers go elsewhere.
Saw this new restaurant on the neighborhood so decided to try it out. It was packed and so many people were waiting in the entrance area which is also where the register is so about 15 people who either waiting to be seated, wants to order for takeout, or who was already placed order and waiting for their to-gos were literally all jammed in a really narrow hallway. The person in the register was so busy taking the phone orders which was ringing non stop one after another so i needed to stand there waited 5 minutes. They should have someone that takes separate phone orders only. Finally Ordered some dim sum to go. Thought it would be quick grab and go (like all other dim sum places ) but they said 15 min. So i waited. And after 15 min, was told another 10 min. And after that, he told me its coming, they are packing it but t no! Ended up waiting 50 min for 4 dim sums. 🤦🏻♀️ of I knew its gonna take that long, i wouldn’t even order them in the first place. All the people at there waiting was somewhat upset for the waiting time. I understand it is a newly opened restaurant so things are not going smoothly but they really need to get it together FAST. Btw, food was delicious!
We were a party of 4 trying out this restaurant for the first time. It is a Hong Kong Cantonese style restaurant. Both service and food were good for us.
Tried thier breakfast special today and the food was good...Strong coffee and very good congee just a little smaller portion compared with the beef stew noodle combo. Surprised that the staff was so friendly and was offering to open the door for me bringing out the bags of food...Not typical to see at a restaurant! :)

Friendly staff. You can purchase dim sum all day, but their best choice is large coffee. Taste excellent and beef chow fun. I found the price is a little high, but when you bite into the beef and chow fun. No complaints here. What's not expensive meanwhile inflation already gone up. Parking is in the rear.

The food is good, the service is polite and fast. The price is right. It's nice to have a place to go get roast pork in rice without going to Flushing. It's June 21, there is a heat wave but they didn't turn on the air conditioning. I'm not going back until November.
Came here for the dim sum at 1pm on a Sat and they didn't have shrimp rolls and we're told no siu mai only for them to have it again later on. We waited a long time for not only the food but even drinks. Plenty of employees and not all the seats were full. Service was disorganized. Price was also high for smaller than typical portion size. Would not recommend if dimsum was all you wanted.
This is a very nice restaurant for the ambiance. But our congee with pork liver was chewy and pork rib rice in hot bowl missed the taste test. At least they were not salty and had MSG. A healthy choice I guess.
I had the wonton noodles in soup. Shrimps and noodles are "crispy" 爽 but wontons are too salty, and soup loaded with msg. Chicken feet - too spicy for my taste; beef balls and sticky rice in leaf are ok; shui mai are tasty but a bit too much fat. Overall is ok but not special.
We ordered shrimp dumpling so so so delicious. Shumai was ok, not 10/10. They did not had the bean curd. My brother got fried chicken, spring roll and turnip cake. We also got lychee drink which was so sweet and not fruit inside. Price was a bit pricey. Each dimsum was more than 5 bucks. They take credit card as payment. UPDATE 2024 - THEY NO LONGER TAKE CREDIT CARD FOR BREAKFAST. BRING CASH.
Not too impressed, foods are average. It was no air conditioning that day when we visited and also few flies flying around.

Dim sum is not to my liking. I ordered 8 dim sum dishes and all were not the best. It really is so so. I wouldn’t reccomend this spot for it. Also, they have a minimum selection. The noodle soup was good and the crispy roast pork was very good. The egg tart were decent ( I would prefer to go to Flushing bakery instead) The front desk service woman was super nice and kind but the other woman with tattoo on her arm needs to learn to speak with patrons better. I didn’t come in contact with her but saw her in action kind of throwing orders around and being rude.
Their Cantonese BBQ meats are actually really good. The price is definitely on par with the most expensive establishments in flushing. My gripe with them is actually poor management. I can tell you 1/3 of the items on their menu is not available as of February 2023. Not sure what the deal is but this is the only time I went to a Cantonese restaurant and they tell me they don’t have steam rice rolls or chicken wings that’s on the menu. PROS: great quality BBQ CONS: Very expensive for the small amount of portion. Many items not available. The waiting staffs are mostly new and inexperienced. Update 3/2025: the boss lady got to improve her customer service skills or just stay away from answering the phone in the morning. Every Saturday or Sunday morning I call to place an order she is always rude. This morning 3/2/2025 8am was no exception. Decided not to eat here instead.

It is super super slow even we dine in not a rush hour around 4 something in the afternoon. After half hour, 1 dish, after half hour 1 dish. Really need to have more chefs to improve the speed, otherwise you will lose a lot of customers. I personally feel the food taste pretty good. But the speed really turns me down.
Wow $16 for a 三寶飯,I think this is the most expensive one you can find in the whole US. Call my usual go to spot that is not too far from them, they are still selling at $12. No wonder all the roast meats are still hanging by the window at the end of the day! So over price!
Please set up the take out shelf outside the counter, so we could see if our order was ready like McDonald's. There is a waste of time waiting for an order in front of the cashier, and the completed order is put on the shelf and nobody takes care of it. Recommend to check for your order every few mins to save your time.
Bad attitude. Called for a take out, the woman who answered sound like she doesn't want to do business woth you or feel like I owe her something. When picking up, the woman at the register, probably is the same person and is the boss, had a very bad attitude, like I was not a customer but I robber or something.
I used to go here every week, however ever since the taste of food changed... Stopped. Their congee no longer have flavor (no matter which one you get, the base is flavorless). For their breakfast special, they changed the noodle type from egg noodle to rice noodle without telling people at the beginning. (New menu has the rice noodle.) Their roast pig is either pucker salty or the supposed crispy skin is tough! Char Siu used to be great, look at the pics and you will understand. I got pieces where it is only fat! I end up getting 3x more on fat then meat when I cut it up due to inability to eat it straight up! The service is a hit and miss. If you get the young man, don't expect any thing unless you wave him down and spell it out! The lady (longer hair) is by far the best. She anticipate your needs and check on you to make sure everything is OK. Overall, this place changed from a go-to to only go if must!
i got my order ,put in the car .. all the soup cup seems not good quality, were poured out on my car.. when i get home i have five set order. in cluding 4 noodle type order ,they didnot offer 1 pair chopstick.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism with this establishment. My fiancé and I tried this restaurant back in May of this year (2024) and we decided we would like to give this place business to cater our engagement party. Restaurants normally require a 3-day notice minimum for large catering orders, which is all well and good. My fiancé and I are planners by nature. We even put down TWO deposits at their request. We left one deposit ($200) and then they called us back saying that since the order is so big, they needed more so we went back with another $200. We ordered all our protein (30 lb. pig, 3 ducks, 3 chicks, and 5 lbs. of char siu PLUS fried rice, chow fun, lo mein, etc.) from them. This bill racked up to more than $2,000, and we were told at ordering that if we order more, we will get a higher percentage off the total bill (we were quoted 15-20% off the bill from the OWNER HERSELF – plus if we paid cash, they said we would not have to pay tax which ended up not being the case). So, we did that! We added baos and other items the next day. Our party was June 22nd, 2024, we told them this when we placed our order with them in late May/early June. We asked them 10 days, 7 day, 5 days, etc. out from the party for the invoice so we know how much total to bring with us…we got a response at 10:30 pm on June 19th (which is less than 3 days from when we need to pick up our order) confirming our order and telling us that they can only provide a 8% discount (which doesn’t even cover the tax in NYS). All businesses are closed at this point, it’s too late to cancel, and we were stressed out from planning this party. This company dared to put us between a rock and a hard place – they lack any sort of business etiquette, were RUDE and dismissive of us when we spoke with them calmly and explained what was said to us and tried to work with them even though we were blindsided by this invoice. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone I meet. What should have been an exciting time for my fiancé and I was ruined by this business’s selfishness and lack of decorum. We ended up canceling everything but the protein since it was too late to have anyone else do that for us. This company also changes its name every couple of years to erase the bad reviews on their Yelp page. So, keep that in mind before you stop in to support this business who thought it was well and good to cheat out customers who would have referred customers and passed out menus/information on the food at our party to over 120 guests. The owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves!
I was looking forward to trying new food, but when I went there, many of the things I wanted to eat were not available, the service was average. The children who served us spoke good English and were polite, but several times we raised our hands to a tall, middle-aged male to ask him what we needed and he ignored us and turned his head away. Very bad attitude towards us. And there was a lady which we don’t know if she was the manager, often sitting next to us suddenly during meals, and we all felt very awkward.
This restaurant is a scam. We are party of 6 adults for dinner tonight. We ordered 8 dishes in total. One of them is Minced Beef Congee 免治牛肉粥. There are barely tiny bit of beef in the congee. We notified the restaurant manager. They said that is the way they serve the beef congee. Another dish is Peking duck 片皮鴨, I ordered half of the Peking duck . they only sliced up 6 pieces of duck and roughly chop off the rest of the duck. This is NOT how you serve Peking duck. They charged $36 for half chop off duck, not the sliced up. We notified the restaurant manager and they disagreed. At the end of dinner, I told their that this is completely rid off and we will NEVER come back to this scam restaurant again. Don't make my mistake, You can definitely pay $18 anywhere for chop off duck instead of this place.
Really bad service and attitude!!! Front desk lady doesn’t know about their manual. Repeated for Ginger & Scallion Chicken(葱油鸡)and still placed soy sauce chicken(豉油鸡)on my order。 I am sure that she did this on purpose. DO NOT buy from this restaurant, if you do, make sure to double check if they give you the right order.
Service is horrible, we put our order in at 1:53, then we wait 40 minutes for no food and they have to make us put out orders in again. We got our food an hour after and the customers next to us, were also complaining about the restaurant. The dude who took our order didn’t come back to check on us and they kept saying no worries after each time they came to our tables. Food is not that great, if you want better food go to northern blvd. HORRIBLE PLACE
I came here to get dim sum and avoid the traffic on main Street flushing....it was pretty bad. Just fight the traffic and go to 39 kings Cafe if you want dim sum
