Honestly, it’s a steakhouse. Prices are up there, but the food is very good. Must be that Mortons special seasoning blend. Would I recommend someone to go there for a big occasion? Of course, and you can’t go wrong with their filet mignons. Shout out to Jason, Anthony, and even Evan from the kitchen. They made all the food delicious and have the best talent. Shout out to the manager for allowing special reservation requests. Shout out to our server, we have no idea what his name was, but man made everything magical for our date night. Awesome team at this Mortons, they WILL make your visit enjoyable.
Ordered delivery from here and it was excellent. We had steak with mushrooms and spinach, lobster macaroni and cheese, scallops wrapped in bacon and chocolate mousse for dessert. Everything was perfect! Well packaged and perfect temperature. They did a great got keeping an amazing meal fresh.
Stopped in to take advantage of their Magical Dining Experience and it did not disappoint. The Service was amazing, the drinks were perfect and most importantly the food was phenomenal. We had the the Blackberry Mojito, Lobster Bisque, Oysters Casino, Prosciutto wrapped Mozzarella, Filet Mignon, Garlic Green Beans, Cream Spinach and the Hot Chocolate Cake. All of it was cooked to perfection!
Absolutely stunning restaurant! - be sure to wear business casual clothes and closed-toe shoes (they have a dress code)- We tried both cocktails and entrees (we wanted to save a little so we skipped the apps although they were incredibly tempting). I tried their 8oz Fillet Mignon (stunning quality and taste) I did pair it with the truffle butter (normally I don't like truffle anything bc it's never balance right - but this was SSSOOOO GOOOD I took what was left home!) We also tried their Aged-Crusted Steak absolutely amazing. The flavor changes from one bite to the next but all delicious!! I couldn't believe what a difference that made. We tried the corn casserole and asparagus (couldn't begin to tell you how that casserole just melted my soul lol - so good!!!) We also tried two of their desserts- their chocolate lava cake (which they make to order). It was the best I've ever had - outer layer had that lovely texture where you tap and can hear a nice lol crust and inside deliciously soft and oozing with chocolate. The other was their Bread Pudding - absolutely delicious (not gonna lie it was a struggle to claim the last bite of either of these desserts bc they were so scrumptious lol) The cocktails we tried was an Old Fashioned, the Morton's Coffee drink (on the and a (forgive my spelling) Yusio drink so delicious! I also had a beautiful white Moscato Wine - hit the spot!
Came here for my birthday for the first time. from the moment we walked in the hostess and the waiter Nick, were so welcoming snd kind! He went through the menu and explained things in detail, every plate that was brought out exceeded expectations, And he made sure to put our dessert in early enough for it to be done on time, overall very kind and great atmosphere, highly recommend!!!!!
We had a great time at Morton's. The service was top-notch the food came out very quickly. I've been to two other Morton's steakhouses this one was the best one I've been to we really enjoyed our hostess and waitress even the manager came over to make sure everything was good 👍. Their house whiskey is bulleit whiskey which made really good old fashions. No complaints here the steak toppings are amazing..
Reservations are highly recommended. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated with our reservation in the main dining room, adorned with booths. The ambience is quite dark, making it challenging to walk and read the menu without resorting to cellphone lights, a common sight at every table. The fresh and delicious circular onion loaf of bread served warm, accompanied by quickly melting butter, set a delightful tone. Opting for the 7-ounce Wagyu filet proved worthwhile; it was cooked to perfection and justified its cost. However, the dry-aged New York strip fell short of expectations, especially in comparison to the impressive filet. I recommend prioritizing quality over quantity. The mushrooms as a side were a delicious addition. Don't overlook the smoked Gouda and bacon au gratin potatoes—they are a must-have, complementing any menu choice. Served hot with a delectable cheese crust, they enhance the overall dining experience. The attentive server provided excellent recommendations. Making a reservation is advisable, as the restaurant tends to fill up quickly. The dress code is flexible, except for beachwear; appearing neat and respectful ensures a comfortable fit. Ample parking is available in the strip plaza location.
I absolutely love Morton’s. The atmosphere is very classy and soothing. An excellent place for an intimate dinner with friends, family or colleagues. The steaks are delicious and made with the highest of standards. The sides are also delicious. The staff service is also excellent, as always.
Booked this restaurant (Dr. Phillips) a few weeks in advance and stayed it was a birthday. Table was set with happy birthday menus, got our picture taken and was brought to our table with Happy Birthday written on it. The cocktails were lovely, especially the lemon drop. Steaks were cooked perfectly and our server was fantastic. Great restaurant to visit for a special occasion.
Best Service I’ve received in a restaurant!! For the food being as good as it is and for it to be my least favorite part of the night has to say something. My girlfriend and I ordered off the Magical Dining Menu and everything was incredible. But what really top off the night was the amazing service from Tristan the server and the staff that supported. The waitress for taking a picture of my girlfriend and I for her birthday to the small decorations on the table. This is an incredible restaurant that I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to.
Outstanding dining experience at Morton’s in Orlando! Our server Nick was incredibly personable, gave spot-on food recommendations that made our meal perfect, and even went above and beyond with great suggestions for Orlando’s nightlife. 10/10 recommend, we’ll be back!
Today I went to their Sand Lake franchise, wanting to buy a gift card for my parents. They were closed. I called them on the phone and asked that they make an exception. They let me in within minutes to process the transaction. Their food and service are exceptional. I highly recommend them for your dining pleasure.
First, we went to the bar area. Very nice and determined we’d like to return during a happy hours. When seated, we were greeted by Tristan, a very amiable and friendly server. As the evening progressed,Tristan had asked if we had ever been to Morton’s before. We had not.So he gave us the lowdown. Also there for Magical Dining and he explained that menu as well. Food came out, it was cooked to perfection and Tristan was on top of his game. He continued to check on us throughout. Towards the end, I asked if Tristan could please ask the dining room manager to come over. After a bit , she did, (Paris was her name). I offered my views on the food and the professional way Tristan handled himself. We look forward to returning. Mind you, it’s about a 50 minute ride from where we live.. so I say, give it a try. You won’t regret it.
This was our first time here to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was fabulous! Loved the food, ambience and the service was top notch! Huge shout out to Shawn! He offered wonderful five star service, went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday special! We would highly recommend the empire cut NY Strip, hot oysters and the cherry blossom martini!
When for the new bubbles and bites promotion, however, they were out of the cute boxes. So we got the last one and it was only six thirty. So get there early if that's what you're going for. The chicken sliders were blah, but I heard the people next to us.Say that the burger bites were really good(opt for those) Fries were perfect.
Had a bad experience for Christmas, but invited back by the manager and they made it great. Received the best service from Rolo and Donny. Thank you. The meal was delicious and we will be back.
Where do I even start? The service, food and atmosphere is best in class! Tristan is as wonderful as he is kind. His service was welcoming, personable and efficient. The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned, while dessert was the perfect ending to the evening. The table decorations and photo were the sweetest touch. Thank you for a fantastic evening, making memories that I will cherish forever with my Mom!
After a bucket list year of Central Florida dining experiences, this is where we ended 2025 - and coincidentally, celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. What an absolutely flawless experience in every way, start to finish. This was the perfect place for our special occasion, and we appreciate the "extra mile" extended so very much!
This is an extremely classy, sophisticated and romantic vibe. The dress code is definitely classy/ cocktail. The restaurant is low lit and quiet which allows for more of an intimate date atmosphere. The servers are well educated and come to explain the food you choose, not just take your order. Everything that I ate was great. This is on the pricier side. I would save this place for anniversaries and more formal occasions as such. We shared a side of mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts and each got our own ribeye. The ribeye was like butter in your mouth. So so good.
Had a really great time!! We went for our anniversary, several was super attentive, frequently came to check up on us. Food was amazing!! High quality steaks and delicious sides. At the end of our meal we got to take home a picture of us taken with a personalized message from the staff. Very kind of them!!
Great experience at Morton's. I ordered the Cajun ribeye and it was worth every penny. I decided to try it after the recommendation from the bar tender based on my questions. I have no regrets. You can taste the prime rating in the beef. The service was superb as well. Even though they were busy I still felt taken care of. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a high end steakhouse; collars and dresses were the norm, with a few exceptions. Everyone enjoying themselves. Grateful to have visited as my final meal in Orlando.

Came here during happy hour and I must say they have the best food for a happy out menu! Amazing!! Our bartenders were great.. Garett was great. thanks…..
We just had our 3rd anniversary dinner. Everything was perfect. They also personalized our table, menu and left us a quick note. Super impressed with the steak and level of thought.

Ten stars for Adolfo, truly exceptional and friendly. The appetizers were perfect (5/5), but I was a little disappointed with the side dishes (2.5/5), so around 4 stars for the food. If it hadn't been for Adolfo I would have given the restaurant a 4 but he made our dinner fun and enjoyable, without ever being intrusive.
Dined in the bar area, bartenders were very friendly & attentive. Filet sliders were great, plenty for 2 people. Potato chips were massive, probably enough for at least 6 & sauteed spinach & mushrooms was very fresh.
We went here for our anniversary. Taka, our waiter, was great! The food did not disappoint, it's always the highest off quality and I'm always happy to get to bring some home.

We went to Morton’s for Magical Dining. We arrived without a reservation on a Friday night so we weren’t expecting to get a good table. Luckily, we were able to get a seat outside and that actually worked out really well. The first thing our waiter did was cover the table with a table clothe, which was a nice touch. All together we got the wedge salad and lobster bisque for appetizers, 8oz and 12oz filet mignons (one with added truffle butter), a side of creamed spinach, a side of green beans, key lime pie and crème brûlée. The salad was average but the lobster bisque was by far some of the best I’ve had anywhere, except for Maine. It had really good favor and the pieces of lobster in it were nice. The steaks were perfectly cooked inside and quite good. I’m knocking off a few points on the steaks because they could have used a stronger sear and more seasoning. We both said that we would have loved some salt and pepper on the table because the steaks needed them. No complaints on the sides and they were both good. Crème brûlée was good but the key lime pie was excellent. I actually couldn’t believe has good it was. Service was really great and the waiter was excellent. He was knowledgeable and friendly and no complaints there. Overall, I liked it and would recommend. I’ll definitely go back to try some other things but like I said, steaks were under the 5 star mark for me but still great steaks. Total cost for Magical Dining with the options and upgrades and one cocktail was $205.
Food was delicous, service was okay, and the atmosphere was quite lively. One of us arrived slightly early, and couldnt be seated until the rest of us arrived. We had to ask for the magical dining menu 3 or 4 times. We got the menu the same time we got our drinks... the server was somewhat hostile and rushed. He was a good server but a bad host. A table next to us had an issue with him, spoke to a manager and switched servers. We did not, and it was good after we ordered. One of us had a slight issue with how his steak was cooked, and we specifically waited to ask the other tables' host. The steak was remade, and brought out quickly, as well as fresh fries to go with it. Which was excellent service. The chef brought it out and had my friend cut it to see that it was fantastic. I had ordered the bacon steak, 8 oz filet with the black truffle butter upgrade, garlic green beans and creme brulee. It was all fantastic. I tried the prosciutto mozarella, which was great as well. The french onion soup was reported by my friend with me to be great as well. The bacon steak was really savory, with the bacon fat and a sauce, it was my favorite starter. My steak was rare and charred, and it was fantastic as well. The black truffle butter went a long way, I had enough for the steak, my green beans, some fries, and to share a bit. The green beans were great, garlicy, and buttery. I ate them after my steak, and all the juices/butter made them fantastic. The fries I had was then mixed with it all, and was amazing because of it. The creme brulee was perfectly crispy. My friends enjoyed the food as well. Besides the service, the main dining area was quite packed, and quite loud because of it. 9/10
Had a family dinner last night, food was great for my sea bass and lobster bisque, just a little salty for me but was still delicious, especially the bass texture was on point, the steak was of course really good too. Thanks to our server Nick that recommended and helping us the whole dining experience! Didn't get a chance to try the dessert but will definitely return!!
Very nice Steakhouse. It is a business-casual place. Service was good and food was very delicious. The lobster Mac and cheese is amazing! I wasn’t that impressed with the steak I got but it was still good. The drinks were my favorite. I got a Lavender drink that had gin, highly recommended.
I am not a steak eater, but I did enjoy my experience at Morton's. We came here the last weekend of magical dining 🍽 ✨️ and I will give you applause on the craziest that you endure and still taking some dignity in your food. The sheer number of filets you cooked that night was impressive. I had the salmon, which was lovely. The food didn't take long, but the cocktails did take longer than expected. The food was good, thank you for having MD so we can try new places.
We visited during magical dining, the food overall was good, but expected more for the price compared to other steakhouses in the area.

Morton's has excellent food and service. I just moved to the area from the West Coast and since my new home is nearby, I decided to dine at Morton's...a special treat for my birthday. I wanted to have a different dining experience. I ordered the Lobster Bisque (which was to die for by the way), a 7-ounce filet and two sides. The portions for the two sides were HUGE...more for communal dining. Unfortunately, I did not have anyone to share my meal with, so I ended up taking leftovers home which I prefer not doing at fine dining establishments. The lobster bisque and filet would have sufficed. However, I will enjoy a second meal at home tonight. My server, a recent transplant from New Orleans, was excellent and very pleasant.
I recently dined at this steakhouse for a birthday celebration during Magical Dining, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. To start, I tried the bacon steak, which was quite fatty and on the salty side. For my main course, I ordered the 8oz center cut filet with sour cream mashed potatoes, which sadly tasted like pre-made ones you can find at the store. The mushrooms that accompanied the dish were overly oily. For dessert, I opted for the lava cake, which had a crispy texture and wasn't overly sweet, which could be a plus or a minus depending on your taste. In terms of the overall dining experience, I found the restaurant to be just okay, as the dishes lacked the flavor and quality I was expecting. However, it's worth noting that Adolfo, our server, was outstanding, and the staff made us feel very welcome. If you're simply looking for a place to grab a drink and have a basic meal, this might be the spot for you. Also the place is really dark, the lights are so dim it’s hard to read the menu
Atmosphere was dark and loud. Great lighting. Our waiter was good. His helpers forgot 2 bring us our bread and 1 other thing. Lobster bisque was yummy. Lamb cooks were cooked perfect. Lobster Mac was dry. Steak wasn’t cooked medium rare. It was more rare. Bone in steak is a must if they cook it right. Key lime pie is a MUST HAVE. We’re long time Morton’s customers from Hawai’i. Our first time dining at this one. Would be a 5 off our streak was cooked correctly. Also if they silent have forgotten things.
The waitress was amazing! The website did not disclose the clothing attire requirements for the restaurant. They seem to be more worried about what you wear than food quality. The appetizer was really good then it went down from there. The lamb was raw. The potatoes were good. After the manager gave us the food he never returned to the table even after the raw food was brought to his attention leaving it solely on the waitress to make things right. For all the places we have gone to throughout the United States from Hawaii to the Carolinas never had a manager not go to the table to make amends or apologize for the problems that had occurred.
I made a reservation for 6 o’clock on OpenTable for a chance of a solo dinner. The reservation I asked for a booth, and sparkling water with lime upon arrival. I only gained the booth table from my booking request. The restaurant was literally empty upon arrival. Only two tables were occupied. As I had booked a table for one, I would’ve guessed that all the extra silverware for a table of four whatever I’ve already been removed. All of which, slowly had to be removed during my greeting and welcome by the server. The bread for the table was cold and hard, so I didn’t bother trying it. The Mortini came quickly after ordering. The martini glass should’ve been chilled in the freezer, but luckily the blue cheese stuffed olives made the drink. After ordering the oysters, Debbie, who is absolutely such a sweetheart, returned and notified me they were out. I substituted for Ahi Tuna. The crispy capers were fabulous on a bed of thin cucumber with a fabulous glaze and pickled vegetables. For the main I ordered the 8 ounce fillet and the brussels sprouts side. Debbie is a lovely server. I asked for a very charred filet. It came only done on its main faces of top and bottom. Mind you with no one being in the restaurant other than two other tables ,the edges should’ve been done as well, especially for a high request of being more chargrilled. Chef had the time at hand. The large bacon chunks in the brussels sprouts were far too large and make it way too salty. I stopped eating it entirely. Truly it is inedible if you have one of the bacon pieces in your mouthful, as they are just too large and overwhelming and will without doubt, the flavor profile will fully take over your entire pallet. I did not want to stay for desert, as there was no atmosphere for me to continue to stay. Lastly, if you state business casual on your website, and it’s clearly stated on the front door entrance, it should be closely adhered to. 2 of the 4 tables would definitely not equate to that definition by any means.
We went to Morton's to celebrate a birthday. We started at the bar with great service. Then, we moved to the dining area. Our server, Tristan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We started our meal with the Wagyu meatballs, Lobster Bisque, and Oysters dynamite. The Wagyu meatballs were bland. However, the Lobster Bisque was creamy and delicious. We ordered different main dishes to experience a variety of flavors and ended up torn by the results. Savory flavors erupted from the Chicken Christopher and the Maine lobster ravioli. However, the 8 oz filet mignon and 16 oz. Heritage pork chop we ordered was bland. Some of our sides were better than others. Brussels sprouts had a gummy texture. The shoestring fries were just ok. Potatoes au gratin delicious. We saved hope for dessert. The lava cake was more crumbly than decadent. But the key lime pie was scrumptious.
This isn’t our first rodeo when it comes to Morton’s Steakhouse. In fact, my husband brags about having the best steak of his life at a Morton’s. Unfortunately, our dining experience at the location in Orlando missed the mark. Don’t get me wrong, the service was stellar! I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They took great care of us for our anniversary dinner. They did several little things to make the occasion memorable, like rose petals, an anniversary card, a photo of us, and a complimentary dessert. The restaurant itself exuded an upscale ambiance and had all the feels of a premium steakhouse. The wine list (book) was a wine lovers dream. The food, however, was subpar. My lobster bisque was more like lobster flavored bisque, and poorly plated. The manager was apologetic and personally replaced it with a table-side masterpiece of a lobster bisque. Our main courses mistakenly came out immediately after our starters. Our server had to take my food and put it under the heating lamps until I was ready for it. As for the main course, both the lobster mac-n-cheese and my 8oz Oscar style filet mignon were completely saturated in sauce, making for a very imbalanced dish. To top it off, my husband said his favorite 16oz Prime Cajun Ribeye was just “meh”. With all of the other options for premium steakhouses in the area, I don’t think we’d revisit this Morton’s location on our next visit to Orlando.
I do a lot of Morton’s international and national and that one is the last one i do in Florida been to all Morton’s in Florida this one honestly wasn’t so bad, i oder like all the time nyc steak with Bernase sauce and the sauce wasn’t good very liquid and the server wasn’t so bad except that he was to much friendly

The food was very good however, their "strict" dress code policy is an complete joke. We saw people in there with shorts, hoodies, and flip-flops. Absolutely inappropriate for a place considered fine dining. I wore a suit and my girlfriend wore a beautiful gown and we were as overdressed as if we were at Applebee's! They also OVERCHARGED me for our meal adding the price of the dessert, which was supposed to be included in the "Holiday Meal for Two", to the bill. When I called for them to refund me a gentlemen said he would put it back on my Amex. A week later.....nothing. I called back and spoke to the manager, Perrisa, who told me that they actually had no way to refund it. What?!! I've never known a merchant that can't do a charge back. Her idea is for me to go in and buy ANOTHER meal and she'll buy me an appetizer or a round of drinks. PATHETIC!! The way that I've been treated after spending over $200 on a meal I will not be returning to this establishment.
Will not be coming back. Had a reservation for 10:45 but wasn’t sat until 11:20. Food did not come out until 12:20. Didn’t bring the truffle butter we ordered for either of the steaks and my boyfriends steak was overcooked so we had to wait for another. Truffle fries had no truffle, just parmesan. They took $30 off the $200 bill. Don’t know how these restaurants get away with charging this much money for the most mid service/food. Just save your money and cook at home lol
Service and the atmosphere are very good. However, food is way below the standard, the Brussel sprouts have no crust at all and very bland, and my wife’s steak is overcooked. Their steaks are so chewy, definitely not USDA prime, no one should pay this much for such low grade steak, boasting their steak is “the best anywhere” is a total joke. At least I am sure the cook worked on September 7th evening is utterly incompetent, such person should never hold a job in a high end steakhouse.

Unfortunately I have to give a one star review. I am local resident. For the last 5 years I have been a frequent visitor and Landry member. I enjoyed every single visit until today. I went with my family and we were denied admission because my daughter was wearing sandals. They were NOT flip flops or something alike. She was wearing Tory Burch casual sandals. I am including a photo. This is not the first time that she has worn those same sandals to the restaurant. One time I even went wearing shorts and did not have any problem. The hostess did not want to listen to us and asked us to leave. Well, we left and went to Ruth Chris where we had no admission problem. We as a family go out to dinner every weekend. We are frequent customers of high end restaurants. It is the first time that I have been denied admission to a restaurant based upon a “dress code violation”. I am very disappointed as the personnel have always been very attentive. Sorry, but as much as I love the ambience at the bar and the food, specifically the truffle fries I will not go again. It was offensive to me and my family.
Tried to make a reservation for Valentine's Day but now they are requiring a credit card. I asked them why. They said it cuts down on the variance of people. I told her it was strange because whenever i've gone on this same day in the past the place was packed. I told her that Ruth Chris does not do this but she gave some off-topic answer. I told her they should strive for better customer service and be like Ruth Chris. I'll be heading to Ruth Chris on Valentine's Day, it is closer anyway.
Don’t ever go to Morton’s on a holiday. My son took me and our family for Thanksgiving and we will never be returning. We had been two times previously for special events (graduation and milestone birthday) many years ago and were excited to return for a holiday together. First, with a reservation, we still had an hour and a half wait to be seated. This was incredibly frustrating as the overwhelmed and ill-equipped hostess checked us in under the wrong party and she also sat the chef’s family who was clearly a walk-in party ahead of us. Our server and all of the food runners complained about being so exhausted from serving all day. Putting all that aside we were so looking forward to the best meal of our lives and were sadly disappointed by the quality of our meal. My steak was absolutely disgusting and grisly and not the standard I would have expected for Morton’s. I don’t normally send my meals back but it was not edible. I waited another 30 min while my family ate to have my steak returned and it was still awful. I would definitely avoid this restaurant at all costs on a holiday or any other day.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent experience at Morton’s Steakhouse in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando was genuinely disappointing—especially given the restaurant’s reputation as a top-tier steakhouse. We had a party of 14 and were very understanding that staffing challenges happen. However, the level of understaffing that evening clearly impacted the service and overall experience. Despite the restaurant being only about half full, we waited close to an hour for our meals to be served, which felt excessive and difficult to justify. Unfortunately, the delays didn’t end there. Several orders arrived incorrectly, adding to the frustration and extending the meal even further. For a restaurant known for precision and excellence, this lack of execution was surprising. To add to the disappointment, my Chilean miso sea bass was noticeably small in portion size, especially considering the above-average price. At this price point, one expects both quality and value, and the portion simply did not match the cost. We expected a smooth, well-coordinated dining experience worthy of Morton’s reputation. Instead, the evening felt disorganized and left our entire group disappointed. I sincerely hope management addresses the staffing and execution issues, as this experience fell well short of the standards associated with a steakhouse of this caliber.
