What is happening at Weinersnitchel lately? I haven’t been in quite a while and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Apparently other people are noticing this brand new Weiner too! It was the spot to be on Thursday night. Their take out packaging has changed keeping their chilli cheese fries piping hott! They started putting more chilli , cheese and onions in their chichi fries..mini corn dogs are always super hott, fresh and sweet!! Will go back soon!

Excellent service. Automated drive-thru was fast and efficient. Food was good done properly and the service was nice. The only reason I gave four stars for the atmosphere was I wasn't a fan of the music so much but it wasn't terrible

Chili cheese dog is my guilty pleasure .. fav since my teens. Carlos at the Oceanside location has the best attitude makes me feel like I spent 100 bucks. And all I got was a chili cheese dog for 250. Great customer service thanks a lot guys. Please stick around there’s only a few of you open.

Carlos is the best. He got my order first try and repeated the order perfectly. The hotdogs are perfect and perfectly overflowing, by far the best Weinerschnitzel I've ever been too and will continue going.

every time we have come to this location there is a gentleman that always stands out. Carlos is extremely professional and kind. the food is always hot and delicious when we come here. I love the new upgraded all beef hot dogs too. always a pleasant experience.

Came there tonight for the six dollar deal which is 100% worth it and I got a large coke for my order. The server Maddax was super nice and honestly made my day better because I had a rough shift at work and coming to my favorite fast food place and being greeted with respect and kindness plus having hot and ready food is amazing. Best Wienerschitnzel in California!! Will be returning soon

Amazing service! I have been going here for almost a year now and I gotta say the food and desserts are amazing and for reasonable prices! Maddax is an amazing worker and always brightens up my day when I see her and I’m always grateful she even remembers me! She is a fantastic worker and gives me the best customer service! The chefs are amazing as well as they don’t long to make my food and it’s never the wrong order or messed up! 10/10 always recommending!

The computer that takes your order takes a little getting used to but it gets the job done. The staff is friendly and work well as a team. Perfect location for a quick stop for grub before jumping eastbound on the 76.

This will always be a staple for me and my family! This is one of those grub spots that instantly brings back that feeling of home! The food is always amazing, and you either have or just had a breathtaking view of the coastline while you visit the beautiful Oceanside Coast! Definitely recommend a quick stop visit to satisfy your cravings!

Got myself a strawberry shake and it is on point. Carlos was working there at the time and his customer service was on point. Friendly and helpful. Definitely retiring for another shake maybe more.

Food and service was great as always! But only thing I’d suggest is throwing napkins in the bag or give some to the customer no matter what the order is. Don’t always need to ask if we watch ketchup/mustard; but ask if we’d prefer napkins for our order. Not mad or worried, just constructive criticism.

WOW, Ian is the best worker I’ve ever met at this location! His service was better than chic fil a 🤣. Yall need to make sure you reward that young man!!

Jesus provided great customer and was quick with our order. He made sure we had everything we needed. Very happy with this location.

Service was amazing the youthful lady Maddax. Was truly a delightful person I walked up in just some sandals and ripped up jeans. She treated me with respect and dignity, given my roughly appearance I ordered a ice cream cone which was very delicious by the time I composed my review about food and service I was halfway done eating my meal . corn dogs where very nice and warm not drench oil . Tasty crunchy and fresh would be the word i use to describe this location... 😂 Tasty crunchy and fresh 🫰🫰🫰

Went there today to get the two hot dogs and chili cheese fries with my son. Was supposed to get a bag with two of them and then cheese fries with onions the one without. The man handed us apparently the wrong bags. When I open my bag my chili cheese fries did not have onions so I assumed everything was okay. But when I got to my chili dog I opened it and there was onions and my son had already eaten one of the hot dogs so I asked if they would replace it. The man was very rude inside the store and refused to replace it. The tall bigger gentleman was very professional. The short guy in there was very rude. Anyway I left a nice mess outside on the table for them to clean up. I will never go to wienerschnitzel again. 😢

On Saturday, February 6, 2026, I visited the Wienerschnitzel location in Downtown Oceanside. I ordered a combo deal that included four chili fries, four chili dogs, and four corn dogs. Unfortunately, all of the fries were undercooked and still raw. My son started eating the chili fries right away and shortly after began feeling sick. This was extremely concerning and upsetting. I returned to the location to address the issue and spoke with the manager,. I was kept waiting outside for more than 30 minutes while he spoke on the phone with someone else. He refused to issue a refund at that time, and I was forced to wait two days before receiving my money back. The food quality and customer service were both unacceptable. I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled and the way we were treated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.
