We stopped in for dinner on a Thursday and the place was hoppin. Ordered wings (mild) and a personal size pizza. Winge were crispy and very mild. We could have gone medium Buffalo instead, next time. And the pizza was great. The sauce is mild without the strong acidic bite that some corporate places use. The veggies on the pizza were obviously fresh and tasted like it. All in all, a great pizza and wing dinner. Not what we expected in such a small town. Nice job 👏

I ordered the 12inch Buffalo chicken sub from here with Ranch dressing. It was $16.75, I love a good Buffalo chicken sub and with that being said I order it often from many pizza shops, I’d say the average price is around $12-14. With that being said I don’t mind paying a few bucks more, but it better be good. I’m not saying mine was bad but it felt corners were cut, not very filling, seemed small and not much chicken on it. Also there was someone else’s hair within the bag, not on the food though. Overall, I get small business are trying to make ends meet, but if you’re going to charge this price it better stand out and sadly in my view it didn’t.

Ovid, NY—- arrived in the area on Sunday early evening, there were not many options available. I tried a pasta dish, it was big enough for two, however it was bland, the garlic bread wasn’t crisp and the cheese bread was soggy too. While we were all “hangry” it wasn’t a great choice for the night. My wife had a veggie calzone, it was big enough for two also, but she said it was bland. They seemed busy with a lot of carry out orders I hope you have a better experience. It seemed kind of expensive…

we ordered food and was told it would be 45 minutes. after about an hour 15, we call to check up on it. the woman on the phone told us it was on the way. going on over 30 minutes later, still absolutely nothing. call again, and once again the woman says it’ll be there within the next minute. going on TWO HOURS. really not worth the wait. if they were honest about the situation of how long it would’ve taken, it wouldn’t have been a problem and we would’ve done something else. we only ordered because it was supposed to be quick. either way, i hope improvements can be made for future customers

Most of the food was pretty good but we waited over 1/2 hr for a cold wrap, garlic bread and pasta. Didn’t apologize for how long it took and then my husband asked for Parmesan cheese for his pasta and it had a layer of mold in the bottom of the container. This was absolutely ridiculous!

3 calzons, $54, zero ricotta cheese, hardly any mozzarella cheese..... Worst calzons I have ever purchased. Sooooo disappointed in this place, they use to be very good. I will never buy from them again.

We've had issues with orders before, such as ordering a burger and requesting it plain, no lettuce tomato onion, etc, and it comes with all the toppings after requesting it without. They have done this a few times. Tonight, we ordered a sheet pizza with pepperoni and sausage along with a couple of orders of wings... to a tune of over $60. Opened up to check the pizza... no pepperoni or sausage. To fix it, all they did was throw pepperoni and sausage on it and bring it back out. Didn't reheat it.... pepperoni and sausage were cold... that's unacceptable. Why didn't you offer to make a new one or offer something else. This is the last time we're ever ordering from this place. Which is sad because we like to support our local businesses.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would! Every time I order, I end up having to pick my food apart because it's messed up. It's even written on the box no tomato and no onion. Yet my wrap is loaded with both. This isn't the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th time this has happened. Unfortunately living in a small town options for ordering food are very limited, bit this is just ridiculous.

We've been loyal Italian Kitchen patrons for years. We ordered pizza at 4pm. We were told delivery would be about an hour but they would try to do better, which would have been 5. At 5:30 my husband called, asked about our delivery was told our ticket was out so that was a good sign. At 6 we called again. They said the ticket is out so that is a good sign, which they had told us at 5:30 when we called. My husband asked if they could contact the driver and the staff member said they were too busy to call the drivers. At 6:30 when we called they figured out which driver had our order but that driver was still out so they couldn't tell us anything. We requested our money back and were told that no one there could process our request for a refund. While on the phone call the driver showed up. We told him we wouldn't not be paying for the food. The driver turned around and left quickly. He did not even offer an apology...we will see how our refund goes tomorrow.

Have been waiting for one hour for an order that was supposed to be 20 minutes. Still do not have order. Hopefully the order is correct when we receive it...I have no idea what this is, but it isn't a Philly cheese steak calzone.
