I ordered a breakfast burger and French fries to go and when I opened my order I saw that they forgot to put the egg in the burger and the fries were cold and hard. This criticism is not for the staff but for the company because since they were forced to pay $20 an hour they have cut staff and now the cashier also cooks and washes bathrooms at the same time... definitely very bad.

Ale was the most disappointing employee I encountered and this was the most rude experience i have dealt with in all my years of coming to Carls. Not only did i have a long stressful day at work , my one late night highlight i was looking forward to after this long day was getting my dinner with your establishment. Longstory short its about 9:30 pm im literally the only car in drivethru mind you the only customer outside or dining in the eatery. I was ordering my food mind you for me and my small family and was a meer 6 mins of ordering i was rudly told she cant answer any of my questions i had about the menu and also that i am not allowed on speaker for that long that i need to end my order and move forward. Never. In my years since childhood did i ever know of a policy were if your the only customer in line and had questions that i have a 5 min time limit and i need to hurry up with me order ..... cherry on top i ordered lastly after getting a rude response a side of poppers , suddenly theres a shortage on ranch ... the manager will hear about my experience

Well 2 yrs later and I Doordashed and this is what I got this time!! This time there was a skin on it again lettuce brown and wilted. Ugh!! Carls get you ish together. Bad experience this time 😪 got off work late 8ish decided to grab some food for me and the girlfriend, picked up a couple of chicken clubs a strawberry shake and a cheesecake. Chicken clubs were barely edible buns cold, condiments oozing on one almost none on the 2nd, lettuce wilted, chicken breast not grilled. no grill marks! $25 Girlfriend said shake & cheesecake were good but the clubs were supposed to be the stars 🌟 and they terrible. Massive failure.

Really bad drive thru experience. 1 car in front of us. We only ordered 2 shakes. I'm not sure of the issue in the car in front of us, but we waited almost 15 minutes behind them. They had obviously made our shakes right away because they were completely melted by the time we got them. They could have had the problem car park & wait. Also, no sorry for the wait or apology or any parting words. Just the price & "heres your shakes".Bad service

Made my order then sat at the window for a good five minutes and nothing. Not a pay what you owe, not a you're order is gonna be a minute. Just complete ignore the customer. So I left. Rallys had better customer service.

Now won't honor their own coupons... Left & went to wendys .. (older) arrived 3, therWent on a Wednesday at 8:15pm, but door locked & no employees seen, went to drive thru & saw 2 chairs in the way with sign 'Back at 9pm' supposed to be open 24 hours. Wasn't going to wait 45 minutes for them to return. Didn't go here for a decade as I would make a normal 'as is' order but get served the craziest food items that were not even on the menu. things that I couldn't eat at all. Example: order western burger but got Western Chicken Ortega chilli thing instead... Buyer beware here !!!

The experience was bad and at suck this morning went though the drive though and order a burrito and pay for it and didn't get of because it was to long they told me the grill was no hot enough to cook the food waiting about 15 minutes it was not a good experience never going back it suck over all

Every time I come here the drive thru employees sound like they're gonna kill themselves after their shift! Why they always sound depressed? Treat them better or something!

My husband went to Carl’s Jr. today, June 26, 2025, at 8 PM drive-thru. He ordered a large combo, but when he came home, the fries were the size of a small. He also mentioned that the person at the drive-thru was very rude. This is the last time we go to the carl’s Jr.

The manager here has the worst attitude and customer service! I went in to buy a burger, they had no bacon and they didn’t tell me when I paid or when they handed me my food. So I walked in to let them know and asked for a refund. She refused and then continued to give me attitude because I had the nerve to request a refund. I had to block their drive through to finally be able to get a refund! This lady obviously is in no position to manage anything. She has a god complexion. Someone should remind her she works in customer service.

This Carls Jr has to be the first location to tell me I had to say I want to order the special they have. I’m sorry but $20 for 4 spicy chicken sandwich’s is just crazy. The worker didn’t care about anything. They took over 10mins to give me my food. 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 kids meals.
