We celebrated my Aunts birthday at The Melting Pot and had an awesome time. Our waitress, Gina, was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond to make the experience fun. The food was delicious and the service made it even better. Great experience all around.

My wife surprised me with this date night, we have never been before and this place was super cute, super intimate. Leslie was our amazing waitress and walked us through what we needed to do, made the experience personal and interactive! Would come back and request her again.

We love the Melting Pot but have enjoyed their New Years Eve for the past two years. Yassine made our night the best. We hope he will be our waiter when we come back. Loved the Dubai Chocolate.

From the moment my youngest daughter (10) and I walked in we felt a warm and inviting feeling. It was a girl's night out. Gina Louise was our server her knowledge of the menu and guidance with my daughter to help teach her to cook with the grill method was exceptional. She was so attentive and making sure to check temps often. Felt like a fancy family event Gina was just so inviting and fun to dine with. We will be back for sure!!! With our last second reservation on a Sat I was amazed at the care we were given.

We had an incredible experience at The Melting Pot, and a huge part of that was our server, Ken—he was absolutely fabulous. I’ve only been to one other Melting Pot in Michigan, but this visit was far more memorable. Ken truly curated the entire experience for my date and me, making it feel special from start to finish. His recommendation of The Big Night Out with lobster was perfect, and the Yin Yang cocktail was iconic—easily a highlight of the night. Everything flowed beautifully, and Ken’s attention, knowledge, and personality elevated the evening beyond just a dinner out. We will absolutely be back—and we’ll be asking for Ken again! We had an iconic experience.

As always, an incredible experience. Never had a bad time at a Melting Pot and our waitress GinaLouise made sure of that this time. Super sweet and very funny. Food was delish as always. Overall, one of my favorite restaurants and experiences. This most recent date night my girlfriend and myself skipped out on the entree so we could get some of the extra dippers for the cheese and dessert. Glad we did, all was incredible. If it wasn’t clear, we will definitely be returning!

My wife and I had one of the best dates nights we have had in the 11 years of going out here. We came with an order in mind but got some amazing recommendations from Ginalouise on some of their best options that we couldn’t help but go with. We got the loaded baked potato starter with the Coq Au Vin entree flavoring. (Attached pictures) Above all else if they have the Bananas Foster dip for desert do not hesitate to grab it! (Did not take a picture because we were too eager to eat it sorry lmao) Definitely a return spot for us for special occasions going forward.

What a unique place to eat and experience a delicious meal. A fantastic range of drinks and a variety of different food options to fit all tastes. The portions although you may feel are small are in fact perfect. You certainly won’t come away craving anything extra. The staff are great and are very happy to advise and offer any assistance in helping you choose your options from the variety on offer. This is a wonderful place to meet for a special occasion. We had a super night of Fondue and grilling meat and salad and chocolate. We tried to Alpine trio cheese - so lovely, the Wisconsin is too - and all of the foods were amazing. Special shout out honor wonderful server Wendell who was so much fun and helped guide us through the menu so that we got the most flavor and all the tastes we love - so friendly and entertaining - can’t recommend this enough. We were here a couple of years ago, it exceeded our expectations! The food portions were very good! The quality of the food was excellent! The service was fantastic! We truly liked that we could cook our steak and seafood on a flat top. I would highly recommend that you try this method instead of the traditional method. I was able to cook my steak the way I like it. My husband and friends thought they were going to cook in the pot, they all were using my flat top! lol! We even cooked our vegetables on it. Try this place again. It was delicious, and a fun time with friends.

Gina Louise was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was so attentive, sweet, and genuinely welcoming. She checked on us at all the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive, friendly attitude that really made the whole experience special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Every course was delicious, but the s’mores chocolate fondue truly stole the show. Honestly, everything on the menu that we tried was so good, and you can really tell how much care goes into the experience. Pro tip: come on an empty stomach. The four-course meal is very filling and absolutely worth it. This is such a fun, cozy, and memorable dining experience, and I would 100% recommend it to everyone. We’ll definitely be back!

First time going to the Melting Pot and I was very disappointed. A dinner for two with gratuity already added $150 and the portions for the meats was not much at all. Only a few small chunks of steak and chicken. When I left I was not full. The atmosphere was nice and service was great. Dessert was delicious. Surprisingly the desert was portioned double what the main course of meat. At the end I will not be returning to this place again. Not worth the money at all.
