Fantastic spot! My husband and I are fans of tapas but just know it comes with a price tag. Totally worth it in our opinion! What we didn’t care for - pork ribs, salmon, and skirt steak. These three lacked flavor in our option. The branzino was cooked beautifully but ask for a lemon to give it a little something extra. What we loved was the oxtail, lamb chops, and the goat cheese. All were amazing. Great service and beautiful view as the sun went down!
This is a tapas style restaurant right on beach Avenue. As with all places with prime real estate, you are paying for location as well as food, so any discussion around value should take that into account. For us, we are good paying more for a great location. The service was really good and hospitable. Yes, it was slower than we would have liked, but that is the nature of tapas places in prime time. The food was superb with the mussels stealing the show. The pan tomate was good- not great. The frites were also very good, although we asked for ketchup, and it never arrived. The paella was good, and was a tad salty for our taste, but salt levels are deeply personal so I cannot take away any points for that as it might be perfect for your tastes, and this dish is made hundreds of times and a little extra pinch of salt can happen on a busy night. Outside of the salt level, the dish was really good. We started the night off with ceviche as it was spot on. We also enjoyed a solid dessert of tiramisu and their sangria was top notch. Definitely worth a trip.
Love this place! Have enjoyed dinner twice here. Most recently we sat at the bar to get the happy hour deals. We started with tequila & I got the sangria Primera which was exceptional. Finally a place that make sangria strong & not filled with all fruit juice & soda. We then shared papa bravas, croquetas, casa, & atun. All were delish - definitely coming back when in the area.
Great food, awesome drinks and prime location in downtown STP. We tried a bunch of items and they were all delicious. Highly recommend trying them out! The red sangria was not too sweet and very fresh tasting. We tried the meatballs, the pan con tomate, patatas bravas, chicken and ham croquettes and the potato chips. All 10/10.
I was there March 1, 2026 I had sangria, the pepino drink and the pulpo ceviche, and the pichania skirt steak. Fantastic. Grace was fast with the dishes and Fiona was the best hostess. Thank you for a great Sunday afternoon.
Ordered family style with a large group. Everything was very good and we ended up re-ordering several dishes, which is a good sign. The meat dishes stood out and were consistently well executed across the board. Top notch food for St P or anywhere.
Wow wow wow. This place is off the hook amazing!! If you are in St Pete's FLA Ceviche Tapas Bar is a must go asap!! You will thank me. We just told the server to bring whatever they wanted and it was amazing.
Beautiful place to seat outside and enjoy the ceviche in nice surroundings. Octopus ceviche was delicious. Staff are great and very friendly. Felipe was very attentive and nice. We will come back next time.
Happy hour was much better than expected. Went not knowing there was way and prices and sizes are very fair. The food is not amazing, but good presented well, and the wait staff was great. Atmosphere is was engaging and the restaurant is walkable from or to the Dali.
I cannot express how good this restaurant is!!! The food is absolutely delectable. We got the meat and cheese board, the branzino, the pan, and the Atun ceviche. Everything was so delicious and came out in a timely manner. The food had such amazing flavor and the presentation was great. We also had some of their red sangria, which was super refreshing! The ambience is lively and it has such a beautiful view. We sat outside and the weather was perfect for it. The service was phenomenal. Our waiter, Nick, was attentive and super friendly - really, really amazing service!! Visit here if you can!!!
We celebrate our friend the night was came to Ceviche. We shared various dishes and each of them delicious and full of flavor. Given that it was a weekend, we made sure to secure reservations beforehand.
I'd give the place ten stars if I could. Super nice service, excellent food, and a great atmosphere. Tapas, Spanish small plates, are packed with flavor and this place delivers. They also do authentic paella, served in the paella pan, and have non-seafood varieties too. Parking is a little tricky, unless you want to use valet, so come early if you don't want to worry about a walk. Excellent Sangria, highly recommended getting a pitcher, and delicious and strong too.
First visit to this quaint and very stylish restaurant. The sangria pitcher was very tasty, tapas were delicious and well presented, and espresso martini was pretty good. Lovely atmosphere for date or in our case a couples night.
Great quality food. I was pleasantly surprised. All the dishes we ordered were good.
Fresh, good sized ceviche portions. We tried 4 ceviches and all were delish. Definitely now one of our top spots in Downtown St Pete
Wow, exceeded expectations! This has been on my list to try for a while, & I am so happy we finally did! Eric at the bar made all the difference, suggesting a perfect combo of snapper crudo, scallops, mussels and the stuffed Piquillo peppers. It is hard to choose, but if I had to pick, the crudo and scallops were my fav. Excited to go back! Thanks, Eric!
The food was incredible. I highly recommend the drunk goat cheese, Iberian oysters, and grilled octopus. The highlight was definitely the Basque cheesecake. Definitely the best cheesecake

A very pleasant experience! Highly recommend the lamb chops, ox tail, paella (we had the squid ink with octopus), the pan (bread with dipping oil & spices) and the house ceviche! The best lamb chops I’ve ever had. Flavorful rich ox tail and potatoes. Everything else mentioned was very fresh and flavorful. The only disappointment was the skirt steak with chimmichurri sauce. The steak was very tough to chew and not seasoned well. Also had a mock mojito which was made perfectly.
Very good, maybe one of my top 3 Tapas meals ever. The meatballs stole the show Do they come in a 24 pack to go? Seriously they are that good. The spice and sauce consistency was just perfect. Blew me away. I also ordered the very delicious Atun tuna ceviche and the Picanha skirt steak. All were very delicious I also ordered a margarita with heavy salt and Eric the bartender nailed it. Definitely a return trip is in the works. WOW!!!!!
The food was incredible. I highly recommend the drunk goat cheese, Iberian oysters, and grilled octopus. The highlight was definitely the Basque cheesecake. Definitely the best cheesecake
Lovely evening in St. Petersburg! We had a great time at Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant. The tapas were bursting with flavor—intense and delicious—perfectly paired with a refreshing sangria. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. An ideal spot to relax and unwind in the afternoon. Highly recommended!
The food is always exceptional, the service is amazing and while it can add up...it is definitely worth it. I have always had a great experience eating there. I recommend the patatas bravas, espinaca, paella, casa ceviche, sangria, etc. Update 9/16: Went there for my mother's birthday. The food quality hasn't faltered since and I would add that the croquettes were amazing. The service was amazing with the exception of the hostesses but I was still very happy with my visit.
I recently dined at their new location and was thrilled to savor their exquisite Spanish cuisine once again. While I must admit that I preferred their old location, the food at Ceviche remains as exceptional as ever. The menu boasts an impressive array of Spanish dishes, and each one is a testament to their commitment to quality and authenticity. From the flavorful paella to the delightful selection of tapas and the fresh, zesty ceviche, every dish transported my taste buds to Spain. The flavors were bold, the ingredients fresh, and the presentation impeccable. It's clear that Ceviche's dedication to crafting delicious Spanish cuisine is unwavering. While I do miss the cozy ambiance of their previous location, the food at Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant continues to shine brightly. Whether you're a fan of Spanish cuisine or looking to explore new flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit in St. Petersburg. Five stars for the remarkable food!
The Ox tail was amazing. Loved the charcuterie board. The sangria was the best! The waitresses where so attentive and very sweet. One was Leah and i can't remember the other gal's name. She was from El Paso, that i do remember. We went two days in a row. If we lived in St Pete it would be a fave and frequent restaurant for us.
Great place to enjoy the view and atmosphere. Food and service were wonderful. Explore the small plate options, they have quite a variety of tapas.
I found this spot a couple of months after moving here. 4 years later Ceviche is still my favorite restaurant in Tampa Bay. Highly recommend!
Picture a charming restaurant named 'Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant' in St. Petersburg, Florida, where the laid-back vibe perfectly complements the delicious cuisine inspired by the Iberian coast. Rustic decor, fresh seafood salads, signature grilled fish, and delightful desserts like Crema Catalana create an unforgettable dining experience. It's a celebration of Spain's culinary heritage in a cozy and inviting setting." Special shout outs to maître Michael, and head waiter Mario. We had a fun afternoon sitting out on your spacious patio. Your signature sangria drinks were wonderful.
We had the best server, lisa!! She gave us the perfect recommendation for drinks and food. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us honest opinions about what she thaught was best instead of picking the most expensive things to increase her tip (we really appreciate this because we have had servers do that before and left really nice restaurants disappointed). The picanha we melt in your mouth, juicy and beautiful. The oysters had an amazing gazpacho sauce with a bit of lemon juice, just delicious. The ribeye was juicy and full of flavor, I'm not a huge fan of blue cheese, but I found the combination of flavors with the bule cheese, corn relish, and stake was surprisingly pungent. The savory flavors had us thinking about this food all the next day.😋 We can't wait to go back!!!
I go here literally every chance I get. No matter what I get, I've never been disappointed. And I've tried basically everything at this point (no shame lol). Such authentic dish options. The ceviches are to die for! The Spanish pork ribs are some of the most succulent I've ever had. And it's right by the water, so the ambiance is perfect. Go here!
I went here in 2024 for a friend's birthday party and I remember the food being very good although some of the dishes some people were getting were skimpy though what I got I remember was actually pretty good and satisfying and I mostly writing this review said I can remember that I visited this place in June 2024 and it was good #Bratsummer
Our favorite spot in St Petersburg and maybe even in the entire Tampa Bay area. Admittedly we love both tapas and ceviche so that doesn't hurt! We went there on a hot day and sat outside. Our server wasn't very experienced but she tried really hard. As for the ambiance, we sat outside a stunning view of the coast and the water, so that's an incredible plus! We ordered multiple items, and they were all truly amazing, making it our favorite. The Casa Ceviche, the Snapper Cruso, Atun Ceviche, and the Picanha among other items. Everything was great and spot on! Very delicious! The Negroni was different to say the least, despite the beautiful presentation.
Food was absolutely fabulous. We had the raw oysters with a delicious citrus mignonette, manchego croquetas, octopus, and two types of ceviche. We came in 30 minutes before closing, felt terrible about it but the waitress was so kind and accommodating. She was super attentive even though I know she was probably helping close down shop BTS. 10/10 service, and food was phenomenal. Thank you SO much for a great night in St. Pete!!
Hands down my favorite restaurant in the bay area. Come on Tuesday for tapas or midweek for a phenomenal happy hour. The best spanish Peruvian fusion place Ive ever found. Perfect for an outdoor date on a nice night with a perfect bayview and vinoy park next door for an after dinner stroll.
My husband and I stopped in for a light snack on our first night exploring St. Pete's, and we were not disappointed! We started with cocktails, an espresso martini and Kentucky Carajillo - both were really yummy! For food we ordered the Atun civiche and the Picanha. We swooned over both of these dishes! Our only regret was that we weren't hungrier to order more and our trip never afforded us the opportunity to come back for a second round. If we're ever back in the area we will for sure return!
Tapas, Tapas and more Tapas. One of the spots for genuinely good tapas in downtown. The sangria is LETHAL! Traditional Spanish with a slight western twist & a ceviche menu that screams freshness. There are no wrong decisions on this menu. Between 2 people you could order a few dishes and be fine. Depending how much you eat. It's definitely a group setting through. 3+ people makes it easier to keep your options open for food. Atmosphere inside is refined, moderately loud with a great bar to sit on. Vibey. People know the food is good and you're all there to enjoy yourselves. A great start to an evening before venturing around town, if not one of the best places to start
Our server was attentive and friendly. The food was excellent--we had the Casa Ceviche which was hands-down the best we’ve ever had, and the meatballs were outstanding.even our beverages were excellent. We will definitely go back whenever we’re in town.
The beautiful colors of the reataraunt drew us in immediately. There was a ton of outdoor seating which was perfect since we had our pup on this outing. Walking distance to the pier and marina allowing some water views. Our server was absolutely great. I was torn between dishes and he gave me his recommendations and all I can say is wow. My husband and I came close to ordering more ...... We ordered the PIcanha and Piquillos Rellanos.....both were out of this world but the red pepper meat dish (the second mentioned) was another level. The prices were reasonable for lunch..... and the portion sizes perfect for us. The dishes coming out around us also looked and smelled amazing so we fefibately have on our list to return. The staff was not only great with us but our Cooper too...they brought him a water bowl and a treat. Top notch service.
Great food always, shared dishes so expect them to come out at different speeds but always good times . Impress a date amaze out of town visitors or hang with friends and share
Went to this tapas spot on a friend’s recommendation Thought they’d have paella for 1, but nope It was busy at dinner, outdoor seating had a bit of a wait with the breeze papas bravas Fried potatoes with sauce. Not bad oxtail Was a hit with my friend, super tender. Feels like most places make it pretty similarly though Lamb Was decent too, nice and tender, but like a lot of spots, the outside had that slight bitter edge, meh
Love this cozy space. The perfect elevated cozy indulgent date night. Beautifullly-plated delicious bites, combined with warm lighting and warmer service. I've never had a bad bite. I recommend the bronzino (pictured), bacalao (devoured before pics), and the basque cheese cake, as must-haves. My husband recommends the espresso tres leches with coffee. The beer and house Cava sangria did not disappoint.

Such a great dining experience in St. Pete! The restaurant name is no lie - they are exactly what they advertise, and it's (almost) all fantastic! The restaurant is close to the pier, and in a very walkable neighborhood. We had a reservation, and were seated almost immediately... Our server was super friendly and helpful, and he explained everything we needed to know. The food started coming to the table within a few minutes, and it was all brilliant. Portions are not huge, which actually helped because we could try more dishes without wasting any of it. The papas bravas need special mention, but really almost everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The *only* dish we didn't care for was the chicken - not really sure why we ordered it in the first place, but it was dry and lacked everything the rest of the food had. Overall, highly recommended!
Wonderful authentic Spanish tapas bar and restaurant. Beautiful patio in front with umbrella tables. Nice people watching. Vibrant scene on this harborfront street. Eduardo was our waiter, excellent service. Recommend ceviche casa, bread, garlic shrimp, picanna, patatas bravas and meatballs. Next time we will try paella. Highly recommend coming during the week. Weekends are crazy, particularly durong the evening.
My buddy and I had heard great things about Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant, so we decided to stop in after a run, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We sat at the bar and ordered the octopus ceviche, the tuna ceviche, rabo oxtail, picanha, and albondigas. Every dish was genuinely delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. It definitely was not just post workout hunger talking. The service at the bar was also top notch. Kaitlin was friendly, attentive, and clearly very good at her job, which made the experience even better. We will definitely be back again soon.
This was absolutely a 5 star dining experience, especially taking price into consideration. The food, atmosphere, service were all on point. Staff were friendly and welcoming, our server made good suggestions. It was a beautiful day out and we sat on the front patio. We ordered a TON of tappas, apps, ceviche, and everything was absolutely delicious. Dishes came out quick, our taste buds were on hyperdrive trying one dish after the other. Favorite was probably the tuna tartare (one of the best I ever had). Only thing I wouldn't order again would be the cod fritters -- a bit dry/ bland. I'd definitely come back again
Visited late on a recent Saturday afternoon after Mainsail. Seated promptly. Ordered a small pitcher of red sangria and a few small plates - potatoes in spicy aioli, mixed green salad, grilled bread with tomatoes. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Perfect amount for the three of us. Special thanks to our wait person Brannon who took great care of us during our visit. Definitely give them a try. We sat outside which was delightful. Inside looked like it had a nice ambiance for an evening meal.
Wow! Why haven’t we came sooner?? This will be a regular stop for us for now on! Hands-down, this is the perfect date place. The lighting was done was beautiful and well your choice sitting outside on the beautiful patio or inside. I would first start with a regular picture of the sangria. Never had sangria, green and red apples. I think that’s what apart Appetizers we had brussels sprouts and bread with pesto we got the lamb chops skirt steak and the short ribs all of that came out to under $100. The plates came out one by one and it was perfect timing. We literally cannot wait to go back. Since it was our first time there our server which I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, but she was perfect. She explained everything to us, even though everything was in a different language. She gave us detailed information on each plate and gave us great recommendations. If you’re hesitating on coming here, please do not. Every single person in your family has a wide variety to choose from even if they are vegetarian. Make a reservation now.
First time in Saint Petersburg, went to another restaurant the wait was too long. I was with my 87 year old hungry mom. Just a few steps more, I saw this restaurant named Ceviche (I’m from South America) and saw a long line but moving very quickly. We went in. What a wonderful experience this was. Service is top notch. Our server Sofie C. was great. She suggested delicious options. The food turned out excellent. We ordered 5 different food options (portions are not big). My two favorite the Corvina ceviche and the grilled salmon. The Gallego Octopus was good too. We finished with a cappuccino and a tres leches cake. Prices are reasonable for the area. Worth stopping by. Highly recommended
I am always on the lookout for a delicious paella, and I can confidently say that this place serves the best paella I have ever tried in the St. Pete/Tampa area. Every bite was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The tapas we ordered were absolutely delightful! We savored each dish to the last bite and found them all to be incredibly tasty. Without a doubt, we will be returning to try other dishes on the menu. Highly recommended!
Amazing all around! Tapas were all outstanding, cocktails were made with such care along with fresh ingredients, the servers were so friendly and seemed to really enjoy being there. Great experience and can't wait to go back on our next trip to St. Pete!
This place rocks. Very consistent and amazing on all levels. Atmosphere, staff, and facilities are top notch. Food comes quickly and is cooked to perfection. I’ve had most of the menu over the last 5 years and have never been disappointed. The fact it was packed with a wait at 2:30 on a Saturday proves the point. When on waterfront in St Pete make this a must stop location.
I haven’t been to Ceviche since the Tampa location closed, and wow—this new location may be smaller, but it’s absolutely beautiful and full of charm. We ordered a variety of tapas, and everything was incredible. The Pollo al Jerez was tender and rich with flavor, and the Patatas Bravas were crispy perfection with just the right amount of spice. I have craved them for the longest time. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. A huge shoutout to Nick, our server, who was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even more memorable. His recommendations were spot-on and his service was flawless. So happy to have Ceviche back in my life. If you’re craving elevated Spanish tapas with cozy, elegant vibes—this is your spot. Oh—and don’t skip dessert. The coconut flan is to die for. Perfectly creamy with just the right hint of sweetness.
Absolutely loved this Latin inspired gem! Stopped in for dinner, The food was bursting with flavor and the sangria was some of the best I’ve had perfectly balanced and refreshing. The service was attentive, polite, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
So good! You can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. Every dish (tapas style) was such a delight, expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They have been consistently outstanding every time. I visit every time I’m in town.
Finally a good Spanish tapas bar in town food and service has been dramatically improved since few years back. Alena took care of us very well very knowledgeable server knows about the wine and food they have and how make a pleasurable experience for the guests couldn’t say anything wrong about any of the taps and the squid in Paella that we tried, love the place. Keep on doing good things thank you. I also have to mention an authentic sangria recipe real deal.
My first experience with Spanish tapas was really lovely. We decided to go here just by looking at the appetizing food and the atmosphere as we walked by on the street, and I normally do a lot of research before I choose any places! The quality of the service and the food was superb. We ordered 5 dishes & sangria as a light lunch for 4 people, and it really was a perfect amount of food before a big dinner later. We enjoyed eating outdoors under the umbrella shade and weren't bothered by anything like birds, insects, or traffic nearby. Very happy this was one of our impromptu choices while visiting St. Pete!
We really enjoy this restaurant. Great selection of tapas and drinks in their menu. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. It was a 20 minute wait on a Saturday, which is not bad for the area. Great for people watching. Great food, DTSP prices but everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Chocolate tres leches was icing on the cake.
An unforgettable dining experience at Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was impeccable. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly set this restaurant apart. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable meal, Ceviche exceeds all expectations. A must-visit destination for culinary delights!
Great spot for tapas! Set in a hip and happening area of St. Pete’s. We came for dinner and ordered the casa ceviche, meatballs, ribs, lamb chops. Other than the ceviche, everything was served in 4’s which made it perfect for sharing in our foursome. Everything was delicious and well prepared. Not surprisingly, the ceviche was plentiful and very flavorful. Great service - plenty of staff moving about so never waiting for anyone really. Their outside is great for people watching and the inside is clean and sleek.
Came here to celebrate my son’s birthday. The menu had something for everyone and every dish we had was well constructed and balanced. There is both patio and inside seating, patio is great for people watching and scenic in the evening. We arrived on a Friday night with no reservations and had a table within 5 minutes. Food came out very fast and everything was accurate. Valet parking for $10 right in front, make sure to get your ticket validated! My favorite was the lamb and octopus! So happy I found this place during our trip, I would definitely return!
Usually I don't enjoy tapas restaurants because I prefer to have one large meal to myself, rather than sharing a lot of small plates. But this was my favorite restaurant during our trip to the St. Petersburg area. All of the plates were very good - olives, croquettes, tuna ceviche, oxtail, ribs, bread. The portions were generous too. The servers/staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was a bit slow but they were very busy, so it made sense.

We were in St. Petersburg for my husband's work and decided to try this place for late lunch early dinner. It was very yummy and service was great! The vegetable paella was awesome!

Great food and serviice! We visited Ceviche for happy hour today. Great drinks and tapas.
Ceviche Tapas bar was beautiful on the inside and the food did not disappoint! My friend and I went because we love tapas. The drinks were poured well and the food was very fresh and full of flavor.
This place is great. The ambiance is pretty nice here. The food here is great if you like tapas and the bar service is always good.

Super relaxing atmosphere, Jarrod was our waiter and he offered great suggestions. Great place to try a variety of items. About 2 items per person fed us well.
This is a great spot for happy hour and tapas! I’ve had full dinner service and went for more like drink with apps which I think is the way to go here. Pretty much the whole menus is to share anyways and their drinks are fabulous. The ribs and the best salad are my go to every time. They get super busy which can gauze you to wait a while for food but that’s the only real downfall because they have many tables to attend to! But if you’re waiting with a a drink it’s no problem
There were five of us, the service was quickly and efficiently. We tried the pulpo à la gallega, croquetas de bacalao, albóndigas and the paellas. Food was really good and the restaurant is good.
Ahh!, the old Ceviche in a new location. Still remember going to dance to the one in High Park in Tampa, or in the basement of the old Ponce de Leon hotel . The menu use to be bigger, but this one is ok and everything tasted was very good and not boring. Portions are Spanish portions that are bigger than tapas. Charcuterie, meats, seafood are excellent. Service is very friendly. Filled with young chic people, reason for which is loud and vibrant. They do have to train servers better his to serve wines, food, and drinks, and to know the menu better. One of the best wine list for a restaurant of this class. Libations are also great. A fun, fun place to go. They do can improve in the reservation process. A 4.3. As an extra note if you are a fan of the series “ Gossip Girl” you don’t need to watch it anymore if you seat in this bar. We learn from girls showing up even if not invited to the birthday party, the guy that is now intimate with the sister of the previous girlfriend, or the one that cannot be intimate. Drunk guys crying for the ex girlfriend, and much , much more. The Socialite!
The restaurant, with its vibrant and lively atmosphere, immediately transported us to the streets of Spain. The aroma of authentic Spanish dishes filled the air and the tapas were a perfect combination of flavors and textures. As we toasted to our patriarch's 61st birthday, we couldn't help but feel like we were a part of a traditional Spanish celebration. From the warm hospitality of the staff to the traditional cuisine , El Tapas Bar-Restaurant Ceviche truly provided a piece of Spain for us to savor and enjoy. It was the perfect place for a lover of Spanish cuisine to find solace and for our family to come together and celebrate a special milestone.
Food was amazing! Real and authentic tapas. Lots of choices. The paella was made with fresh ingredients and tasty. Sangria was yummy!
The tapas were good, but I was a little confused because the tapas in Spain are small plates around 5” and here they are midsized plates around 9” averaging $15 per plate. The food was good but a bit pricey and drinks were good. The bartender was nice to work with us to create drinks we wanted if it wasn’t on the menu. Tapas are a bit pricey but I get it bc it’s the nice strip of stores in town so real estate is not cheap. And the restaurant is beautiful with indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the bull painting. So colorful. The bathroom is nice too. Staff are great and accommodating. Overall a very pleasant experience.
We haven't been here in years and the menu is much more diverse from what I remember. I had the most delicious beet salad that I am craving to get again very soon. It really was in enough as a meal with plenty of beets, greens etc. Our server was training someone but he seemed to keep forgetting to come over to us and it wasn't that busy so a bit annoying. That being said, I will be going there soon for that bean salad.

Came here a couple years ago and didn’t love it, so I was hesitant to go back but I wasn’t disappointed! We started with the sparkling sangria which was good but a touch sweet. We then shared the Casera Ensalada, roasted brussel sprouts, Pulpo a la Gallega, Branzino, Snapper crudo, Picanha, and the Pollo al Jerez. The octopus and the steak were the absolute standouts. Branzino is always delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly but I personally wasn’t a fan of the sauce as it was a bit sweet for my taste. Overall a lovely meal to share.

This place was highly recommended by a number of people so i was excited to check it out. Drinks are very reasonably priced (~$15), and I recommend trying the pomegranate caipirinha. We stuck to the tapas options, which are priced fairly for the portions. The food fell a little short on flavor. The casa ceviche was pretty good, but I wanted a little more citrus. The manchego croquetas were tasty, and the sauce was delicious. My favorite dish was the branzino. Luckily we had some spare lime slices to squeeze on it, as it was missing that note in the flavor profile. The picanha was a pretty big miss. It was cold by the time it arrived at our table and needed more seasoning. I typically enjoy mushrooms, but they almost overpowered the dish. Overall, not too bad, but I wish the dishes were just a little more balanced.

Service was good, However the food honestly made us laugh when we got it. We asked for PAPAS FRITAS which we literally got potato chips we were expecting actual fries and yes we know english/spanish however didnt really expect to get a plate of chips ! Then My husband ordered ribs which when we got the plate it looked like it was meant for a toddler. The Ceviche was good but nothing like what I expected. The food was not bad however seeing we what got it was actually hilarious it almost feels like it was a joke except that joke cost us unnecesarry $ wont be back.
Hubs and I restaurant hopped last night at four places on central. At each we ordered at least one plate. Here we ordered the Casa Ceviche and Tuna Tartare. I was actually looking most forward to this given all the great reviews I've seen, but it was just okay. We'd return with others if they wanted to come here, but won't wouldn't pick it again ourselves. We were there early in the evening and service was good. The ceviche tasted like it had been over "cooked" aka left in the brine a little too long and the tuna tartare had a unique sweet flavor we couldn't quite identify - didn't mind it... just wasn't our favorite. I also ordered the sparkling sangria and again it just didn't really suite my taste. Obviously I can't speak to other menu items so maybe we just didn't order well.
We went to Ceviche for lunch and ended up spending $75 for 5 tapa plates, which is not bad. Hostess was very nice and server too, until he forgot to being the patatas bravas to go with the skirt steak and ribs. The meat plates got cold and he had to take the skirt steak back to be reheated by the time the patatas were done. Food was great in general, flavor and textures alike, and ambiance is great, BUT the skirt steak plate had 80% mushrooms and 20% steak and that is not fair nor honest. I got upset, because after paying $100 for food, tips and valet, I left hungry. For those reasons, I won't come back, and I am a local. Round plate shows all the mushrooms they fit in the skirt steak plate. Second photo shows white oval plate with all the mushrooms and a couple of picanha strips hidden somewhere in there.
The server provided decent service. I found the prices to be somewhat higher than expected for the portion sizes and quality. The ceviche was a disappointment, with several chewy parts that are unusual for this dish. The octopus was overcooked, and the cod balls were primarily potato with only tiny pieces of cod. The churros, however, were good, offering a generous serving. Unfortunately, the hostess's demeanor was quite disappointing, as she was rude and unwelcoming, creating a less-than-ideal first impression.
Noisy. Food good but tiny portions and very expensive. I ordered the skirt steak and was lucky to have 2 oz of meat. Not worth the money to me.
My wife and I decided to spend a day together before my week-long trip, and we chose to visit Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant due to the high reviews it had received. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had expected. Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess gave us an unwelcoming vibe, as if she disliked her job and was unhappy to see us. The restaurant was fairly uncrowded at the time, but she proceeded to seat us at a cramped, stuffy table right next to the entrance. When we requested to be moved to another table, she seemed unimpressed and annoyed. Instead of seating us at a more spacious table in the middle or further back of the room, she placed us at a small table sandwiched between two large parties along the side wall. As for the food, we ordered Papa's Fritas, Spanish pork ribs, Chuletas de Cordero, and Patatas Bravas. The Chuletas de Cordero was well-cooked but very under-seasoned, requiring more salt. The Spanish pork ribs had a good flavor but were dry. The Patatas Bravas were bland and lacked seasoning, while the Papa's Fritas were the only dish we genuinely enjoyed. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was meant to be relaxed and casual, but the hostess's demeanor and our poor seating arrangement ruined the vibe for both my wife and me. Although we had high hopes for Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant, our experience was disappointing, and we are unlikely to return in the future.

I was at the restaurant on Saturday night with four adults and one child. We all placed our orders, and the waiter seemed to understand everything. We waited for about 45 minutes or more, and then they brought out my companions' dishes, but not mine. When we asked, the waiter told me he had never written down my order. 🙄 I had ordered one seafood paella and two chicken and pork paellas. We had informed the waiter that my husband is allergic to shellfish, but I don't know what went through the waiter's mind because he canceled my order and never placed it, even though he could have easily corrected the order. I was very upset because you don't mess around with people's time. My advice to anyone going to that place is to double-check your order to avoid what happened to me.
The restaurant itself is excellent—great atmosphere and truly delicious food. Unfortunately, the experience was negatively impacted by the host. The host was very rude and unprofessional, which was surprising given how high the quality of the restaurant is otherwise. With better front-of-house service, this place would be perfect.
Title: Absolute disaster – Avoid at all costs! I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. Our experience at this restaurant was a total nightmare from start to finish. The service was terrible and the staff was extremely rude. It felt like we were an inconvenience to them just for showing up. There is absolutely zero attention to detail; we had to ask multiple times for basic things that should have been handled immediately. To make matters worse, they never cleaned the table. We were sitting with dirty napkins and empty glasses the entire night while the staff just walked past us. When the food finally arrived, it was even more unprofessional—the runner literally just threw the plates onto the table without a word. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers. We do not recommend this place and we definitely won’t be coming back.
Went for their happy hour, which they promote on their website. The place was almost entirely empty, except for the bar, which was entirely full. After being seated, we were told that "happy hour" only applied to those sitting at the bar, which, as previously mentioned, was full. Then we were told that if we wanted what they'd advertised, we would have to leave the table they'd sat us at (even though almost all the tables in there were empty). Now, a business can have whatever customer-hostile policy they want. The issue is: Did they disclose the policy in their advertising? (And no, Ceviche, just writing "bar & bites" on your happy hour ad does NOT constitute "disclosure".) Bait-and-switch? You decide. Perhaps, Ceviche should ask a good attorney what "the burden of clarity is on the drafter" means. By the way, the server was super-cool. It was the hostess who seemed unpleasant and who didn't seem to care much about the restaurant's PR.
