BEST CHEESESTEAK EVER!!!!I went to big Dave’s last night and it was phenomenal!!!! Cristina was so amazing helped me with ordering my food and was so welcoming and sweet! Chino was amazing too! He cooked the food so perfect ! Their energy at this location was so great it made me if so welcoming. Will definitely be coming back !! We ordered the Dave’s way beef cheesesteak the bread was soooo soft it melted in your mouth! and the chicken and beef egg rolls were amazing the crunch to it and the dipping sauce !!!oh and the fries were FIRE!!!!!! The seasoning and the crunchiness was so perfect! Everything last night was perfect!

The food, with Issac on the grill, was excellent as always! TayTay at the register was super friendly and checked on us several times. We always have a great meal and service at the Oviedo location! Couldn’t recommend them more.

Big Dave’s in Oviedo is excellent cheesesteak was delicious and the banana pudding was the best I ever had. Staff was very welcoming!! Will definitely be back!!

Was in the area and drove past this place, and I’m so glad I decided to turn around and try it out because I was definitely craving a cheesesteak! Let me just say — they did NOT disappoint. As soon as I walked in, the guy working was super friendly and welcoming. Then I saw the display of Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels and it instantly brought me back to my childhood. Growing up, we always grabbed those pretzels on the way to or from visiting my grandparents in Philly, and they were always the BEST. He told me they get the dough shipped straight from Philly and bake them fresh there, which explains why they taste so authentic. Of course, I ordered my cheesesteak with cheese whiz (like it should be!), and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavor with every bite. The fries were perfectly crispy too, just how they should be. I will definitely be back with my husband and kids to show them this great spot. Highly recommend!

Well I came here for a quick bite on the Run! I was immediately welcomed by a bunch of friendly men! All smiles and great attitudes. Place was very clean and organized. They had wonderful bathrooms with plenty of room. The store was open and clean. The menu is smaller than I anticipated but O found plenty of delicious options to choose from. I was impressed with the selection of fresh made healthy teas. Along with the typical soda machine. I made my order and customized my sandwich. I chose the middle sized sub & was surprised I could not finish it. The fries were perfectly golden, seasoned and fried to perfection. My cheesesteak was full of meat and melted cheese. Plenty of mushrooms and onions for flavor. I’m going to be a regular for sure!! The only gripe I had was the desert. It looked amazing but I’m allergic to bananas lol. So I hear it’s amazing!! The Gentleman came up to me personally with my to go bag of food. This place is a Great Spot to fill up! Thanks Guys

Big Dave’s is fire!! I only got a pic of the chicken Philly fries I got for my kids cause I inhaled the cheesesteak I got! I ordered the classic steak Dave’s way and also got the salmon Dave’s way. Both really good. Super cheesy and lot of protein. Worth the price point for sure. They also got this cool handwashing machine. Coming back for sure!

We cannot say enough about this place. We came in the first time looking for a back home Philly style cheesesteak and they did NOT disappoint😁A.B. (Abner) made one of the BEST cheesesteaks we have ever had and we know a Philly cheesesteak. The Manager Jen is always so nice and pleasant. Always smiling and very personable. The restaurant ALWAYS looks absolutely spotless. Anytime we’ve come in it’s always the same way and the employees are always super friendly, greet you personally AND remember you. That’s huge!!! The warmth of the employees and their personalities make It feel like visiting your old neighborhood bodega. We can't say enough positive things. Oh and the electric hand washer….You MUST give it a try. Awesome idea!! Keep up the great work guys! We will be back soon🙂And we cannot forget Chino. Another great employee. I don’t do allot of reviews…believe me when I say I’ve never eaten a more delicious cheesesteak! I’ve been to Philly but Big Dave’s put it to shame. “Big Baby” was our specialty chef and he did not disappoint! We had the pleasure of meeting Cisco, the GM and the customer service he delivered was truly top notch. Don't forget the banana pudding… it was as if my abuelita made it just for me! Don’t let cheap people with their silly reviews keep you from getting Good Quality food. Worth every dollar and then some!!

Finally I have found a delicious cheesesteak place!! What's even better is that they have tasy salmon cheesesteaks. Which are a bit healthier. This places makes the perfect cheesesteak, the bread has that wonderful soft bite and the meat is well seasoned and cooked perfectly!! They even have tasty banana pudding. I will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu

By far, the most delicious cheesesteaks I've ever had. A meal I'll probably never forget. The food was delicious and mouthwatering, just the thought of it makes me want some more. Meat was juicy, cheese melted just right. It was quite messy to eat and I'm almost certain that I put a couple of pounds in my belly after eating that mighty cheesesteak. Well worth it haha! Did I forget to mention that it was halal? I'll definitely go back here next time I'm back in town!

Food was great. The Chicken eggrolls are delicious. They're supposed to be adding pizza and chicken tenders also - they gave us a free slice of pizza to try and it was pretty good. Now the main thing is the cheesesteaks and they were delicious. Fries were crisp and warm... everything tasted good! It was a bit more expensive than I initially wanted to pay - but the quality reflects the price. It's a walk up and order and get your own drinks type of place - but honestly enjoyed it thoroughly - left happy and planning on coming back for sure. They have pretzels too... it's got a variety of food despite the name lol. Giving 5 stars all across - the general atmosphere I'd prefer was a bit less... sterile and just chairs and tables set out - but I'm glad they don't have it super crowded with them - it's comfortable spacing. Give it a try! They are worth it!

Customer service is always a big deal for me and he exceeded his customer service. I love that he represented Big Daves as if it were his own business. I mentioned that I usually go to Charley's for my phillycheesteak he said who? I thought he didn't hear me i repeated myself and he said who? Lol Big Dave's no more Charley's! He made sure we were coming back cause guest what we're coming back! I love that they have salmon options as well and that one was 10/10 too! He was kind, funny and overall such a great experience! Big Dave you have such a great team!

My boyfriend and I were 3 bites into our food when we realized we had to call them and tell them their food IS INCREDIBLE. I mean, truly immaculate. If you’ve never tried Big Dave’s, you HAVE TO. The menu is fire, the food is fire, and the atmosphere and workers are amazing. They make you feel right at home and then hit you with the best food you’ve ever tried in Florida period. You can tell the food was made with care. It’s a drive for us but we will DEFINITELY be back!! And can’t wait

Have been wanting a local Oviedo place to have a good Philly cheesesteak place and Dave’s is the ticket! From the minute you walk in to place your order, the staff was very friendly and helpful! Hats off to Abner! He learned every customer’s name as they came in to order and remembered them till you left and he thanked you and said see you tomorrow! I can’t promise I’ll be back exactly tomorrow but it will definitely be soon! The cheesesteaks were great and also the seasoned crinkle fries!

The food there is cooked water and comes out very hot and fresh. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and very helpful. My mother-in-law goes in there often and they always treat her so kindly. I brought my kids in there today and the staff was so warm and friendly and they were so polite. The restaurant is very clean and the entire facility was clean. I like that you can see into the kitchen and the gentleman that was cooking was following excellent food safe procedures. I will definitely be coming back. They have an excellent happy hour and the staff is very kind in explaining everything in detail. If you have not been I highly recommend checking them out. We tried the pretzel pizza and my kids absolutely loved it.

I drove an hour to Big Dave's to get pretzels from his Philly Pretzel Factory portion of the store. However, I decided to also order cheesesteaks & they were amazing! Full of meat. Honestly, I have only had a cheesesteak like that at one of the top cheesesteak places actually in Philly! I need to add that the two staff that were working there were so welcoming. The chef even called me Ms. Stacy & asked me how I was doing. The store was very clean. Check them out!

Stopped by with my daughter for our first time and it definitely won't be our last! We were treated with such great service and vibes from Chino, Tay Tay and Dee. The cheesesteak was packed with whiz and provolone, had a good meat to bread ratio. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and cooked in fresh oil. Everything we ate was incredibly well seasoned. The crew offered us a sample of their banana pudding, it was creamy, well balanced, and overall very tasty. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon!

10 out of 10 this place is amazing. Ive been a cook for 20 years, best philly cheesesteak I've ever had, hands down. The fresh ingredients and made-to-order food is what makes Big Dave's Cheesesteaks out of this world! The staff is what makes Big Dave's special. Super nice and helpful. I should have let her talk me into the drink, looks like they had a great selection, too bad the Pepsi machine was blocking my view. I will se you again my friends and keep up the impeccable work

The sandwiches were good, I feel like my husband‘s cheesesteak with whiz looked way more robust and full, like a traditional Philly cheesesteak, then mine that had American plus provolone, lettuce, sweet peppers, and mayo. The bread was fresh and soft, but for my cheesesteak, it felt like the bread overpowered the steak in volume. As you can see from the pictures, one is way more stuffed than the other. The taste was good, though, and seemed authentic. The sweet peppers did not add a whole lot of flavor probably because there were not very many of them. I was excited to be able to order Philly pretzel Company, pretzels, we ordered the six for $10 option. They tasted fresh and arrived hot, which is the best way to eat a Philly pretzel! I would probably come back here again and see if my skimpy was a one off. The service was fine, and the decor is ok, take it or leave it. All in all, this is a nice option to get a good cheesesteak.
