Nice location. Liked the view and quiet atmosphere. No drive-thru. Not a good spot for late afternoon eats on a Saturday but staff was patient, helpful, and friendly.

Under staffed, one person only at the counter Had to wait 15 mins for doughnuts.

Google said open til 7:00PM, The sign on the window said the same after driving 15 mins to get there. Doors locked. If you want to close earlier, at least be professional about it.

Asked for less ice in my $5 drink. They filled the cup with ice; in fact, they couldn’t have put much more ice in the cup. Happens all the time.

Ordered Uber Eats from this location and my drink wasn’t completely full! Plus it just tasted like straight up milk. Maybe a little more matcha next time.. we also didn’t get straws. The donuts were perfect so there was some good out of this order but I was really looking forward to my FULL drink :/

I just parked and walked into this Dunkin'. Donuts, 3 employees working. Can I use the term working loosely? No one greeted me. No one took my order. I stood at the register and no one else was in the store after 2 minutes. I left and count to a 120. So, you know how long two minutes is so I was ignored, and I left and I'll never come back. First time last time. ***Tried it again January 11th 2026 nothing's changed. I will suggest to whoever owns or operates this dunkin donuts that you go take a look at the Dunkin.Donuts in davie, on state road 84 as they get it, correct and they are awesome every single time and that's how your business should be run.

Incredibly rude waitstaff. I would definitely go out of my way to go somewhere else if you value friendliness at service. She went out of her way to make me wait for my order Which was just a plain croissant. It probably even bordered on racism , because I asked a simple question about how can I tell which order is mine. I've never\n Been treated so rudely in my life.

Go to another Dunkin location. Unacceptable experience (not just once).Today I waited 15 minutes for two hot food items with my one-year-old, only to be told my order was never made. When I asked for a refund, the manager Kiara loudly said “just give her a refund” and waved me off in front of everyone. I was only refunded for part of my order, and the implication that I was taking more than I paid for while having my 1 year old child; was insulting and unprofessional. Gabby was kind and apologetic, but management clearly needs retraining in respect and customer service.

Unbelievable! @10:40am I got a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with cream cheese. It was stale and small. I can’t believe they are making them so small. And even the amount of cream cheese is so much less than it used to be. I recommend you asking for the cream cheese on the side so at least you get the unopened container. And to top it up while I was writing this review my cat licked the cream cheese off of it. I won’t be back, that’s for sure.

If you are going there in person to pick up your order or ordering there it’s fine. But if you order through a delivery service please then before ordering for delivery to make sure you call them to verify if they have donuts. I ordered off uber eats and they accepted the order knowing they had no donuts. Didn’t cancel the order just told the driver to contact me to tell me to cancel the order. Because I cancelled it I wasn’t able to get a refund because apparently it was an inconvenience charge to the restaurant because they accepted the order and i cancelled after they accepted it (even tho they accepted it knowing they had no donuts). I’m only giving 1 star for service because I can’t really rate the food or atmosphere with me not being there. Just a warning.

Place was dirty. Tables still had food from previous customers. Could not find any clean tables inside so went outside; Same situation. They do not maintain the place. The garbage containers outside were full of garbage. Coffee and food were average to bad. Not a good place to visit. It’s NOT a good atmosphere with all the trash surrounding you.
