The service was fast, and even though I asked for separate orders the service was friendly. The orders were all correct and the food was very tasty! The restaurant is clean and the condiment station was perfect. This is my favorite 'Ono.

The food is good but depending on who is working cash register is how good customer service will be. There is a older lady there and she is horrible with your service skills. She was there for opening time.

So good love the grilled chicken plate, good service and good food one star off cause all the good drinks in cooler in front are warm fix the cooler! Will be back.

This Ono is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food come out really good and Sometimes it's dry and burnt. For the most part it's pretty good.

The food was good, but I am disappointed with the short ribs. Is this really how they are? Big fat pieces of bone without much meat, and almost all fat? I have seen other ribs like these, and the bones aren't as big and it has much more meat. To me, this is unacceptable and the cook needs to think of the customer and give the customer better options. The mac salad to me was perfect. It did not have too much mayo like other places with a similar mac salad. The chicken was moist and tasty. Just one recommendation I would make is that they cut the chicken into smaller pieces. It seems they leave bigger pieces in order to fill more of the plate and give less of it. Overall, the food was good. The only thing is that they need to stop skimping out on the food. I understand that this might be a management issue, so I implore management to do better and stop thinking with their wallets.

Chicken Katsu was hard, Mac salad was to warm, ribs tasted weird, BBQ chicken was a little raw, the veggies over steamed, the rice was hard. Just overall has been a disappointing, the staff at the register is always on their phone and feels like they don't even pay attention to you when ordering.

The code worker was rood I ask politely where the caps for the soda she had an attitude about it they told me she doesn’t want to work why work there if you have an attitude with the customer that is considered disrespectful towards the person who is buying food on the restaurant
