I’ve stopped by here several times to get boba on a hot day. Today I got the mango delight with aloe (~$7) which was perfect for a hot summer afternoon. The service is fast and the food is good. I’ve also tried several of their milk teas before as well which are all great. The level of customization with the ice, sugar, and dairy options are always a plus. T4 is always a great spot

T4 Oakland is a go-to spot for delicious popcorn chicken and tasty milk tea. The flavors are great, and the prices are reasonable. I really appreciate how customizable the drinks are—you can adjust sweetness, ice levels, and toppings to your liking. Highly recommended if you’re craving a solid boba and snack combo!

Elegant Rose Aloe was so good! It's a lovely caffeine free rose-flavored iced drink that has coconut and aloe jellies in it. The words used to describe it in the advertisement on the TV menu were "romantic, fancy, and floral" and I would say that description was accurate. The lowest sweetness option was still a little too sweet for me but I still enjoyed it very much. I felt very romantic, fancy and floral. : )

This place has some of the best prices for boba around. They have seats inside allowing you to spend some time with friends. The staff was friendly and quick with my order. I only wish that their payment system was a bit more updated to easily tip.

Best popcorn chicken ever! My go to order is popcorn chicken and jasmine milk tea, half sweet, light ice. Service is alright. I like going here because the prices are still relatively affordable and almost half of all the other boba places. You can also order ahead online on their website.

Not friendly, Not fast, but that’s not important when it’s that good. It was super convenient and to find some amazing Udon minutes away was spectacular luck!

First of all, the prices are super low compared to the boba places in SF. Ordered a classic milk tea with boba -less than $5 and it was so tasty. The tea flavor was decent and the boba was very chewy and had a good amount of sweetness. Usually, i am quite skeptical of the food at drink places but the calamari was super tasty! It was crunchy and light and the squid was very tender. Good amount for $6. Cannot recommend enough!

Just visited T4 in Oakland Chinatown, I was attracted by that strong milk tea aroma inside the store instantly. Staffs are friendly and approachable, usually I would like to order Earl Gray tea, roasted oohlong tea, Milk tea with coconut jelly, or French pudding milk tea, but today I tried their new special drink called Fresh grapefruit green Tea, and that tastes pretty good and so refreshing, I love it. And I have tried their several snacks, ramen, and using noodle as well, and they all taste good the price is somewhat fair($6.95--$8.85 before tax). There is one thing I need to complain about is the wait time for a single Eggpuff order (20 minutes minimum 😂)

Great ramen!! I ordered the pork ramen with garlic oil broth and it was delicious. You have some good options like ramen or other kind of Asian tapas like takoyaki and tons of options for drink like different types of smoothies and lots of Asian teas. The service is fast and helpful.

I love their passion fruit royal tea I always get that with boba and sometimes some snacks like bubble waffles or calamari all has been really good and pretty quick.

Great place to have Boba. I go around every month, and I have to say, get the mango fanatics. It's fantastic. All drinks are around 5$. Also, their drinks tend to be sweet, so I would recommend you choose a lower sweetness level than normal.

I ordered two drinks + the basil popcorn chicken. Aghh it was soooo good. Definitely coming back. I must try every drink on that menu

I got the strawberry matcha with pandan jelly. honestly the jelly was a mistake, I would not recommend doing that. it made the drink taste too confusing. the strawberry made the drink very very sweet. I generally like T4 but I wouldn't get this again, even without the add-on. the place was pretty small and it was hard to talk with the loud music playing. we didn't stay for too long so it was alright.

The cashier repeated caramel milk tea and I said yes. They gave me a taro milk tea instead. Not what I ordered but it was delicious. My coworker ordered the popcorn chicken and an iced black apple tea - he said his items were tasty, too.

This place is alright. Good place for a bubble tea drink if you want to spend a little money for just a drink. It's very popular with high school kids. Loads come here after school. There are also good finger foods here. Check it out but by the time you leave you will realize that the money spent here could have been spent in a good meal.

I order fries tofu and it was very very salty for all of the tofu. The cashier had no smile on her face and bad attitude. The boba was ok thought

I usually always love my stuff from t4 but I went and bought 4 drinks one of them had weird chunky pieces in it. I dont know if the milk they used was old but it was gross and had a bad taste. I only ordered normal taro milk tea with boba and it had chunks in it.
