They're always wonderful, kind, quick, and so friendly. I've always loved subway, and I've been to many, all over the continent and a few overseas... this is by far my favorite. there is a shorter, a little older, extremely kind, woman who works there and has for many years. She was there back when I was living out of the area and my visits home she would let me practice my (awful) Spanish to order my sandwich so I wouldn't forget (since I lived where there were virtually ZERO Spanish as a first language speaking people 🤦🏼‍♂️). Now that I'm home, and i order it through the app mostly, she always makes me feel confident in knowing my sandwich is going to be exactly what I ordered and never misses a chance to say "hola" as I pick up and go. She not only deserves to be recognized as an amazing employee - she deserves a raise. I would go out of the way to get a sandwich from her, as opposed to any other subway or sandwich shop. Honestly.

We got a catering order for a number of sandwiches. They were ready on time and made correctly. Pretty much what you’d expect, which is what you want!

Tucked away near the corner close to Lucky's Supermarket, this Subway's staff is friendly. No issues at all with in store orders. Parking can be tight as the location is between a busy Lucky's and Rite Aid. No place to eat outside makes it a take out place for us.

I ordered online and the service was extremely quick. The server was even kind enough to ask whether I meant to select "no condiments" (I had missed that step 🥴) and she offered me a large selection of prepackaged condiments to take with me. The sandwich was very carefully put together and was exactly what I had ordered.

Food and people are great. I always get a horrible feeling of self hatred every time I say I don't want any vegetables on my meatball marinara, but the place is nice.

This place is so clean. I worked here along with alot of other places but Tomas makes sure you are clean and his store is too. If it's not to perfection then he says "No." If you want a good clean place with nice ppl then go here.

We are treated like friends when we dine here. We often come a couple of times a week to pick up a quick sandwich. Thomas, Margarita and the balance of the team great us with a smile and make us feel welcome. Food is of the highest quality and of the standard Subway fair. They do offer sourdough bread. The cheerful greeting and attention to detail and the ability to pick up the pace when the line starts to heads towards the door at lunch time. Is the reason to come for lunch. Parking is plentiful. Restaurant is keep very clean.

This is a small hole in the wall Subway in a cute shopping center in Pacific Grove. Efficient, never too busy, friendly staff. Great place for a quick lunch.

This Subway, located on the corner of Franklin and Calle Principal in beautiful downtown Monterey is the best Subway in town. The day time servers, Frank, Xochil and Jasmin are fantastic. Their customer service is awesome. They have yet to disappoint. If you're looking for a fresh, for the most part, healthy meal, then this is the Subway to go to.

Workers did their best with only two people just before lunch. One was clearly new and shadowing the other, so it was more like one and a half. Please hire more people

I don't know about this place anymore. Everytime now I get something I end up regretting it. This used to be the go to spot for a sandwich but now it's a go to spot for a stomach ache. Della Rose Deli is my go to spot now . They might he a little bit more pricey but it's well worth it.

Subway in Pacific grove is so dirty and my first time I go in a subway that is dirty in my whole life!. And there is a stack of dirty tray. And salads all over the floor. I mean it was dirty!

I mean the quality has been falling for years, now the service too? Might as well post for bankruptcy if you're gonna hire the worst people to run your stores.

I have never felt so disrespected! The two wemon didn't understand English fully, which is fine, but they were frustrated at me for it! I asked for "everything BUT olives". They didn't understand what I was saying. She kept picking up olives then rolled her eyes when I said no, no olives. Her and her friend, that also worked there, then started speaking Spanish to eachother about me. I understand Spanish. What they were saying was absurdly inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional! She then didn't put what I asked for in my sandwich, put way to much mayonnaise after I asked her to stop! She then cut the sandwich halfway and rapped it without closing it. This whole time still continuing to say rude things in Spanish.

Now, Subway is offering a $6.99 footlong, .. the problem is that none of the Monterey area Subways honor these coupons (coupon code 699FL) (which all have to be used through their silly app - I HATE app ordering). Eventually, I called the guy who owns all or most of the Monterey area Subways. That guy is a true stinker, ... I suggested having one single meal deal price and some other simple changes which customers would really like. For example, most people have a favorite sandwich, ... they don't want a separate meal deal for each day of the week, ... and so on. After several experiences like this at the Pacific Grove and Monterey locations, I decided to abandon Subway permanently. I suggest you vote with your pocketbook and do the same.

Nope I'm good I come home n it's so sloppy and crushed I threw it away. I give them a 5 star for days and not even a 1 star at night.
