Tried the iced matcha latte at 7 Brew and loved it! Smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet. The drink came out fast, the service was friendly (as always!), and everything was made exactly how I ordered it. Highly recommend 💚

I've been to 7 Brew several times, but not this particular location in Odessa. Usually my drinks turn out great at 7 brew. I got a drink that I like today, and my fiance got a mocha blended coffee... I dont know if it was their machine, or if whoever was making them didn't have any idea what they were doing, but both drinks tasted funky and awful, especially the coffee drink. We dumped them almost immediately as they were not palatable whatsoever. Won't be returning to this location in Odessa, Texas, but I will be returning to 7 Brew. Giving this experience two stars only because this was my first bad experience at a 7 Brew.

I’m honestly tired of 7 brew there getting lazy and keep serving me just cream and foam coffee. I asked for a medium cinnamon roll chiller with whip cream and Carmel on top. Barely any coffee in my cup. Very disappointed. Never will return Here we are again !!!!!! I wish they stop cleaning their machines while they make my coffee!!! Staff told me that and thought it was okay for me to have watered down coffee and this damn foam !!!! Never ever will return. Going back to Starbucks !!!

It took us another 45 minutes just to get around the store for them to give us equally disgusting drinks as replacements. Maybe try the other seven because this one has gotten horrible. What a waste of $20 and time. So disappointed. Never again.

Go here all the time, recently it's been going down hill. I got a MEDIUM strawberry smoothie and they came out with a small. We sent it back and they come back with a medium that has zero flavor.

We literally sat in the line for 20 mins while we seen 4 guys just standing inside and a girl just stood there drinking her cup.of water. We usually have good service. BUT we go in the morning we will never go back at night.

I love 7 brew but I just absolutely hate this location! I went today and a car in front of me was taking forever but I just decided to be patient and wait my turn. When I pulled up to order they would not attend to me! There’s just a bunch of young kids talking and complaining who’s turn it is to take orders . They even straight up looked at me and ignored me. It just irritated me to much so I left . They are so slow and distracted at this location. I recommend going to the 7 brew on grandview . Yes it looks busy all the time but they are friendly, extremely fast and work sufficiently. 8th street 7 brew they are fast but always rude !

Love 7 brew but will not be going back to this location. I waited almost 30 minutes (mind you there was maybe only 5 cars in front of me) in line and when I was finally next the car in front of me happened be friends with the girl handing out the drinks. They spend another 5 minutes talking as if there is not a long line of cars waiting for their drinks. I finally get my drink and it wasn’t even what I ordered but I wasn’t going to stay there and argue when I know the cars behind me were probably frustrated as well.

I ordered two large mocha chillers I received two iced coffees when I sent it back. Staff was mad and gave me attitude. Definitely will not be coming back to this coffee shop.

Every time I give this 7brew a chance it's pure disappointment. I've driven off a few times without ordering anything. Reason being, no one is walking around taking orders. When I've actual been able to order the service was super slow and the drinks were definitely no where as good as the other 7brews in town.

When I come to this location the service is slow, the workers are just standing around and talking even where there is a long line. I also purchased 2 $25 gift cards for Christmas and the employee who helped me did not activate them. The people who I gifted the cards to have not been able to use them, we even went to the same location to use them a week later and were told there was nothing they could do about it. I spent $50 for nothing. They also have good and bad days with their drinks unlike the other locations.

I went to 7brew hoping for a decent coffee, but what I got was an absolute nightmare. First off, the line was ridiculously long, and it took forever to get to the window. When I finally ordered, the employee seemed totally clueless and got my drink wrong not once, but twice! Seriously, how hard is it to make a simple latte? And don't even get me started on the manager. When I asked to speak to them about the terrible service, they were completely dismissive and acted like I was bothering them. No apology, no offer to fix the drink—just a blank stare and a shrug. It was clear they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. The coffee itself tasted burnt and watered down, and the whole experience left me feeling ripped off and incredibly frustrated. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually know how to make coffee and treat their customers with respect. This place is a joke.

The white chocolate coffee was lukewarm and 3. The pumpkin spice iced latte was insanely disgusting! It tasted like milk with shots of caramel sauce 🤢strike 3, your out, those factors alone encourage me to steer clear from this place. I thought Starbucks was bad 😳

I am truly concerned with the management at this location. I was coming here 3-4 times a week, unfortunately I am taking mine, and anyone else's business I can elsewhere. 1st, I noticed the manager was always missing (okay, maybe I came at times they werent working) 2nd, with how often I come, the employees know me a bit, hearing and seeing things about management upset me, but hey, things happen. 3rd, I noticed, especially recently that all my favorite employees are quitting, DUE TO MANAGEMENT. (Now I'm getting bothered)4th (my last straw) Why am I tipping my favorite, HARD working girls, and they not getting the money?! Surely after 3-4 months, the manager would allow them to take the test to get certified so they can keep their tips!? But no, apparently this manager hasnt/won't. Idk everything, I'm not an employee, but after all I've personally seen and heard, there is clear favoritism at this location, and I'm not spending another dime of my hard earned money here for mistreatment of employees. Managers are supposed to lead by example, not get lazy, and take advantage of the other employees by making them do 90%of his/her job. If I were the regional Manager, I would certainly speak to the other current employees/recent employees that quit, ect to investigate these issues. I wouldn't want poor management running my business. Hate that I've gotta switch back to Starbucks, but I won't support this kind of behavior.
