This location has the fastest, friendliest service of any gas food joint I've ever been to. It can't be easy to work fast food so it never bothers me when workers are less than enthused to take my order. This Taco Bell has to see its share of loony customers and yet, invariably every time I've pulled up to the drive through, the professional staff is genuinely helpful and cheerful. I can only hope that it's because management treats them well and that they are free to enjoy the work they're doing.
I brought my soft tacos home to eat and my wife said that can't be taco bell the taco is so full the stuff is falling out. I said yes it is they know how to make tacos at this one. She said wow im shocked
Just had the best Cali breakfast crunch wrap I’ve ever had. Whoever made the Cali Crunchwrap add potato’s for Mason’s doordash order, BRAVO! Perfectly put together and cooked to perfection. Add the avocado salsa and whoa, it was out of control. I’m not sure I want to eat the second one I got just in case it doesn’t live up to the standard of the first. I’ve had many breakfast crunch wrapped from this location and there have been a few ups and down concerning quality… But I believe in credit where credit is due and this was hands down the best one I’ve ever had anywhere. We don’t often go to Taco Bell but we were in a pinch and needed a quick bite. They were nice, quick, and accurate.
Their card readers were down- luckily, I had cash on me. An hour before their listed closing time, they had a line out to the street for the drive-through. An unpleasant experience to be sure, but not as unpleasant as having a line of irate customers you have to deal with upon being notified they have to have cash. I'm sure it was a lot on their end, but the cashier I talked to offered to comp me a couple of extra drinks. I said no, but his patience and willingness to take an extra minute for me after I had to wait for so long in the drive-through line was really going above and beyond considering their card readers were down. I appreciate the folks that work here! Thanks for making a tired man happy and satisfied at the end of a long day. Sorry you guys had to deal with such a sticky situation. EDIT: 6/29/22 These folks rock and are working their butts off, please make sure they have the resources to do their job correctly. They appear to be out of napkins, so please send them some. Paper towels are fine (if not actually better) but they've apologized for it every time and my orders are never astray in any way. I come here at least twice a week, be nice to my Taco Bell friends or I will raise hell! Thanks to everybody that works here, you guys have high traffic and low staffing. You deserve better.
Ordered over 30 burritos to go pass out to hungry folks and they did an A+ Job! Took them only 10 mins for the whole order to be complete and they were made correctly and not sloppy! Ate a burrito myself and they tatsed Great! Thank you Beautiful Souls for your hard work today! I appreciate you!

This location has the best quality food and size out of any of the Portland area Taco Bells that I have been to. They've also kept their prices decent when some of the other franchises have raised them so high that it defeats the purpose of eating fast and cheap food. I drive three times as far to come to eat at this location rather than the one that's close to me. They also have a big parking lot and a fast drive-thru. The only downside for me is that I like to dine in, and due to the location, there are sometimes people who come in to bother diners.

Yesterday I went to the 182nd And Powell location and ordered a vanilla cream freeze. They somehow messed up that order. Today I came to this location and successfully acquired the vanilla cream freeze. I love it. Very happy I stopped here to try again.
This Taco Bell used to suck, but my dinner cravings forced me to order from this location tonight because the one on Burnside hasn't had a working soda machine in WEEKS. And as everyone knows, it's illegal to eat TB without a Baja Blast. Anyway, I don't know what changed but I was really anticipating bad food where half of it was wrong and I was very pleasantly surprised. The taco I ordered extra beef on had like four tacos' worth, and they were super generous with the cheese and jalapeño sauce. I asked for five packets of sauce and they gave me like 20. Whoever made my food tonight made it like they don't pay for the ingredients out of their own pocket, and I am so happy. Really hoping this was not a one off because this is exactly how Taco Bell should be 🥰
I loved my taco bell, I will be very sad to leave them. Don’t quite get how they are rated so low. I have never run into an issue getting delivery, picking up for myself, or even being a driver and picking up for others. No matter the hour they are always kind and efficient, and I never had bad quality food or service. Thank you!

Honestly this is a great Taco Bell. I wish it was 24hr but beyond that I can't complain. They always get my order right and give me lots of hot sauce. What more can I ask.
They were out of everything I wanted but what I did get was good. Lots of folks outside with signs asking for food. I understand but it's a little uncomfortable.
The food was absolutely banging. Hit the Taco Bell hankering perfectly. The service was friendly and fast and the dude at the window was busting my balls. Loved it. There was also a person strung out on fentanyl almost blocking the drive thru exit with their unconscious body.
Takes forever to get help. Expect hunger pains if you go inside. Lol
They are always fast and courteous when I've ordered here. There have a been a few times something small like a coffee was forgotten but I didn't sweat it. They are quick and friendly and the food is always consistently what I expect it to be. That's what matters in a fast food chain to me.
Decent taco bell. Not the best location but still pretty good. Sometimes the tacos or crunch wraps have very little meat but that's the only problem with this location. I wish they would tell the employees to make sure there is actually meat in the Doritos tacos and crunchwrap Supremes since they are kind of premium items and more expensive, it is sad to receive the item and it has a tiny bit of meat or almost none at all. Other than that it's a good location and they do get you your food fast.
The speed of service at this location appears inconsistent. While kiosks are a viable option, the removal of traditional ordering has made it difficult to attract attention. Since I frequently use the app for rewards deals, I suggest implementing a quick notification system upon arrival, given the limited interaction inviting environment, and it would help not have so much confusion on the mobile orders, grub hub ones, and the actual ones.
Foods fine, but don't bother asking for sauces because this location NEVER includes them EVER.
I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and it took almost 20 minutes to get. The drive-thru and dining area were not excessively busy. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever in the kitchen staff and apparently no adequate managerial direction. The person taking my order was courteous and and that was greatly appreciated.
Went in to use a coupon for two free items. I stand in front of the register for two minutes while 2 employees are looking at me 5ft away and having a casual conversation. Finally I see someone reluctantly come to take my order and it was excruciating. They didn't understand the coupon, left twice to talk to a manager for minutes at a time, meanwhile now people are coming up asking if I've been helped. I guess? Employees standing around staring at me I finally throw in the towel and ask for the coupon back. Terrible service experience got me to come write this review. I've ordered mobile a lot from this spot and for the most part the orders are on point. Just a little gamble going here sometimes.

Went inside cause who knows what's removed now & tried to use a kiosk (because talking to a human is discouraged). AND Mexican pizza was not on the self-serve menu. Walked to the counter to ask why & 1st employee looked at me like I was asking for a bowl of mud. 2nd employee basically called me a liar, so I told him to go find it for me. Obviously, I was not insane it was not on the self-serve menu. Ended up canceling it and having the employee begrudgingly take our order "the old fashioned way". Menu keeps getting smaller & smaller. No more double-decker tacos (even though all ingredients are used in other items), no 7 layer burritos....ridiculous. JUST A REMINDER WHY WE DON'T EAT HERE.
Im surprised to say the tacos were too salty. I don't expect much from Taco Bell, but when tacos are not edible I dont know what to recommend. The sweets were okay!
Every single time I order from this location my order is wrong. I'm either missing something or I get 20% of my actual order. 80% of someone else's. Other than that classic taco bell flavors and pretty fast service. Which probably explains the errors.
Generally this tacobell location has been quick and thorough. Recently I have had several bad interactions and messed up orders. As a former fast worker I understand these things happen but in times where the establishment was slow I definitely would hope that my full order would be received but that has not been the case as of late.
Fine. I have this issue where whenever I get the Cantina Chicken Burrito it tastes good but then two bites in I’m like, “I don’t want any more food for four hours.” So that’s what happened. I ate two bites and then I had no desire to eat. Nine dollars and I only ate two bites. Could get to the Doritos taco one bite and I’m like nope don’t want food right now. I’ll go back again but I’m getting a different burrito. This has happened to me three times.
The food has gotten “better” but it used to be 1 star stay away quality. It’s now not a regret when I have to eat here but it still doesn’t scratch the Taco Bell cravings that other locations manage

Wow this was the fastest service I ever had. Food was as expected especially mexican pizza is my favorite. Other taco bell messed up my order. I was really hopping they don’t be the same. The staffs were co- operative. Place was clean and neat. Taco fries were not fresh it was very cold and less in quantity.

The food was bad. The beef felt cold when taking bites. Will not be returning. And I only ordered 3 items, plus they forgot my chips.
The food is great, location is awesome! My issue is the Male cashier who tends to work the night shifts, he's just horrible on multiple occasions ive came to the restaurants drive through and he would troll and say that “we are closed” when its 8pm or tell me that “They are no longer selling food just drinks” im like dude its Toco Bell stop trolling me, but then he would go quiet on the mic for litlerally 5 minutes (No “im upset so im exaggerating” im being quite literal, he will ghost me for 5 minutes then come back and say “we're closed” if I were you I'd think twice before visiting this taco bell that single man will make you never want to eat from any taco bell again.
So, I gave this location 2 stars. Let me explain why. 1star for appearance and 1 for the app and website. As far as thier service they do not care about you or your order, as you probably already know. I used their website to order for convenience and ensure no confusion of what I'm asking or ordering. Plus, I like pre paying for it. This is the second time I've visited this location and used this service. When I announced myself at the menu board and pulled up to the window when prompted to, they greeted me and went to hand me my order, I ask them, "is my entire order in this bag?" And they responded with "yes". This is were the lack of care occurs. Now, let me say that most other locations and fast food restaurants have actually taken the extra 10-20 seconds to look in the bag and have at least counted the items in the bag and confirmed the same number of items exist on the receipt when asked this. This location does not even try to make sure your items are all accounted for, they rather lie to you then take 10 seconds to check. Both times I've gone to this location they have forgotten one of my items! Let me remind you an item that has already been paid for and when their charging almost $5 a taco, it's very upsetting😡 when you get home and find out! At that point there's not much you can do about it. If I ever go back to this location again, I will make sure to pull out each item in front of them at the window, while taking my sweet time and make sure that everything I paid for is in my bag before I even think about driving away (I suggest you do they same, unless you do not care about your money) and I will not care how long I hold up the line! To Guarantee I get what I paid for, as they can not be trusted and have proven to lie to your face. I will also say as far ad my experience goes, thier competitors will usually go over your order with you before handing you your bag, indicating all items you ordered are in the bag. Let me close this with "It's hard to earn trust, but easy to lose it".
I hate ordering at a touch screen. They couldn't raise their voice enough to tell me that my food was ready. There were homeless folks in and out of the restaurant pawing through the trash bins in the dining area. This store is in a bad part of town, but they really need to improve the experience.
It’d be nice if even ONE of the 6-8 visible employees behind the counter could’ve asked what I needed after standing there for 15 minutes waiting for a code to use the bathroom. At least five different employees looked at me and simply pretended I didn’t exist and kept going about their business. How are you going to lock up bathrooms and then ignore paying customers who need to use them? Are they just for employees or something? Ridiculous. I had to accost an employee coming into work from outside just to get the code. Thanks for being lazy, I guess. It’s not like you even have to take orders anymore, so it was literally the least effort you could’ve put forth and you couldn’t handle it. Way to go. 👏 👏 👏
You know it's funny to say that I shop here twice a day and I spend close to $20 a day, if not in one visit. I mentioned that the chalupas were stale the last two visits. The fact that I show up on a daily and I asked for no sour cream or tomato on everything. I live in Salem and I'm going to start taking my shopping down there. it's going to save me money anyway.
We dine in. The table we chose was dirty. The burrito I chose had crunchy hot chips mixed in, which I did not expect or choose. I have tooth problems and chewing crunchy bits was not wanted. It's why I chose a burrito. I did not eat the skin, instead I ate it with a spoon. The atmosphere was noisy from several loud talking homeless people.
Must be a franchise store cause all my items were more expensive than at the TB I usually hit on Glisan. All my food was cold as well. Te drive-thru attendant was lovely, though.... She had a great smile.

I love Taco Bell! I've been very happy to go pick up my online ordered and payed for food three times now and everytime despite saying the location is available... I drive there and it never is. Last time I was there there were three cars behind me saying they were all door dash etc and no one would even open the drive thru window to even say no. Not on the employees, it's not their fault but can someone fix the ordering times per location?
The staff do not know how to use the app. We showed them the order we paid for in the app for the store. Spent over $10.00 of my last $20, on TWO burritos I ordered, and NEITHER of my items had ANY of the "extras" I paid for! When I took it to the counter, the manager didn't think a white homeless man knew Spanish, and insulted me to her friend saying I was another drug addict, trying to get something free that I probably ate the extra before bringing it back to get more. Her look was priceless when I said to her, "Señora, puede que sea un estadounidense blanco, pero también soy de Texas y entendí lo que acaba de decir. Sólo quiero lo que pago, no pido nada extra. The look on her face was priceless!!
Been coming here for lunch for the past few years. It feels like nothing is being managed or checked for quality control. Periodically the food tastes stale. During rush hour at lunch new employees are stuck on the registers fumbling through the orders, but it’s not their fault; they aren’t getting any help or being managed. Constantly have to turn around because the orders are prepped inaccurately; such as cheese and sour cream when they are ordered without. Please find a manager and some employees who don’t roll their eyes when you ask for sauce.
This is, without a single doubt, the worst fast food location I have ever been to. The employees, rude, even when presented with reasonable requests. They literally have never not forgotten to add 1 or more items to my bag. Order a combo? "Well your drink choice was out so we assumed you wanted to pay for a soda but not get one." Get nachos with your tacos? "Well we needed to heat up the cheese at that takes like 20 seconds... so... no nachos for you." Literally every time. And it's not that THEY are the ones screwing up putting in an order, if I order via the App or the website it's JUST. AS. BAD. I will never go to this Taco Bell again, I have better things to do that be screamed at by a manager for asking for a food item that I paid for.
I ordered 3 soft taco supreme through the drive-through to go on January 19, 2025 around 5:50 PM and when I got back, they were all smashed and not supreme’s but was charged for supreme
They very consistently serve the wrong food, usually giving you and charging you for a significantly more expensive item. The soda machine is consistently empty with no notice and they happily serve flavorless soda water.
Came in to pick up an online order from this location and stood at the register for probably 15 minutes before being helped. There was about 10 people working in the kitchen, and more than half of them looked at me and just looked away. I wasn’t acknowledged once. A simple “someone will be with you soon” would have been nice. I finally had to yell “does anyone work the register?” For this lady to come out from hiding and come help me… and she was very rude and annoyed with me. As if I’m doing something wrong for wanting to pick my food up lol. Unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience, don’t go to this location
My partner and I love ordering taco bell as our occasional delivery meal. However, not once in the past 5 times we have ordered from this location has our order been right. Every thing from no straws, no ice, NO SAUCE, wrong sauce, missing items in a combo, to missing parts of the order entirely. At this point, they have ganked us out an entire meal and every time I report it nothing comes of it. Unless I walk in there and check the order myself, it is wrong. I understand the occasional mess up. Working fast food service sucks, but the consistency of bad service at this location is ridiculous.
There apparently is a policy where you cannot add a single item at the drive through window and have to go all the way around again. I’ve never encountered this at any other Taco Bell, but if it exists please change this policy that wastes your customers time and is terrible service.
9:30 at night and they wont accept in store or outdoor pickup online. Change your website if you will only let people access drive through then I wont walk here in the rain.
Order accuracy is worse than any other location I’ve ever seen. If you want to be disappointed and spend too much money then this is the place for you!
Worst taco bell ever. Thank you for taking my hard earned money by not giving me my proper order. Literally went there ordered food for my daughter, the #9 through the drive through, paid at the window and my food was done already. If I had the time I would of turned back, but what they gave me was probably an order that some delivery company didn't pick up. By the time I realized this I was already home and too late to turn back. This was on 4/11/2023 approximate time was 730 and it was the 2 Hispanic kids working the drive through. Management do better. Seriously you have a upset customer
I'm a grub hub driver and I was sent to this restaurant to grab an order. A girl in the drive thru wasn't very nice. Maybe it's the area and they aren't used to regular people coming thru but she needs a but more care on the customer service end. They also shouldn't have been speaking ill of me as I drove away. I drove to the other side of the restaurant to get a picture of the hours to make sure I didn't get in trouble for not being able to pick up my customers order. She said they stopped taking orders at 2 am. I arrived as soon as I could because I was coming from beaverton. I'm now being sent to another restaurant. I know for some people it's just a job but some times how you treat people ( who you don't have a clue what their story could be ) means a lot to that person. I don't talk to people much so the people I do interact with mean something to me even if I'm just a "driver"......

Then told me to "fix my attitude" when she was the one slamming doors and ignoring us when we told her the order was wrong.
Randomly closed for 2 hours at 8 pm on a Sunday night?? No sign or anything- I put in my order through the app and it was accepted. I drove here and the drive through had cones in front of it. I had to walk to the door with an injured leg and they just said "we're closed".
I stop buy yesterday get a food the lady was work at the window she got my card she charge me $11.08 then I left I look though my card it’s missing I look every where not found I look my transaction showed to me charge second time Taco Bell pending $16.75 I call right the way no one answered on me I called 7 times finely some guy answered oh yes your card seat on my table, I told him why I got charge second one $16.75 that’s a fraud charge. The co worker apologize then I called in the morning manager on Professional didn’t apologize pretended like my fault that was really rude and I told him I would call CEO and complain about it because this is wrong how you treat me and people using my card as a fraud. Your employee buy someone food on my card? He answered to me no it’s happing a lot so please everyone check your card don’t trust this location over charge you, they used your card to pay someone foods not approved by you! This totally fraud, this location need to be closed long time ago
Was in line that wrapped around parking lot. Waited for about teen minutes before getting to the order station. Was told that they were only serving grub hub and door dash. Has to wait another ten minutes just to get out of the drive through. No manager. Nothing to show for all that wasted time. Go to any other taco bell instead of this one. They may not even serve you if they feel like their too busy.
Food was ice cold, after waiting at the front counter without any employees acknowledging that customers are standing there. Once I asked for the food to be remade I was given an expired coupon for a free taco w/ purchase.
One of the worst experiences as a delivery driver I’ve had last night. 12/17/21 First off the guy stated that the customers food was almost ready and he’d bring out soon. So I waited and waited and nothing happened so I knocked on the door and no answer. A few employees came out to smoke as I was driving toward the drive through and ignored me and walked away. So I went through the drive though and the lady told me they’re out of food. I asked about the customers orders and they said the food was ready so I pulled to the window and it was not ready and I had to wait. The guy then dropped half the food on the floor and tried putting it back in the bag. They had to remake that stuff so it took even longer. The whole time there was absolutely zero communication from the staff. Turned what would have been a 10-15 minute order into a 45 minute. It made the order go from worth my time to not worth my time. If it wasn’t on the way home and I didn’t have my book with me to read I would have cancelled the order.
Absolutely atrocious location. I have had multiple orders here outright canceled after 90+ minutes of waiting. I've probably been to 100 Taco Bells in my time, and this takes the cake as the worst location in existence. Expect to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru and never order a mobile order from here. It will be canceled. Every time. It genuinely needs to be closed. Portland could fill this lot with literally any other food establishment, and it would be a massive improvement for the area.
Worst restaurant location I have ever known in my life. Consistently. They will ignore you, throw away your order, not apologize, etc. Wait times are awful. They manipulate their drive thru times because they have been so bad for so long. They will have multiple employees staring at you doing nothing while nobody has asked for your info, for upwards of 15-45 minutes. I have had this experience more than 4 times. I don't know how this location is still standing. I wouldn't ever order from here.
This Taco Bell does not put cheese on Nacho's. I mean this is a bad location that is mediocre for Taco Bell and Taco Bell as a whole is mediocre. But they make Nacho's with no cheese. What happens if I order nacho's with no toppings but the cheese? Will there only be chips like over half of these are? They also skimp on packaging. Things that come in boxes, come loose in a bag. If they bother giving you a bag at all. This Taco Bell is like no other.
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. It is the most difficult thing to order a veggie Fiesta burrito here. Last Friday I ordered a veggie Fiesta burrito and received a beef burrito with extra nacho cheese and jalapenos. Today I ordered veggie Fiesta burrito I am now late for work because I got a burrito with lettuce cheese and chips. Then I got a burrito with black beans rice cheese and sour cream and chips. And then I got the burrito that's supposed to be correct with guacamole them saying they gave me sour cream and there is legitimately barely any sour cream. Absolute horrible experience these people don't care about their job and do not care about quality I used to come here 2 to 3 times a week. Now I will never come here again
I’m sorry but damn, manage your shit better. I ordered 3 items via DoorDash at 2:02 am when you close at 3. You took my order, let my dasher sit in wait for over a half hour, then canceled. Absolute bullshit. I get you can’t fulfill orders close to close, but an order for like two tacos and a burrito an hour before close?? On a WEDNESDAY? get it together. ✌🏻
The entire staff will ignore you if you ask for your food that's sitting on the counter. They'll ignore you unless you speak Spanish to them 🙄
Probably one of the worst experience in dining history. The worst customer service. Waited for 15 minutes then asked if my food was coming and only then did someone start working on my order. If you want to be disappointed in yet another Taco Bell experience then this is the perfect fit for you. I'll never go back!
This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in the entire state possibly the entire country rude employees. They always say that they never have the Baja blast freeze for weeks at a time. The owner really needs to get their act together.
This Taco Bell was bad 5 years ago and it’s worse now. Like bad bad. First being the staff is pretty rude. I’m sure they deal with a lot of slime in this area but passing that along to the customer who is merely trying to get their food and leave… not cool. At some point, they moved away from any customer counter order interaction. Now there’s just two tablets in the lobby, which will take your order. Fine, but the issue is that it’s not enough. This location gets busy, and if you’re stuck there at a time where there is a full lobby you’re gonna be waiting 15 to 20 minutes just to get your order in and then another 15 sometimes 20 minutes to even get your food. So staffing isn’t very good. Either way your best bet is to go to the interstate location, which is not that far away from here. At least that location is slightly better, but not by much.
9 PM on a Sunday and their lobby is brightly lit with people inside looks like a party. Nothing indicating the drive thru is closed until you drive up and they have cones blocking. Lobby locked but everyone in there having a fun time. No one eating at that point. Just I guess free venue rental??
Gave us the wrong order so we had to go to the front to ask for it and then they made us go wait in the drive through again instead of giving it to us right there. Picked up our order and the tacos had barely anything in them. They were basically taco shells. Employees didn’t apologize or comp for making us wait for almost 20 minutes again. Worst Taco Bell order and awful employees.
They let our food sit at the counter without saying our name so we ended up waiting a while before we realized our food was actually ready. Lots of homeless people around. Not really a safe area.
Didn’t even put the sauces in the bag, didn’t put my nacho cheese on my potato bowl 🙄😪 wasn’t in a hurry to miss it . It was literally just me in the drive through .. food just didn’t have the same taste without its sauces 🥴

Went through the drive thru and the person at the window was coughing no mask on not washing there hands not covering there cough and grabbing the bag and handing it to someone else to hand to me. Why are you even touching the bag if you are not handing it out to me. Why are you working if you are sick and handling food.
Lowkey terrible. These munchkins failed to satisfy me tastebuds. The stacker I ordered had no sauce or chicken. It’s almost as if they’re trying to save money or something. Worst Taco Bell meal I’ve had. Also took 20 minutes to make one stacker.
This Taco Bell location has basically become a homeless hangout outside and inside they allow people to sleep in there restaurant as I have noticed several times, it's ridiculous. Bad management. It's truly a shame. Come on Taco Bell you can do better.
I came here for my lunch for work. I paid $16 for a 3 tacos and instead I got a $9 box.Not only was it the wrong order. It was as someone’s grubhub order. Mind you I didn’t bother to check if my order was right because I was on a time crunch. I assumed since u can charge me for $16 you’d know what food youre handing out.
I am a delivery driver and had two delivery orders for two different customers, both small orders. I waited 25 minutes for the first order and another 15 minutes for the second one. The total wait time was about 40 minutes. While waiting for the second order, the first order became cold, and I had to deliver cold food to the customer. I explained the situation, but the customer was understandably disappointed and will likely hesitate to order from this location again. Several other drivers were also waiting for a long time and asking staff about the delays. The staff explained that drive thru orders are given priority. During this time, drive thru orders were being completed quickly, while delivery orders were taking much longer. Delivery platforms such as DoorDash and Uber Eats should be aware of situations like this. If a restaurant cannot handle delivery orders in a reasonable amount of time, it should not continue accepting them and causing long delays for drivers and customers. This type of situation is frustrating and unprofessional. In addition, the music in the dining area was turned up very loud, and staff were dancing while preparing food, even though customers and drivers were waiting a long time for their orders. There did not seem to be much concern about the long wait times for delivery drivers. I will not accept another delivery from this location and do not recommend it to other drivers. Because of this experience, I lost nearly a full hour of working time.
This location closes the dine in area early even though the hours that are posted say they should stay open much later than they actually do. I along with like 2-3 other people were told to leave because they were closed. I had a problem with an order that I was trying to explain, but they insisted they were closed and that I leave or go to the drive through. I had to explain to the manager my being there had to do with a payment issue in regard to this specific location, which would not be ideal to do in a drive through since an order did not actually go through on the app but I was charged as if it had. Even so, he kept trying to push me out. Me going through a drive through just to discuss this at a window would have actually held up a line and caused congestion, so I had to push to just be listened to for a conversation that took a total of 3-5 minutes at most. My guess is there probably isn't sufficient staff to keep the dining area open, and thus the pushing of people out of the dining area even just to place orders at the screens inside. The staff is doing their job, sure, but they still came off as rude while doing it. In regards to food, it's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting. It's fine and hits a spot for enjoyable junk. Drive through is fine. It's a giant chain fast food joint just like any other, it's fine. But the workers, atmosphere, and service suck. If you have a craving but don't want crappy service, maybe go to a different location instead. I would not recommend this one.
Whoever was talking on the speaker was talking way too quiet and was very blunt and rude. The employees at the drive thru were also very rude, didn’t say anything to us at all until we were leaving. Most of the food we ordered was packaged wrong or made wrong, such as not cutting the cantina chicken quesadilla and putting no cheese on it and the orange cream freeze had a layer of syrup on the bottom. They also refused to give us straws and a fork. Overall horrible service, and I will not be returning. Whoever was on shift at the window around 8:30 today (November 30th 2025) needs to be talked to.
I’m a consistent costumer at this location will continue to be however went in today about 20 minutes after open and not a soul in site could use a better opening crew
When you can read a slip that says all the items, and then put everything in the bag, and have it be right, then ill fight for taco bells workers to have 15 an hour. Till then, no.
My pregnant girlfriend ordered us 2 original stackers, a cheesy bean and rice burrito with no creamy jalapeno sauce, and ordered herself a classic luxe box with a mtn dew pitch black (tastes really badly like mold), beefy 5 layer burrito w/no nacho cheese sauce or sour cream and no lettuce on the taco. Literally everything but my pregnant girlfriends food was as ordered. We tried to call the establishment to get the order fixed multiple times and was hung up on every single time. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. Clean your damn drink machine, it's obviously filthy as I can literally taste the mold. And pay attention to what your order tickets say. They say what they want on there for a reason. Some people have allergies and don't deserve to go hungry because your staff can't follow simple directions. My girlfriend is Autistic and can literally do a better job than that so nobody on staff has any excuses to be doing this poorly. Shame on you, Weidler Taco Bell. There's so much activity and some much food being made but if you're inside, you're invisible. It's wild how long people have to wait for their food. My favorite is when the app says it's being made and I stare at my finished order just out of reach.
i was excited to try the fries with vegan nacho cheese sauce, so i ordered it on doordash. unfortunately there was a piece of chicken buried and hidden at the bottom of the vegan cheese sauce cup. it made me laugh, but it also was not ideal to have chicken in my vegan item. i ate the sauce anyway even though it felt wrong. the rest of the food was great!
1 person eating in the dining area. And the place was a wreck. Food and garbage everywhere, nothing was stocked the trash bins were probably the same bags as the ones they started with. My 3 tacos took 10 minutes..and they were cold. The young kid at the counter was very rude to the customers as well as whoever called the business phone while he was in the middle of taking an order. The owner should be a shamed of who he/she has representing their business... I will never be back this place is a joke.
