Received email for $5 entree. But discount did not come up after putting in order from the email. Cashier was able to apply discount. Order filled fairly quickly. Also, disappointed menu no longer includes the cilantro bowl.

This Rubio’s is such a gem! The chips and guacamole are always so fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. You can tell the ingredients are top quality. On top of that, the manager, is incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommend stopping by.

This Rubio’s is consistently good! The food is awesome. The salsa is fresh. The staff is nice and the restaurant is always clean.

Great lobster tacos, perfect sauce with avocado. It’s nice when Rubios sends coupons periodically. It helps out when deciding where to eat for dinner on a budget

Rubios Oside is the best! The manager and staff are always attentive, kind, and helpful with recommendations. The store is always clean, salsa bowls plentiful, and service areas and tabkes/chairs impeccable. This has been our go-to Rubios for decades and we really missed it when it was shut down after the fire. This resulted in us visiting other Rubios in San Diego County which have all been very nice, but it made us realize that this one is a stand out! Thank you!

We ordered Rubio's via Doordash. I had the Rainbow Bowl with Shrimp, it was DELICIOUS. The lime crema was such a wonderful flavor on the bowl, i would order extra next time. The shrimp were smaller than I expected, but there were plenty and they were perfectly cooked! My hubby had a grilled chicken burrito, my brother the fish taco's and my sister had the shrimp taco's. Everyone enjoyed it, thanks for making great food for delivery. I didn't take any pictures, but highly recommend!

I love the consistently delicious fish tacos at Rubio's. On this visit, 3 of us shared 2 entrée plates since I was using my birthday reward. I'm glad this location has finally reopened. It's nice not to have to go as far South as Highway 78. We had 2 Mahi Mahi tacos, a chicken taco, and a sweet potato taco. All were excellent.

The fish and shrimp tacos are very delicious and fresh. The new owner Don is very nice and runs the place very well. We are a local dental office we come to this location very often. If you want good quality and fast service during lunch break, this is place to go.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. I loveeeee Rubio's! I often come here with my buddies on Tuesday to grab their deal for the classic fish taco. Yum. Price is worth it for the food. Very clean space and decently quiet. Best for groups of 1-5 people.

Usual good quality of food from our takeout order made online and good service manner from the staffs, although we didn't get as much chips in the order this time as previously.

I love the food at Rubio’s. However, the refried beans are not the same. They no longer taste homemade. They taste like canned beans. They even had a funny metallic taste. I didn’t eat them. Prices are also getting highter here.

I love the fish taco especial. I went yesterday and there was a line to use the new self service ordering kiosks. It seems like they are too complicated for some. I was hungry so I left before ordering and went to a different place nearby where a human took my order. I liked that. Shoot me a note if you get rid of the kiosks and I'll come back. You've lost me as a customer until then.

For one, you can’t even see the beans on the burrito in the picture, I mean look at the picture! So even if it had beans I was expecting light beans. Plus, it was a $15 burrito….. so why when I open the burrito it’s full of beans with a little lobster in it? I also requested extra lobster and to add bacon so I paid about $25 and could mostly only taste beans it was a waste of my money and I was disappointed. Especially for the price I paid and for the request I made. The picture looks way better than the actual product.

Ate here about 2 hours ago. Already violently sick and vomited 3 times. Obvious food poisoning as I hadn’t eaten anything else for about 24 hours prior to this. I just saw another review about food safety and hygiene. Wish I would have seen that before this. Edit: per managements request on this review, I’ve submitted the complain form - thank you.

It’s a beautiful new building and I’m sure it was a lot of work getting it all back up and running, but the outside patio seating area needs some work.
