Went out with our wedding twins and had a great time. The food was superb. Everything was delicious. Only problem for me was some of it had a kick to it. I can't really handle spicy food . I drank all of my beverage and more, which rarely happens. However, the flavor of the food was excellent. From the complimentary bread with pesto oil, to the seafood dips, to the cheesecake dessert, we enjoyed it all. Would definitely like to return.

The food was well prepared and my daughter’s filet was cooked perfectly. I did get an Asian seasoned type of fish that I wasn’t familiar with but indicated similar texture as sea bass which I liked a lot but not as good as other seafood items I’ve had there previously but just my tastebuds as was nicely prepared! I did get a complimentary piece of cheesecake for my birthday! It was excellent. Gave atmosphere a 4 only cause was very busy and quite loud but that means people love the food!! Have never had bad service when eating there. The asparagus was cooked exactly the way I like it too! I like that they switch up the specials routinely but sometimes you get something and love it but don’t have it when you go the next time.

The bread was excellent and the bang -bang shrimp is an amazing appetizer! My salmon was cooked to perfection and the service was great!

I wanted to go somewhere and have a great me time experience, Bonefish Grill in Orland Park did not disappoint! I arrived with my reservation and was seated promptly. They had outdoor seating but I opted for a booth in the air conditioning 😀. My waitress was Katy. She was attentive, beautiful and suggest I get the Bang Bang shrimp 🍤 tacos 😋. They were superb as well as the fresh baked bread w/ pesto,garlic, oregano and oil. I didn't order dessert because I was stuffed and had some to take home. I met the manager, Oscar and he was so pleasant. I will be back as well try the lobster next time. Great place to go!

Absolutely love their food! We always come to this location and we know everyone here lol. Very accommodating! Our social hours with Mark are always fun! We love their drinks the bang bangs! Big fans of their dinners on Thursday. David always comes through for us! Their rewards are amazing as well. The best location by far!!

Food was excellent. Service average. We saw other tables getting bread, we had to ask for it. Overall good menu and drink selection. We will he back. Our group had salmon with elote side which was delicious, filet also delicious, shrimp & scallops very good. Apps we tried bang bang shrimp, seafood dip & dinner salad were all very good!

David was our server. Food was great, very accommodating for my dairy free girlfriends allergy.

I took myself on a solo birthday dinner to Bonefish Grill, and overall, it was a really beautiful and memorable experience. I arrived about 10-15 minutes late due to a train delay but called ahead to let them know. When I arrived, there weren’t any tables available right away—even though I had noted in my reservation that it was for a birthday—but I noticed there were open tables on the other side. It was a very busy night, so I understand things can get a little hectic, though the space could’ve used a little more tidying up. The staff was welcoming and flexible, allowing me to sit wherever I felt most comfortable. I chose the bar—and I’m glad I did! The bar area had great energy, a clear view of the TV, and an overall relaxing vibe. The atmosphere was perfect for a solo date night. The food was amazing. I ordered the blackened salmon—it was flavorful and cooked just right. They did accidentally put bacon on my mac and cheese, which I don’t eat, but they quickly and kindly fixed it without hesitation. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and respectful. One thing that did disappoint me was that I had noted in my reservation that it was for my birthday, but no one acknowledged it. I didn’t expect a big deal, but even a simple “Happy Birthday” would’ve meant a lot. I didn’t receive a dessert or any special acknowledgment—until one of the staff members I had been chatting with realized it was my birthday and went to the back to get me a slice of cheesecake. That small gesture truly made my night. It was thoughtful and appreciated, especially since I was celebrating alone. This was my first solo date in a long time, and I’m happy I chose Bonefish Grill. I actually traveled from Indiana to Orland Park just to come here—and it was definitely worth it. Despite the minor hiccups, I’d rate my experience a 9 out of 10. I’m not picky—just meticulous—and they came very close to perfection. I’d definitely recommend Bonefish Grill for anyone looking for great food, good vibes, and warm service. I’ll be back—hopefully next time, I’ll get a booth and a birthday shoutout!

Bonefish Grill was a superb experience overall. There are not many vegan options to choose from; however, the waitress and chef went over and beyond to accommodate my diet to prepare vegan friendly alternatives, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. This was a milestone celebration, and I was not expecting such an accomdating service on my account. This is a great example of customer service being a priority to this establishment. The vegan alternatives were well presented with fresh ingredients, and the services were beyond professional. An exquisite experience indeed!

My family and I celebrated my daughter's birthday here and it was wonderful. The drinks were delicious, the food was amazing (especially the Bang Bang Shrimp), the waitress was very friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We were checked on numerous times throughout the visit to make sure everything was good. 10/10 highly recommended!

From start to finish, tonight was a great experience! Can't wait to return.

We had the bang bang shrimp appetizer, which was flavorful and plentiful. My blackened shrimp tacos weren't really blackened, but were still good. My friend had the parmesan-crusted trout which he enjoyed. Our server, Brandy, was very pleasant and attentive despite being busy. I liked that she dated my leftover container.

08/11/2024 First time going here, and I actually have nothing negative to say. It was a wonderful experience for our anniversary. The ambiance was cozy, and our waitress & the food was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

First review of the 2025 year..amazing customer service right from the beginning and our server Adam was very up beat and pleasing..kudos to you sir. He did recommend a lot for ur First time being there the boom.boom shrimp as a starter but we did not need an appetizer. We went right for the main meal. Our salmon was cooked spot on and I didn't need any seasoning whatsoever. Thank you chefs..please check it out for yourself if you like it..the parking was plenty and especially if you need handicap parking up front.the location is also next to longhorn steak house as well.

I had an amazing first time. My waiter was DAVID and he was AWESOME! Please ask for him! He was very kind, welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing! I had the bang bang shrimp and they were soooo good! Then for my entree i got the Atlantic shrimp, mashed potatoes and asparagus….LOVED IT!!! I’ll definitely be back!! Everything was 10/10🙌🏾🙌🏾

I absolutely love Bonefish Grill! I recently went there with 12 of my best girlfriends for my birthday and they were able to accommodate not just my group with food but the service was great. Because there were so many of us there was two tables but we were right together anyway and we had two servers responsible for my party. Everyone that was their love their food it was delicious presentation was outstanding and the service was really good as well. The only thing that I would say wasn't exceptional was them for getting and having to be reminded a few times to bring lemon to the table or a small to-go container. But outside of that the waiter and waitress were exceptional. I would highly recommend this place if you like seafood even if you don't they had excellent food one of my cousins had a burger and my baby cousin loved her mac and cheese and French fries. Anyway I would highly recommend this restaurant and make sure you make a reservation because the place is always packed. I had the corn and clam chowder I think is what it's called, and I also had it was an orange roughy dish with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious

I had such an awesome experience. Our waiter Adam was very knowledgable about menu and the type of fish to recommend. So we started off with Bang Bang Shrimp, then had Parker’s Margarita Sea Bass with coconut Risotto. When I tell you it was the best thing I’ve had, with a side of scallops skewer. And ended with Key Lime cake. The Bass was excellent. The taste of the foos is mind blowing. I made my own combination lbvs.

The food was great! Fresh, hot and very good. From the bread to the appetizers to the entrées were excellent. The server was very nice, funny and attentive. Our compliments to the chef(s) and our server Alicia. Hopefully I spelled our server's name correctly.

Three of us stopped at bonefish Grill for supper tonight. The bang bang shrimp and corn chowder and lump crab soup were delicious. But even better than the food was our server, Alisha B. She was attentive, made sure we got everything we asked for, friendly, someone you wanted to invite to sit down and have supper with you! Thank you Alisha B for making this a fun night.

Exceptional service every single time. Been coming here for years (also a little biased cause I’m an ex-employee so I’ve tried all their dishes). Mark is the best ever, he always makes our visits so special. Amazing cocktails, fish, chicken, tacos, salads, everything!

I've never had a bad experience here. Food has always been delicious. Healthy and dietary restrictions are easily found on their menu. Service has always been exceptional.

Always fun! Usually with a group of girls and we all try different foods and drinks. So far... we love them all. Servers are always nice and really seem to know the menu well. Manager comes around to greet and make sure everything is fine-I love that!

I met a group of friends here for lunch and everything was lovely! I had the prix fixe choice of iced tea, shaved Brussels sprouts salad and fish and chips. Delicious! Then we split 3 desserts- my favorite was the bourbon brownie! Outstanding! I need to return.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner with my daughter last night wr sat at the bar for an hour. Met some wonderful people there. Then sat at a table and met an absolutely adorable and spectacular server named Jackie. She was amazing at her job and was so kind. The food was amazing.

Alisha (sp?) did a fantastic job serving our table on Thursday night, Feb 5th. She was super personable and professional and stopped to have little mini conversation with us, which made for a fun and comfortable night. Food was pretty good as well. Thanks to the kitchen and the service. 😁

We arrived earlier than our reservation for my friends bday and were seated immediately — such a great start! The host was warm and welcoming, and our Social Hour timing turned out to be perfect. Our server, SKY (hope I’m spelling that right!), was the highlight of the night. She was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. We even made sure to pass our compliments to the manager, who was just as pleasant. The chargrilled oysters had good flavor, but the oyster meat was tiny (smaller then a dime) for the price. Everything else, though, was fantastic — the crab cakes, the perfectly cooked lobster and filet, and my friend’s mahi mahi. Drinks were spot on too. The steak was done to perfection. It was so tendered I LITERALLY cut it with a fork. The wait staff was attentive but not hovering. The music was prerecorded and distracting. It did not compliment the decor nor atmosphere (reason for 3 star for atmosphere)The Key Lime cake was the only disappointment.

First time at Bonefish...I liked it...didn't love it. The appetizers were delicious but I was a bit disappointed in the shrimp which I believe is their signature appetizer. Just needed more seasoning and wished the shrimp was crispy. Everything else was good but all the main dishes needed some salt. Overall, I enjoyed it!

I like the ambiance. It was a bit loud but it was also a Sat evening and they were busy. Although they were busy our waitress Alisha did not short stop. She was attentive. My friend and I enjoyed the loaded crab fries and lobster bisque for an appetizer. The crab was fresh. The soup was good but it had a chipotle flavor to it and I would've preferred it without. My friend had the chicken breast with the spinach and artichoke on top. The chicken was very juicy,tender, and flavorful. The brussel sprouts even had a good roast to them. I had the sirloin and crab cake. The crab cake was good. I was not impressed by the steak. It needed salt/pepper on it. I don't usually use sauce for my steak but I needed it.

Visited for $5 marg & margarita Monday, during their happy hr. The $5 deal is all day on Mondays, happy hr is from 4:30-6:30p. I tried the seafood dip whicj was a 10 across the board. I also loved the sauce that was on the bang bang shrimp. I tried a variety of the martinis & margs. The Sidecar & Bee’s Knees were 2 of my faves!!! We switched from dine in to bar seating. We did let the server know we were doing so but she didnt let us know that we had to checkin (again). So after sitting in dine in we had to wait again to be sat. The setup of the dining area is a absolute safety hazard. There was zero room to walk between tables & seated guest. At tables of 4 you could not utilize all seats due to the seats being jammed into a tight space. I'm actually very shocked that they havent been found to be in violation. It was so uncomfortable I couldn't relax & enjoy myself b/c the ppl next to me were nearly on my shoulders. There is no way that they can function as an accessible restaurant. I've never been to any other bonefish location but with this being in Orlando im not surprises at all that they are overcrowding the space. This visit definitely reminded me of why I am not a fan of visiting businesses in the area.

Our waitress was so nice and accommodating. The atmosphere of the place was really nice too. The corn crab chowder was so delicious as was the fresh hot bread with seasoned dipping oil. The grouper, asparagus, and rice were very good but the crab cake was not the quality this place should be serving. Mixed heavily with breadcrumb, or whatever the filler is, and scant on the crab. My bang sauce had no bang, very (totally) mild. Unfortunately, again, for such a nice FISH place, the fish and chips were clearly concocted by someone that does not know what fish and chips should be like. Frying up some over battered cod and providing malt vinegar doesn't make fish and chips. The fish fell out of the crust. This one should be either fixed or dropped from the menu. We will be back for the corn crab chowder though, mmmmm, so good.

Came in last night with elderly grandpa, he insisted on paying… waiter came over with a credit card machine and I watched him tell my grandpa to hit his tip amount on the machine. Waiter said “it’s the dealers choice” forced him to quickly pick a tip while the waiter holds a machine. Unprofessional, waited for our bread the entire time after asking 4 times and when asking the person that brought our food out and was finally given the bread after our meal came out by a different person. My grandpa told the man he doesn’t like the machine and wants the paper copy cus he can’t read the machine… waiter says “yeah people don’t like these” then forced a heavy tip on him. Absolutely discussed. Terrible slow service didn’t come to the table for 10 or more minutes of use initially sitting. Why does an elderly man have to have a waiter pick his tip? I was not happy. I would have left $5 and that’s nice not $15 for a server that just brought our drinks. Did nothing else.

I went to the Orland Park location for the first time for dinner February 13th. I'm only giving one star because our waiter was good. I ordered the sirloin steak and lobster tail entrée. Our waiter placed the butter for the lobster on the table and lit the candle underneath the butter. He mentioned to blow out the candle when the butter starts to bubble. I'm watching and suddenly the butter burst all over the table and hitting me with hot butter on chest and arms. Luckily I had on long sleeves, however I got a sting on my chest. The manager and waiter apologized. I finished my meal and 2 hours later I started feeling sick. I began barking up everything I ate overnight into the next day. I recalled the lobster tail shell was still brown and I thought the lobster meat texture was off. I haven't had lobster in years so that's why I didn't notice the brown shell which should have been red. As I writing this post I still feel ill and have no appetite. That' was the only meal I ate that day. I will never ever go back to Bonefish
