San Jose's Mexican restaurant is my wife's and I favorite restaurant. The food is always superb, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is fun! You never have to ask for more chips or a drink, the servers are always on top of it and very attentive.

We love San Jose’s in Ocoee!! We were introduced years ago by friends of ours and have had amazing experiences ever since. There is ample seating, indoor and outdoor. The food tastes amazing and ready FAST! The service is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is authentic and just the right amount, the music is the perfect volume. You can enjoy i and still have a conversation with your table. We highly recommend San Jose’s!

1st time here. Had the entrance door held by one employee, had another employee greet and seat us right away, and our waiter, Yovanny, (almost immediately) asked what we'd like to drink. When we ordered he was VERY on point with knowledge. Staff is super friendly. Plates are very good size. Food was fresh and amazing. Bathrooms are clean and fresh. Food was wonderful, as always. Staff was polite and attentive, as always. Upon my request, we were seated in the empty half of the restaurant because we had a loud and unruly young child with us. Allowing us to that was greatly appreciated.

We ordered the Sangria (refreshing, full of fruit, red), Queso Fundido, Sopa de Pollo Bowl (comes with rice in it), Ensalada de Nopal (cactus salad, really good) and the Beff Tinga Poblana. I have known about San Jose for years and for some reason never made it a trip. We will be back and/or try their other locations.

This was a great place. Went in a Thursday about 2:30 and not busy. Food was good and hot. Tamales come in chicken and pork, but not beef. Still good, got the chicken. Taco salad was good portion for lunch. Chicken Enchiladas were good. Would have gave a 5 star, but wasn’t expecting the sopipilas to be flat cinnamon chips. The waitress did say they have them custom order. Waited 15 min to get flat cinnamon chips. Just a heads up, they are not want you think.

Food was good and service great. Would need to try another local Mexican place to give a better comparison. That said, it would be just average in the Memphis area.

The food was good however they got our order wrong multiple times and were slow and not sorry about getting it wrong. When it was time for paying, they ran my card with another table's bill and charged me $100 more than I should have paid. When I pointed this out, again there was no apology and it took a good 15 mins to fix the issue. I was told it could take 48 hours for the corrections to take effect. They need to work on improving their service. Food itself is good.

The only thing good was the guacamole except they never gave me chips for it… ordered through uber they forgot a few items. Never got my Mexican coke, there was no sauce on my enchiladas. Hardly any meat in burritos! Won’t be back.

This is a very unfortunate review I never thought I had to do but, here it goes: First, me and my family are very frecuent customers at this location, I am talking almost a weekly thing. So on Saturday, my wife went alone with my son to have a little mom and son date. The OWNER of this place started HARRASING my wife asking her if she was single, asking her when will she take him to her country, offering liquor, when she said she didn't drink then he proceeds to say how much he wanted a woman like her. Mind you he himself know who I am, he have seen me there TONS of times and still do this. Unfortunately I won't recommend this place whatsoever and if you are a woman, and god forbid you want to have dinner on your own, you will be harrased.
