I just went through the drive thru, and our barista was Emma. She greeted me with the biggest smile and was super sweet! She honestly made my day because of her vibes❤️
Kaitlyn is so kind she was patient when we ordered although we ordered multiple times even though there was a impatient customer although they were short staffed she was very patient understanding and nice
Every time I come to this store, I’m in and out quickly. I went inside today and the girl recommended the new protein matcha drink. Needless to say, it was amazing, and the service was incredibly fast.
Amazing service. I do local deliveries in the area and I always stop here because they have great service. Would recommend to anyone.

Wish every Starbucks had such a relaxed environment as this one. Lots of room and space for people to move around do their thing. Not just in the store but the whole area of this location is in general is nice and quiet and chill. So if you like loud machine noises and lots of people everywhere don’t come here.
I wish I remembered the managers on duties name from this past Monday but she was amazing…the staff worked so hard,together, and was very pleasant. It was a great environment to be in. Great job
I came in around a month ago and the baristas really set the tone of the store. They were attentive, genuine, and kind! I think their names were Jay and Zoi? I Definitely will be coming back thanks to them!
This Starbucks consistently delivers an excellent experience when I visit! The drinks are always made perfectly, the store is clean and welcoming, and the baristas are friendly and efficient—even during busy times. Their green apron barista, Ingrid, is always pleasant and striking up a conversation while I wait for my order. I especially want to recognize the management team for doing a fantastic job (Yazmin, Jas, Rodrigo). Their leadership clearly shows in how well the team works together, the positive atmosphere, and the great customer service. It’s obvious the managers truly support their staff and care about their customers. Keep up the amazing work!
I just have to say how AMAZING the Starbucks at Mitchell Hammock & City Plaza in Oviedo is! They are always super fast, organized, and so friendly. Even when they’re busy, they move the line quickly and still make my drink perfectly every single time. What really stands out to me is that they always remember my cup of ice with my coffee without me even having to ask. That kind of attention to detail truly makes me feel valued as a customer. The whole team works so hard and it definitely shows. Thank you for being consistent, efficient, and always making my mornings better! -Giovanna ❤️

Kevin is the best Barista! He’s such a positive light and makes my drink to perfection every time! His consistency is amazing!
I love to study at this location cause it is a great environment and the customer service is amazing! I especially love Dylan and Kevin because they give great customer service, are very friendly and make very consistent drinks which I adore!
I have been to this location several time and received good service and well made drinks. Folks here are attentive and customer service minded, in my experience. It always has a rough in/out traffic flow... no the store’s fault, but makes it hard to quickly “drop in”!

Very friendly, bright environment with lots of indoor seating. Good coffees, teas, light food/snacks/desserts. They support a missions organization in Haiti, featuring their pictures across the room. Mitchell's is right in the middle of Lakeland's Saturday farmer's market, so be aware of that for visiting or parking!
Standard starbucks. Beyond standard service. Almost every time I go here, an employee strands out for their service. Coffee is overpriced, and now that they don't filter brew, I find myself going a lot less. But the service is excellent every time..
The staff here is AMAZING. friendly, kind, and two times I’ve had different staff members compliment my hair or outfit. They’re losing two stars because the location has removed the ability to leave tips with credit card. I hate this. As someone who never has cash but who wants to thank the team for their great service, this is frustrating for me as a customer. We should be able to reward great service through any payment, especially since tips are a crucial part of how these employees are able to make rent. 5/5 for the employees. Management or corporate, whoever is responsible, please do better.
I frequently come to this Starbucks to work on schoolwork. During one of my more recent visits I experienced sub par customer service with a male employee (I believe his name was Clay). It was corrected very quickly by another female employee (I believe her name was June). She was quick to help me with my simple issue. It was disheartening to feel initially shut down, and intimidating to return to the counter to get the issue resolved. Thankfully June stepped up instead of the previous employee. Later on, I overheard the same male employee seemingly lecture the female employees. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them in the past, but this is the first time I noticed something like this and have it negatively impact my experience here. It was very disruptive to my work and I feel like the conversation could’ve been held behind the line as opposed to in front of all of the customers. It’s just not tasteful to be talking negatively about other coworkers so openly with other employees.

We called the general manager to let them know, and they understood and explained that the staff is not newly trained, but rather a collection of transfers from other Starbucks with "bad habits." Okay, makes sense. My main problem is that they're the only Starbucks that doesn't fill the cup all the way up. That goes for the ceramic cups I have in the photo, and for the standard paper cups. Not sure what's up with that. My advice? Hit up the Starbucks on Red Bug just a few miles down the road. They'll at least give you what you paid for.
This is one of the worst Starbucks locations, but it is conveniently located. So, if you’d like to torture yourself like me, take a deep breath and try to chill out. Your orders will not be done correctly and on time. They seem to be regularly out of things like proper lids and sleeves. Also, they're very frequently out of food and drink items. Not just one food item, but several. Most of the staff is not friendly and ignore you when you ask a question. They will also have the protests for the union on the corner of the main road and be shut down randomly due to their staff protesting. When I have the time and I don’t have the dog with me, I will make the extra distance to the Starbucks at the Oviedo target. That one is top-notch!
I’m sorry I’ve tried for so long not to write this review. But I place my order before I leave home which is 10 min away. Today I waited 15 min to place the mobile order before leaving .. It’s NEVER ready when I get there. Ever!! It’s just a Nitro. I always have to ask for it once I arrive. What is the point of mobile order? It would be faster to just place the order once I arrive. Something is off w the mobile ordering

Although I wouldn't say I like giving negative feedback, it's hard not to in this instance. I hope it sparks improvement. This particular Starbucks is the worst I've encountered. The lack of urgency and below-par customer service were disappointing. Despite waiting over 40 minutes, my order was still incorrect—the wrong sizes and drinks were not appropriately made. I hope some changes come to this location.
Make sure you check your drink. Ordered a venti and when I got home only have the cup was full. $8.53 for a tall basically. Also tried calling the store to let them know but no one picks up the phone.
This is by far the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. Today will be my last day going to this location. The staff is rude and does not acknowledge customers who come in. Even when the customer says good morning, they will just ignore you or look at you with a blank stare. I have been waiting on Starbucks to send me a survey on my order from this store and they never do. They only send me surveys on Starbucks stores that give amazing service. Maybe this store has there survey turned off. The store at 305 Mitchell Hammock is horrible. I hope someone sees this and makes changes.
I am the type of person who stops by Starbucks every day for coffee. I have not had the best experience at this location every time I went, so I try to avoid it and drive to the next available one. Today I was in drive thru, didn’t get a chance to finish my order, did not hear anyone else answering me, therefore I drove to the window. The person at the window register was not friendly, added a sandwich to my order and returned with a burnt sandwich. I’ve always loved the customer service at Starbucks but each time I go here, the workers seem to not care about their customers. I never get any napkins if I order food, but they don’t hesitate to ask for a tip each time.
The employees here care more about socializing amongst themselves than providing service to their customers. They act like you’re an inconvenience. Must be their unionized arrogance.
2.8.2026 9 employees visible when I walked in, not a single one of them said hello, and asked to address me.And they were not all doing things.... From a customer's perspective, individual chat should come to a complete halt.When a customer comes in the door ManagemEnt either needs to find better employees or figure out a way a train them better No one greets you when you walk in. Sunday morning. 1 car in drive thru. 1 person in. 2 staffers in site. No one says good morning. Approach counter. No one asks what you need. You tell them....you are here to pick up. ... theybjust say ok.... no update. No wait time. No informing other staff you are there... so they know to handle and time manage your order. The other staff member puts it on the counter and walks away... Not letting me know that.It's that order and actually puts the name facing away.So you can't see it. I'm pretty sure all of the things that these staffers didn't do are all in the description of things they should be doing.... They should be greeting you.They should be asking you what you need and they should be handling your order and giving it to you when it's ready.
The service was terrible. They took more than 20 minutes to prepare a simple order, and instead of hurrying up, they started chatting among themselves while the order remained unprepared. They were truly incompetent.
World’s longest drive thru line. You order on app for a quick fast pick up right?! Wrong!!!! You will wait 30 mins in the drive thru line. Why even offer drive thru pick up if you don’t have a line for the pick up orders alone?? Fix your crappy process.
Just went today, said its open to 8PM online. Was not the only one there. Maybe update hours. Many people waiting in the drive thru line.

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Ordered 4 drinks and received 2 of them pretty quickly. Waited over 20 minutes for the last 2 drinks. How does that happen? I had to ask twice about my order. “You’re next was the answer”, when clearly that was not the case. Very unorganized.
I ordered online 4/4/2019 around 430pm while at work. A co-worker of mine was making a starbucks run for the office. She had to fight whoever was there to give me my order. I ordered two cake pops and the Iced Caramel cloud macchiato. Whoever worked there was fighting my co-worker that I did not order a coffee. They didn't want to give it to her. Finally someone else made it but put so much foam in the coffee that by the time she arrived the cup was half empty and the foam was gone. I love starbucks but I am VERY disappointed that this happened. I paid for my coffee i expect the cup to be full and it was half empty. Dont think I will be ordering from this location again anytime soon. The photo attached has not even been sipped from. Very disappointed.
I saw a lot of other people being asked for their names for their orders I was the only one who was not asked for name Not that I care for but I feel it’s disrespectful
I went there 2 weeks ago and was treated very poorly by one of the baristas. This isn’t the first time she has treated me poorly, I no longer go inside because of it, and I’ve told many people about the occurrence. I didn’t want to leave a review at first but the interaction was so appalling that I felt I needed to, especially after reading other comments describing similar experiences.
They aren’t open on a Saturday morning?!?!?! Wooooow ok cool!

This location is always slow and inefficient, but I go occasionally because it’s the only one in the area. Today I got home after ordering in the drive thru and found that the staff at this location had the nerve to serve me a burnt croissant. This is just rude….no other way to put it. No care for customer experience, no concern that I spent money on a food item and won’t even be able to enjoy it. I don’t think I’ll be going back here after this.
So this is the closest Starbucks to me living in the area. I walked it at 6:49 ordered at 6:53 and left at 7:25 while I’m not worried about the wait. I’m more upset that my order was wrong. I do appreciate the atmosphere and the greeting from multiple employees upon entry. I ordered two vainilla blonde lattes with Oat-milk. I spent around 15 dollars just on coffee. I would expect it to be correct. Another issue I had was looking online to order I saw that they had the Pecan crunch Latte with oat-milk though I wanted to make sure I know it’s seasonal online says they have it and was told they don’t in person understandable thought the employee who took my order relayed the order back to me and she said oat milk and my coffee did not have oat milk. They did give out free cups I’m great full but please do better!

However, I believe there are for sure some issues that need fixing. To start, whenever I order a strawberry acai with water it is most of the time lacking a lot of flavor. I mean this, sometimes I will get the drink and it will literally taste liken water. It is very disapointing assuming I am being charged such a high price for it. I just dont understand why i would pay so much and it doesnt even taste like anything, please fix this. Also, when me and my friend come and we get starbucks that we ordered on the app they mess hers up a good 8/10 times recently. I just dont understand how this is even possible. There was an instance where she asked them if they could remake the drink and they said "sure thing!" but ended up remaking another drink that was exactly the same as the one she needed redone. It is just very frustrating that this keeps happening especially when it costs so much. To any managers who may see this, please just make necessary changes. I would love to support you guys but it is becoming hard with all of these recurring issues.

Ordered two pumpkin spice lattes, one was great and the other was just hot water with cold foam. Added pictures to show color differences. Very disappointed

The food and drinks are like any other Starbucks but the drive thru line is ALWAYS so long. It takes excessively long to get through it. Don’t bother ordering in the app because it’ll be watered down by the time you get to the window .
