Wowza! Last time we came here the server and food were awful - and since then about 3-4mmths ago, we said we were never coming back. Tonight, hubby convinced me “let’s try it one last time”, I was reluctant to say the least. Lillian changed that fast!! What an attentive and kind server/bartender! She noticed our matching hand tattoos - where we shared with her we’re getting married in 11 days - she thoughtfully brought out a dessert to celebrate us. Even though she was bartending she was continuously checking on us in the dining room - she made easy conversation and really turned around our view here! Thank you again Lillian :)

A very nice place with a certain Asian touch. Very nice service. Great Asian cuisine. You can certainly say everything is fresh and prepared with fresh products. Very nice option 3 dishes for only $19.99 There is really enough food. A place worth visiting

My daughter and I have birthdays a couple weeks apart. We pick a place and go to dinner. Tonight we picked PF Changs. What an amazing dinner. The food was awesome as usual but it was the service from Matthew that really took our dinner to another level. He never missed a beat while juggling multiple tables. His manager Melissa is doing a fantastic job teaching customer service to her employees. Matthew is a prime example of her experience. Thank you again Matthew for a wonderful birthday dinner.

Lillian is an exceptional server…she was so kind and worked a full restaurant seamlessly. Beyond impressed!!! If we had more people like her in this world we would thrive! Thank you, Lillian, you’re wonderful!

Julia was amazing! She was patient and kind and knew the menu front to back! She was fast with service and always checked in to see if we needed anything! I’ll definitely be back to see her!

I wish there were.ore than 5 stars to give Lillian. We came in to celebrate my niece's 21st birthday we were going to have one drink and go. We ended up staying 5 hours all due to the bubbly personality of Lillian, she was great we felt as though we were being welcomed into a home instead of a business. Her and Hannah made the most wonderful drinks. She had great suggestions for cocktails and food. She was attentive and just a joy. My niece will have great memories of her birthday because of Lillian. To top the evening off she brought 2 wine bottles with sparklers to end our evening. She is great management material. This was a wonderful experience. I’m visiting for the weekend and have been pretty picky with my food choices. Sierra was the best possible server for me. She made my whole weekend. When i walked in i thought i should leave and try somewhere else Her personality drew me back in. Sierra reassured me i was in the right place and took her time with me. I planned and had a 60 BD event of 17 people at P.F. Chang-Orland Park. We were seated on time according to our reservation. Front desk staff personable. The event exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, Dennis our server did a great job serving a table of 17 and didn’t miss a beat. Choosing items from the menu met my budget( they have a per person large event menu option) and my guests were highly satisfied and didn’t leave hungry. The mini desserts were a treat and budget friendly, not everyone wanted dessert and the ones who did didn’t break my budget. The staff were so kind to put BD decor on the table for us which added the right touch and the lighted sparkle BD presentation wrapped up the event in a special way. We will be back soon. Also Ty to Mr. Raine Reg. Sales manager for reaching out in helping plan the event and making sure the evening was just right.

Julia was a fantastic server! She kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed. We came for a birthday and she made our experience wonderful!!

My Mom and I went in for an earlier dinner pre-Valentine’s Day. It was delicious and our server Lillian was absolutely delightful! Very attentive and well versed on the menu and suggestions. Loved her!

P.F. Chang’s in Orland Park exceeded our expectations. Our server Dennis was fantastic—very knowledgeable about the menu and offered a few suggestions that we really enjoyed. T.J. also took great care of us, always serving with a smile and checking in to see if we needed anything else. Overall, we were so happy to see P.F. Chang’s bringing back some old favorites we’ve loved in the past. And the new butter cake dessert is to die for!

Hannah was fantastic and bubbly, super knowledgeable and helpful in maneuvering the specials. Her attentiveness was also appreciated! We would recommend choosing her if you get a choice of waitresses. We will definitely be back.

Our waitress made our experience really enjoyable!! She was warm friendly and very attentive!! One thing we think needs to be corrected is the cold breeze that comes in everytime someone opens the door in the winter time as we were sitting by the glass opposite the door which was not solid.

I have had the pleasure of being served by Chante Jones twice. Both times she has been helpful and nice. She is the epitome of what a server should be. She truly loves her job and the people she service. This is depicted in her personality. What a wonderful person

This place feels like a vacation! The staff is super nice and attentive. It’s in a great location and the food and drinks were delicious. Danielle was my server and she made me feel instantly comfortable and had great recommendations! Will definitely be back.

Dinner for two, we had a great time! Jake was our server, he was quite helpful with food and drink recommendations, and quick service (including quick water refills which is personally much appreciated). Even a small bill correction which he handled gracefully. Looking forward to coming back!

We love coming to PF Changs. The long life noodles and prawns were so good and the crispy green beans came out fresh and hot. Our server, Jake, was so thoughtful and took great care of us. We will definitely be back.

I was visiting with a friend i havent seen for a very long time. We couldnt have picked a better place to go. Crystal was our waitress for this afternoon and was super sweet and very observant. The chocolate soufflé she recommended for dessert was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the Pleasant afternoon. We will def. Be returning again soon!

Maggie was my server and let me just say- it was the best dining experience I’ve had in SO long because of her. I have a peanut allergy and she was so good about explaining everything to the kitchen and reassuring me that my food would be safe to eat. I’ve never had a server be more cautious about my allergy which made me feel so respected and seen. She had the most welcoming energy + smile and took time to make sure all of my tables needs were met promptly. I would recommend her to every single person that goes to PF Changs if you want the most enjoyable meal.

I went for the first time last weekend and it was amazing! I am a picky eater but I loved all the food. The lobster dumplings were absolutely mouthwatering. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent! I will definitely be back.

Matthew was our server today. He was extremely kind and professional. I wasn’t satisfied with one of the dishes I ordered and Matthew accommodated my husband and I immediately. We will definitely come back to this location in Orland Park.

Megan was awesome!! She was so sweet and one of the best waitresses I ever had. She was super helpful when we couldnt decide what to get and even offered to switch out our soups if we didnt like them. She’s awesome!

Compared to other locations across the globe this location was not as quaint. More like an open lunch resturaunt. The veggi spring rolls were cooked frozen so the middle was mushy but outside overcooked. This lunch portion was very expensive for what you receive. Overall taste was excellent on the Singapore Steet Noodles and Firecracker Shrimp. My KeyLime Pie was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Took my daughter here for the first time. The server was amazing! She explained the menu and refilled drinks without being asked etc. The appetizers were really good. We didn’t care for the eggrolls. Nothing the establishment did just wasn’t to our liking. Our entrees were a bit underwhelming. We order Changs spicy chicken and it wasn’t spicy for us. We also ordered the Mongolian Trio and it was too sweet for our liking. The fried rice was good. We drank the refreshers and they were Delicious and also free refills on them.

A good place to go for Asian food. Quiet, spacious, well-decorated with oriental motifs and dim lighting. The service was excellent, our waitress very friendly and attentive. The food was good, with generous portions.

I had dinner at the P.F. Chang’s in Orland Park and our server, Maggie Ryan, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. She checked in at the perfect times, gave great recommendations, and had a really positive attitude even though the place was busy. You can tell she really cares about her guests — it made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here!

I mean…. If I wanted Chinese food I’d go to Chinatown. We decided to stop asking our server for extra things because it’d take way too long for them to get to our table after we asked.

P. F. Chang used to be one of my favorite restaurants. However, over the past few years, the quality, portion size and cost have so declined!! I go to the Orland Park location and either they don’t give a damn or they’re under new management. The dinner portion is the size of a lunch portion, and the quality of the food tastes as though it’s been reheated! The cost, my husband and I each had a beef and broccoli dinner for $47 which would be fine if the portion size would have reflected that. This will be my last visit here.

I ordered shrimp pad Thai with xtra sauce and egg. It was a delivery order. My order arrived and there were no peanuts which normally come on it. The noodles were mushy. I also ordered xtra egg. There was no xtra egg. I ordered xtra sauce, which means the sauce that the entree. Instead there were 4 packets of soy sauce that were thrown in the bag. Pad Thai has no soy sauce. Totally unhappy!! I expected better.

Absolutely brutal. All around one of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. Had reservations for 5pm. Only two people. Not seated until 5:20pm. Our table was jammed in the corner next to the server station and the table and chair were off balance and wobbled the entire time. Our drinks took another 20 minutes to arrive. Then our food came 20+ minutes after the people next to us, and we ordered before them. The floor in the men's bathroom was soaking wet as if a toliet had overflowed. And the icing on the cake was when the meals finally arrived, the teriyaki combo meal smelled and tasted burned/had a chemical taste to it, like burned dishwasher detergent. Our server pretty much gave up on trying to save the experience after she saw us sitting there waiting for our food and avoided us the rest of the time. We couldn't even eat the teriyaki meal and didn't bother to take it home. The best part of the meal may have been the fortune cookies. I don't leave reviews very often, even when the experience is not great, but this one needed to be heard. We don't plan on ever going back to this restaurant again.
