Been here twice now. Both times were absolutely delicious! Good portion size and they had all fresh food out. I've tried the pulled pork and shrimp. Great flavor and seasoning. Very tender. The cilantro noodles have a great texture. There are multiple sauces to zest up your bowl, as well. Will be back soon!

Meh. I was excited to try this place, but it was pretty subpar. I appreciate the gluten-free options, but the food itself was disappointing. The chicken didn’t seem like real, quality chicken, the rice was overcooked and clumped together, and the food ranged from lukewarm to cold. A few of the workers weren't very nice. It feels like a knockoff of Naked Farmer, which actually uses and lists real ingredients on the wall. Honestly, this place left me questioning where the food is sourced from. I won’t be rushing back.

I have been coming to this location for a while, and I usually receive great service. However, today was different. When I arrived, it seemed like there was someone new on the team, possibly on their first day. I ordered a large bowl with double noodles, but he only gave me one scoop. Additionally, he limited the amount of portions I could get. When I finally reached the register, both the manager on duty and the cashier looked at my bowl and asked him if I had received a large or regular size. I told her it was supposed to be a large, but the portions looked small. She simply said "okay" and charged me for the large bowl. After I processed my payment, I overheard the manager reviewing the standards for the large bowl with the new employee. I was truly disappointed that neither the manager nor the cashier intervened to correct the situation, especially after recognizing that my bowl was incorrect. Bolay is on the pricier side, so paying for a large and not receiving the expected quantity was very frustrating. Overall, I was disgusted and disappointed with my experience today.

I love Bolay but for some Reason the Northlake location is just horrible food quality is not cooked right customer service is honestly pretty but which is weird every other location I’ve been to is great. Mybe it’s the AREA ! Owners need to step in and take care of it if you know what I mean.
