It wasn’t very busy when we walked in but that didn’t change the staff from giving us excellent service. The customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. Even the restaurant was clean and looked pretty nice. If you’re looking for good poké in the Oviedo area Pokéworks is where it’s at.

Madison was great!! Also the new black garlic aioli sauce was delicious!!

I don’t eat sushi but love the hot plates that they also offer at Poke works. The Hulu Hulu chicken plate is my favorite. I do agree with some of the other comments that portion sizes vary on occasion but I will still give them 5 stars because the food is delicious and I eat too much anyway so small portion sizes are actually good for me!

This place rocks. Not only do they have delicious bowls but I ordered online and messed up the order (made things too spicy). I stopped the next day to just inquire what had made it so spicy. The owner helped and gave me a new bowl just the way I liked it. Can’t miss this place and hope it stays around for a long long time. Don’t mess it if you like poke bowls. Can’t say enough good about it

Very delicious food. I am a guy who hasn’t had much Poke in my life. Maybe like twice before coming here. But since I’ve been here, I’ve just been wanting to come back and back. I just think it a really cool concept that was executed very well. Like a chipotle or subway but for Poke. The food is of quite good quality, especially the ahi! I love this place and they have great service as well!

Everytime I come here, the food has been great. George was super friendly and was an overall great assist when I was creating my bowl. I would definitely keep coming here.

Sometimes it’s not just about the food. Lunch was good, quick, and worth the price, but the service and atmosphere earned the great review. Impeccably clean and well taken care of restaurant that makes you feel fresh and the food you eat healthy. They take pride in their business and what they do. Much success! Will definitely return.

The staff said I looked like the ‘Russian guy’ from stranger things, and my daughter slipped on the wet floor in here (her fault, warning sign was out), but the poke is well worth the physical pain and deep-rooted emotional damage. Will continue coming back for the masterful combination of great food and personal distress. (To be clear to the owner and staff, this was meant in good fun. Staff, especially recently, has always been super nice, personable, and we’ve never had a bad experience. We’ll keep coming back!)

Employee (Raven) was nice and the meals she prepared were well made. FYI: Parking lot is busy and crowded (being in a plaza full of other restaurants) during peak hour times. You may just have to do a lap or two at times.

I decided to try again recently and the last two times I’ve been here were like when they first opened. I’m excited to be back eating these delicious sushi bowls!

Staff is quick and kind! Food is soooooo good was nervous about the fast food vibe but it’s not fast food taste, gives high quality restaurant experience!

The food is fresh and tasted amazing. Friendly staff that was very patient with my family as we tried to figure our meal out. It was very clean and well taken care of. My only recommendation is to lock the back door. As a customer and only two young employees I felt a little unsafe. I think at night the back door should be locked and a customer should only enter where you can see them in the front door.

I’m pretty new to liking poke and ahi tuna. The only other time I’ve eaten poke was on a recent trip to Hawaii (where the tuna was so fresh and delicious)… well Pokeworks did not disappoint. The food was great, the service was friendly and the space cute. Will definitely be back!

The girls on staff today were absolutely amazing. They always are. They take the time to prepare the food the way you want it. Their attitude is fabulous and they do a great job of getting what you want. I would highly recommend this place. the food is very healthy quality and fresh. The staff always makes a pleasurable.

This place is a hidden gem! Absolutely delicious! You get so much for the price and the options will satisfy anyone's taste! Sophia and Raven were so sweet, offering their recommendations and being patient as this was our first time so we had lots of decisions to make. Raven explained what everything was and Sophia created one of the best poke bowls I've ever had! We will most definitely be back!!! I would've taken photos but I ate too fast and forgot lol

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, around 2pm. Only one other group in the restaurant! We were greeted right away and had our food in minutes. The bowls were excellent, good portion, tasted fresh. Lemonade was kinda weird. We will be back!

Abby was super nice!! I was very disappointed tho when she puts the avocado scoop on my bowl and it cost more than a dollar. The avocado was not even half of the avocado. Also, the portions for the proteins was really sad too. For $15 I would've expected it to fill me up. I think it could've been five stars if they gave you more proteins and more avocado and toppings for the amount that they charge.

I tried this place with a friend who loves poke! The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I tried the burrito roll with shrimp and tuna, but wasn't crazy about it. I was hoping to have a tempura shrimp/veggie option. I like trying new restaurants and went here solely because of my friend. I'm not a huge fan of sushi, but figured there would be cooked alternatives offered (and there were - chicken, shrimp and scallops). The 3-star rating is based on my experience of the food. For what it's worth, I think my friend liked her poke bowl.

Every time my friend and I come to this Pokeworks, the employee who wears the arm sleeve always has an attitude. When we walk up and see it’s him, we instantly know he’s about to be rude. He has horrible customer service. The past two times I’ve gotten the salmon poke bowl I have been stabbed by bones while eating it. Not a pleasant experience after dealing with a rude averse employee. We’ve dined in once before and while sitting there the employees informed us the lobby of the restaurant was “closing” an hour and a half before the actual closing time. Weird place.

When the owner is in, he’s really sweet so it’s upsetting to write this review. We have always asked for the spicy salmon to be cut in smaller pieces since my partner has ARFID and the owner said it was and never will be an issue, just ask for it. The second to last time we were there, employees gave us attitude for picking up our food to go around 8:30pm, even though they close at 9 (I understand, I’ve been working in restaurants for almost ten years now but that’s why we place the order an hour before close and we pick it up 30 minutes before doors lock, never eating inside), employees said they couldn’t cut it smaller and gave a lot of attitude about it. We told them the owner said they would cut it smaller if asked, and immediately the response changed to “okay”. We haven’t eaten there in almost two months because of the incident, but tried again tonight and I asked for the spicy salmon to be cut smaller. They didn’t cut it smaller, and they gave grey pieces of salmon in the bowl which makes it inedible, we’ll be looking out for food poisoning and contacting the health department. My partner has ARFID and we paid almost $50 for two bowls including tip, this isn’t fair to them because now they’re too skeeved out to eat tonight, and we definitely won’t be back unless we’re getting service from the owner/franchise owner. Not to mention we paid double avocado and they just put an entire avocado in the bowl, we had to cut it up ourselves. It’s really sad because the owner seems to be trying his best since the place isn’t busy, but his employees are costing him major money. Other reviews pretty much align with mine.

This store seems to be running by little kids that had no idea of what are they’re doing. They’re always messing up the orders. For the past month we had to call the store after we had placed the order just to make sure they read everything that we order and to remind them to include the extra sauce. Even after they had confirmed everything, they still forget to include one or two ingredients. The few times that they got the order right, we still had to called them and tell them that the amount of ingredients were wrong. Tonight we called again after placing the order and they didn’t tell us that they had ran out plastic bowls and instead we got the food in one of those square cartons and when we opened it, the food was a mess, It looked very disgusting and the carton was soaked with sauce. Impossible to eat. We have talk to several managers about this problem and they have apologized and refunded our money. But this is not how you run a business, someone needs to train those kids a lot better because they don’t have a clue how on how to prepare an order. We won’t be doing business with them anymore.

My disappointment is strictly based on portions. I ordered double protein and got what looked like less than half of 1. Very disappointed in how little my over all portions were given this meal, bowl alone, cost 16 dollars. I ordered online so I wasn't in store to watch my order get made. Over all food was delicious, this was my 1st experience definitely hope my next is better.

Not only did he not offer any solution he just kept insisting we were wrong and had a stern unfriendly tone with us. We tried explaining the situation but the man wanted to hear none of it and just kept insisting that it was our fault and that we leave.
