Chef Holloway delivers absolutely excellent meals paired with top-notch service!! Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Beyond the food, the experience truly stood out—Chef Holloway made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. We were made to feel truly special, with thoughtful touches and “chef-kissed” recommendations sent throughout the entire meal. Professional, warm, and unforgettable!! He and his entire staff, especially Sasha our waitress, are highly recommended for anyone looking for an unmatched dining experience!
Our server was amazing. So attentive and friendly. The food? Delicious. The lasagna was Devine. The fruitti da mare was fresh and delicate. Portion sizes are generous for upscale dining. Dessert was perfectly crafted.
Very good dinner here at Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse. High-end restaurant with quality food and quality service. Enjoyed the filet and the scallops entree. Given that it is near the convention center, appear to be more of a business crowd than families.
One of my favorite Italian steakhouses. The aesthetics and design of the restaurant is reason enough to visit. Marble clad floor, huge wine cellar, and the cocktails were incredible. The steak was extremely high quality. Def USDA Black Angus. You also get to see the kitchen prepping the food.
The food was TOP TIER! Our Server Sasha was amazing. She explained the menu in detail, answered and questions we had and made sure our allergies we taken care of. The entire staff made sure we were taken care of every second the entire night! We will definitely be back because the Lobster Mac and cheese was to DIE for!
2nd time here and I enjoyed it even more! Food was delicious, service was outstanding!!!! Can’t wait to return.
I went here for dinner. I had Nonna's meatball and the Lamb Chops, which were so delicious. For dessert, I had the banana cream pie with Decaffeinated coffee. The service is impeccable. Thank you, Jaime. The Chef is a master in the kitchen. I highly recommend eating here, I plan to again.
Dinner was amazing. Everyone was happy with every part of their meal from appetizers to desserts. They even offer vegan options that far exceeded expectations! Our waiter Jaime was on point from the moment we walked in.
So sorry I don’t have pictures of my food—we were so hungry, we jumped right in and devoured our plates. And my my my, the food was absolutely delicious! I had the scallops on a bed of goodness. The broccoli and cauliflower mix under the scallops almost stole the show, but the scallops themselves were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The Brussels sprouts—delicious. The mashed potatoes—amazing. And my husband’s Chicken Parmigiana? Perfect. Mohammed was a great server. So glad we decided to stay on-site and eat here—it was totally worth it!
Reservations suggested. Nice decor and interior. Service was good. Cocktails were excellent; we ordered the gin drop and the Lori's lemonade and we loved them both. As an appetizer we ordered the Fio flatbread gluten free which we also loved! Dinner orders were the lamb chops and chicken saltimbocca and we thought both were absolutely delicious. Sadly, the torta caprese dessert we shared was dry and just not great. It was unfortunate that our excellent meal ended on such a disappointing note, but we would still return again.
The food was very delicious!!! We had steak, pasta with clams, meatballs and all of the sides! The mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and the Brussels sprouts were amazing. For dessert I recommend the cheesecake tiramisu. Our server, Shawn was the best server one can ask for. Shawn definitely deserves a raise! We are from Seattle and visited many fancy restaurants and the service he provides beats most of them!
February 2024 LOVED loved loved Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse! We had reservations for 7:30PM on Saturday night & It was quite an experience. Our amazing server was Shawn & he knew everything! Our amazing experience was thanks to him, his knowledge of the menu, and his partner Jaime who frequently checked in on us at our table. We were slightly worried about not fitting in since it was our first steakhouse, but Shawn made his feel comfortable. All in all, fantastic service. Food wise, EVERYTHING was delicious. This restaurant specializes in meals that “melt in your mouth.” Appetizers we enjoyed were a caprese salad, Nonna’s meatball & enjoyed buratta. The meatball was soo delicious we got one to-go (which is pictured below.) Entree’s we enjoyed were 8oz filet mignon medium well with truffle butter & a side of truffle fries (my husband’s order) & I ordered the Milanese veal chop breaded + spaghetti (both entree’s are pictured below.) Honesty the portion size for the veal and sides were shareable. It was a lot of food so I ended up taking half of my veal home and my husband took home the remaining of his truffle fries. For Dessert we enjoyed gelato and sorbetto (pistachio, vanilla, mango, and raspberry). I would say my husband and I favorite was the mango, followed by the raspberry sorbetto (which they make in-house, so you can’t get it anywhere else). Also I ordered the caramel budino and it was a light, fluffy dessert that was not overly sweet. The biscuits on top were so delightful and refreshing as well. All in all, a fantastic was to finish our meals. Both deserts are pictured below, too. 10/10 we would go again & highly recommend. The ambiance was amazing. Our server Shawn was amazing. I forgot to mention, he immediately asked us about any dietary restrictions when he greeted us. We will definitely be returning to Fiorenzo’s Italian steakhouse. (I added a picture of my hand next to the veal chop to emphasize how HUGE it was)
First visit 3/1/23 excellent service and food. 20% off Hyatt coupon for Discoverists was very rewarding. 14 oz Pork Chop @$49.00 was cooked to perfection and Nonna's Mafaldine (pasta with sausage, chicken, shrimp) @$30.00 was excellent! Roasted Shallot Mashed potatoes @$12 were also very good. We each had tequila soda @$15.50 ea.
Organized my wife’s birthday here with friends, great food, amazing service, was a lot of fun! Among all the food goodies, the Brussel sprouts stood out!!
I walked into this restaurant expecting an average, tourist-type meal on International Drive in Orlando Florida and walked out having one of the best dining experiences in my adult life - NO KIDDING! My server Gokhan greeted me immediately with a warm smile. It was immediately apparent that he wanted to make my experience special. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. Since they had blue cheese stuffed olives (many nice restaurants don't have them) I started with my usual Vodka martini, straight up, not dirty, with 3 blue cheese olives. Godkan brought it right away. Now here's what made the experience so nice. Godkan saw that I was working on my computer. He stood away from the table about 4 feet, not approaching until he got my attention to see if I needed anything. It was so different. Most servers just want to 'get it over with' but Gokhan, I felt, was genuine in letting me pace the meal and service. I ordered the wedge salad. Ok, I know what you are thinking a salad is a salad, but two things made their wedge salad amazing - the delicious pancetta (usually there are bacon bits on the wedge salad) and the soft-boiled egg. The Pancetta was deliciously cooked and had that bacon taste with less fat. If I could compare it this way pancetta is to bacon as ground beef is to filet mignon. The soft-boiled egg on top of the wedge was an unexpected treat - something I had never seen before. Overall, this was the best wedge salad I have ever had. I'm not being hyperbolic. It was delicious. Gokhan let me sample the top two cabs sold by the glass. I chose Sailor's Grave. It was perfect at $20 a glass, it was worth every penny. Their menu is not extensive, which sometimes is a blessing in that I think it allows the restaurant to focus on making each dish the best they can be. They had the usual steak offerings, but I was not in the mood for a steak. I chose the shrimp arrabbiata and asked that it be mild. The dish exceeded all expectations. The spice was perfect, the spaghetti was cooked just right, and the shrimp had the flavor of the sauce all through each piece of shrimp. The dish was served piping hot. The depth of flavor was remarkable. This truly was a pleasure to eat, even though I had to take half of it home, as it was a healthy portion. I left this restaurant completely satisfied, and I'm a tough critic when it comes to good food, as I travel around the world trying restaurants of all types. Gokhan made the experience extra special. He had a way with his patience and helpfulness that truly made this one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. Thank you Fiorenzo and thank you Gokhan.
Amazing foods, you have to try the calamari and beef capaccio for appetizer, 20 oz. prime rib cut, filletmignon and scallops for main course, asparagus and brocolletes for sides...mouth watering desserts are winner too... ambiance is another plus for the win.... highly recommended!
Excellent food and Service. Part of Magical Dining. We had the Meatball, Calamari Diablo, Cioppino and Delmonico Steak. I would highly recommend all of the above. Large portions and the food was very flavorful. Parking is free. They will validate your ticket. We will definitely be back!
This was a great stop while I stayed at the Hyatt Regency. The food that I had was delicious and I would recommend the spare ribs gnocchi and the salted budino. It's definitely a pricier option, but I was glad it was overall worth the price. My waitress was amazing and I had a lovely evening there.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was superb. The entire staff was so incredibly professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant. As locals we come here just for the food. They even have vegan options!!
We went to Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse to celebrate our first marriage anniversary. Can’t say anything besides amazing! We couldn’t have a better experience because of our son had some king of allergy that we didn’t know existed yet, so we had to leave in a hurry. Besides that food was delicious. We ordered the pulpo (which one was my favorite dish) and the bisteca with mashed potatoes and a side of lobster. I ordered a drink that came a with dill and cucumber which one was amazing and my husband ordered a moscato wine. Everything came in great and in a big amount, unfortunately we couldn’t have all the experience. Wish we can come back soon though.
Excellent dining experience. Sampled a number of their amazing appetizers to start which included octopus Carpaccio which had a nice kick. The meatball was authentic and had some wonderful flavors like it came right from Italy. Our server was amazing, attentive to all details. I only give them a 4 for service because the meal took nearly three hours and we definitely had a lull where most people were just sitting around waiting for their dinner. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection with some wonderful peppercorn flavoring. The truffle fries were delicious as a side. They had a very nice wine list and I enjoyed some Sonoma valley St. Francis merlot. Just a great experience. Good food. Just wish the meals came just a little quicker for our group.
Very good food , excellent service by Shawn who was our servicing our table last night. Filet Mignon cooked to perfection, I recommend!
From the minute you walk in until your check is presented at the end of meal, you will enjoy your experience. The food was excellent, with our porterhouse cooked to perfection! Sasha, our waitress, did an amazing job and her service was top notch. You will pay top dollar for your meal, but trust me, you won't be disappointed.
The food was incredible. Signature Italian at an outstanding level of quality. Try the Smoked Old Fashioned, it was a highlight.
The best steak I have ever had. Cooked to perfection. Excellent wait staff. Nice ambiance. Convenient parking or valet. Nick the Manager made us feel very welcome!
My sister and I got the magical dinning experience. I ordered the Fried calamari Diablo, Cioppino and the salted caramel budino. Definitely recommend
Very elegant interior and design. I really enjoyed the interior, as there was a wide open kitchen that enabled me to see how they cooked the food. We did not have a long wait, although there were lots of people waiting to go in as we went out. I ordered the Scallops with Agrodolce, which was amazing! Three large scallops came with the dish and the presentation of the dish was absolutely beautiful as well. Overall I very much enjoyed this restaurant and would definitely come again.
Best dinner in a long time. Can’t tell about the waiter Shawn, amazing human with a high level of guest services. Thank you Shawn for make my night amazing with my husband and parents in law. The food was amazing!!!! Great place to eat.
I don't normally have high expectations for hotel restaurants, but Fiorenzo changed that for me! The service was wonderful. The food was fantastic. We look forward to coming back during next year's Spooky Empire convention!
Title: A Truly Exceptional Dining Experience Thanks to Jaime! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fiorenzo, and I can confidently say that my experience was elevated to new heights by our wonderful waitress, Jaime. From the moment we were seated, Jaime's warm and inviting demeanor made us feel right at home. Throughout our meal, Jaime was attentive without being intrusive. She checked in at just the right moments, ensuring our dining experience was seamless. Our glasses were never empty, and he anticipated our needs with a smile, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Overall, Jaime contributed to an unforgettable evening at Fiorenzo. Her exceptional service, combined with the restaurant’s delectable cuisine, made for a perfect night out. I can't wait to return and hope to have Jaime as our waitress again. If you visit Fiorenzo, do yourself a favor and ask for Jaime—you won’t be disappointed!
5 stars — A Standout Hotel Restaurant Experience! I’ve been to quite a few hotel restaurants over the years, and to be honest, most of the time they fall short of expectations. Fiorenzo at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, however, was a refreshing exception. The atmosphere was inviting, and the dining room was elegant and comfortable — the kind of place where you can actually relax and enjoy your meal. The service was truly exceptional. Our waiter, Shawn, was attentive without being overbearing. He offered great food suggestions (the scallops were absolutely fantastic!) and was genuinely pleasant throughout the evening. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel restaurant. I would highly recommend Fiorenzo to anyone visiting Orlando or staying at the Hyatt.
Another great restaurant in the Hyatt. I'll just say everyone in the party loved their food.
Oh my oh my and oh my god oh and did I mention oh my omg anyways the best food service and dessert ive ever had and whole team astounding please please anyone who is a t the hyatt regency intl dr orlando fl resort please eat there to die for
For the last couple of years I’ve come here two nights in a row after a conference. The food is absolutely amazing. I try something different every time and have not been disappointed yet. I highly recommend and cannot wait to come back next year.
My girlfriend and I had our valentines dinner here. 10/10 for everything. Highly recommend. Our server Sasha was incredible. The team at Fiorenzo knows how to deliver a fantastic dining experience.
The restaurant had a lively atmosphere with lots of conference groups around, which added some energy to the place. The chicken parm was really well done—crispy, flavorful, and served hot. The sauce had a nice balance, and the portion was just right. Service was excellent—staff were quick, polite, and stayed on top of everything even with a full house. It’s a busy spot, but they manage it well. I’d come back to try more dishes and take in the vibrant crowd.
My wife and I dined at this fantastic restaurant, and it was an experience to remember! This was our second time here. The ambiance and service were both top-notch, each deserving a 5/5. A special thanks to our waitress, Sasha, whose attentiveness and warm service really stood out. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including a perfectly cooked ribeye, creamy Mac and cheese, crispy brussel sprouts, and a rich, fudgy brownie to finish. Each dish was a hit, making the food overall deserving of a 4/5. The brazino was particularly delicious, though it's worth mentioning it came with more bones than expected, which was a slight drawback. In all, the combination of delightful ambiance, impeccable service, and mostly excellent food makes this restaurant a must-try. Hats off to Sasha for contributing to a great dining experience.
We made reservations and they were a little late bridging back, plus the kitchen staff was really slow (we waited 40 mins for our food). But the wait was worth every delicious bite. Omg. Everything tasted amazing. We ordered the cold brew martini to begin our adventure. It was good but even better when I asked the waiter for a dash of cinnamon and a splash of whipped cream 🤤. Then we ordered the lobster mac and cheese and the stuffed chicken with Italian black rice. Everything came out hot and flavorful. But the icing on the cake was the tidal wave verry berry cake! If I could have ordered 3 of these and not gain 5 pounds and leave with a sugar coma I would have! Every bite was a new mouth popping experience. Definitely will come back.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking exquisite Italian cuisine in a beautiful and refined setting.
I am here in Orlando for a conference and came a few days early. I am gluten and dairy free. Fiorenzo accommodated both of my requests and I had an incredible dinner. I started with the Zips di Claims E Mussels. Unfortunately, they do not have gluten free rolls to soak up all that wonderful sauce. Next, I selected the Mushroom Risotto. This was also wonderful. These two dishes were more than I could eat on my own. The French Martini before dinner was made perfect. However, I could not find a wine by the glass that interested me. There wasn’t anyone who offered any suggestions or advice. Other then that, the service was excellent, professional, timely, and attentive. Check out my pictures and others. As you can see, the atmosphere is sophisticated and clean. You will feel comfortable dressed up. Their recommended dress is smart casual. Yet, they don’t seem to turn people away regardless of how they are dressed.
Usually I don't expect much from hotel restaurants and the quality of food was what I was expecting. But with that quality, the food was overpriced. It tasted good, but not worth the money I paid for it. It took some time to get seated even though there was noone there. Maybe they were training a new hostess. The waitress was nice and service quick.
A great place for networking/ office events or hosting dinners. They have prefix menu and each course was amazing. I went to this hotel because of an office event and had a good time. Enjoyed ceaser salad, amazing white pasta and best tiramisu. If you are a vegetarian they do have pasta as option so do ask that option. Restaurant is inside Hyatt hotel!!
Yay for options! What? Had a company dinner here. There were about 30 of us. The menu has tiers for their group options and my company selected the highest tier. Except for the main entree everything was set and shareable. There was A LOT of food, non stop changing... almost wasteful as they didn't give everyone enough time to eat. I asked for vegan option, I am happy they were able to provide options for me including a vegan meatball dish for entree (vs a 20oz steak!). I was able to eat the house salad, the grilled mushrooms that was also available for everyone. I want to say that it was overall very salty...(could also be from me not eating out often..). I was pretty full after though. Even the dessert was good, I was able to get a sorbet instead of their tiramisu. You can bring your own wine and it is $25 for them to open the bottle for you :) Environment This is inside the Hyatt hotel on Idrive. It is a very nice looking restaurant, fancy for me. You are able to see the kitchen as they put out the food (open kitchen?). Niceness of the staff Very nice staff, I was able to tell one staff that I am vegan and he made sure to let me know what I could eat from the shareables. Very nice of him to do that. Dollar Very expensive. It can easily be 100$ per person Yes Not my type of place but based on the experience, it is good.
Did magical dining . The lamb portion could be better and it was a little salty. My fiancé could make better lamb chops . Meatballs and calamari was really great.
Convenient location for hotel guests and conference attendants, but can get busy at lunch / dinner hours. People line up at the door even before it opens. The food is good, but the choices is limited. Ordered stewed beef gnocchi. The beef and vegetables were good with nice flavoring but the gnocchi is too soaked to my liking. Also there are few recent reviews online for lunch menu so a bit hard to find recommendations from crowd experience. The service is a bit slow but might be just we went at a busy hour.
This was our first visit, and I really liked the ambiance. No one can enter the eating area without being seated. Once seated, the waitress qiickly came to our table; however, it took at least 20 minutea to get straws, and nearly 20 minutes to get to-go trays! She also repeatedly made reference to how "shareable" each item was. It made me feel as if she was implying that we could not afford our own meals. Then, she told us that the larger goblets on the table were for bottles only, so they had to be replaced with smaller wine flutes, if we ordered wine. Finally, our checks were left in a stack on the table, so we wondered if we would have to wait another 20 minutes again for her to return. She did return quickly though. She did not ask us if we would like dessert. Everyone enjoyed their food, but I don't recall regular check-ins to see if we needed or wanted anything else. Our table was cleaned quickly, a little too quickly for me.
The scallops was cooked pretty well. I just think the food was not worth the price. We had two soups both were different. The tomato bisque was not creamy at all, and it was pretty salty, as well as the other soup that we had. The pasta dish we had was soupy instead of what a pasta dish is supposed to be like. Service was great The food is not justified for the pricing
Was there for a conference and hotel felt a bit ill prepared for 3600 people with only a couple of options for lunch. They offered a buffet in a crowded space. Wait was longer than usual. The buffet was decent for price. Service was ok. The best part was desert.
Overpriced. Pretty disappointing. Scallop dish decent, tiny portion of fried calamari. Convenient to hotel and convention ctr.
This was my last day on vacation, we reserved a late dinner at 9pm. We asked for a bottle of champagne that was not available. We began searching the menu for new drinks when Luiz offered glasses of the champagne we wanted to us for free knowing that he could not accommodate the bottle. The drinks, phenomenal. The food, good when cooked to order. I ordered a medium rare filet mignon but received a medium to medium well steak. On my plate the pink piece was from my sisters plate. I stopped eating once she tried a piece of mine and said that was not cooked right. When I was looking for Luiz he showed up to my table after 20 minutes. The kitchen was already closed and I wanted to bring this to his attention. First statement he made was “what do you want me to do about it, I already gave your free drinks”. I was absolutely mortified that he assumed we wanted free drinks, his assumption made me feel like a free loader when we were guests at the hotel. He immediately corrected himself and said I will comp the meal and reached for my sisters plate and asked “are you done too?” We immediately rejected both our meals saying we were done, he tried to offer free dessert but at that point all we wanted to do was leave. When I spoke up he made me feel uncomfortable. It was the most awkward situation that we have ever experienced at a restaurant. It was not Luiz fault that the steak was not cooked right but his reaction was inappropriate and uncalled for.
