Ford's Garage Oviedo

My first time i went for my birthday appetizer the wings were real good. The oviedo location has great music. Did not finish the wings so I brought them home for my hubby. Brooke was great she above and beyond asked me if I wanted to have dessert thar I took home for later. I will definitely come back. I live in Sanford the one there is not open yet.

I came here on a Sunday morning, and the atmosphere was great. We were greeted by the hosts, who were very sweet and welcoming. Our server, Tyler, made sure to carefully listen to our orders and repeated them back to us, which I don’t see very often anymore. He also recommended a dish that wasn’t on the menu, which was nice because it showed that the servers genuinely enjoy the food themselves. The food came out and was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I went and Isaiah was the best server I think I've had at any restaurant. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was very clean but it does not compare to his stellar service. Every time I needed something he had it as fast as he could, he made sure all of our needs were met and in prompt time while maintaining a great personality the entire time (even throughout a rush)!

Stopped by for lunch! Devin our bartender was amazing! Super friendly, quick and just a positive person! Great service! I had the Estate Burger! Like wow! Definitely will come back for the food and the top notch service!

Nicholas was awesome! We went to the Oviedo FL location! First time here and I had the Model A burger. My first bite was like WOW, Now I know what all the hype is. I didn't order fries because I'm picky about my fries, but my daughter had some and I tried them and oh man, they were amazing! The vibe was chill, not too loud. Great service. He kept checking on us but not too much so that it was annoying. I will definitely come here again! Hands down 10 times better than 5 guy's!!!

My server Kelly was great! Very personable and attentive , knew the menu and was able to answer questions and made recommendations. Great place to take the family for dinner. Typical American restaurant food. I wouldn’t say it’s a couples date night destination, seems more aimed for men and families. But overall good quality and atmosphere

We’ve been going for a while now and they just added an item to the limited menu. The Ahi tuna bowl is the best!! It’s a light and refreshing alternative to burgers and some heavier items they have. Can’t wait to go back and order it again. The wait staff and ambiance is always a plus, too. If you like Ahi tuna, try the bowl. Would love to see it permanently on the menu!

I came here to eat and the food was great but not nearly as comparable as the service provided by our server Hannah. she was so attentive, made sure to deliver all of our food with a quickness never before known to man. the restaurant was jam packed and i was in awe of how she handled all of her duties with such prompt professionalism.

Came in for a quick lunch and was incredibly impressed with the food and service here. I had Kelly as my server and she was awesome in helping me pick out what I would like! I could definitely tell that Kelly and the rest of the staff enjoy their jobs because the energy here is just super positive and friendly. Highly recommend.

A coworker and I decided to stop here for lunch. I was ready to order my burger without a bun because I have Celiac’s. To my surprise they have GF items indicated on their menu. I finally got to have a burger with a bun and it did not disappoint. I am ready to bring my family back for dinner. Cassidy was very attentive. She made sure that we had everything we needed. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

I had such a great experience at Ford’s Garage! The atmosphere was fun and unique, and the food was absolutely delicious. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our server, Tyler. He was incredibly friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. He gave excellent recommendations, checked in at the right times, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His positive energy honestly made the whole meal even better. Highly recommend this location.

so it was my first time at Fords Garage. Atmosphere great felt very animal crossing meets america core. Food was good, i mean it’s a “specialty burger” but it’s like any other burger. fries had a bit too much pepper but Delaney really made everything stand out. She was funny, and kind. I was disappointed that there are no reserved parking spots for Ford cars 🤣🤣 They should have special parking for at least Mustangs 😁 The decor is very original. Door handles are gas pump handles, urinals are kegs, sinks are wheels with tires. It will be interesting if the new Sanford location can deliver at the same level.

Great atmosphere, love the decor, and most of all the food was excellent. The hostess Hannah was so sweet and welcoming. For dinner our favorite was the Brisket Burnt Ends Melt. Loved it! The Asian chicken salad is really good as well. Our server Kyla was so accommodating and friendly. She made us feel right at home.

I got the Jiffy Burger and added bacon jam and jalapeños. It was incredible! I wanted to take a picture of the burger with their amber beer, but I waited 10 min for the beer and didn't want to eat a cold burger. It should have been 2 minutes, tops. The onion rings were a great starter. Fun ambiance!

I really enjoy all of the decorations and there’s a full bar in the back. The service was spectacular and I never ran out of sweet tea. We started with the fried pickles and I forgot to even get a picture of them- they were gone so fast. Absolutely delicious. I got the fish and chips. The tatar sauce was creamy and tangy 👌

Was greeted by Brooke almost immediately as soon as I sat down, she was super nice and very caring about my table and our dinner experience. When we went outside and our car was dead Brooke did us the favor of jumpstarting our vehicle. 10/10 experience honestly made me a regular in a single visit. It was just an all around great night. I will definitely return to try everything. I recommend what was recommended to me but definitely worth trying everything. If u haven’t been definitely a must try.

Wow, what a great dinner! My wife and I split the seared ahi tuna appetizer and a highway 101 burger rare. Both food items were really good. It was quite crowded when we arrived with a 30-45 minute wait but we had used call ahead seating and sat in a requested booth immediately. They do send text updates, so if you use it you should check it on your way there. The fries were also superb, hot with just the right seasoning (sea salt?). I almost knocked the atmosphere down a star because it was so noisy when we arrived but then got a bit calmer. Our server Devin was really good as were the hostesses. They do offer a 10% military discount. We will definitely return!

I’ve always wanted to try this place. It’s a chain similar to Applebees but its theme is all Ford and car stuff. My husband got a Jiffy Burger with peanut butter and I got a bison burger. Both were cooked as requested and super tasty. We went on a weekday and were seated quickly in a booth, service was quick and plenty of parking. Fun theme and atmosphere if you’re into Classic Americana vibes. Would return again.

Food and atmosphere was great. Good experience. Everything is car themed. Even the sinks and urinals in the bathroom. Food tastes amazing. Got a crispy chicken sandwhich with fries & tomato and basil soup. The chicken was a bit greasy but it tasted good. The soup creamy & very good. For drinks a strawberry lemonade and a espresso martini. The martini is very strong so keep that in mind. Service was great. Our waitress Gracie stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was OK. Didn't rush us. She went above and beyond.

We had such a great experience today at Ford's Garage thanks to our server, Gilda. From the moment we sat down she was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped answer our questions without making us feel rushed. On top of that, she had such a great personality and was genuinely friendly, which made our whole lunch outing even more enjoyable. It’s always nice when someone clearly cares about the service they’re giving, and Gilda definitely does. She really made our visit stand out. I will definitely be coming back and asking for her again. Thank you, Gilda, for such great service!

I had a really great experience at Ford's Garage, and a big part of that was Alex at the bar. He were super friendly right from the start and made me feel comfortable right away. Even though it was pretty busy, he checked in on me often and made sure I had everything I needed. The drinks were made well and came out fast. He also gave me a couple recommendations that ended up being spot on. Will definitely be back and sit at the bar again.

This was a lot of fun! The atmosphere and decor brought back memories. The food was fabulous! The service was spot on. I can't wait to bring more friends and family here!

Steak was big, cooked well but too salty. Sweet tea was ok at best. Potatoes were fine and some were nicely toasted. Scrambled eggs with cheese in a small sized pot was neat and a good gooey. Music started good but decayed off into low tier pop country noise. Play more 90s music. Refill of drink took a very long time.

A classic Ford’s Garage! The food was great, the atmosphere was EVEN BETTER, and the service from the hostesses were amazing but our server was just okay. It seems that the women working bring much more energy and customer service than the men who served us. The burgers were delicious and we had plenty of leftovers! This location definitely meets my standards for a sit down burger restaurant and I would recommend that you try this place for dinner!

We went on a busy Saturday night and had about a 15 minute wait. It was our first time there and the place was packed. The automotive theme is interesting and well done. We started with the Giant Funnel Tower of Piston Onion Rings. It is an impressive looking tower served in an oil can with chipotle ketchup and ranch. The rings were crisp but very greasy, with oil visibly running down the can. The heavy breading was quite filling. The chipotle ketchup leaned too sweet for my taste. The beer was cold and the service was good. For my main, I ordered the High Octane Burger with pepper jack, guacamole, chipotle ketchup, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and fresh jalapeños on a brioche bun. I asked for medium rare, but it arrived fully cooked. Despite that, it was still flavorful and juicy. The tater tots were crisp and well done. My wife ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger on a pretzel bun. It was also cooked through. The mushrooms and Swiss were good, and the pretzel bun was lightly toasted but cold and dense and she ended up not eating the bun. Overall, the food was good, the service was good, and the atmosphere is better than most chain restaurants.

Last night I had the chance to experience this restaurant for dinner. I had their Black and Blue burger and kettle chips. It was a nice size and the burger was very tender. It even came on a pretzel bun. The food was very good and hearty. The service was okay, the place was a bit crowded and started to get busy. The atmosphere was very nostalgic and retro. They have antique cars, old license plates, gas pumps, and the napkin holders are actual towels. The place is nice and you can have a great meal.

The atmosphere was fun, we’d never been to a Ford’s Garage ever. Our server said they specialize in burgers, beers and bathrooms. So we asked for her opinion in burgers and went with two of the recommendations. I’m fussy, I don’t like still bleeding burgers, but I do like some pink and definitely prefer juicy burgers to dry ones. I ordered mine medium well; my husband ordered his medium. Both came out well done. Mine was very dry and the bbq sauce was so minimal it wasn’t noticeable at all. His had many juicy toppings so he didn’t struggle like I did. Our server only asked us once if things were okay after the majority of the meal was consumed. Mine was so dry I stopped eating it and filled up on tater tots (which were seasoned nicely!). Will I give them another chance? Yes, I think unless it’s an astronomical mess up, most things deserve second chances. Just not anytime soon, food is too expensive to leave nauseated and frustrated. (The nausea is from greasy foods and not their fault, I ordered the tater tots).

The food and table service were excellent, easily 10/10. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the food quality was great. I ordered truffle fries for $5.99 and received an embarrassingly small portion — roughly 18 full fries, with the rest being crumbs and broken pieces (photo included next to a measuring cup for scale). This is absolutely not worth the price. I contacted the restaurant at approximately 8:45 PM on Saturday, December 20th. The host told me the manager was too busy to come to the phone. I explained that this was poor customer service and that receiving crumbs instead of a proper portion of fries was unacceptable. She offered a $2–$3 discount on my takeout order, which I declined. I wasn’t looking for a token discount — I wanted the restaurant to be aware of the issue and to have reasonable standards for the prices being charged. For context, a full meal with a sandwich and fries costs about $15.99, yet a side of fries alone is nearly $6. Even accounting for the truffle upgrade, the portion size is completely disproportionate. If I’m paying almost $6 for fries, I expect a full, standard-sized serving, not leftovers from the bottom of the fryer. Very disappointing experience and poor value

We arrived excited to try out this new restaurant and unfortunately were left standing at the host stand (no host/ team member present there) for 10+ minutes without being seated or even acknowledged by anyone. Multiple servers and kitchen staff saw us standing there but just walked on by or ignored us completely. We visited at noon on a weekday, the restaurant didn’t appear busy, just a handful of tables with guests and a few folks seated at the bar. We finally just chose our own table and took our seats (3 of us), truly disappointing start to our dining experience. Another patron arrived shortly after us, he had the same problem at the host stand, sat himself at a nearby table and after waiting about 10 minutes without receiving service, he stood up and left the restaurant. We should have done the same thing. Service was slow, inattentive and errors with our order. Server was not impolite but showed little concern over our dining experience, the quality of our meal or needs at the table (missing silverware). We ordered simple lunch meal - 2 soups, 1 appetizer to share, 1 entree and 1 side item plus ice teas - the bill came to almost $80. The food itself was subpar and disappointing in portion size considering the prices. It was our first and last time for this restaurant.
