The Tea Spot is a popular bubble tea spot in Orlando known for its fresh, flavorful drinks and customizable options. Customers rave about the boba's texture and the wide selection of teas and toppings. The atmosphere is relaxed, with board games available.
Tip: Customize your drink by choosing your tea base and fruit flavors. You can also adjust the sweetness level to your preference.
My husband and I love coming to this place. Their milk tea options are incredible, and you could make your own drink. You could also add the level of sweetness you want for your milk tea. My husband loves their fresh strawberry milk tea and orders it every time. I happen to enjoy it as well because I love strawberries! I like trying out their different drinks on the menu, and if I had to choose one, it would be the coconut and taro milk tea with egg pudding topping and sea cream. We've been coming here for the past 2 years since moving over to Orlando, so it's a nice treat for us on the weekends or whenever we crave milk tea. The quality of their milk tea is splendid each time we come. The employees are super friendly, fast, and efficient. We also like how this place has board games you can play to pass the time while you wait on your orders. It is also a nice hangout spot where K-pop songs are playing in the background. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in quality and delicious milk teas. I'm so glad to be a regular customer ☺️ Oh yeah, they also have a rewards program where you can get a free milk tea by earning a certain amount of points!
First time here but definitely coming back! After searching for a good milk tea place around Orlando that has the exact same taste as the one we got in Asia, and i’m telling you… THIS IS THE ONE!!! I tried sooooo many tea shops that is really trash and i can say Tea Spot did not disappoint me!!! I paid $16 for this two drinks but it is so worth it! The lady in the counter also is really nice and approachable!
This boba shop is by far one of my favorites of all time. I’ve been coming here regularly for around 2 or 3 years now. Personally, my favorite drink would be the strawberry green tea with honey boba and rainbow jelly. My favorite part about the atmosphere would be that they play K-pop music videos on the TV! I love to sit at one of the tables and enjoy my drink while watching the music videos. In addition, they have a wide selection of card games, etc. that you can play while you’re there. One of the things that makes this boba shop unique is the wall of drawings! Everyone is welcome to take a sticky note and write or draw whatever they feel like, and when they’re done, they can stick it to the wall. I’ve been to many boba shops around the world, and this one exceeds most others. I would definitely recommend!
I wished I took a photo of my drink and food, but it really is a cute and simple place. K-pop playing in the background was nice. Quite spacious. I love the fact that there are so many flavors and it can be combined. I definitely recommend mango passionfruit black tea. Divine. I would suggest get it at a 50-75 % sweetness because I assume it might be too sweet for some people at 100%, but overall, it was such a tropical combo. What blew my mind was the popcorn chicken. It was so flavorful, a little on the salty side, but that did not matter. I was so surprised at how juicy and flavorful the spices were in that chicken and I still dream of it. Maybe I had some luck that day with my order, but so far, love it. The employees are courteous and skillful. 👍 Also, if the wait is long, that is okay, it takes time to get tea. I feel that that is a norm for all boba shops, and I frequently go to many. So if you are in a hurry, don’t be. 😃
I've been here a couple of times before and I love their taro boba tea slushie. This time I also tried the garlic & herb fries and it's a nice tasty snack to share with friends.
Cute spot to grab boba and play some board games. The boba texture was pretty good but not the best. I liked that you could make your own fruit tea flavors by choosing the tea base then the fruit flavors you wanted. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. I'd definitely come back.
We went two days in a row to The Tea Spot! Very nice place to hang out or get something to go. My husband's 75% sweet coconut milk tea (Oolong tea, non dairy creamer) with mango popping boba has been my favorite thing so far!! But we have enjoyed it all and will be back many times.
This is a great boba place in Orlando! We have been to a lot of boba/tea shops across the city and while this one might not look that impressive from the outside (the Orlando Chinatown definitely needs some revitalization to get up-to-par with the Mills/50 area), it’s really nice and modern inside, and more importantly - it has lots of great creative tea drinks on the menu, with many different toppings and boba/jelly options! One massive benefit to this place is you can fully customize your own boba tea or smoothie, right down to the flavor you want, the base, and more - definitely a nice option compared to other places that have set menu items! We got a rose black milk tea and a Thai milk tea - both with sea cream topping - they were good and we were happy. The price is good and we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks. This isn’t the “#1 best boba” in all of Orlando, so it isn’t worth a super big drive, but if you’re in the area, or passing by on 408, give them a shot! We will be coming back!
Best Boba tea I've ever had. Their selection is INCREDIBLE, definitely an option for everyone. I also really liked the vibe inside of the restaurant. They provide board games and card games that it's easy enough to just bring the kids or your friends and enjoy an afternoon tea.
I tried this spot for the first time today and was blown away with how good my drinks tasted. I ordered the fresh strawberry milk tea and the fresh mango tea and was amazed by the tasty flavors. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future :)
De best boba tea in the town, I go every time I can
The best boba spot in Orlando!!! and the boba tea taste so damn good you will definitely enjoy it. Hana helped us a lot and excellent customer Service!! Thank you Hana!
Great place with unique tea offerings, lots of seating and plenty of board games to spend hours hanging out with friends. I got the hot tea without milk and added only 25 sugar, but was too sweet.
I like ordering ahead and their drinks are so good. I always get a variation of fruits in my smoothies with honey boba and different jellies. It's my top spot for boba.
Ordered a mango lemon passionfruit slush with boba 50% sweet. Slush was so fresh and deliciously tart. The boba texture and flavor is far and away better than most other boba shops. 10/10 will always come here now whenever I need to pick something up at Enson! Thank you guys!
Quality boba!! This place isn’t as “trendy” or cute as some other boba shops, but don’t be fooled, they have great boba drinks! I stopped here while I was in the China Town area and they had great options, spanning milk teas, boba teas, and more. I got brown sugar milk tea and it was exactly what I needed on a hot Florida day! The employees were super sweet and patient with us, too. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.
In the Herat of Chinatown, this Tea Spot offer delicious tea and small bites. Never had a bad choice, can’t go wrong here. Out of all the boba places near universal this is by far the best.

Cute little bubble tea spot! Has a few board games for those who are dining in and want to chill for a bit. Drinks came out in a timely manner, good service and flavorful! Ordered normal sweetened and it was just right, not to mention the bobas taste fresh and were not too hard.
Great aftermeal treat. Large tea menu. And I love that you can adjust the sweetness % My friend got the tiger milk tea and I got a peach lychee green tea. Both with boba. The tiger tea was creamy and had a burnt caramel flavor to it. Very good. And my tea was refreshing and perfectly fruity without being too sweet. We both picked the 75% sweet option. The inside is large but feels plain and a little barren. The service is nice and all the baristas are very friendly. There were lots of cute drawings on post it notes that we enjoyed looking at. Overall a solid tea and boba joint.
For some reason its been hard for me to find a mix of my 2 favorite drinks. PFT/HMT These guys had it. Passion fruit milk tea was delicious and they had fast service. I Absolutely will be back here even though my better half gave them a 3 on her drink I am going 5 for mine I was super happy.
Located by 1st Oriental Supermarket and a few doors down from Sun Pearl Bakery.. it’s a convenient stop. Today’s visit was unusually long. It seems everyone poured in the same time we did, which made the wait a bit long. On the positive side, they had some music playing on the tv which was interesting.. most likely k-pop ( I’m assuming). The decor is quite minimalist, but the vibe was chill. Everyone working was exceptionally nice. We were all greeted on arrival and thanked as we left. The menu was easy to read, and the variety they had was more than enough. 5 stars for a great overall experience. Great job team! :D
I’ve been getting my passion fruit slush with extra boba from another establishment for years but once someone else bought them out recently their quality changed. First time at this location (i googled “Boba” and first place on the list was here). I ordered a passion fruit slush with 4 scoops of boba and no disappointment. Fresh boba and the slush is so tasty. Place is big and cleanliness is on point. One worker when I went and he was super quick and friendly. Thanks!!
This Tea Spot is great for any occasion! They have games like Uno to play (please respectfully put it back where it belongs for everyone to play ☺️🥰) and the tea making is a work of art with the colors blending beautifully with the taste. (I recommend rose oolong tea with 50% sugar and honey boba). There's a beautiful kpop music playing and there are rare occasions of other genre of music as well that's cool. It's a chill place to relax and enjoy the sunset on this beautiful spot.
First time coming here, and we loved it, nice environment, free wifi, free games like UNO you can play with a friend or family at your table, and the Tea is so good. Such a great chill environment!
Jack & Michelle were so nice and sweet. Our fav bubble tea spot. Thank you and we’re always be back over and over again🧋🩷
Been here for 9 years and I always enjoyed their boba and milk tea. Really nice local boba shop.
I alalways come to this shop. The service is always great and the drinks are amazing. I feel bad for the worker that is by himself today. He got yelled at by a Karen because there's a wait and it's only been 10 minutes, it's not that deep. It isn't his fault because there's only one person working. He's doing a great job and I hope he has a great day!
In the heart of Orlando Chinatown, The Tea Spot has tons of competition from other boba tea shops in the same plaza. When I heard about their novel Panna Cotta Milk Tea, I knew I needed to visit. I must say I enjoyed the Panna Cotta portion of this drink more than the actual milk tea. The milk tea itself was meh. My husband also ordered the Peach Sunset Lemonade with crystal boba. His drink was lovely, so refreshing, sweet, and aesthetic. I also would like to mention here that their menu was extensive to the point of overwhelming. I would recommend this place to experienced boba drinkers only.
Their customer service is always amazing! Always so nice and attentive! Ive been coming here for years and never once left unhappy. They also have the best fried tofu, popcorn chicken, and French fries around! Thank you❤️
Ever since I came back from Chicago I've been looking for a Boba place that could offer the same variety, customizability, and quality as Joy Yee. I've found that in The Tea Spot. In many ways I do believe that the drinks here are superior. The options you have are almost overwheming, but that just makes me want to return to try every combination. I highly recommend this establishment.
love this place. My friend brought us all here many times to study and the environment was smooth and welcoming. The drink are amazing and affordable. Best Tea spot I have been to yet.
My favorite boba place! Lots of options for teas and boba. Never had poorly cooked boba from here. Everything I have ordered has been ecxellent!! Totally worth it, I drive 30+ minutes for boba.
Really great tea. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and popular options. Love that you can choose how sweet you want your tea (0%, 25%, 50%, etc). I got the Thai tea and it was awesome.
Went with a few girlfriends... there's a lot of combinations for the bobba tea. There's tables where you can sit and drink and hangout. Drinks were delicious! They take card only - no cash.
Luv them. Always good helpful service. They actually ask you sweetness level for your drink. The mangoe tea is so delicious with jelly. They need one of these near my house.
It's a cute shop with amazing boba. You get a lot of selection of flavors, and you don't even have to get boba tea. There's popping boba along with regular boba and shreds of coconut and such. I come here every time I'm in the area
Best Boba in all of Orlando. Their Taro tea is packed with flavor and the boba always is the perfect texture.
I've been here three times. If you like tea, or boba I do recommend it. I go for the green tea with mango pearls. My wife enjoys the milk tea, semi sweet.
Some of the best rose tea I have had in a while! I love they let you customize how sweet it is from the get go. Great snacks, too.
The best tea spot I’ve ever had and my favorite is the tiger milk tea with boba and sea cream! We have to get its twice before going back to Louisiana (july 10, 2022)
Laid back, modern, friendly atmosphere. They have board games, Uno, etc. We played connect 4 & Uno. We tried the Boba Tea, it was delicious, Fried tofu and popcorn chicken.
I really love how you can customize everything right down to the amount of sweetness in the tea. The Taro milktea was among the best I've ever had. Definitely will be back for more!
I was a little skeptical at first because the shop was so empty. I wasn't sure if it was because the drinks and food was bad but I ordered anyway. I got my order quicker then expected and I fell in love with the drink.
One of the best tea spots in town. Very authentic flavors, and customizability. Lactose free options are available. Lychee green tea is great. (Especially the rose) Tiger milk is great Oolong could be a little stronger tasting in my opinion, still good tho.
I have been going for years. Even when the owner change the quality of both the drinks and the customer service only continued to go up. I can’t pick a favorite drink because they are all good in their own way. Love the board games (I was introduced to the best game in the world Sequence here).I love what they have done with the place as well as the addition of tasty snacks. I hope to see this place in business for years to come!
The best boba spot in Orlando and I am picky. I don’t know why someone would say, “Don’t come here if you aren’t Asian.” The owners are so friendly and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. She even recommends customize drinks when ordering. I have never had a bad experience here. This boba spot is welcoming to all, their service is fast, they are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place over and over again and I personally love the location. There are some hidden gems there for food.
I started coming here recently since I moved from East Orlando and this place is by far my favorite in the area. The ingredients all taste high quality and I only spent $5 on my drink after toppings. The wait is short even when busy, it is clean and spacious. The employees have all been more than kind and accommodating.
My go to boba spot for truly unique feeling drinks. They can make a variety of flavor, topping, sweetness, thickness, drinks. And they're all good. On top of that the staff is friendly and always helpful, even when you're just popping in to grab something quick.
I been here many times over the past 2 years as I haven't had a bad experience. The staff is very nice and it's always clean in there. I enjoy the fact that they have game board and such so people can actually sit down and enjoy time with one another. And the drinks are great. I'm so happy they offer the brown sugar boba tea.
Forever loyal to tea spot. Love this spot they NEVER use nasty powder bases like other boba places. Love how you can customize the flavors and sweetness. Decent size for price. Always recommend.
Love the boba black milk tea in here. I always choose 50% sugar in here and it’s just perfect. The popcorn chicken is so good too, if you can eat spice, I recommend to put so pepper and chili (it’s on the table).
Best tea I have ever tasted. Saw the sign in China Town and decided to stop by. Had to get a second cup to go! Baba with tea was sensational! Was visiting Orlando for a day, sorry that there isn’t a tea spot near me.
This is my favorite bubble tea shop and I am here at least once a week. The roasted oolong milk tea is my go-to drink but every single flavor/option has been great. The staff are also very kind and the atmosphere is cozy. 100% recommend anyone to try this location.
Nice boba tea and friendly staff. Also offers snacks. The snacks are great. However, if you don't like your tea too sweet, please ask for 0 sugar. Even 25% may be too sweet for some type.
Great place to get Boba tea! They offer loads of flavors and there's an extra large size for those who can't get enough. They have a nice sitting area with a couple of board games on the shelves so it's a nice place to sit and chat with friends. They have a flat screen that's always playing kpop or other nice music.
The tea was delicious, the staff was friendly, & the place itself is cute! There are some chairs to relax on & there's a TV playing various Kpop music videos.
Great tea with one of the most extensive list of flavors and toppings/add-ons that I've seen. You can mix up to three flavors together with different varieties of base teas for a ridiculous number of combinations. I've become a big fan of boba teas recently so love discovering what different places offer. The Tea Spot is definitely worth stopping by!
Drinks are good and boba is chewy. Would recommend.
The customer service is amazing, the boba is good, the environment is cozy, and it’s overall a great experience.
They are the best boba tea shop in Orlando and I’ve been to quite a few! While other boba shops over charge and give you a skinny cup of boba, these guys give you the best, tall and thick cups of boba tea!!! And their ice to liquid ratio is ON POINT. It’s never 80% ice and 20% boba it’s jussssttt perfect. They also master the taste to where it’s not too sweet nor to bitter. I drive 20 minutes from my home to get this boba when there’s a shop just 5 minutes away from me. They are that good.
Best tea I've had, and I've been to many boba/tea shops. The drinks taste better here and are cheaper than a majority of other places. This is a good place to sit down and hang out too.
One of the underrated places I recommend! Their Bobas and other drinks are really good! I mostly order the Tiger Sugar Bubble Tea,,,, it might be too sweet to some people but you can lower the sweetness :D
EXCELLENT! these drinks are so good, there is just 1 person who makes drink, but she is fast and professional! Good experience!
An adorable spot right in the heart of the Chinese hub in Orlando across from the fairgrounds! They play kpop music videos on the TV, have plenty of classic mixed tea options, & a cute sticky note wall. It's always packed when I visit because their drinks are well balanced. I personally love their cheese foam. Very clean & pleasant.
love my fruit tea drink!.. the classic milt tea is very good also!... the young guy was very sweet n patient with us while taking order..
My husband and I were visiting from VA and decided to check out The Tea Spot in Orlando and we’re so glad we did! He got the mango iced tea and immediately said it tasted just like a mango lassi, which we loved especially since it’s mango season! I went with a Thai milk tea with boba (a classic for me), and it’s so smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. Also, shoutout to the sweet lady at the register. She was not only super kind but also absolutely beautiful! Great vibes, great drinks, and great service. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

The Thai green tea was very good here that the worker recommended to me!! However they should have two workers here at night because one girl was busy making like 8-10 drinks at once for a line of customers,so it took a while to be made
Their teas and milk teas are really good. You can taste the scent of it very well because they're not overpowered by the sweetness or milk. The store looks to be somewhere for customers to chill and hangout, but the decor seems kinda lacking and making the store less inviting. I strongly suggest the owner to make it more fun or at least complete the decor.

Just tried this tea place in Chinatown and it was worth a visit! They have a lot of tea flavors and the combinations sound tasty or refreshing! They were very nice at explaining that all syrups are sweet and that they use non dairy for their milk teas. They can adjust the sweetness a bit (by not adding extra) or use almond milk instead for milk. I like my drinks unsweetened, so it was a bit tough to choose but finally decided to try one syrup and that was enough for my taste. I had their green tea with rose syrup, grass jelly and light ice. It was refreshing, a bit sweet and the grass jelly gave a nice herbal taste. I enjoyed it :) They do have panna cota in 3 flavors: matcha, earl gray and thai tea. I got the matcha and looking forward to try it! If I am by the area again, I will definitely stop by!
This is a very cute spot in the heart of Chinatown in Orlando to order tea and hang out. They have shelves underneath the cash register that contain many board games and other games such as Connect Four and Sorry! There is a big menu to the right of the cash register that you can order off of or make your own tea. I'm not used to making my own tea so I just ordered the honeydew green milk tea and we decided on regular sweetness which was at 100% but the cashier recommended that I just do no sweetness because the honeydew was already sweet enough so I went with it. Sat down and picked up some board games to play while I waited for my drink. Once I got my milk tea and tasted it, I found it to be very delicious! I would've definitely gone with 25% sweetness but no sweetness was good too. The aftertaste was of like a rose petal taste and it was definitely welcomed. I liked this place very much and its my go to for milk tea in Orlando!
This is an obscure location off of 50 with lotsa a oriental shops but a nice find. I enjoyed my panna cotta milk tea with fried tofu.. they Had some garlic and chili powder which went great with TOFU. Went on Friday. Not very busy so good spot to quietly work. Wish I checked if they had wifi. Next time…
Milk tea and boba has good flavor. Chicken was crispy and seasoned well. But some pieces had batter that was still mushy.
I love it so much they have great prices and their Boba is good but I am kind of sad because they do close kind of early. I wish they do close at 10. That’s when everyone kind of gets the munchies, but overall is a good place.
I love that we can 100% have the tea as we like however, i really hated that they dont take cash. One time, i was so embarrassed, I only have cash and have no one to pay for me. But this was a few months ago, last time i was here, they have signage on the door and also on the counter but still....
I’m from the DC area and lived in Rockville, MD, with numerous bubble tea spots. Unfortunately this didn’t live up to my expectations. It took us about 15 minutes to receive our order. That’s a very long wait considering it wasn’t all that busy. (One other family in there.) They did have a large selection of toppings and tea options which was nice. I ordered a standard milk tea and enjoyed it. My girlfriend ordered a Thai milk tea and it didn’t taste like what she is used to. Way too orange and tasted like artificial vanilla. The boba was good quality though. Liked the atmosphere of the establishment but a few things need to be improved.
I got the taro boba tea and asked for no ice but got ice still and the boba is powder not real taro paste .do not recommend if you want the real deal.
i have been going to this tea spot for years because i genuinely enjoy it, it’s great. my most recent visit, i had to wait 15-20 minutes and was overlooked for a long amount of time. they served people who came in after me even though i ordered before them. if you’re not asian i wouldn’t recommend going here unless you’re fine with being overlooked for a long time.
I waited more than 20 minutes for one drink when there was mi line ahead of me when I came in. A line formed after and I had to wait a total of 24 minutes for one tea. I asked if something could be done an no attempt was made to rectify the issue. The worst part is once I finally tasted the drink ayer I left it was watery and barely tasted like taro. My time is valuable and I wouldn't have come in if I knew the wait would be so long. It was just a random strip but I'll definitely be sticking with the old reliable Chewy Boba.
I love the place, cause WinterMelon Milk tea is my Favorite. And It’s not my first time getting it. So I placed my order and the Guy asked me how much percent of sugar I said 100% cause I want my drink sweet. And his kinda hesitant to do it, and told me that it should be 0% percent cause it’s already sweet. But then I want my drink sweet so I told him 100% please. So he made our drinks but he keeps telling it’s better to have 0% sugar. I didn’t mind him cause It’s my drink. That’s how I want it. ☺️ We got our orders and when we were going back to our car it doesn’t taste any sugar. He literally didn’t put any sugar on it.🙄🙄🙄 I hated it. And don’t want to come back to complain cause. But yeahhh I’m so disappointed that he ruined my drink . I bought two drink and we didn’t enjoyed it. Never coming back. Maybe I’ll just find other MilkTea place that serves WinterMelon.
I’ve tried Milk Teas in multiples restaurants, and I’m pretty disappointed with the flavor of the drink here. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea, and it was more ice than the actual drink, it was very obvious that they use powders to make the drinks, since mine wasn’t mixed completely, and the flavor wasn’t as good as expected. Also, I’m very frustrated that I had to pay extra to get Tapioca on my milk tea and the portion was very stingy. Maybe for a person that has never ever tried any Asian Food & Beverages, this would be amazing. However, in my personal case it was disappointing. I always like to try new places, but this was not worth it!
