Corazon. by Baires

We fly out to Florida often for date nights and we decided to make our first stop at Corazon by Baires. This place is a great date night location. The food was amazing. The tomahawk steak was one of the best I have had and the old fashion was made to perfection. The service was great and the employees were even better! 5/5 stars!

The restaurant is beautiful, with spectacular décor. From the moment you walk in, the place feels special—the entrance decorated like a library is absolutely stunning and very unique. The service was outstanding. Bryan, Mohammed, and Rafael took amazing care of us—attentive, friendly, and truly professional. We started with the empanadas, and they were delicious: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. For our main dishes, we ordered the smoked pork belly and a 16 oz ribeye, and everything was incredibly flavorful. The food is exceptionally good and perfectly prepared. The complimentary bread with its sauce was also amazing—so tasty and hard to stop eating! Without a doubt, Corazón is an excellent option for dinner in Orlando. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back. 🍷🥩✨

I had an amazing experience at Corazón by Baires on International Drive. I chose to take my husband to Corazón by Baires for his birthday. The vibes are wonderful. First, they placed a “Happy Birthday” sign on the table for him which made the occasion feel very special. Our waiter, Joshua, was absolutely exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made the entire evening feel special. The food was truly top-notch. Everything we ordered was incredibly tasty and full of flavor. The drinks were just as impressive—really good and beautifully presented. From the service to the food to the presentation, everything was outstanding. Highly recommend Corazón for a great night out! Oh, and the restaurant inside Mango’s. Pretty cool!

Located adjacent to the mango nightclub, this is a beautiful restaurant with very good service . Enjoyed a 6 person family dinner and ordered everything family style. They were very accommodating with children even though they didn't have a kids menu. I'm about to ribeye and the skirt steak and prefered the skirt. We also had the fettuccine cooked in a Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese wheel and glad we shared it as it was very tasty but also heavy. The rigatoni frutti de mare was also nice to share but probably would of been a bit too much for one person. The branzino was perfectly grilled and the star was the pear salad. Lovely place for a date night or family dinner.

Our first time here and Alex was phenomenal as our server. It being a brand new menus to us left us a bit unsure on what to trust— he easily guided us through and answered questions! If you come, definitely order the empanadas haha (you won’t regret it) the sushi was a delicious treat too (Lava Roll)

The atmosphere when we walked in was amazing. Alex took the time to go over the menu extensively with us and explained how things were prepared and mentioned a few of his and others favorites. The food presentation was beautiful and was delicious. The service was superb throughout the meal. This was a great experience. 100 percent would recommend this amazing restaurant for any occasion or a special occasion. Best place I’ve eaten in Orlando.

I found this restaurant on Instagram. I thought it looked amazing and showed it to my husband. He ended up booking it for our anniversary. I am gluten and dairy free. I saw mixed reviews about food allergies so I emailed and got a response that they are able to accommodate. I am so glad we gave it a try. Our server Sophie was fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful. Our food was delicious. I had a pear salad (modified by removing cheese) and a filet. My husband had table side pasta served from a flaming cheese wheel. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Came for my birthday and everything here is 10/10! Our server Joshua was amazing. He made sure we were well taken care of and even personally sung me Happy Birthday! He made this experience so personal and wonderful. The decode and atmosphere is out of this world and soo beautiful inside. Will definitely be back with friends and family! Again 10 out of 10

Pros - My food was great. My recommendation would be the tuna tartar. It was as great as it was visually appetizing. The salmon croquet had a light fried exterior and I would definitely have it again. I had the Baires roll but the jury is still out on that one. Drinks were strong and tasted great. As for decor and presentation, I think Corazon got it right. From the entrance downstairs (even though the entrance is somewhat hidden) to the elevator (which is super cute) and upon entry, it was a great way to kick-start dinner. After checking in downstairs, the host upstairs welcomes you by your name. My waiter was awesome (Luis...not sure if the spelling is correct). Cons - my only con was the valet. It is great that it is complimentary but it can be a bit of a wait to drop off or get your car. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant. The night I attended was not as busy so I'm sure that influenced my evening. I also got an awesome table that was a bit secluded and had views of the downstairs performer so that was a bonus. Yes, the prices may be on the higher end but at this point we must be aware that location, decor and esthetics will always be an influence on price!

My wife and I had an incredible dining experience due largely in part to Matthew who made sure we were greeted with a "Happy Anniversary" sign and pink Rose at our table upon arrival! He was wonderfully informative of the drink and food menu options and his personal suggestions were spot on! The food itself was deliciously prepared and the presentation was elegant! We'll definitely be coming back to experience even more of the menu again!

Excellent and very visually appealing and stimulating restaurant from beginning to end including the food! Try the old fashioned it comes in a smoked box (definitely video that!) One of the top places for a date night. Took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and the staff placed rose petals all over the table which made this special. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN! Corazon by Baires is hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. I celebrated my 21st birthday here and everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant has a beautiful Latin vibe, the decor is stunning, and the atmosphere feels special and warm. The food was incredible — truly the best pasta I’ve ever had, and the cocktails were amazing. What really made the night unforgettable was the service. Our server David was the best of the best — so attentive, kind, and professional. He made my birthday feel extra special and took care of us perfectly. Honestly, the combination of amazing food, beautiful ambiance, and outstanding service makes this restaurant one of a kind. I loved everything and I will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend!

This is an unbelievable experience as soon as you walk in the front door. You can't pass on their empanadas, tuna tartare, and bananas foster. The service was incredible and I cant wait to go back.
