Javier and Daron were so kind and provided excellent and professional service. This is a great environment for gluten free eaters most sides are gluten free and a manager came out to explain all options for me. Got the crème brûlée and it was amazing. Lots of nice touches here.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 8 year anniversary here, and I can honestly say the experience was world class. From the moment we were seated, every single staff member servers, managers, bartenders, and gauchos showed true professionalism, kindness, and teamwork. What impressed me most was how smoothly everyone worked together, like a fine tuned machine. The food was excellent, but it’s the people who make this restaurant five star. The staff is the engine that makes the entire operation run flawlessly, and for that I’m truly grateful. Thank you to the owner, managers, and every staff member for making our night special. You gave us not just great food, but a memory we’ll never forget Thank you 🙏

Everyone was so kind and so helpful. Accommodated us so well for our anniversary and food was amazing. Loved everything about it and Javi the manager on site was awesome. Will definitely be coming back. Also their new Cheesecake Brûlée is one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. 10/10

My husband and I are went in to celebrate being newly married and Darron was our main waiter. He explained everything thoroughly since it was our first time being there. The whole entire staff was super attentive and they were all super friendly. They treated us to free desserts since we told them we had recently gotten married! I’d definitely recommend going there for any occasion or just to have a nice meal. I can’t say enough good things about the staff they were amazing and so was Darron.

Maurice was fantastic!! He did an excellent job helping us navigate the menu and welcoming our family. He was engaging, responsive and made sure our order was correct. We are so happy that our family chose Fogo to celebrate Thanksgiving. It was an exceptional experience. Adrianna was lovely and well! We will be back!

Fogo de Chão in Orland Park is an exceptional dining experience! From the moment you walk in, the service is warm and attentive. The salad bar is fresh and beautifully arranged, with a wide variety of options. But the real star is the endless selection of fire-roasted meats – every cut is juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The servers bring the meats around constantly, and you never have to wait long. The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming, perfect for special occasions or just treating yourself. Definitely one of the best Brazilian steakhouses in the area!

Darron was an excellent waiter this evening. He made our night unforgettable. I hope that when we come back, he is our server again. Tonight is my golden birthday and he did not fail to make us laugh the entire evening 10/10 service !

Arlene was amazing and very sweet! Went for my birthday and they were very accommodating to my shellfish allergy. First time coming after always passing by and it was a great introduction to the Brazilian steakhouse experience.

We celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary and the service was so perfect. Made us feel extremely special. The manager pulled out our chairs and the waiter Jean was superb:)

The entire staff was wonderful today but kudos to Laura, Izzy, and Kenya. This was a wonderful way to celebrate our sister’s birthday.

This location in Orland Park, Il is awesome! #1 Plentiful & convenient parking is what sets them aside from the congested downtown location. #2, thing they have on yhe downtown location is every piece of meat that came out was SEASONED. It wasn't bland! You can have a great cut of beef but, if it is NOT seasoned, it will ruin the meal! The seasoning gives the meat flavor. Orland Park is seasoning their meat! Yes! Good job cooks! I also can't rave enough about the excellent customer service here. Maurice and the staff, including Gabriella are phenomenal!! I didn't have to wait, lift my hand or chase the staff for anything. They were very attentive & provided service with a smile. Placing FoGo De Chao in Orland was a great move!!! Great food, superb customer service convenient parking and well seasoned food will bring me back everytime! Thanks Guys.

had dinner at the newly opened Fogo de Chão in Orlando last night and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and well-paced. The ambiance is beautiful—modern yet welcoming. The food, as expected, was top-notch. Every cut of meat was cooked to perfection, and the Market Table was fresh and flavorful with a great variety. Also appreciated how knowledgeable the staff were about the menu and recommendations. This location is a fantastic addition to Orland Park dining scene. I’ll definitely be back soon!

My boyfriend and I had a reservation for 2 tonight at 7:15. It was extraordinary! It was definitely well worth the $65 per person for the Full Churrasco!! I met Maurice, the customer service representative as well as other very professional and kind waiters and waitresses! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chão, and it was a great experience! A huge thank you to Isabela and Cassiano for their incredible service; they were so welcoming and cheerful, making our evening truly special. The entire staff was wonderful, always there with a smile. The food was simply spectacular! The picanha was succulent and of the highest quality—definitely a highlight of the meal. I also can’t stop thinking about the lobster; it was cooked to perfection! And let’s not forget the papaya cream it was the perfect way to end our meal. Highly recommend this place!!!!!!!!!!

Took my niece out for a belated birthday. The food was great. Layla made our service for the dinner even better. She was kind and patient. She Had great recommendations. All the other staff were friendly. Recognized what we like and only brought those over. Defiantly coming back.

Lance is an outstanding person me and my wife was celebrating our 3rd year wedding anniversary, he took care of us. He had a great smile and his whole demeanor was excellent. Great job the next time we come back we will be bringing the whole family and we will be requesting only for him .

We had a fantastic dinner at Fogo de Chão in Orland Park last night. From start to finish, everything was excellent — the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service. Our server, James, was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything flowed perfectly throughout the meal. Several other team members helped support him, and together they created a seamless and genuinely welcoming experience. The food was exactly what you hope for at Fogo — expertly prepared, flavorful, and consistently brought to the table at just the right pace. It was clear the staff works well together and takes pride in what they do. We left very satisfied and looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this location, and if you’re lucky enough to have James as your server, you’re in great hands.

Jonathan was an amazing waiter. He was so attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back again and ask for him personally because he made our dining experience so amazing. We went here for dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day and brought our one year old daughter. They are very accommodating for our daughter and offered a booster or high chair. The food was fantastic and our drinks were very good too. Our servers Andrew and Tim were great. They were very accommodating and on top of checking on us and getting our orders put it quickly. The bottom sirloin was by far our favorite and the crème brûlée was delicious! I wasn’t sure how they were going to make it work in the old TGIF building but the set up was very nice and the overall vibe and environment was great. We will definitely be back ❤️

We came in as a group of three and had such a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious! Every meat option was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was amazing as well, warm and inviting without being overwhelming. It felt like the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. What truly stood out, though, was the attention from the staff. They went well beyond what we expected, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time even though it was busy. A special shoutout to Andrew, who was honestly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. He was attentive, personable, and genuinely made our night even better. I would absolutely go back just for him. What a fantastic time at the Orland Park Fago de Chao location. The food and service were amazing! We went for me son's birthday and everyone had an excellent experience. Special shout out to our server Izzy. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He made sure my son got all the cuts of meat he wanted and was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend.

Dave provided excellent customer service. We were seated in the very back of the restaurant near the server station with absolutely no light. Dave grabbed a small lamp from the Bar and brought it to our table so we could have light to read the menu. He was not our server but he saw a need and fulfilled it. Stop and checked on us frequently, made us laugh. He was so pleasant and truly made our Valentine’s Day memorable. He shared he was leaving and it was his birthday. It takes a special kind of person to work the night of their birthday. He’s selfless and an asset to your team.

Absolutely great time! We had a birthday celebration for my husband and it was an outstanding experience. Tim and James were outstanding servers! They were very attentive and took care of our party flawlessly. I will definitely be back again and will recommend your restaurant to all my friends and family.

Our server was Diana and she did a wonderful job! Had a 2:45 reservation and got seated immediately, very clean and presentable dining room. The food was excellent! Tried the Brazilian sausage and it was FIRE! I’ve been to two other locations and this one rates top tier! Will be back again!!

This was our first time dining here and the experience was amazing! The hostess went above and beyond to get us seated (I didn’t catch her name, but she truly made my night). We were celebrating my big move, and Nick helped make it extra special. Gabriella provided excellent service and explained everything we needed to know, and Ms. Kenya made sure everything ran smoothly. For our first visit, the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back!

I've been to other Fogo de Chao. This is my first time in this location ( Orland Park ). The food is ok, nothing special. Meats are served hot and fresh from the grill, but salty. I asked for medium rare, but I got rare or maybe uncooked. The banana for dessert is as big as my thumb and not sweet. My 5-year-old nephew didn't like the french fries because it's not as good as McDonald's. Some servers are not happy when you ask for more. ✌️

Wemt for my birthday lunch. Took forever to get bread, lot of fat on the slices of meat and I didn’t get my birthday dessert. But the staff was very nice. The Oak Brook location is much better.

First of all, food was AMAZING. This is my second time visiting this location. Now im not sure if all of the Fogos are the same service wise. But, to get a drink refill of any sort needs to be planned 10-15 minutes ahead. On top of planning ahead you need to ask a minimum of asking three different employees. For the first half of our experience we were bombarded with different cuts of meat, no complaints. After a while they stopped showing up. Had to ask multiple different times for a certain item that never came around. Again wonderful food and super nice people. Just found it off how it was a clone copy of the last visit with how long it took to get the bill, sides, and refills. A definite must try if in the area, but bring your patience.

First time here last friday for dinner (4 pax). The receptionist lady was on the phone for a good 7 minutes before continuing to ignore me and serving a couple who came after me. Rough start. I finally gor to our table and things started to improve. Lance was mostly helpful and tried to stay on top of things. Though (and yes it can happen) failed to bring a refill on the wine ( I asked twice) and...the chicken dish. (also twice). The athmosphere here is very lively and the decor tasteful and upscale. Comfortable seating and we even got our private coat rack! Now..the food was good. Not exceptional or outstanding but good. Directly compared to another brazillian steak house in Orland Park...the Salad buffet at Foogo was a lot better, the selection and preparation of the meat was not. Sausage and chicken leg were burned to a crisp. One cut of beef was totally underseasoned. And the service was great at the beginning and slowed down considerably as the restaurant got even busier. Again, not a bad experience all in all, but my expectations were a lot higher.

I went to the new Orland Park location with an 8 p.m. reservation. We were seated right away and ordered the Best of Brazil, which excludes the ribeye and lamb chops. The meal was a 6 out of 10, and the service is what kept it above a 4. The food that did come out looked fresh, but the portions felt controlled. The pão de queijo looked warm and glossy, but the mashed potatoes on the table were sitting in a pool of butter and tasted rushed. Nothing felt consistent on a night when the restaurant wasn’t even full. The real issue started around 8:30. For the rest of our visit, meat service almost stopped. Servers were walking past our table to deliver cuts only to newly seated guests. They would drop meat at specific tables, disappear into the kitchen, then reappear briefly before retreating again. It felt intentional. It also felt like they either ran out of food or didn’t prepare enough for a Tuesday night. When you’re paying that price point, you expect steady service. You also expect equal treatment. Instead, it felt stingy and unplanned. I would suggest avoiding late reservations, but then they were still seating people at 9 p.m., so the inconsistency doesn’t make sense. The only bright spots were Kenya and the guy with locs. They were both attentive, warm, and kept checking on us when the kitchen didn’t. They saved the visit from being a complete waste. Fogo needs to communicate when meat service is delayed, limited, or changing for the night. Leaving guests clueless and hungry is not the move. The downtown Chicago location has never given me this problem, so the issue seems location-specific. All I know is I walked out at 9:30 and was still hungry.

I believe this location needs more training. Their northern locations are on a completely different level when it comes to service and customer experience. The most food I received was from the salad bar. It took over half of our dining time to get the normal sides that come with the full churrasco experience. Nothing was refilled, the Brazilian rolls were stale, and the particular cuts of meat we were in favor of were either nonexistent or we saw once. Two people, Sunday afternoon, with a reservation. We spent $185, tipped $40 and we left feeling shorted. This location was convenient, but it is worth the time to travel about 45 more minutes.

My 4th celebratory. visit in the last 4 months and Sunday's visit has to be my worst experience at this restaurant/ food chain. The meat, salad bar, poor excuses for why there's no food, the attitude from staff, and the ridiculous wait time for fresh servings was ridiculous. We arrived at 7:45 and had to wait while seeing at least 8 empty tables that were only half occupied while we were there. What bothered me the most is that we were given the runaround about when food was coming, why food wasn't coming and sorry were out of food. It's supposed to be a steakhouse/fine dining right? Felt more like Cheesecake factory level fine dining. Such a disappointment and this goes for the one out in Schaumburg, IL. Same problems just a different location. I noticed several tables wondering why service was so bad. Do better or make your prices equivalent to Outback Steakhouse.

The service and atmosphere is great. However my fiancé and I dined here on Feb 16, 2026 and both were violently ill within 24 hours. If we had to guess, it came from the MarketTable. Very high touch area. Who knows how fresh the food actually was. It could’ve been the meat as a lot of it seemed to be medium/rare. What we thought would be a great birthday dinner turned sour, as did our stomachs. Won’t be back.
