The remodel definitely improved everything! The new ordering system caused a bit of a delay when ordering but the food was certainly fresh and worth the wait. Arianna was very quick to process orders and super welcoming!
Amazing customer service!! I had a pick up order and was going to cancel but after calling the establishment to follow through they were so polite I decided to go after all!!! Very quick as well, Perfect way to end my Sunday evening.

Today I guess popeyes is having a lot of theft with mobile orders. Manager is having mobile orders go inside to verify after I had to wait in line at the drive through already to get your order. Also the manager is not allowing you to get sauces by request unless stated on the mobile app. Management needs to reevaluate there handling and communication with customers this was I a horrible customer service experience.
Customer service was horrible. Acted like they were being put out by taking Our order ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. The bottom bread was so soggy. I took it off and threw it away. The top bread was so hard. I took it off and threw it away two dollop of sauce with barely any on it. The pickles were in the same position, one on top of the other asked for more sauce. They acted like they didn’t care not a good visit. dining room was a mess
Ive been to several Popeyes, but i never had to wait as long as I did at this one. There was a long line at the drive thru. About 5 cars in front of me. It took about 10 minutes for me to get up in the line to order and was then asked to wait for a few minutes before they took my order. I ordered a 6pk of biscuits, 2 strawberry pies, and a drink. I paid and I was waiting for at least 5 minutes at the window and was then asked to move forward and wait. I waited another 12 minutes. That was ridiculous. But I love their biscuits!
This place doesn't have their crap together. CO worker and I went for lunch to grab take out because the drive through was closed. CO worker got his food quickly. I waited for 20 minutes. People coming in and out getting their orders. Then they opened the drive through and gave some people the wrong order. I'm standing there waiting where you ordered and they just over looked me the whole time. Had to go to a call ASAP and had to leave without my food!!!!! This is not acceptable!!! Why did you not acknowledge me that I had placed an order and was waiting for my food. Now I had to continue my work day without eating! Thanks A LOT! YALL SUCK! You all owe me my money back.
Called to tell them my order was missing from DoorDash and they told me I was lying. The manager in the background was very rude she need to learn some manners.
The customer service was horrible I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes for someone to take my order! Then when I pulled up to the window the workers and manager were talking and on their phones! need to do better

Worst place ever! They never have chicken. The service is beyond horrible! They just stand around and talk and wait 45 minutes to let you know they are out of what you ordered.
Today is the worst experience i have in my 48yrs old in a Fast-food restaurant btw for Fast-food not have nothing... I get to drive thru today Thursday November, 13 2025 at 5:25pm... Make a order at 5:29pm a Familyorde for 16 pice regular ( No spicy) & the employee tell my your order going to take 29 minutes but there need to make Chiken for my order.. & I accept..... after waiting for 25 to 28 minutes after I pay the employee come to my car & tell me sorry but your order only fry 3 drumstick & I tell to put the rest of the othere pice Regular mix. And she offers me that & a free strawberry Cream Pie but I actually in my order already pay for 1... Until there cool more time pass & nothing & the food never come after 1 hour & 5 minutes I get out from my car to go and ask for that food & no one ask me nothing I needed to raise my voice to someone look to me... & in the front line have like 3 to 4 people... after that the one lady I think is a team leader ask about the employee to toke my order how much time & then say are waiting for the fries, and I look the employee go outside with a big bag and I ask in the exit door if that my orde & she say yes.. & I tell this is unacceptable waiting more the 1 hour for my food. And she say sorry.. I not is not her fault.. I open the bag & check my order & I figured out are missing a full order of biscuits Family size... & when I go back to the store I raise my voice again but no one is looking to me & I think the same team leader ask if I need something & I ask after 1 hr waiting for my food then missing my biscuits to... OmG... & she to ta a lady in the back look like the manager use a face blue mask... & she say she put the biscuits in the bag.. and is completely false.. & in the same time I look the drive thru employee tell another employee ( o is the same guy talk to me about waiting 1hr for the food) at the same time she w put some mad face about that... When I ask for my Ticket the manager say I put the tike in the garbage & the team leader say the client need the ticket... and the maneger with bad attitude say the comer for the ticket & the team leader reprint & give to me.. When I get to my house to start to eat.. I look there missing 4 pieces of chicken, all the Strawberry cream pie there change for Apple pie, the fries are cold.... mi orde cost $62.08 I very upset & angry pay a lot money for this crap service & food & employees attitude.... I let yall know I am not coming back to this restaurant ever... I be a Restaurant manager for over 25yrs & I know everything about restaurant... ......
I have the spice tolerance of a newborn. it has been a recurring issue at this Popeyes that I order classic chicken and have received spicy. Management needs to figure out how to better separate their chicken. The first time this happened, they didn’t even have any ready. They gave me spicy intentionally because there was no classic. Normally I’m not the review type but it happened again tonight. My boyfriend’s family got us popeyes through Door Dash (I was feeling iffy anyway because last week when i had popeyes with my boyfriend we BOTH got food poisoning from this location) and I was given spicy again. Management, please handle this. Not everyone can have spicy food. “It’s not even that spicy” and? I paid for it/my boyfriend paid for it.
I recently viseted this Popeyes location and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager on duty was completely disorganized and seemed more interested in arguing with staff than helping customers. Orders were backed up, the lobby was messy, and there was zero sense of urgency from the team. When I tried to ask about a missing item in my order, the manager brushed me off and acted like I was the inconvenience. Several other customers looked just as frustrated. It felt like there was no leadership at all, just confusion and bad attitudes.
This will be the last time i visit popeyes. I went yesterday and let me tell you i will not be going back the service was beyond terrible. I am not a racist person but having a only spanish speaker manager is not a good decision especially if she dont care about buisness. They took a long time to get me my order over 30 min. The manager kept scraching her hair , being loud and not even worried that the drive thru person was eating or that the cook was handling chicken with their bare hands. I use to like popeyes but lately its too much. Last time they didnt give me my biscuits and manager needed a translater only to be overly nice to the uber drivers and outrageously rude to the remainder of the clientele. This time i waited 30 min for a 4pc combo its unbelievable and frankly i am appalled at how low popeyes standards have drop for their employees. This location must be under new management because this place is nothing like it was last year.
The recent meals have become increasingly unappetizing, and the French fries are very bad, like the leftovers from the previous day. It's really a terrible experience. I don't recommend coming
I always use Apple Pay everywhere. My phone was dead so I used my physical card for the first time in over a year. 8 hours later I get some random small charge from some app I’ve never used or heard of. Luckily my bank blocked it. Seeing as this is the only place I have used my physical card and when I buy online I only use PayPal or buy from Amazon the only conclusion is my card got skimmed at Popeyes. I won’t be going back here.
I literally sat in the line for 20 minutes. The guy in front of me was at the speaker and they had not called four intake his order. I called the restaurant and talked to the lady and she said they were busy. I went inside and they had 8 people in the whole restaurant. There were 9 cars in the drive thru line. I asked her why she wasn’t taking the orders of the people in the drive thru line and her response was “if she wasn’t talking to me, she could be working. As much as I like Popeyes, I will not be back. Service is dead.
My family and I have always enjoyed Popeye's, but tonight's meal and service just wasn't it. We had ordered chicken breasts and 2 shrimp meals. The shrimp was so dry and greasy, the bread slipped off of it because there was no shrimp attached to it. I've had cup noodles with bigger shrimp than the ones I've tried to eat today. The same goes for the chicken as well. There was hardly any chicken, like they over-fried everything or it was old and reheated. I physically feel nauseated on how much grease I consumed in my meal. We had to order another combo just to feel somewhat filled in our stomachs. I'm not sure if it was because there was a whole new staff in charge, or maybe they downsized their supply. All I know is we're highly unsatisfied with what we had to work with. Even ordering another chicken on the side, one of the staff members, I believe was the only cook, had an attitude to fry another piece of chicken for us. We did not complain, just ordered on another ticket. But, with 2 meals back to back, both dry and greasy, with no meat, I found it only fair to express the loss of money and meals we had tonight. Hopefully Popeye's hires new management, or a new crew all together, because the way they cooked our meals and their attitude towards us was not soulful as it should've been and I remember it being. Hire who knows what they're doing please.
