It was very busy. I don't think I could ever give Chick-fil-A a bad rating. Food was amazing along with the workers. The place was very clean.

Another great Chick-Fil-A location. Great food, fast friendly service and clean location. And the grandbaby said it was an awesome play area.

They have healthier options like salads too. Love the good quality food and even better is the attention to customer service.

I picked up my order through the drive-thru, and usually this type of service can feel a bit mechanical. However, at Chick-fil-A, we were treated wonderfully from the very first employee all the way to the delivery of our order. One detail that really stood out was when an employee asked how we were going to spend Christmas. It was a simple question, but it created a meaningful connection and made us feel truly welcomed. We love a Chick-Fil-A when we visit Orlando on holiday, can't get enough of the sauce either, we bring bottles home from the supermarket. Service was decent, this branch had a kids play area and food was great, nothing to complain.

My family and I visited today for lunch. We love Chick-fil-A for the great tasting chicken and good quality food. But today's visit at the Dr Phillips location in Orlando was not so great. We went inside to eat and every table was dirty. Not wiped down and floors were filthy. Every location I've been is well kept. I'm not sure what happened today but I almost left as there was no clean areas to sit. Let alone it was not that busy at the time we visited. Even the trash cans were over flowing. Glass windows and doors were just as dirty. I have pictures to prove. Hope u guys get better as I will not eat inside next time.

We called to get them know and they gave us a free reward. Which was nice...only to then find out that no cream or sugar had been put in our bag as we had requested in the order. Not a great impression and you sorta ruined breakfast for us this morning.

Went in to order for the first time ever and visiting from new york. The order was placed wrong should have checked my meal before left. They basically did not give me the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches deluxe and 2 waffle fries. When i got to my hotel room noticed it was missing. The staff are nice but they have no order in how they handle the food. They basically stole 34 dollars from me. These are supposed to be tenders smh. What a waste. Nuggest were the size of my thumb smh first and last time.

This locations drive thru moved slower than other morning drive thru locations. Once I arrived to the window did not receive the typical friendly customer experience I’ve had at all the other Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever visited . I still had to wait at the window a good three minutes, and the three members of staff were distracted by something crawling on the floor Clearly, as you can see with my receipt and my food, it is not what I ordered. The hashbrowns were greasy and the oil needs to be changed. Also, I requested bacon not sausage very disappointed will not visit this location again.

I always order at Florida mall and they have a really good salads, always full I can’t even mix it and when I order EXTRA chicken nuggets, they put really EXTRA. Bug filled salad! Ate at this place because I had chic fil a at the Orlando airport and it was pretty great. My friend recommended the Cobb salad with the avocado lime dressing so I ordered it for my hotel stay. I received my salad and the lettuce were brown and as I added the dressing to the salad I noticed something black and I looked closer and it was a dead fly. I literally wants to throw up!! I notified DoorDash who did credit me back but when I reached out to the store it didn’t seem like a huge ordeal it was more like ok did you get refunded. I could careless about the money the fact that you have old bug infested salads at your store is beside me. I wouldn’t of expected this from chic fil a. I was offered a cookie from the store manager or whoever I am speak with via email.

I ordered chicken nuggets at this location and as I was enjoying my nuggets I see a strand of blonde hair on my nugget. I went it to express my concerns to an employee and the young lady laughed in my face. I took a look around and there were two employees with blond hair(none had on a hair net) . I asked another employee do you all wear hair nets, he told me yes. I looked in the kitchen and no one had on a hair net. They didn’t seem apologetic at all which was quite upsetting.

Not only are these people unwilling to make their mess ups right, they acuse their customers of lying. Therefore I attached pictures of my “grilled spicy deluxe” being fried. It may not be that big of an issue except I’m allergic to gluten… hence the no bun. They’re unwilling to give a refund due to their negligence. The manager also did not understand the difference between grilled and fried….

I had never had any problems buying hot water in other stores, but in this one they refused to sell me water for my baby. The service is extremely negligent. I have always received very good service and assistance in all the stores, but in this one I am completely disappointed.
