Oh ya, that biscuit and cinnamon sweet butter is amazazing!

Took my wife out for her birthday dinner on a Thursday night. The place wasn't too busy, but service was slow initially. Cameron, our server realized we've been waiting for awhile so she ran over and profusely apologize to us for the lack of service. I've never been disappointed with Lucille's BBQ and most places service was okay, but here at the Orange location, Cameron was fantastic dispite the initial long wait. Cameron was very attentive but not to the point of annoyance. She knows exactly when to come and check on us. She brought my wife a free birthday dessert, a birthday card personally signed by all the staff and she even sang happy birthday to my wife with us. I am giving this location 5 stars for Cameron's perfect service. Thanks Cameron for taking care of us.

Great experience here. If you are familiar with the Lucille"s brand, this location is off brand. I say off bra d because the interior feature and design are not typical, as you may have experienced at other locations. Except for the interior motif , the menue is spot on, and we found the service here excellent.

The BBQ chicken sandwich was probably the best I've ever had. I didn't really care for the french fries. They were overcooked and crunchy, but the seasoning on them was good. The tri tip and brisket was pretty good too.

I found Eileen’s (I hope this is the correct spelling) customer service skill to be so SUPER impressive that I will be going back to this location. She was friendly and helpful, paying great attention to detail even as the place became busier by the minute. She really made my day. My to go order was just as I asked for it. No mistakes. I really appreciate great customer service and she totally delivered just that, on a BUSY holiday....wowzers! Now. About the food. The food was yummy, the pulled pork was juicy, mashed potatoes was very tasty. Biscuits were soft and fresh. Overall experience here today? A+++

Sat at the bar, watermelon iced tea and Texas goes tiki were amazing drink specials at Happy hour price which is all day. Free biscuits with honey butter were delicious, fried pickles were best I’ve ever had, potato salad on point and brisket sandwich was amazing, just as good as when I lived in the south. Bartender (Jesus) was extremely attentive and took care of me. They even provide a hot towel when you’re done eating.

I went here with my family during our Thanksgiving vacation, and it was great. The waitress was friendly and joyful. The wait was super short for getting a table, and for the food, I loved the ambience, it was relaxing and not too noisy. The adult drinks were not the best, but proportions were huge! And dont get me started on the food! It was soo tender and flavorful, as the mashed potatoes packed a punch with flavor with great texture, one of the best I have ever tasted. It is absolutely a top recommendation if you are in the area!!!

We came in for a late lunch and decided to order appetizers instead. We had The Onion straws, the fried green tomatoes, the pork burnt ends, and the cauliflower bites. All excellent!

The moment you walk in you’re greeted by… that amazing smoked smell. Then you’re greeted by a friendly host to get you a table. Our server, Mara was so friendly and attentive. The lunch portions are more than enough for one. My Green Chicken Chili has no equal. While not Michelin starred, who cares, it was amazing. Plenty of seating, warm, friendly atmosphere, cheerful servers, you must make this a regular dinner rotation. I’ll be back again and again. 10 stars. Recommended.

This place was outstanding. First we arrived and were told it would be a 40 minute wait. We didn't mind because it was Saturday at 630pm. They took my number and texted me 24 minutes later that our table was ready. The younger guy that seated us was super friendly. Our server, Mary, was awesome. She was busy but very good at her job. Our drinks stayed full. Our food came out quickly. She checked on us regularly, and was very nice as well. We have been in the area a few days and this was by far our best dining experience this trip. The pulled pork nachos were epic. The jalapeno cheese sausage was outstanding and the beef ribs were superb. Everything we had was great. Thank you! Keep it up!

Lucille’s never fails when it comes to great bbq and good service. From the moment you pull into the lot, you can smell the deliciousness permeating the air and inviting you in. Great decor and ample seating inside. The drink sizes are always sized appropriately, large, nothing small here! Greeting with some tasty biscuits and apple butter and are the teaser of what great things are to come. As we navigated our way through some delectable spinach artichoke dip. For our main course we rolled with some meat options and a nashville hot chicken sandwich. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was packed full of flavor and had a tantalizing snap which all sausage lovers appreciate. The ribs were tasty and the pulled chicken was really good. The mac n cheese was smooth, creamy and had great flavor. The apple cobbler and old fashioned banana pudding were both mouthwatering and did not disappoint. The Jake and the Giant Peach was delicious and light on the pour, but had great flavors! Over all a classic bbq joint with good customer service and fun atmosphere.

2nd visit. Beef ribs are really good and the service staff are always attentive and very pleasant. Love their beef ribs. Just the right amount of meat on it and everything has a nice char to it and it’s not drenched in sauce so not overly sweet either. And always order the onions straws. Those are the best. Service as always is friendly like any other Lucille’s in LA. Just a short walk from the Orange Outlets.

In town for business and my colleague brought me here for lunch. You can’t go wrong with bbq. We ordered the fried onion straws and it was crispy. I ordered their lunch 2 meat special and got the brisket and pulled pork with loaded baked potato. All I gotta say is that it was delicious. Also the biscuit with cinnamon butter was sweet and good. Great experience: Cool decor, friendly atmosphere, fast service (we were here at the beginning of lunch time on a weekday, so I can say nothing about Friday evening :)) , great food. I had BBQ Lunch Platter consisting of baby back ribs, pulled pork and tri tip, all of which were tasty. My favorite though - baby back ribs. The portions are huge so If you are not that hungry you can easily share the portion for two people ordering extra sides. As of desert - I tried Old-Fashioned Banana Pudding - also huge portion and easily can be shared by four. Honestly I was not impressed with this desert and next time will order something else. It's been a while since I ate here. This time I came alone after dropping off my daughter at the movies. Today is a Saturday around 6pm, surprisedly it wasn't busy. Since I came alone I got a seat right away. What shocked me the most was within 3 minutes when my server Gregory P put in my order I got my food. Literary before I even got my drink & biscuits. That was a WOW & a first time ever. Guess perks of eating alone. I ordered a full rack of ribs that the meat was falling off the bones. So yummy. Was so hungry so only remember to take a picture after boxing up my food togo. Want to give a big shout out to the cooks in the back for making my food quick & super yummy, that I felt special. Also to Gregory so making my dining experience feel warm & comfortable. He didn't make me feel weird for dining alone. It's been 4 1/2 years since my husband passed away & this is the first time eating out alone & I felt like it was a really special experience. Will come back but I know this special experience won't happen again.

Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que is always a favorite for me when I travel. I decided to give the Orange, California location a try. The service was great, I got seated right away and the Server was right there as soon as I was seated to get my drink order. Extremely fast service at this location. The food was outstanding as I have come to expect from Lucille's and this location did not disappoint. Extensive menu selection with something for everyone, There are lunch, early bird, and dinner menus available. The restaurant has plenty of seating and this location has a large bar area with plenty of televisions if you want to to watch sports. The restaurant was very clean and was well maintained with its classic design seating. The location has a large parking lot. Overall this location was outstanding and I recommend it.

First time at this Smokehouse. The server Roy is very nice and helpful. As a new customer I didn’t know what to order, Roy helped me with the dish that was perfect for me. I ordered the combo with 3 choices of meat and I chose baby back ribs, pork belly, and beef brisket. I would have to say baby ribs was the best. For the experience, they serve you a basket of butter biscuits with honey butter and that was so AMAZING. This location is open despite Yelp reporting it as closed. Try to call in to make a reservation prior to dining here. I called in on a Sunday night and the wait was at least 2 hours. However, the host at the front didn’t enter our name into the system. Our wait was then shortened to 20 mins. I was surprised the wait was 2 hours given how many open tables were available. The restaurant is probably not open to max capacity. Overall, our family enjoyed the dinner here and we had excellent service the entire night. The baby back ribs and St. Louis ribs platter is always a win for our family. Looking forward to the next family get together at Lucilles!

We decided to treat ourselves and order out for lunch on July 2nd from Lucille's in Orange. I got the Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries on the side. Lucille's is known for their barbecue sauce and needless to say my sandwich was bone dry. What a shame to get this sandwich and find it missing sauce or something (See photo) Had I had known it was going to come without sauce, I would have asked for some.. The fries were yummy and the sandwich was filled with a good amount of meat but darn it no sauce. This would've been a 5 star review but no sauce.

It's 93⁰ in So Cal, we were a large group with an infant, and they wanted to sit us in the patio area with only (slow running) ceiling fan and no AC. It was corrected when we requested to be inside. The servers were great! So was the good!

While visiting the area we were looking for a mom and pop small bbq smokehouse. We were led here. Small chain of a larger smokehouse. We were hungry so we decided to check their menu. They did sell meat by the pound so we decided to take some home. We ordered a pound of medium rare Tri-tip and a large garlic mash potatoes. When we got home we discovered Tri-tip was well done. If it was cooked in a outside smoker it might be understood. Longer you smoke the more it is done. But this was cooked indoors and took the medium rare order. Not really a smokehouse. Meat and potatoes were good, just not what one is led to belive. Next time we'll find out door smoker.

Besides that, my Husband's ribs were perfect, the sides were good, and who could not love the biscuits? Will I go back?? Only if I had to meet people there.

This restaurant is at a great location. We were able to walk to it from our hotel. Some of the prices were a bit expensive BUT that is because the portion sizes are large. We were able to get seated (2 of us) within five minutes of arriving (Saturday night around 6). The décor was very fun, the booths spacious, and a nice little bar. I only made it 4 stars as I wish there had been a choice of BBQ sauces, and I wish the sauce was a bit thicker. Also the biscuits were good but I would have also enjoyed a choice of having regular butter with them that wasn't as sweet as the cinnamon butter. Finally the staff were all wonderful BUT I could tell the restaurant makes them check in on the customers more than is necessary. I felt we were checked in on too often which was kind of annoying when you are trying to eat.

Excellent service, our server was amazingly attentive 👍. Great family ambience! We got seating right away despite the visible line. Biscuits and butter are AMAZING!!! The Saint Louis ribs were a big portion, but were Ok, a little dry for my taste. The Southern fried catfish were crispy, but plain flavor. Our favorite dish was BBQ Combo, three meat BBQ , perfect for sharing ! Also the house IPA was good and was cold 👍👍 and their sauces were so good!! Good barbecue Sunday OMAD lunch meat meal with yummy carbs sides.

It was pretty empty. The food was delicious, but our waitress seems to be having a bad day? She had an attitude and gave us the wrong check. A guy waited by the bar to get help for 7-10 minutes. It just seems like she didn’t want to check on us but since it was empty she had to.

It was the only barbecue restaurant open within the area I was in on the day I desired BBQ. The sidewalk peach lemonade was delicious. I would say my meal was more expensive than the closed restaurant choices but overall I enjoyed my meal. 2 meat combinations I believe is what I chose with a side of potato salad and their fancy corn dish. I slightly complained about calories. They have information nicely posted on the menu.I thought about desert but my appetite wasn't that real.

We order takeout from here. A lot. For some reason, this location's online order system doesn't allow for coupons or promotional codes. You need to go in and order with the takeout staff or call to place the order to redeem, which I don't understand, it's inconvenient in comparison to the other Lucille's locations with the exact same ordering platform that has no problem having the redemption code fields. Aside from that USUALLY we have great experiences, however, the last few visits I've had have been off-putting (with issues each order consecutively). I purchase avocado, but don't receive it. I purchase full tri tip wedge salads, and only receive either the half size or the smallest end of the lettuce, which doesn't and shouldn't constitute a "full" size. Along with that, 2 pieces of tri tip and a half-filled little container of the dressing is not worth the cost of the full salad. We also had an incident recently where we ordered delivery through them just once (due to some car problems), and had issues with that. The bag was fully sealed, not tampered with, but missing the biscuits, and again, lack of salad mentioned above, in addition to a lack of portion of a fried chicken and half filled sides, and, they used door dash for delivery. Now I don't have a problem with door dash. I have a problem when the delivery instructions are not followed. The delivery person who was to deliver our order, could not read English. He called me and started off rambling in Spanish, I told him I'm sorry, I did not speak Spanish, and I had to hang up and text that number the delivery instructions by using google translate to put in Spanish for him because he could not understand me when I spent 10 minutes trying to speak slower to get it to compute. It was an additional wait for the driver to be able to locate and deliver the order. Needless to say I won't order for delivery from here again, the delivery fee nor the missing items was not refunded when I submitted feedback to both platforms. I'm not saying there was anything wrong with the fact the delivery person couldn't understand me, but orders are not properly being checked for quality assurance, and delivery instructions are not being followed. I'm still ordering takeout from here, not as much anymore, leaving larger gaps in my attempts, I'm not sure if it's all new kitchen staff or that the current just doesn't care anymore.. I'm starting to shift my focus to the other locations, especially since their ordering system is more inviting to let people use their redemption codes. It's worth the travel to go to the Tustin location, though the Brea one is questionable but still worth trying. It just sucks because I live 10 minutes away from this location and it's got ample parking for pickup, and it's usually easy in and out... I've contacted them each time I receive a survey. They need to do better.

Good service and good food! Loved the burnt ends. The meat in the ribs tasted good but there was more fat than I am used to. The server was prompt, attentive, and kind.

It was ok for me. Onion straws is pretty good. Brisket was dry and chewy. Beef ribs were delicious. Service is good.

Overall, the food was fine. The experience was not. Our party of six adults were seated at a table that only comfortably seated four. Our server wasn't especially attentive. They didn't clear the appetizer plates leaving the already tight table even more difficult to dine on. One of the dishes came out wrong and we had to send it back twice before it was right. Another dish came out with a hamburger, fries, and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was supposed to be for another member of the party. Finally, they didn't bring any steamed napkins for cleaning our hands. Once again, the food was fine, the service was lacking.

Order was supposed to be ready at 4pm. Text when we were on our way as asked. Text when we arrived a few minutes before 4pm. At 413 food still not brought out. Call and got automated message. Went inside. Manager apologized and stated there was only one person doing take out for entire restaurant. Waited a few more minutes before getting order. Order was correct. Food was barely warm. Burnt ends were much more fatty than usual. Pulled pork sandwich was great other than temperature. Fries were well seasoned but cold. Staff I experienced were nice, however I dislike waiting for food then getting it cold.

This is usually one of my favorite places to come for lunch. I was so excited when hubby wanted to come here today. I must say that I'm rather disappointed though. I was looking forward to their yummy fresh biscuits & apple butter. It was a let-down. They were hard enough to be used as paperweights. I even asked for a 2nd batch hoping that the 1st one was just the last of their old batch. Nope, not the case. Sad. Our meals came out overcooked, tri tip, ribs & even the sweet potato fries. The pulled pork & braised greens were good though. You can say it was kind of like having a picnic because we had to keep shooing flies off our meals. Hopefully, today was just a fluke.

Ordered the beef ribs last night, worst beef ribs I have ever had at Lucilles. Super greasy. Not much flavor. I have had them before and they were great not sure why they were so bad last night. I would have given a 1 star but I have had them before and they were good. BTW THEY DONT HAVE COLLARD GREENS ANYMORE. BOOOO!

I really want to love the food, but it's just not smoked. The meat is tender for sure, but if you want smoke, you will be highly disappointed. The fried green tomatoes ARE the best I've ever eaten, and I lived in ky for decades, so that's something, the biscuits are the bomdiddle as well. I'm ashamed of leaving a less than stellar food criticism but it's just true :/ As far as service they are awesome!!!! The place is nice and imho the prices aren't bad. If you are a meat lover but not worried about no smokey flavor this would be great!

Exceptional customer service. The peach lemonade was a perfect 10/10, while the biscuits with apple butter fell short at 4/10—the butter was good, but the biscuit was cold. Roasted corn lacked flavor, and rib tips were decent at 7/10. Burnt ends were hot and flavorful, though the fat could have been crispier (8/10). Fully loaded mashed potatoes with crispy bacon earned a solid 7/10.

First time we ate here last night. We were sat within 10 minutes. The atmosphere was really nice with blues music playing in the background, server was prompt with our drinks and order. Most of the barbecue meat was pretty bland. I got the brisket and it didn’t taste like anything, but it was really tender. The Nashville chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. All of the sides were decent. I would not recommend for a good barbecue place.

I ordered the Family Feast for 4 plus an extra pound of brisket for takeout. The brisket was good, but two of the chicken pieces were severely undercooked. On top of that, I only received three tiny BBQ sauces — nowhere near enough for the amount of food I ordered. Definitely expected better for the price I paid.

I've been to other Lucille's restaurants before, but I was in the area and visited this location for dinner, and I'm going to be honest I had higher expectations. Staff is lovely and very welcoming. I can't deny that I absolutely love the customer service, but... the food, on the other hand, felt reheated, and almost day old leftovers, the sausage tasted okay but arrived cold the ribs were amazing loved the sauce but we're dry the mac & cheese plus the mash potato felt glupy and stale I won't be coming back unless food standers have been raised but I would definitely come for the dessert they saved this review from being all negative

Ate here today. Service was reaaaally slow. Must be understaffed. I saw people at most tables looking around for someone to take their order. I saw people standing up to look for someone to help them. Our waitress took her lunch break and no one came to our table during her 30 min break. Also, I ordered a side portion of fries and they were comically small. For $5. Also the biscuits are like half the size they used to be? (From the last time I came like 3 years ago). When we were going to leave I heard the table behind us say they wanted to talk to a manager and it was their worst Lucille’s experience ever. The worst Lucilles in Southern California. Saturday 1/7/22 approx. at 2:30pm. The host/man was very unwelcoming and was strange towards my family. Also, the blonde waitress with the light blue flannel gave us terrible service. Gave us drinks with no straws, I requested straws and completely ignored me while she took orders from 3 other families. Mind you, they get straws without them asking. My husband had to get straws from the bar. Almost all the utensils were filthy still had food on them. Never asked us if we needed refills. I was very displeased. The food was okay. Watermelon was dry and stale and not sweet at all. Waited about 30 minutes for the waitress to collect the tab. I've been to 4 other Lucilles in Southern California, and this is by far the worst establishment. I understand this Lucilles is in the middle of all major cities. I've been to places where they are understaffed thats not an excuse bc they had more tha. Enough staff today. Take your business elsewhere. I was truly unhappy with the service by the 2 only employees we had assigned to us. People, please don't feel obligated to tip if you don't get at least satisfactory service or avoid this place at all cost. 👎👎👎 You are better off going to WOOD RANCH BBQ instead. Update:Your team always mentions to "reply to this email so we can further assist you." That is just a cover-up to make it seem like you guys care, but you don't. I hate writing these reviews but I've given them ample opportunities to right their wrong and unfortunately I've now resorted to just going anywhere but here. Every time I come here they mess up my order. Last time I was here they missed an entire meal item and forgot the jalapeno cornbread that I paid extra for. When we called they said they would refund us on the form of a gift card instead of just issuing a credit. The giftcard would be sent by corporate.. but that never arrived. Today I went in and the manager checked every item. As I was walking outside I realized the dessert was missing so I went back inside. The guy who took my order remembered that I had that on my order because he took my phone order and couldn't figure out why it wasn't there.. and apparently said it was their system.. charged me for it.. all in all shitty

Order the beef back ribs, very little meat, and extremely tough! Thought i would give them a second try and ordered a rack of Baby back ribs, tough as can be as well.

The receptionist who helped me I don't know if she understood my instructions no straw onions and no beans because I'm allergic. And they put to much dressing. I'm very disappointed. I tossed the onion straw in the trash.

I spend $180 on the family supper plus I got sausages. My Mia was not complete by the time I got home my notice I called back to explain, but there was just sending me to the corporate office instead of trying to resolve.

Thanksgiving is a time for warm, comforting meals shared with loved ones, but my experience at Lucille’s on Chapman and Louis Street was anything but. It was a holiday disaster that left me frustrated and without a meal to enjoy. Food Quality: The food was absolutely appalling. The turkey, the centerpiece of a Thanksgiving meal, was served cold and tasted as if it had been sitting out for far too long. The gravy, which should be rich and smooth, was thick and chunky, further proof of how long it had been neglected. To make matters worse, not everything that was promised on the menu was served. The mac and cheese, which I was looking forward to, was almost laughable. It barely had any noodles, and what little there was felt overcooked and mushy. It was clear that no care or effort went into preparing the dishes, leaving me deeply disappointed on a day when food should be the highlight. Customer Service: The service was equally terrible. When I politely brought up my concerns about the food, I was met with rudeness rather than understanding. Instead of addressing my complaint or trying to make the situation right, the staff dismissively told me to go back to my seat, offering no resolution or apology. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was shocking, especially on a holiday when people are supposed to feel welcomed and cared for. Overall Experience: This visit left me so dissatisfied and unwelcome that I ultimately left the restaurant entirely, with nothing to eat on Thanksgiving. Lucille’s not only failed to provide a warm, enjoyable holiday meal but also demonstrated a lack of respect for their guests. Final Thoughts: Lucille’s completely missed the mark on what Thanksgiving is about—good food and good company. Cold turkey, chunky gravy, a half-empty menu, and dismissive service made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend Lucille’s to anyone, especially during the holidays. Rating: 0.5/5 Lucille’s needs to rethink how they prepare and serve their meals, as well as how they treat their customers. No one should have to leave a restaurant on Thanksgiving hungry and upset.

Ordered for pickup online and order said it would be ready at 5:10pm and I didn’t get my food until 6:20pm. I went in at 5:20 and they told me it wasnt ready yet. I waited for 30more minutes, this time the hostess went and grabbed manager to check on my order the manager came by and said i ordered at a time a lot of other people ordered and said it would be ready in another 10min. I then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes. Male host was super nice and apologetic but manager and other host were rude not just with me but with everyone else. Seems like there is no urgency from manager can’t handle busy environments. The front room was packed with people waiting to be seated. If you were sitting on the bench you can’t even stand up with how crowded it was with people standing in front of you. I waited 1hour inside for an order that was placed 1hr and 30minutes ago. mind you i only placed 1 order of ribs.

Terrible service by Morgan P. On Feb 25, 2026... we took a take out under Jesus. I arrived at the place and gave her the name again, Jesus, she told me to wait. I was there for like 30 minutes waiting when I saw an order they had ready and asked for the name; they said it was for Jose. Something told me to check my receipt and that was my order. I don't know for how long they had my order ready and they didn't even bother to let me know!!! Lots of wasted time on my b day!

Went here for lunch on a rainy day because we received an email offer to get $10 off on a bill of $30 or more. Food was ok, but when we got our bill and tried to pay with prepaid Lucille's gift cards, they had over charged us by over $20. Then, once they fixed that, it was still over charged because they then refused to discount the original $10 from the email. The manager then said they would not take off the amount because we ordered the "Monday Special", which I informed them we did not order the "Monday Special" we ordered off the menu a regular meal. And when I asked him to show me the menu so I could point out what we ordered, he refused to show me the menu! When I insisted on seeing the menu, he still refused to show it to us, then I said "ok, I want to order more food", that was the only way he brought back the menu. When I pointed out what we ordered, he stated it was a Monday Special, but I informed him that the menu didn't say Monday's Special, that it was offered 7 days a week on their regular menu. He then admitted and said, well, you are not going to get the discount here. Also, he took my receipt, you know that one were we write down our tip and have to sign. Well I had not signed it yet or wrote anything yet on the tip since the bill was wrong, so not sure how much they will end up billing us on the gift cards. He told us in a mean voice to have a nice day and took the receipt with him then shooed us away with his hand, when I was informed him I was going to complain to management. It was such a bad experience. And like I told them, I really didn't care about the $10, it was more the audacity to first overcharge us on purpose then to lie to us about what we ordered, all so they wouldn't give a discount that they offered. Strange really. We rarely go to this Lucille's, so next time we'll go to our usual Lucille's in Brea.

I havent eaten at Lucilles in years, it used to be good. I received a gift card so off I went. Walked into what I recalled was a nice restaurant but seemed now more like a low end Denny's. The service was great had no issues there. The food was served luke warm and had looked like it was dished up at a cheap Vegas buffet or hospital cafeteria. It most certainly wasnt freshly cooked. Lucilles has now become the big chain Denny's of the BBQ industry. Free gift card or not, I nor my family will ever go back.

This year I had what I thought would be the brilliant idea to order something out of the normal for thanksgiving and went with Lucille’s since they were open. We didn’t order their thanksgiving dinner, we went with a different feast. Over $400 and the food was to be ready at 1:30pm… it’s now 3:05pm and I’m still waiting. They are unorganized. Lucille’s BBQ This is my review of Lucille’s I went to Lucille’s last night on 11-2 for dinner with my girlfriend celebrating an anniversary. We were immediately greeted with a host that brought us to our table and had zero conversation with us which felt rude and made us feel ignored. We then spent just over 10 minutes waiting for even a server. Keep in mind we’ve been in the restaurant for 15 minutes and though we’ve been seated we’ve actually spoken to no one. Again making us feel ignored. Then the server comes out and by that point we already knew everything to order and drink so we made it very easy for the server. Lucille’s is famous for their biscuits and butter. They literally gave us two biscuits. I know we are just two people but if I go to wood ranch they give me a basket with 8 rolls in it even if there’s two people so what’s up with that it felt kind of rude that that’s all we were given was two little biscuits in a giant empty basket looked like a joke we actually started laughing. Then they proceeded to move an entire family of 8 people right next to us. We were in a two person booth so our only exit is to the right side of us. They completely blocked it with less than a foot of clearance for the server to fit it. Again made us feel ignored or invisible and was super rude. We asked to move and one of the servers profusely apologized which means you knew it was wrong and still did it. They let us move. I told the server that was extremely rude and she apologized. They then go to bring out our food and drop it off at another table and then the server comes back with the food and I give her a look and she starts frantically saying how’s she’s going to remake it now. Are you guys absolutely out of your minds. The manager even condescended to us and got down on one knee and said “Whats wrong 🥺” Your telling me your server who apologized didn’t tell you that? This is how you run your restaurant. This place is a literal joke. We left and went to wood ranch and had 5 star service as always. I used to come here a lot with my family growing up we’ve quite literally spent thousands of dollars at this establishment over decades. We are a legacy client with two generations of clientele in the family. I’ve spoken with my whole family. We’d all rather eat at wood ranch. Done and done washing ourselves of this place it isn’t what it was. Don’t go here.
