Very good. First, the cashier up front was extremely helpful with our technical difficulties because our deal was not working. Gave us two for the price of one. Secondly, the pretzels were fresh and hot!
Jose helped me with my order and gave me a great deal while I was with my kids so all 7 of them left with something and my wallet was still happy. Excellent customer service!

Sandi was exceptionally great and the place was immaculate. Fast service and fresh food. She was so sweet and professional. Took the time to explain the app and its perks while being efficient. Usually I hate going to auntie Anne’s because of the line but they are doing a great job here. Keep it up

Everyone loved the pretzels, did not know party trays were available and were excited about purchasing them for future events! Thanks for such fast, fun and friendly customer service! A not-to-be-missed stop on any mall trip. I'm a traditionalist and go for the salted pretzel. My kids enjoy the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets with the glaze dipping sauce. Order the biggest lemonade, and enjoy!

I have ordered from here several times. I noticed that their pretzel nuggets were never fresh. They are always soggy and cold every single time. If they can’t make fresh pretzels for me the next visit, I will be done. BEWARE!
My son and I went March 12th., 2025. The young lady completely messed up my order so I asked for a refund. For whatever reason, I was only given half of a refund. When I try to call to speak to a manager, the number listed states it has a voicemail that is not setup. Apparently, my next day off, I'm going to have to go there to speak with someone. Please, go somewhere else because this place is horrible.
A guy called 3 names to the counter because we all were there to pick up App orders. My name was called first, but i got my order the last, which was ok. He didn't take long. He apologized to the other 2 girls because of the long wait, while the only thing he said to me was, is this for you or for the customer? Because I'm not a white woman or what? He is a minority too ,so I just left, and i didn't say thanks because someone like that deserves nothing. Im not going to waste my time to confront an ignorant and rude person. Please be mindful of who you are hiring, Your employees could be the biggest embarrassment you bring to your business.
Ordered through Uber, waited 2 hours until they closed. Then order was cancelled. I do not know who works there, but definetly not the brightest. 2 hours to pack 5 pretzels mission impossible. One driver left, then another was waiting until they closed. They should be taken off Uber. Imagine, you have a desire for a warm chewy pretzel, wait 2 hours with delays, then they close. Then it is 9pm ans most places are closed. Disgusting.
Terrible service, I’m an Uber eats delivery driver & I really wish they would take this place off of the app . The first red flag I encountered while waiting to be taken care of or even acknowledged was the employees gave a customer a receipt with no total on it, she used card payment . She explained to them how was she supposed to know what they charged her, how could she trust that they charged her the amount they were stating was charged with no price on a receipt ? What receipt doesn’t include a total ? That’s literally the purpose a receipt serves ? To show what was purchased & the total .. secondly there was two employees taking one customer at a time . Why does it take two ppl to ring up one customer? Anyways, my pickup order was not ready needless to say . The woman was looking at my phone to put together the order & im not really sure why . They get the orders on their end on a tablet & they’re only able to see any special requests from the customer, not me . She kept asking ME what they ordered as if they didn’t have it right there on the screen . I’m required to verify the order by checking the receipt to the items on my end & I was not given a receipt to verify the items . I asked “is this everything?” She said yes . It was not . My customer was missing an item because of their poor service which resulted in ME getting a bad rating because I couldn’t verify the items correctly . I’ve already contacted Uber about this issue & they resolved it for me however, my point is .. if you can’t handle regular in person customers, then you can’t handle online ordering on top of that . Please just opt out of online orders if you’re incapable of performing the orders properly . It reflects poorly on the delivery drivers when we can’t verify that you packaged all the correct items when given no receipt . This is not a bashful review, just blunt constructive criticism .
Extremely disappointed with my visit on Sunday, Feb 1st. I arrived at 5:30 PM, well before the 6:00 PM closing time listed on Google, but they were completely out of pretzels. It’s frustrating to drive here only to find no product available. If the shop effectively closes early when stock runs out, the hours on Google should be updated to reflect that.
went on a tuesday evening and sat down at the tables they had. i was eating my pretzels as one does and this employee walked passed multiple times. then all of a sudden she turn the corner and tell me that this isn’t a food court and these seat are for paying customers i mean the audacity she had to speak to me like this is unacceptable for this company. some people just should work in customer service.
