Its a busy one but conveniently located right outside the Oakland airport. It's a little on the small side so seating may be an issue during the busy parts of the day. The store is clean and the staff are pretty easy going which adds volumes to the atmosphere. If you like Lattes or Cappuccinos this place knows how to foam. I throughly enjoyed mine (cap). For business travelers, this is place you might want to consider to get last minute work done. There's not to many people on the WiFi so the connection is quite quick compared to the airport.
Staff was out of a few ingredients, probably due to the summer heat. Still served with a smile and helped out. Great spot.
Better than average Starbucks, they are busy but they seem to handle it. The lot is TINY and crowded at times, but in the morning you'll find parking around the side of Indian restaurant. Cheerful friendly staff who listen and get your order right. Lots of smiles here.
I love this Starbucks the staff is on point and the manager does a great job with his crew. He actually works, takes orders, cleans the front, and I think I've seen him clean the bathroom as well. This Starbucks has a great vibe throughout the day and always have smiles for the customers.
I love coming to this Starbucks. It is clean and friendly. I drive from Berkeley all the way here just to enjoy a warm toasted bagel with cream cheese and coffee. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They have wonderful wonderful customer service.
Located close to Oakland airport. There is enough seating to sit an enjoy your coffee. Ordered Cafe Latte, quick service. Pretty consistent quality.
This location has done a significant turnaround. The baristas a friendly , and the store is clean and inviting.
Stephanie is my go to girl she makes she drinks with love. The others aren’t to bad but Stephanie hands was made for coffee everytime she makes my lattes , my day is happy! Thank you so much Stephanie for your exceptional service.
I love this place. The staff is very friendly. I had a problem with my order today and they solved it right away. The manager is a sweetheart. The guy was very gentlemen and treated my daughter very friendly.
Starbucks is the best! I have been getting my Americano with soy each day for the past 19 years. No joke! Throw in relocation from WA to OR to FL, I am provided top-notch service and a smile 95% of the time. Reward both individual contributor’s who do stellar work and call out teams that flow well together! Post successes inside and out! for all to congratulate! Showcase and sample the new drinks at the window and on patio! Move the staff around. Celebrate more! Where is the 8-grain roll? My favorite!
This is my favorite starbucks for many reasons. my favorite is that they always remember my order 🥹 today i was blown away, not only was my order remembered but i was out the drive thru in .0000002 seconds ! fast service . then she said “i’ll see you tomorrow “ 🥹 because i will be back. great job everyone 💕
I stopped in during the morning rush. The staff was super busy but took the time to make me feel like I was the only customer, without sacrificing customer service to everyone. I left the store with 3 cups of hot coffee and all three spilled all over me, my car seat, my bag, and phone. I was upset for obvious reasons but not at the staff. I returned to repurchase the drinks (for myself, my boss, and a colleague) and to my surprise, I was given new drinks, clean towels to clean up the spill, and excellent customer service. Every person behind the counter was extremely busy but they made time to make sure I was okay. Thank you, Starbucks! You made my day special.
I'm from Texas. The "vibe" here was definitely "California chill". Loved how nice (in a low key way) the employees were. Biggest problem is that this is a really small, really busy location - so it was kinda dirty until employees could get a break to clean up. Bathrooms were clean though. My sandwich was toasted to perfection and SUPER yummy! They also lost a star because they ran out of chocolate pastries - midday...not a cookies, cakes pop, brownie... THAT'S BAD!
I love Starbucks, however yesterday they were short of staff, which made the wait long. They had only one drink mixer however she worked very hard and managed to keep an uplifting personality. Thumbs up to the cash register staff person and the mixer. Good Job.
Employees are very courteous. I stopped by to do a short zoom meeting while having breakfast. But noticed that background music is a bit loud and have to mute my mic most of the time so decided to stay in my car instead. Not perfect place for a business chat. Barista is great though, he got my Frappuccino perfect as usual.
This location is closest to my house. That would be a great thing if they weren’t the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t matter which part of the day. I always order using the app and then have to wait in the drive thru line for 5-10 minutes AFTER the app tells me that my order is ready. So by the time I get my chai latte, it’s lukewarm. But I won’t say anything because that would cause me to have to wait even longer while they remake it. I will literally drive 5-10 minutes past this location to get to another that respects the time of their customers.
I really like this location and a few of the employees — they’re always friendly and welcoming. However, the consistency in how the drinks are made needs improvement. I have no problem paying for coffee — I actually look forward to buying my Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. When it’s made right, it’s the best iced coffee on the planet. The oat milk should be on top, with the espresso at the bottom — that’s the perfect balance. I would gladly pay any amount for that experience. It’s no different than someone paying for a well-made cocktail — it’s about the craft and the quality. I’ve even seen YouTubers make this drink better than some in-store baristas. That said, there are a few baristas here who consistently get it right, and when they do, it’s incredible.
So it's a Starbucks, beverages as expected with average quality pastries borderline fresh. Real issue is that menus no longer state sizes or prices per size but rather what seems to be an average price? Who knows. When asked about this usual menu information batista seemed irritated, reluctant to share and unsure of accurate pricing.
Most disgusting bathroom. There shouldn’t be piss all over the toilet seat and the floor. It’s a unisex bathroom there’s plenty of men parked around taking up all the parking spaces, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. No soap available either.
our favorite coffee shop every Sundays but today I did not like it the bread was bad has mold I returned them and they did not replace my bread and they not give my money back they don't know how to apologized so be careful with your snak
I just left. The cashier was lovely however the barista is another story. She didn't apply the cap properly on my vento americano with vanilla. As I walked away the cap popped off...the coffee was appropriately hot..but it spilled and hot. My hand was burned and coffee spilled on the floor. The barista never once asked if I was ok nor did she bother asking if I needed another coffee or top off. She appeared dejected because she had to clean up the floor. My americano did not have any flavored of vanilla which I did request . It was not busy..there was 1 other person in there...so no excuse for lack of customer service.
DO NOT stop at this Starbucks, it is a hot spot for car break ins. I was in the store for less than 2 minutes and my car got broken into. When I ask the employees inside to see if they can access outside camera footage, none offered any assistance. They even told me this happens all the time.
I understand it’s Christmas Eve, I understand it’s 5am. But smile and be nice to your customers. I spent $6 on a cup of coffee, not a nice place to start your coffee day. The people that work here are not very happy.
Did they nail your cup too? and coffee spilled on you? They do this to customers they don't want. “hi, can I have a coffee?” I have nothing else to say! Or am I being racist?
Experiences at Starbucks is only getting worse, they even don’t be bothered to make your drink right. Staffs in this store are extra rude...
DO NOT GO HERE. 3 cars got smashed windows and broken into in 40 minutes. I was inside for Starbucks for 60 seconds when this happened to me. The most expensive coffee I’ve ever had. 🙃 Not worth the inevitable risk.
Had my car smashed in while grabbing a cup of coffee within 60 seconds of parking, and had some luggage taken out of the tru..have fun doing my dirty laundry lol! It also seems a little too coincidental that 2 of the Starbucks employees were on their phones right before it happened and then seemed to disappear right afterwards..anyways, definitely avoid..well, unless you like the never-ending pleasure making insurance claims! One last thing, from experience, the Oakland PD will not respond to this location per their dispatch; all claims have to be filed online, that's a pretty telling sign on just how bad the Starbucks and Chevron are.
BEWARE!! I would definitely stear clear of this Starbucks if you care about your safety and valuables. Several people had their property stolen in the parking lot and it seems to happen daily which I'm sure the establishments are aware of. Service is also super slow so.....
I used one of the restroom this morning and the one I used didn’t have any bath tissue and toilet seat paper. I should have informed people who worked there this morning, but I didn’t, because I was afraid- if I say something to them then they might pick on me later because I need to get my morning coffee from this Starbucks and I hope I may not have this problem next time I need to use the restroom.
Those workers are incredibly rude. You can approach them politely and they’ll still come back with an attitude. They can’t even get the order right, and when you point it out, they get even more defensive. If they don’t want to deal with customers, they shouldn’t be in customer service they knew exactly what job they signed up for
Visited this Starbucks today and spent about 10 minutes waiting in line JUST TO ORDER then proceeded to wait another 16 minutes in line to even reach the window. There was only two cars in front of me that ordered one drink each (you could what they received through the window.) does this Starbucks have no care for the amount of time a costumer spends in a drive thru line?? The whole point is supposed to be quick service.
I ordered a grande pumpkin latte on Uber and this is what I get, the latte came half way to the top. This looking more like a tall to me And I know the Uber driver didn’t drink it because the bag came sealed. If you going to order here it’s best to go in person because they will give you whatever they want to give you
Tavaria was extremely rude and has 0 customer service. I wish an option was available for no stars. I ordered my daily regular, a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. Before the drink was handed to me, I realized that the color of it looked extremely dark so I tasted it before moving off and as predicted, it had too much chocolate syrup. I turned to the young lady, Tavaria was her name and said to her that it's too sweet and I can't have it. She rudely asked if I work at starbucks and hesitated to take the drink back. I asked her for her name 3 times and she stood there staring me down rudely and wouldn't answer. The Manager came to the window and ask the issue which I explained and she too (Taylor was on her name tag) hesitated before providing the worker's name. I don't need to work at starbucks to know what my Frappuccino should taste like. I order the same thing atleast 4/5 days every week so of course I know what my drink should taste like. It's the third time I stopped at this location and wasn't satisfied with my drink. This young lady in question needs to be trained on customer service....better yet, she shouldn't be addressing customers directly as there a reblend policy which she should be aware of and to know that if I wasn't please, she was to have my drink reblended instead of being disrespectfuland rude....0% is my rating
They were extremely chaotic behind the bar and it translated into the cafe and their service. There as even one lady walking around very slowly behind the bar and just telling all the other people what to do. I get my drink, and it tasted like there was barely any coffee and they only filled half the cup. This was my first time at this location and I can say I’ll never come back here.
This Starbucks was out of oatmilk & soy milk. I was informed the only non dairy option was the vanilla non dairy milk. I ordered two chai lattes and they both tasted like just regular hot milk…. They also didn’t have any cake pops… I visited this location on September 26, 2024 at around around 4:30pm. Nonetheless to say, I will never be back at this location.
I live a walking distance from this place so it’s my go to Starbucks, they’re humans so ofc they’ll mess up an order it’s not a big deal to me as along as it still tastes good. However!!!! Finding HAIR in my drink is not ok, I got a cinnamon dolce and when I was drinking it I felt something long stuck in my tongue, I pull it out and to my horror its a HAIR STRAND. This place really said hygiene?? Don’t know her. I’ve had previous bad experiences in this Starbucks but nothing major but this is my final straw, I’ll no longer be buying from this place. Management needs to look into this place because this is absolutely disgusting!!!
