Honestly with everything that has been going on even going for a coffee seems scary, but I was very glad to have gotten such good customer service, every one was very helpful and nice, and the coffee was VERY good!! I decided to try the chicken mcgriggles today and they were REALLY good, very simple, really cheap! Good way to start the day and the service was really fast as well!! Very happy with my experience!! I will come back!!

Most people on here say “there was roaches crawling everywhere” are definitely lying, Out of all 6 years i have come to this location ( about 3 times a week) I have NEVER seen any roaches or bugs! Overall 10/10 This will always be my Go to!!

It's good you can have a quick bite if you have the munchies they never mess up my order unless it's a new trainee but that gets fixed by the next day.

Well they were nice.to fix my order had to go twise to drive thru and theres young people so takes longer in drive thru

If you happen to be a person who eats at McDonald's quite offten and don't have the McDonald's app download it now you have no idea how much you would save and you get rewards almost all the time it's so convenient

Order was correct, prompt and hot but when do you plan on replacing the front door with a bullet hole in it that every customer is greeted with? Lol

Friendly server but at lunch they needed two people. School students come in and have a limited amount of time to eat so another cashier would help alot.

They don't listen to what you order. If it's to go , check before you leave. The prices are reasonable , but not the big combos. The iced coffee is really good most of the time. And reasonable priced. You can still get big drinks for $1:0O

I'm grateful for the food when I'm too tired burned out or flat out lazy. The masks and the plastic do make it harder to be heard especially if you have a low tone voice like me, so i get that my food will not be as ordered. That being said, a cool thank you to the workers for their efforts.

Its McDonald's no big thing 🤑 in/out burger has you beat hands down. It does have good coffee and cinnamon apple pies 😅 i did notice that the big Mac is getting smaller and smaller. 🤭

Every time I go when I get home something is missing I think somebody new there keeps them because before we did not have the problem

Hope they start having some policies regarding this because this behavior ruins the experience for others :/ .

How do you order 2 ice cream cones and then the girl brings me one and walks away and doesn't return with the second one? I'm waiting.. then the other girl sees me still there and sees I ordered 2 cones and makes my second one, apologizes to me. These people want $15.hr in wages but they cannot focus or read the ordering screen. Get with it or get out! I'm sick of stupidity. Not over just this order, every mcds order. There either missing an item, incorrect order, don't fill the fries all the way especially the small bag of fries. Do not put your face inside the bag of food, do not breath inside the bag to see what's inside. You should know what's inside when your putting the food in the bags. Pay attention!! Get off your cell phones. Managers should not allow employees to have cell phones on them during work hours, period. It's not this location this happens too. Its ALL McDs locations . I just can't go write on every location. But I will report it to corporate.

Went through drive thru told me to wait at parking and that they will bring me my food soon. Waited about 20-25 mins and people were getting their food even before I did and when they finally brought my food they didn't gave me my full order. SMH😒

I loved the food 😋 it was hot and cooked at the moment 😋 not cold like other McDonald's. Food was great but eating inside was the worst idea ... so many 🪰😬 ... all the tables where dirty we cleaned our own table and didn't even finish eating had to leave due to all the 🪰🤢

This McDonald's has been consecutively inept at providing quality food for as long as I can remember. I understand that this place is a fast food restaurant, however, when you serve a customer food that seems to of been refried more than once just to not through away product is disgusting. Ask for unsalted fries if you want fresh fries, otherwise, good luck on that end.

This is my go to spot for breakfast and sometimes lunch but my order is always in complete, I try to be patient but it’s already a usual thing. They forgot side orders and they also don’t have the best attitude in the morning. I like this place but they need to be more careful, I’m getting charged the price for my food but it’s always missing.

Went to Mc Donald’s Saturday November 21. I order a medium caramel frapp and I received a small. I told the worker I ordered a medium and she told me they put me down for a small and if I would want to pay the difference. Real inconvenience. My mc chicken was sloppy and didn’t have an lettuce. My cheese burger was dripping out ketchup

We ordered the mushroom swiss burger and the honey chicken wings. We were told to park. Everything was over cooked. The wings were tough. The burger was way over cooked. It was like they took the patty off of another burger and put it on the grill again to add mushrooms and cheese. Not worth the $8.00 for the meal.

Just left the drive thru terrible service i asked for chicken selects they said no because they were out every time i order chicken selects they park me because they have to fry them right there and then since its after work around 9:30 9:45. But this guy just decided it be easier to just say they were out i was offered something else but i said no thanks didnt get a reply guy just seamed to be irritated. I got to his window to tell him i did not want anything incase he did not hear me when i pulled up he saw me closed the window and turned his back on me. I drove off to the next window but there was a car in front of me having a long conversation with the lady at the window. I could hear them talking about personal things when there was 3 cars behind her i think this is very unprofessional of this staff it took me 20 minutes to get out of there when i didnt even buy anything 😡😡

I'm sorry to say but the Orosi, CA , McDonald's is always messing up my order in drive thru or inside it still the same outcome . Management needs to tell the people bagging food to double check the order and the bag before giving it to customers, not to be rude when customer return a food order they messed up on. Me for example I'm so nice about it . And yet they still rude . Or mangers Rolling there eyes at a customer . I believe one person takes drive thru, other one person bags for drive thru and one person rechecks order and hands it to customers. Cause at times I see two or three people bagging and check one person adds the food a other takes some out adds something else one other person checks bag for third time rearrange food in bag hands it to customers. To many hands touching customer food.

Worst McDonald’s ever waste of $4 have me the wrong order of a Carmel frape 3 times!!! And still couldn’t get it right and I ended up with no frape and just spent my money!!!!

Don’t open on time

Usually don't have an issue here, except for when a particular employee is at drive-thru. Today i learned her name is Lexa. She always has an attitude, is rude, never greets. Horrible customer service. Don't know how she still works here. Today I pulled up to the second window where she was stationed. She had my drink in her hand and did not greet me or anything, just demanded my receipt. I reached out for my drink and she demanded my receipt once more and pulled the drink out of reach. She snatched the receipt from my hand and gave me my drink as she told me to park for my order. I've been able to tolerate her attitude and terrible customer service, but tonight was the last straw. I suggest the manager pull her off the registers completely and make her a cook. Lexa should not be serving customers. Also, if you park someone and take their food out, make sure everything is in the bag. An item was forgotten and I don't live in town. Not the first time.

My dad went last night and they not only forgot the milk for the happy meal but the fries too! And when he went back to ask for them a young worker who's name is JOSHUA laughed at him for it. Terrible customer service and will definitely seek the owner of the store so they know how their employees are treating their customers.

Just because u see three kids does not mean anything my 11 year old niece may not be little but if she wants a happy meal she's gonna get it. Don't question a customer on what they are ordering. Anyways, I ordered a hamburger no pickles for one of them and they still gave me a cheeseburger with the pickles cause I didn't want to be a jerk I just went up and ordered a hamburger with no pickles they kept asking if I wanted pickles and each time I said no is it that hard to listen to what a customer is saying?? Plus one of the happy meals didn't have fries. At this point I didn't want to deal with them, never going to this place again.
