Great staff, super friendly and attentive. My kids ordered hit chocolates and they loved them! Food was great also. Lots of places to sit and spread out- I brought my laptop and worked for an hour, and my kids brought tablets and hung out. Wi-fi was fast and uninterrupted, and I never felt rushed. I was warmly welcomed and felt at home. I'd recommend if you are in the area.
Wesley is it a great one to have at your store very attentive and services me without question. Thanks Wesley your cooler than a bucket of ice😁
(03/17/2025 Monday) There's a little girl named Kylee she assisted me with my coffee I told her I was a Folgers drinker can she get me something that's kind of close to that or house blend so she brought up a concoction which was very delicious she asked if I wanted any cream or sugar and would I like for her to put it in I told her yes if you have hazelnut I would like some of that so there was a guy standing next to her with brown curly hair with a ponytail on top of his head and I kinda snapped at him because he put himself in a conversation that nobody asked his comment to she said she hasn't had her morning coffee and I said plus I'm talking to her not you as he said how rude he doesn't need to be putting his comments in anybody's conversation if nobody's talking to him from my point of view but this little girl is very sweet she makes a good asset to y'all's company she'll be my personal little cashier when I come to the Starbucks in Willis in the McDonald's parking lot sincerely Miss Cathy.
Heather Mgr . Her astablishment is extremely pleasant , & very warmly welcoming. My party of 3 including myself are greatly appreciated with her hospitality of her staff s' attentiveness. This is the 3rd time I have come in & atmosphere doesn't change that to me is awesome. The baristas are always awesome here. Yesterday I went through the drive through to order coffee and the young gentleman was so pleasant. He’s positive attitude was infectious. He’s name was Joe, I left him a tip and told him to keep his attitude, it was the best visit I had.
Solid five-star experience. This is one of the better Starbucks stores in the United States. Fantastic four having some coffee and a snack and getting some work done. Plenty of AC power plugs along the walls right next to the tables. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Oddly, best flavored Starbucks coffee I've had in a long time. Perfect temperature and perfect Brew. When I ask for a venti with 1 inch of non-fat milk, that's what I expect. And that's exactly what I get here. Very clean public restrooms. Best of all, absolutely no vagrants outside or inside. While I wouldn't recommend it, I did get up twice and use the restroom, leaving my computer on my table, confident the one I returned it would still be there. Fantastic climate control. Unlike so many Starbucks, this one is not at all hot and stuffy.
I’m a regular that’s giving a 3 and not 5 because of your new store manager, Tracy. I know that snatching my drink up as I’m reaching for it was not wise. She questioned the double cup, (I always get a double cup) to the barista, who knows my regular drink, and then set it back down. No smile, no hello… She is unprofessional and rude. I have been coming to this location as a regular since it opened, following the N336 baristas. Special love to Taylor, Lexi, Wes, and Michael…they are now the only faces I know, consistent with my drink, and friendly! Love the rest of the baristas too! They are 5+ ⭐️
They never smile, store is always dirty. Don't acknowledge you when you walk in.
I've never felt ignored in the starbucks before. I went inside and was the only patron inside, however there were five people working.. it looked like the manager was counting down one of the baristas at the end of their shift , but the other three were all behind the counter. Two were working the drive through and one was sweeping the floor. All three of them saw me , but no one came to take my order, meanwhile each of the two working the drive through took two orders apiece while I was standing there. After over five minutes I walked out and nobody seemed to mind. I'm not sure if there's another starbucks in willis but I definitely won't be going back to this one.
Parking lot is awful to get in AND out of. Music was cranked up to a disturbing level, and they don't have very good non coffee options (I know that sounds nitpicky but once I was irritated, everything was bothering me). It wasn't busy yet our order took quite a bit because they prioritized the drive through (I actually heard them say they do). Disappointing overall.
Ordered thru the app and was told at the window to pull up towards the front of the patio that it would be a couple of minutes (10 minutes after the order was placed online). The staff completely forgot about us, then the same grey haired barista that asked us to pull up, comes out mad we are parked exactly where she asked us to park and then realized they did nothing for our order. 25 minutes after the online order was placed and my wife having to go inside, we finally had our two hot coffees. Would not recommend this location if your on a time constraint
I’ve been to the Willis Starbucks a few times, and it always disappoints. Today I told my daughter not to go, but she didn’t feel like driving a few more miles to another location. She came home with an Iced Gingerbread Latte with no whipped cream and a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew that tasted like nothing but coffee. I called to let them know, and while I appreciate that they offered to remake the drinks, it’s frustrating to have to spend more time going back. I told them we’d just try another day since my daughter had already gone to a different Starbucks to get the drinks redone. Consistency and quality definitely need improvement at this location.
The new manager with the blonde hair is very rude and obviously does not know how to speak to employees. She doesn't greet xustimers or smile. She has totally changed the vibe of the location.
I ordered a drink at the speaker and they neglected to tell me they didn't have the syrup for my drink. I received it and was told at the window they did not have the syrup after I already paid. I called and spoke with the assistant manager about a remake which they said they could do the next day since I couldn't go back because I had to get to work. She sounded really put off that I called and was short with me. I would have ordered something else at the speaker if they had just told me they were out of the syrup I use in my coffee. The drink was so horrible I couldn't even drink it. And for anyone who has to have their coffee in the morning like I do, this really sucks. The people at the window acted like I inconvenienced them as well.. I think I'll be going aomewhere else from now on. As a former batista and someone with 30+ years of customer service experience, I can tell you that alienating your customers is a guarantee that most of them won't return. A lot of people won't say anything; they just wont come back.
Very disappointed with their service very disrespectful, the guy taking our order was rude and rushing us. Even though we were a customer they didn’t let us use the restroom. Would not be going back. Do a better job, it’s the job you chose to do!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION wish i could say at least the service is good, but they’ll let u sit there for over 10 mins while twiddling their thumbs doing nothing, while your order is sitting around somewhere….. AND THEN once you get your order it’s gonna have their hair in it, idk how they aren’t required to wear hair nets seeing as their prepare food all day long UPDATE: i picked up my order and the girl at the window said “let me find your drink” and then proceeded to give me the completely wrong drink, and then i notice once i get back home that they gave me the completely wrong chips, so i called them, they begin to tell me that the ones that i ordered were “discontinued” when they are on the app, and nobody thought to ask me if i even still wanted the chips, because the answer is NO. then she tells me that she can’t do anything and i need to contact customer support for a refund, didn’t even try to offer me anything else….. Black Rock Coffee is more expensive, but now i see why my family pays more for the same things, they actually give them what they order. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS
Terrible customer service, no acknowledgement from any staff member, and the ceiling air vents are black with mold. Just an unpleasant place to be.
Check your receipts before leaving. Or make sure to ask for a receipt. Wesley charges you tip before letting you swip/tap. This man had the audacity to tip himself $5
