Takumi Sushi & Ramen(Ocoee)

It had been quite some time since I last visited this hibachi restaurant before the pandemic hit. To my delight, they are still serving up delicious meals. During my recent visit, I ordered the combination steak and shrimp. The steak, cooked to a perfect medium-well, was incredibly juicy and flavorful. I would give this dining experience a 5 out of 5 rating and highly recommend trying it out.

First was the tuna tataki which was delicious and seared perfectly. I got a spicy tuna/salmon poke bowl and my wife got the volcano roll and salmon avocado roll. This place did not miss! So delicious and great quality sushi. My wife enjoyed BOGO wines and I got a boba tea drink that was FANTASTIC! From start to finish this place proved to be nothing but excellent! Can’t wait to try more of their menu! PS: server had great energy and was funny!

Rave! I saw the raves and had to check Takumi out. My husband and I were very impressed. The food was so fresh and delicious! Everyone was so kind. Mango smoothie with boba was the best I've had. The other was a refreshing Takumi boba tea. They were having a sushi special: buy 2 get 1 free and the friendly waitress said that also applied at dinner, (but I don't know for how long). We went during lunch so we could affordably try several items, and brought leftovers home. Btw, we loved everything. 😄

We had a perfect lunch, for a long time I've been looking for a great Ramen like this, everything is made with care and attention. The bento box was fantastic too, we ordered a lot of food but we can't stop ordering. Congratulations guys, we'll be sure come back soon Thank you guys!!!

Hands down best Ramen in the Orlando area. Sushi is amazing as well as their portions! Love the service, everyone is super kind like one big family. Can't wait to go back!

This restaurant was an amazing experience. The service was very prompt and friendly, we were seated quickly and in a nice clean spot. Upon ordering, our food arrived faster than anticipated and the food tasted Immaculate! I ordered the shrimp tempura and the incredible roll and they were perfect. Will definitely be returning here again soon!

Very well organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Large menu with lots of options. Food was AMAZING. The fried veggies were a delightful surprise in my bento. My only complaint is that my stomach isn't big enough to eat EVERYTHING.

Best tonkotsu ramen in ocoee,and try this sushi pizza so delicious!!! We definitely will be back! Joanna soooo nice by the way She gave me some special gifts OMG so sweet I will bring my family come here next week

Went there for the first time. It's was so good and reasonably priced. I have a new sushi wonderful. Waitress was great too! The calamari was a little tough but everything else we got was wonderul.

Takumi is an extremely underrated place, and the food here is SO good! I usually build my own soup or poke bowl, and it never disappoints! They serve you a good amount to fill you up. I HIGHLY recommend Takumi, and I will be back very soon!

The food was absolutely delicious. My bf and I got the Rock & Roll sushi and Takoyaki as appetizers. The taloyaki isn't on the menu you have to ask for it! For our entrees we each got our own Ramen bowls. We ordered the smaller size and they were enormous! Cute anime decor around with a modern minimalist twist.

I can't say enough about this place. When i discovered them, it was so good that i went back the next day for dinner. Everything is Amazing from the sushi to the boba milk tean and i can't say enough about their ramen bowls. The price is very fair compare to other places. You just have to give them a try.

Hadn’t been in awhile but so glad I gave Takumi another chance! Huge lunch portions & so good! Friendly wonderful service and pleasant atmosphere. Not sure if under new ownership/management, but loved it & will be back!!

We had catering done by them and I must say it exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh. The arrangements were beautiful as well. Flavors also were delicious. Definitely will be ordering more catering platters from them. By the way it was platter 4 and very well worth every penny.

Everything was so tasty. We really loved the raman bowls we ordered spicy beef and a chicken one. The bubble teas are great you have to try them. Our waiter was super friendly and nice. We will be back again next time we come in town. Thanks for the great experience.

Super sweet service, ordered the shrimp teriyaki dinner box, good price for so much food, such good quality food, great variety and effort put into each piece. THE VERY BEST miso soup I have ever had, such a good experience, will definitely be coming back!

This time I opted for their takumi roll, which was HUGE for the price! I especially like their rice paper substitute for seaweed. I like seaweed but my partner does not, so this was a very nice surprise option. The place is very spacious and clean, with fun decor. Though a bit big and open, so not very cozy. It's never been busy when ive gone, but i choose to eat out during nonconventional hours. Our server is always pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend trying their affordable bento hibachi lunch!

My go to Japanese restaurant! The service is fast and food is delicious! I particularly love their poke bowls and vegetable tempura.

Always a pleasure to eat here! I've consistently enjoyed the food, and especially love the sushi options and the hibachi. My husband loves the ramen and bento boxes they offer. This time around, we got build your own Ramen, volcano roll, Japanese bagel sushi and chicken teriyaki. The drink was a delicious mango smoothie!

First time eating here. Lots of seating. Had the Tonkotsu Ramen (substituted with Udon noodles) plus a couple of different sushi rolls. The food was quite good. Notably fresh and tasty. Good service. Cannot wait to return in the future.

We love the sushi and ramen here. The Tiger roll and Splendid are our favorites. Service is always quick and friendly. Highly recommended!

The restaurant looks kind of empty because half of it has no seating. The seating that's in there is a little dated and some more decorations would help liven the environment. Overall our food was good, I was disappointed that chicken is not any of the noodles soup options. I had dinner here with myself and three others. We all shared the same opinion.

In the area and decided to give this place a try for lunch. We ordered shumai, spicy tuna roll, rainbow roll, cali roll and chicken hibachi lunch special. Rolls tasted good, the perfect size not too big or too small. The chicken hibachi was also good. Service was great very friendly.

Ordered out a couple of items, 2 Poke Bowls, 3 Sushi Rolls and some fried rice steak habachi is gonna cost you over $100. Not only the steak habachi should have had fried rice not noodles as shown in the photo, got my order wrong. Not worth the cost for average food, the service can be bad, anything else can be bad, but the food should never be bad. Making sushi at home would have been better and more economical. At the least don't make the food so mediocre...

It all tasted like water. Very unappetizing. I don’t do reviews much but I am genuinely pissed that I spent my last $18 here. Especially since this is my last meal for 12 hours due to blood work and I’m supposed to be fasting through work today. I had to drench the food in soy sauce and force it down just so I had something to eat. The first time I ate here was great. I thought I had found a new place and then time after time quality subsided. I don’t know if it can get worse than today and I won’t know because I don’t want to eat here anymore. Disclaimer: All the orange under the salad in the photo is the water after some of the dressing got mixed in. The water is not the dressing because it was there from before I opened the box. I tried to continue with eating it so I put the dressing and tried to soak up the water but ultimately threw it out.

The food is very meh. The noodles are box 99 cent spaghetti noodles you would get from the grocery store. No flavor bland chicken taste like it has no seasoning for 18.00. The service I was told 20 minutes when I came back in after 20 minutes they just put the order in and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the food. Would not recommend.

We were in the area a couple of weeks ago and stopped in for some lunch. We were the first people there. Took over 20 mins to receive an appetizer, 40 mins to receive food, and the server never checked on us once.
