This place was the perfect brunch spot after a concert. The server was really friendly, polite, and attentive. Plenty of parking and no waiting time. Restaurant was clean as a whistle. Food was very yummy with plenty of vegan options. Will come here every time I visit Orlando.

The Palms is a great place for an adult or family getaway. They were generous to let me host my daughter’s gender reveal there, Liz our server was amazing. We had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend!!!

* Very well-priced meals. *incredible biscuits *perfectly cooked grits *Monte Crisco looked delicious. *Chicken was well seasoned and perfectly portioned. *The fries at this place are the best in the area. *Freshest eggs I've had here in Orlando. *Maple Syrup was sweet and tasted like Canada. *I don't care for gravy but my partner enjoyed it *Servers here are top-notch and super sweet and tips here are well deserved. At first, I was apprehensive seeing how many restaurants have come and gone from this single location in the past few years. However, if I'm being honest, look at the positive reviews here vs the bad, and like the review writes itself. The food is fantastic, the service is fabulous and the ambiance is relaxing and fun. The baked goods that were handed out to me were so delicious, and as far as drinks go I recommend the blueberry lemon drop as that was probably the best lemon drop martini I have EVER BEEN SERVED! COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE MORE!!!!! Food: 10/5 | Service: 10/5 | Atmosphere: 10/5

Fantastic place! Alexis took great care of us. Everything we ordered was amazing and the prices were right! I was able to find quite a few gluten free options too! 10/10 recommend going for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks with the girls type stuff.

We just finished brunch at The Palms Breakfast, Lunch, & Happy Hour. The food is prepared fresh! Mom loved her fish and chips. My son loved the chicken and waffles. I had eggs, potatoes and bacon. Great flavor and the verde sauce really complemented the eggs and potatoes.

A group of five ordered all different dishes and everyone agreed that everything was FABULOUS. Create-your-own omelette, plain pancakes, a monte cristo, eggs and toast, chicken and waffles, and the lemon ricotta pancakes were all delicious and came out at the perfect temperature. Our server Alexis was very polite, very personable, and perfectly attentive. A great spot in the area! Can't wait to come back and try the lunch menu!

We found this gem of a resturant, The food was great and the service Top notch! Alexis, our server, was awesome!!! She gave great recommendations. We had the Avocado Toast and the Ruben Sandwich, both were delicious!

I had another delicious lunch at The Palms today! If you haven't tried this new restaurant where FK Your Diet and Crazy Coconuts were previously located, please do. The interior has been completely made over and very inviting. The food is very good, not outrageously priced and the service has been very good as well! It's such a good location that I can't understand why previous restaurants have struggled there? It perhaps this one will be the diamond in the rough!!!

The interior has been completely made over and very inviting. The food is very good, not outrageously priced and the service has been very good as well! It's such a good location that I can't understand why previous restaurants have struggled there? It perhaps this one will be the diamond in the rough!!!

Also, reading the comments it seems like an owner read a bad review and then responded to it with an exactly OPPOSITE review and did not even respond to the person that had a bad experience, which I find very icky. Will not return or recommend. Very disappointing as I live close by and had high hopes for a new spot in the neighborhood!
