Opinions de La Burreria Odessa
The good it’s has great taste, and the size it’s super oversized big burritos with great flavor, love it.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Burreria in Odessa is amazing! The birria is incredibly flavorful and tender, with generous portions. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. One of the best spots in town—highly recommend!
I ordered the brisket breakfast burrito with egg and it was delicious and also a great source of protein. This place is clean, friendly and well run.
The burritos are “muy grande” and delicious. However, I had the Al Carbon burrito and it was super, super spicy! It’s not because I’m a gringo who doesn’t know how to eat Mexican food. I live in El Paso. I eat Mexican food a lot. It was very spicy, but good, with quality ingredients!
My coworker went and picked up some pork tamales today for us for breakfast. They were so delicious good tastes and the masa flavor was great. Would recommend the tamales .
🤌🤌🤌 So good and flavorful! Best burrito I have had in a long time! And great priced!!!
Amazing burritos Their asado burrito is amazing. I go up there and get them a lot If you’re in a hurry don’t worry you won’t be there long. They are very fast. I highly recommend this place
I tried to go here as often as possible. It's one of my favorite burrito places to go I always get the brisket burrito cut in half just in case if I want to save some I have for later. The staff is always welcoming and tries to help you as fast as possible. I would recommend highly going if you ever get the chance. I didn't give the food of five star only because the downfall to certain burritos you get is a lot of juice and their tortillas I believe are freshly made so the juice soggs it up a little bit. I usually do a call in order and they take my card information over the phone so I don't have to worry about paying when I get there and it's just a grab and go. The times I have stayed to eat usually to get a seat probably 10 or more minutes there isn't a lot of seating.
For the people complaining about price, have you been shopping lately?! I got two breakfast burritos for a little over $20. The bag weighed more than a gallon of milk and each burrito was stuffed full with fresh, awesome ingredients. Each burrito will provide two meals for me easily. So for $20 I essentially got 4 meals. You can't beat that price! The brisket was nice and juicy, not dried out dog food like other places around town. Will gladly visit here again whenever I come to Odessa. And I drove to Odessa just for a good breakfast burrito this morning from Stanton.
This is a small place, mostly focused on pick up and drive through orders. They have Mexican Coke and Horchata served in mini milk type jugs. The food quality is excellent. The burritos 🌯 are 2 hand fulls. Good for sharing if you are a light eater or want to save money. They close at 2 pm. Perfect for breakfast or lunch. I wanted a breakfast burrito with everything like beans, potatoes, chorizo, bacon, sausage, and cheese. I expected it to be all mixed with egg, but since I didn't mention egg, it was given to me sans egg. LOL! It was still a really great tasting burrito. So make sure you mention that you want egg if the description doesn't mention it.
La Burreria is a quick option for extremely affordable burritos. I like that their burritos are just meat and avocados if you choose, they’re more similar to what I’m used to in Southern California. The tortillas are soft and fluffy, and the asado and avocado burrito was delicious. They also have some pretty good queso. For $5 a burrito, I can’t help but give it 5 stars.
One of the best burritos in the town good size tobgeta food quick and dirty this is the place
I tried the brisket burrito and the brisket was a bit dry at first, but once the asado juice was added it made a big difference and really brought the flavor together. After that, it was actually really good. Portions were solid and everything else was well prepared. I’d order it again, just would recommend adding the juice right away.
Overall, this place is good. Everything is made to order, the food is always hot, and their green hot sauce is delicious (don't care for the mild salsa). With that being said, it is a bit pricey, especially if you do an add-on with your burrito, like adding beans to a chorizo and egg burrito, then it adds an extra $3; that's expensive. Also, avoid ordering online because they try to charge you almost $2 extra per item, i.e., if you go through the drive-thru and get a bean and cheese burrito, you'll pay $4.25, but online is $6.25. While this place is good, their also good at taking your money and overcharging as much as they can.
Overpriced. Their prices have skyrocketed 🚀. I remember paying $6 for a combo burrito. Now its $10. That's a 66% increase. Yes, I buy groceries. It does not even cost $5 to make the burritos you make. Here, I spent $30+ on 2 burritos and 2 sodas. This is fast food, bro. I should have gone to dine in at some other Mex restaurant.
I ordered delivery for two burritos, and they forgot to put beans on one of them - even though the beans cost quite a bit extra. With how much the burritos cost overall, I would think they'd make very sure to get it right. Pretty disappointed, as I had not eaten here in a while, and I don't recall them messing up my order in the past.
$3.95 to add little bit of beans to your burrito, other places all across West Texas don't charge anything, burritos are 10 bucks, and to add beans is 40% of a burrito price. Never coming back
Chorizo and potato was just a grease burrito.
My husband went today and was extremely upset with the lack of service. He ordered three burritos and was asked to park, which he didn’t mind, assuming the order behind him was ready first. They asked him what kind of sauce he wanted — he said red — and they said okay. When he parked and checked his bag, they had only given him green. He asked the woman who had brought out the burritos for red sauce, and she completely ignored him and walked away. So he went inside to ask for the sauce and told the cashier what happened. The cashier just said “oh,” and the manager who was standing there listened but didn’t say anything at all. What makes it worse is that the car he was supposedly moved aside for was still sitting in the drive-thru window waiting for their order. So what was the point of parking him? Overall, very disappointed — and to top it off, his order was wrong.
While my burrito was good, I was shocked at price. I got a lunch burrito with beans, cheese added a drink and came out to 20$. I thought surely they must’ve heard add a bean and cheese burrito instead of add beans and cheese. Nope, 6$ for bean and cheese added to the burrito. Then only to find out they didn’t add it to my burrito. This place is ridiculously expensive for what you get let alone not even get what you pay for.
I walked inside to buy me lunch and I ordered my food with drink. 1 asado burrito and 1 cup of horchata to go. $28.00 tortilla and pork meat was raw and spicy. I ended up throwing away after 3 bites. And I got sick. Ended up in the ER for food poisoning.
