After moving to Orlando I’ve been to many Brazilian sushi places nas hand roll was one of the bests. The food omg the special nigiri was by far my fav. Everything really quick and fast. The sushi man and sushi woman that was behind the bar really nailed it. it was busy and they delivered an amazing job. We had a really nice waitress named sol, she was so attentive! The fried calamari was delish, it was gone in less than a minute lol! We also got the hot shrimp tempura and the Mexican roll and had no complaints either.

I rarely leave reviews, but this sushi place absolutely deserves the praise. The sushi? Fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every bite was a reminder of how good sushi should taste. I highly recommend the chef’s special rolls. Creative, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. Service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food. It’s the kind of place where you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. Special thanks to Steimer he was amazing. If you’re a sushi lover or even just curious this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back (probably way too often)! I specifically liked how they don’t serve pork and fry the seafood and meats in different oils. Also added photos of my favourites.

I found this amazing place using Google. They have an amazing all you can eat menú. I was alone, so I picked from the normal menu. Amazing rolls, tasty, good portions. The Restaurant is well located, nice decor and good service. Although the staff could smile at least once while serving a table.

If I could rate Hand Roll 100 stars, I would. Truly one of my favorite sushi places - I come here every time I visit central Florida! The temakis are out of this world good. Large portion, always fresh, and absolutely delicious. This place is a must try!

Great overall experience. The menu offers a good variety of options, and everything we tried was very fresh and well prepared, with clear attention to quality and presentation. Laura provided outstanding service—very attentive, friendly, and professional, which made the experience even better. The only minor downside is that it was a bit cold inside the restaurant. One suggestion for the restaurant would be to include a “chef’s suggestion” or guided tasting option on the menu to help indecisive guests choose. Obs.: We arrived really hungry and the food was so good that we completely forgot to take pictures, lol.

I went there with my wife, and we loved the experience. The food was amazing! Our server, Mell, was incredible and very fast. She was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. We will definitely be back.

Gabriel took care of us and was the best, super friendly and recommended all the best items, we got the All you can eat and it is super worth it for the options you get. For the food all the rolls were huge so be careful. However the white fish and tuna were a 4/5 the salmon was amazing. Overall a great place to get a lunch or dinner.

Good, but not great. Nothing to write home about. Prices seem 30% higher than the quality of the food served. I got the beef and noodles which was their top pick. The beef seemed pre-cooked and chewy and portion size was smaller than it should’ve been for the price. Bottom line is I would prefer to go to Panda Express for noodles and entrée. Better and cheaper there. Not bad, but not going back. I would give four stars if the prices were cheaper.

Food for the most part is very good, used to be one of my favorite places to order from, until I had a personal problem and had to cancel and order. Staff was very unprofessional, very rude, was yelling at me, and constantly blowing up my phone like a crazy ex. This place is very greedy and very unprofessional, and it is clear the staff is inexperienced with customer service, and work place abuse must be happening for such a reaction. Over all the situation has prompted me to never order from this establishment again. And I hope they learn to properly train their team, and I hope they receive better treatment as well.

Worst rolls I've ever had in my life. This place is an absolute joke. The rolls were a disgrace — tiny, pathetic, sliced so thin you could practically see through them. It felt like they were trying to scam me out of every bite. And the salmon? Not fresh, not raw — boiled. Who boils salmon in a roll?! It was dry, flavorless, and borderline inedible. To top it all off, they threw in a microscopic drop of wasabi and soy sauce for takeout — just enough to mock you, not enough to actually use. Maybe they’re afraid someone might accidentally enjoy the food if they got a normal portion. I spent nearly $100 here, and honestly, I wish I had just ordered a bunch of pizzas instead — at least I wouldn’t have left hungry, angry, and disgusted. Avoid this place like the plague. Total rip-off.

We were tempted by the large number of pieces and the seemingly good price, so we decided to try it. My husband drove 30 minutes specifically to pick it up. When he returned and we opened the package, it was a total letdown and ruined our Sunday evening. The pieces were extremely small—we have never seen rolls so tiny. They looked clumsily made, the fish on top was paper-thin, and some rolls fell apart when picked up. Everything looked uniform and crooked, giving the impression that the restaurant is cutting corners and misleading customers. As for taste, the sushi was dry and bland. Some rolls even had sour rice from too much vinegar. We paid $140 and felt no enjoyment—only disappointment and frustration. For that price, we could have had truly delicious sushi much closer to our location. The only positives were that the order was ready on time as stated in the app, and they partially accommodated my request to swap one type of fish for another. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.

Server took too long to take our order. When we received our drinks, we only had 2 ice cubes each cup. The entire experience we didnt get a single refill, nor did they ask. My wife and I ordered at the same time , she got her food 30 minutes after ordering and I still had to wait on my sushi rolls that were suppose to be "all you can eat".not once was i asked if i wanted anything else. A family of 6 came in 15 minutes after us and had all their food before we had received ours. After asking twice for the check it took them 15 minutes to bring it to us. 4 Togo orders were had and picked up while we were there that seemed to take priority. There were only 3 tables filled the entire time we were there for 2 servers. This whole thing took place within an hour and 20 minutes. The sushi and friend rice an shrimp were mediocre at best. Very bland. Which was surprising due to all of the great reviews for this place. Now we are on our way to the grocery store to get snacks for our stay at the hotel tonight because we didnt get "all you can eat" . Thumbs down
