Not the most friendly server but… food presentation was great. Big plates. Everything looked delicious. The mosque mule drink was excellent!
Quick friendly service and the west coast burger and tater totes were spot on. Just for the record, I ate a couple of pc of bacon before taking the picture. 😋
I through the food was pretty good. Faster and friendly! Best place for an easy sit down meal by yourself. There isn’t a ton of large tables so big groups might want to find seating options first. But for solo travelers this is a good option.
good was magestic, Shyla was very nice and courteous, she gave us extra fries nice and hot and again the BBQ bacon cheeseburger on a brioche bun was delicious. Thank you Shyla!!😊

Probably the best burger I've ever had at an airport. Not too greasy and a decent portion of avocado, cheese, tomato and lettuce. Just really good all round. Would have loved a few extra fries... Oh, and you will pay $20+ with tax for just about anything on the menu.
Great service, great food made to order, with good options. Sure, airport prices, but otherwise really good.
Kim was great! I have a very severe dairy allergy, and when I came up to the front to ask about the club sandwich, she was able to talk me through the ingredients and what they could take out. I very rarely eat out because I’m so nervous about my dairy allergy, but she made me feel great about ordering. Airport food is always expensive, so I knew I had that coming… but when you’re waiting for your flight and you’re hungry, you gotta do what you gotta do. I paid with cash, and we ended up having a playful conversation about it. She taught me a few tricks about how to spot a fake bill, which was very cute. If you’re the manager or owner reading this, give Kim a raise!

Stopped to get a drink before a flight. At first it took a bit for service but after that it was great. The bartender was really friendly and poured great drinks. It was clean but small.

Classic chicken sandwich and tater tots were yummy! Small portions though

Nice place to lounge while waiting for flight. They have a bar and TVs to watch game. Food was a little pricey but decent. Staff were happy and friendly.
Burger okay, make to order for around 25 min. Not a good choice if you are rush for the flight.

I ordered the Crispy Tender Basket. When I grabbed my order, my initial thought was how sad and pathetic it looked. There are maybe 20 fries on the tray and 2 oz one sauce cup (I chose ranch out of the options ranch, bbq, and honey mustard). The presentation alone made me question my selection. The price point is $20 and I expected more fries than what I received. The chicken tenders taste fine, probably from Sysco Foods or some other restaurant food wholesaler. There is absolutely nothing special about my meal but disappointing is for sure what I came away with. Heads up on the sad portion size.
they were tasty but it was like 30 fries for 12 bucks bru. Also not that many cheese.

The smallest club sandwich and the smallest portion of fries I have ever received from any airport restaurant. The ranch is extremely watery which is visible on the cup photo I posted. Very little meat. One slice of bacon was placed in the middle of the sandwich so it would cut in all four pieces. The bread is the thin sliced cheap bread you find at supermarket for $0.99 to $1.50 per bag. The taste is bland. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I eat at a lot of airport restaurants because I travel a lot and these guys are the worst! $25 including tax for a measly club sandwich and a handful of fries is ridiculous even for an airport. They want tip up front. I would never tip for such a bad meal; however, they got me because you have to pay for your meal and the tip before you get it.
Worst burger I've had this decade and wasn't even the one I ordered. It took them 20 minutes to make it as well then served it on a plate when I ordered it to go. Just wait for the pretzels honestly. Was supposed to be a BBQ burger looks like a salad.
I ordered a 25 dollar meal of which they gave me 8 fries that were cold. I immediately asked for them to give me some fries because how you charge me 25 dollars for a burger and 5 fries…the manager stated, “if we keep giving everyone more fries , we won’t have any” I said it should be a fair portion.. so I asked for a refund and she statedshe couldn’t give me my tip back, we went back and forward. I left.. they are straight robbing people with those prices and food portions.. I’m so annoyed..

The cook talks over your food. They give you not even a handful of fries but my sandwich was good. The bartender don’t know her name she was a black was really cool!
I ordered based off the menu, double espresso iced with mocha… i went back and worth with the woman who didn’t understand which I am flabbergasted at. She asked me if I wanted it in “this” cup and pointed to a hot 16oz cup to which I responded “no, iced 20oz double shot espresso”… I was given a 16 oz hot drink - when I told them they made a mistake, she blamed me saying that she asked me which cup I wanted… um I don’t work there, I don’t know what cups you use?? They handed me a cup of ice and told me they didn’t want to waste the drink (they made wrong). The man was oh so kind to offer to pour the hot drink over the ice, I’m sure he would’ve screwed that up too if given the chance.
Extortionate pricing. Even by airport standards. The pricing is very non-transparent before you order. To my surprise this expensive food was served in a to go box. The staff are nice but clearly they work for an establishment that has taken careful note of what makes an eating experience enjoyable and at great pains done the opposite wherever possible. I’m not a picky or easily bothered diner who went in with airport level expectations, even so, a meal here is an insane waste of money. Do yourself a favor and eat something before you get to the airport. Or go hungry.
14$ for a single jack Daniel’s is ridiculous and obviously the bar tender doesn't know what he is doing asked for a single jack Daniel’s neat he tries to put it in a shot glass since when does a “single neat jack daniels” mean a shot? If I wanted a shot of jack Daniel’s I would say “1 shot of jack Daniel’s “
Way overpriced, and super lite pours. Really kind of a total rip off I guess. Nice spot for people watching, and the server was nice. Overall, I recommend you go somewhere else if your trapped in ONT for a bit.

This is my 3rd experience at Tap n Pour in the Ontario Airport. The quality of their food is trash! FOR $32 this is what I got for $32. The size potion is not worth what you pay for.

This place is horrible. 30 bucks for a pre-packaged egg, some cold cuts and cold tater tots. They will add an additional 5% to your bill as an "employee retention fee" which is a basically ownership insisting that customers bear the burden of paying their employees a fair wage so ownership doesn't have to. Save your money and eat your shoe instead of going to this place.
