595 Lounge and Grill

Our party had the Wagyu Burger, the Cowboy Burger, and the Roasted Grouper. Every dish was incredible. The Coconut Under the Sun cocktail was a new experience and we all loved it. Do not pass on the desserts; exquisite is the least I can say. 100% coming back!!!

The Bin 595 Bar 🍸 and grill restaurant is an excellent place to eat and enjoy your time in Florida located inside the Renaissance Hotel. Very nice atmosphere, and service was great, the staff made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The food was 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and the manager D was the nicest 👌 gentleman, big ups to my Jamaica 🇯🇲 Bredrin. In conclusion, if you're ever in Florida and looking for a great place to eat don't hesitate to stop by the Bin 595 Bar and Grill. You won't be disappointed.

What a great find! I happened to have dinner during my stay At the Renaissance Hotel. Ty e staff made me feel at home immediately! Super friendly and worth a mention were the bartenders (Angela and Zada) and the chef (Lucas). The food and drinks were great and atmosphere was noteworthy!

The place is very comfortable. Excellent food, for lunch is great. To be with friends and family is a best place. The waiter Keyon was 4 star all the way. Keyon is an asset to the restaurant.

Looked for a restaurant where my wife and I could get a reservation on Sat night where food was good and ambiance was upscale. Made reservations easily thru Open table. We were quite surprised how quaint this restaurant was. My wife had lobster bisc and said it was the best she has had. Service was extremely attentive and the booths had high backs for some intimate conversation. I had the ribeye which was perfectly done, flavorful and very nice size and my wife had fish. For was excellent!!! Why stand on line at a more well known restaurant when u can have such a great meal so close to home. Great location for friends to gather for a private meal, couples or business. A hidden treasure

Perhaps a tad commercial, attentive bartender covers tables and bar for the early set and earns his 18% tip added by the mgmt. I prefer that Renaissance pay him a living wage and I tip for excellence, but this is not my world so I adapt. The well-crafted menu offers a few choices for everyone. I especially liked the Brussels sprouts. Location works for me too...cheers

Hi, marriott website says your closed for lunch I called, you're open! Asked to see menu online, it's not on your website, operator said no one could talk to me about it in the restaurant at 1057am and it's no where online? Thought you would want to know this lack of knowledge...

Prices not accurate on Bin95 website. Website says steel cut oats with brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins is $3.00, I was charged $5.00 this morning (2/20/24)

There is a lot they can do to improve this restaurant. Especially since the hotel is very nice. First of all, they charge $50 a couple for breakfast Buffet- if you are a paying customer. The food is is fresh but not always consistent! Pancakes, when they have them, are excellent! They will make Omelets to order however they can take forever. For dinner, prices are reasonable for a hotel however the food tends to be a bit dry- The Salomon as an example! Ambiance is very nice. I am hoping management can get their act together and make improvements because I like this place and would go back if they did.

Very disappointed! I like the hotel and decided to stop in for dinner. I had dined here many years ago when it was more high end. NOW it is very casual. No body greeted me at the hostess station. I asked the bartender what to do. He said sit anywhere. Waited 15 minutes nobody said a word to me. Finally the bartender cam over to me and said he was the only one working the entire room. All the food I had was very salty, poor presentation and not worth the money. It's a shame because the hotel is very nice.

The day we visited this restaurant, we had arrived a day early for a cruise. So, fortunately, we were not in a hurry. We waited a long time for the waitress to notice us. Then so long of a time to be served water that we finally called her over to request a second time. Eventually, she took our order. When the food finally came, it was tepid. The taste was okay, but nothing memorable. We paid a lot for lunch, and got to sit in lovely surroundings, but that was our only good memory. I hope others get better food and service.

Understaffed, had to ask if there was a server for our table after waiting for 15 minutes after being seated…it was my wife’s birthday and after receiving our food, we were given the check, not even asked if we wanted dessert. Also the place is extremely loud and we were seated next to a table that had obnoxious children running around and screaming as if they were on a playground. A very bad dining experience after a very long drive to Ft.Lauderdale

Food was cold, ( I think, had anything been at the right temperature it may have been very good..) we didn't seem to have a waiter...we had to flag someone down to get refills on beverages...they were tearing down tables right next to us and stacking chairs...had to ask for our bill......I think when you are paying 40.00 for a dinner, plus 20% tip for wait staff we never had, it is a bit much. I doubt they care, but we won't be back.

We missed Ethan today. We come for a drink sometimes and he is such a pleasure. Decided to try dinner tonight. Overpriced, small portions, ala cart, and bland. We will stick with the drinks.
