TGI Fridays

When you go, ask for Chad the bartender. My boy makes the best drinks. His customer service is ttoooppp tier. Always has a great attitude. Hos special drinks are the shit!!!! His coworker Chris is also pretty great. Haven't had much experience with him, but he's great too, love his vibe.

Tiffany was our server! She was great! She made sure we had everything we needed for our meal. She checked with us often to make sure we had everything. She was Awesome. If I come back I would definitely ask for her!!

Tiffany was the absolute best waitress. She was so sweet, checked on us , was patient when one of us changed our mind. If I come back, I would hope she is my waitress. Great service!!!!

We enjoyed this place. The waitress was nice. If i go to tgif I always get something with the whiskey sauce and I did. I got the pick 2 meal and I got shrimp and tenders with Mac n cheese and salad. Their Mac and cheese was so so good. We also got the turbo drink that was with redbull and other stuff it was pretty good.

I came in to place a Togo order I was greeted by Chanel and the manager tally! I literally walked in at 11pm and you would think everyone was on go home mode but they weren’t. Super welcoming and all smiles ikl be back

Juan, our server, was the best. The food was delicious. The only issue was the temperature inside the restaurant. It was freezing cold. We asked if the air conditioning was on and we were told that it was NOT. Then I realized where the cold air was coming from. There were 2 vents by the restaurant entrance that were causing 3 giant Christmas ornaments to move. There was the culprit for our shivering as we waited for our order to arrive. Thankfully my 12 oz steak with 2 sides and my fiend’s full rack of ribs with the honey whiskey glaze on the side and 2 sides arrived and distracted us from our uncomfortable situation. The food was scrumptious and cooked to perfection. Our minds no longer focused on how cold we were. We savored every bite of the food Juan had served us. One last thing. The Coral Springs TGIFridays recently closed down. Some of the employees are now working at the Plantation location while others are working at the Pembroke Pines restaurant. I don’t understand how they are short staffed such that there are empty tables but guests have to wait 18 minutes to be seated. TGIFridays will not last long as a chain if this is the kind of customer service they provide. As they know, there is intense competition for fewer and fewer people dining out in restaurants post COVID-19. I hope they do better in the future or TGIFridays will be losing me as a customer.

Service and atmosphere were nice and calm, expected out of most places, I noticed that when I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, there was more onion and tomato than the patty itself, kind of like I was given 1/4 of a tomato. Shanell provided absolutely amazing service at TGI Fridays — truly a 10/10 experience! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She checked in at just the right times, kept our drinks full, and had such a positive, welcoming attitude that made the whole meal even better. It’s rare to come across customer service like hers these days. Shanell went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of, and because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re dining at TGI Fridays, ask for Shanell — you won’t be disappointed!

I was excited to go to this place after it being closed in the state I live. The server was very friendly, but the food was kind of bland. My favorite dish is the cajun pasta. It used to have a lot more spice and taste to it.But this one was just kind of pasta. No real flavor.

For an appetizer we got the pretzel bites which were good. For entrees we got a bacon burger and chicken tenders. The tenders were a bit chewy and the bacon on the burger was the same. The fries that came with both entrees were ok, probably only 60% of the fries edible and the others not well cooked. The AC was pumping making it cold and it was very dark in there. It’s TGIF not a romantic five star dinner for two so no idea why they are so dark.

Awful service. Awful food. Way, way overpriced. Do not go. Remember this chain of restaurants being a whole lot better.

Instead of correcting the dish I was told by the manager I could leave. I did and went to the Fridays in Pembroke Pines. Ordered the same dish and it came as usual without cheese.

First I had to wait, about 20 mins for a trash tasting order... this is worse than a fast food joint, the only thing came out hot was the 4 cheese Mac and cheese, no one came in the few minutes I waited to pick it up so I had to go get my order, only to have to go back because they left my fries out... Lady acted like I substituted the fries for the mac and chesse yet I paid separately for the side order.... something definitely off about this establishment, i even think they gave me beyond meat... because that burger didn’t taste like beef or was not cooked well done like I specified, I would type first and last time but I will try something different before I condemn it to hell... I usually say happy friday, but this place makes me hate Fridays 😤🤦🏾‍♂️👀👎🏾

Terrible service, basically, Bubba jumped in my conversation about my food then, Bubba and the curly head manager attacked me because I complained steak Sandwich That they originally brought me dripping with grease The bottom part of so the guy asked me if I wanted The ingredients or the meat on the side instead of on the bread so it won’t be full of grease. I said OK, Not knowing that they were going to bring each ingredients of the steak sandwich separate like how am I supposed to eat it? Just weird! They also put seasoning all over the fries I asked for without seasoning. As I was speaking to who I thought was the manager Bubba chose to butt into my conversation as I’m trying to explain like he’s paying for the food. Basically I had no right to speak with authority about my food that I was for, Keep in mind Bubba wasn’t even the one that took my order Chad did. Chad the real MVP. What’s funny is Bubba had just said to me how he wouldn’t be surprised if the this Friday’s wouldn’t be close down soon he spoke about the quality of the food and the menu prices and how nobody comes there anymore. Bubba and The manager tonight treated me like I wasn’t a pain customer. But that’s OK because What goes around comes around that’s for sure! Be sure to stay away from this restaurant if you want quality food, and good service and cleanliness.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS, I WOULD! We got our menu’s 25 minutes into just sitting there. We ordered a drink from the bar and there was 3 FLIES IN OUR DRINK. DISGUSTING. The people behind us ate and left as well as the people on the right of us. We arrived at 7:50 and received our food at 9:30…There was only 3 tables. To put the cherry on top there was a dog on the floor eating fries on a plate right next to us. God can strike me down right now if i’m lying. I want this place shut down immediately.

So I have been to several different locations however I hate to say this but this was the worst. We walked in and was immediately hit by a foul smell that persisted throughout our entire visit. There was no host and we had to wait for the server to seat us. We waited almost 10 minutes. I want to note there were only 3 customers in the dining area. Apparently the sofa machine was broken so most soft drinks were not available. I asked if they had decaf coffee and was told they also had no coffee. Now moving to the food. The food was barely edible. The coleslaw tasted like it was going bad. The checked wings were over cooked and I actually got sick later that night due to my food. Service was less than par. We were not even given silverware for all 3 of us and when the food arrived I had to request it. As we left we all agreed we will never visit that location again.

So the server there was a lady and she has such a bad attitude. Never argue with a customer. You charged me wrong and then tell me that you've been a server for x amount of years. I don't care if it's been over 100 years. The service was horrible, bad attitude, and terrible food which was salty as heck and dry as a desert. And because of this servers bad and nasty attitude who showed she could care less... I will never come back to TGI Fridays. You want to tell me I'm wrong and argue about the order I had and menu prices... get some manners. This server just left a really bad taste in my mouth. Obviously they care nothing about quality service or the customers she serves including the company which apparently her bad attitude reflects on TGI.
