I normally wouldn’t take the time to leave a review for a Sonic, but this location deserves recognition and accolades for their cheerful attitude towards the customers. From the initial taking of my order and delivery of food to my car, they were only cheerful with an obvious striving to be as helpful as they could. And it wasn’t just me, I could hear the same courteous service being offered to other customers. Rhonda not only brought my food with a smile, but she even checked up on me while dining in my car. Crystal also was just as good as I saw her interact with other patrons. If I lived in the area, I would frequent this location just to be treated as well as I did today. Please keep this up! You work in a thankless industry at times, but your attitude made a HUGE difference today. Well done, Sonic. Well done . . .

Service really sucks. Wrong order 3 times in a row. Ordered a chocolate sundae and a shake the girl brought a sundae out and forgot the shake, so instead of leaving the sundae she walks away with it, so15 minutes later still no order, I want gonna pay for a melted down sundae so I drove off.

Obsessed with the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blast! I order it with an extra scoop of peanut butter and whipped cream, it's absolutely to die for! Carhops are always cool and quick to get your order to you.

Ordered at the kiosk for order to go. Quick order. Quick service as well. Food was hot, fresh, and correct to ordering. Not too busy for the afternoon. Clean parking lot too. 2 drive thru.... 1 - turn wide and stay to the far right as you come around if you've got a trailer... it's much easier to pull to.3/14/25... another great lunch

I loved everything about this Sonic. The lady who took our order was very polite and professional. You don't find very many happy carhoppers, and ours came out smiling like she loved her job. I can't remember her name but she was a seasoned lady who knew her stuff. She's a keeper!! Food was hot and fresh!!

Thank you to all the employees who worked on this crazy day. The Hurricane left a lot of hungry people with no power. Thanks to all of you for showing up with great attitudes. Justin was my car hop and he was super nice! Excellent service and great food. Sonic in Onalaska is an excellent choice.

Got the new cream lemonade iced beverage, it was absolutely delicious! Very refreshing on a Texas summer day. Altho when asked, she said yhey had no specials, despite the sign stating the contrary. Stil- Fast, freidly service.

Sometimes good sometimes not, depends on the time of day! Wish they would ask if we would want our food fresh or quick. Occasionally I would be willing to wait for fresh food than have a soggy burger! JMO

Tator tots were outstanding. The new smash burger was horrible. First there was a fishy smell coming form the bag. Like tuna. Then the burger tasted exactly like fish. Not sure you make beef taste like fish but the wife and I both smelled and tasted it. The burgers were very dry almost like they had been cooked previously and were just sitting there. Definitely not made to order. No idea why I keep trying this location. Never had a typical sonic experience

Well,I've seen a recent change at Sonic in Onalaska,Tx.. I'm very disappointed in the cooking and the Ladie taking orders! 1,, Little Lady taking Our order,,They have Attitude Adjustment Classes and I recommend YOU TAKE A FEW COURSES.. Because the way You Spoke to my Fiance over the intercom,,,if I hadn't took a Course Myself I would have checked You for sure..frfr. 2,,,To the Person cooking Today,Sep.26th 2022,,, You need to bone up on your cooking skills!!!. Not only was the #1 cheeseburger Dried out,and/or overcooked,,the Onion Rings we're so overcooked we couldn't eat them...Are we not Human Beings with care, and Love in our Hearts anymore...This Generation of Humans,are very Uncaring, Disrespectful, and think They're entitled to be this way? I think NOT Folks!!! I always told my Children growing up,, If I ever Hear You,or Hear about You being Disrespectful to an Elder,,,, I'll Smack you so hard,you'll end up in the Middle of Next Week... They're Grown now, and I have never had to Smack 1 of them for being Disrespectful to Anyone!! 16 to 25 years of age,,Watch Yourselves,, because there will come a day you will have to answer for your Uncaring and Disrespectful ways....Signed,LIVID.

flat dr pepper and gave me a joke of a burrito , raw tortilla that was ripping apart. forgot the sauces they promised were in the bag. didn't even want to order anything else. drove 15 mins fr home just to be pissed off.

The order takers here are really struggling, bless their hearts. Been here a few times and they seem to be fighting for their lives if you need to modify anything on your order, especially something crazy like “no mustard”. If they were polite at least I may come back, but I’ve never met such entitled fast food workers. Guess I’m driving to the sonic in Livingston.

Rude Rude Rude, July 3rd, 8:15pm. Ordered a meal, it pops up on the screen with med. fries. …me “can you change it to a large fries”. “ok, anything else” …screen still says med. fries. I asked again. “Ok, will that be all” …screen still says med. fries. I let her know “It still says med fries”. She yells, I CHANGED ON MY SCREEN, YOU CANT SEE IT. Like Im supposed to know that. I’m done, bye. I went to BB and got a nice sandwich.

People are sweet here but if you ask for something extra or just ask for your order they do it completely off these people have gotten my order wrong 12 times already even though its the most simple order ever its like they don't want to do their job, they want to make something you did not ask for at all.

So. I wait 35 minutes for cold food? And when i go to get a replacement you give me something different from what i asked for and oh but that came out in just 5 minutes. So you just leave my food laying on a counter for 35 minutes? What horrible service, and than not only was i waiting but everyone after me got their food first! I dont know how you can make your team better but do it some how.

I ordered this chilli dog, come to find out that this is how it was made and cold. I also ordered tots with cheese and get fries, also cold. I was in a rush so I didn't get time to look at everything so my fault, but food shouldn't have been made this way.
