They have the best bagel breakfast sandwiches in town. My kids and I love the The Works, on a sesame bagel is my jam. The service is also consistently excellent. The owners and their crew are super friendly and always get our somewhat complicated order right.

This is the best bagel in Orange County. Welcoming staff and friendly environment. Enjoy.

Love the menu! All the bagels here are fresh and the menu items are delish. Had the Nova Lox and Cream cheese on a sourdough bagel 🤌, and the herb turkey 😋😋 - SO good! Atmosphere is cozy and clean.

My family is a regular here, and we absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and the bagels are AMAZING! We also order the chocolate muffin with chocolate chips and it tastes like the Disney land muffins Disney stopped selling! The matcha latte and chai tea are excellent! I seriously could go on and on about how great this place is.

Decent bagel shop! We were in the area for other reasons but wanted some lunch. We got the Italian sandwich on an asiago bagel, the BLAT on a garlic parmesan bagel, and a cheese pizza on a plain bagel. I wouldn't bother with the pizza bagels: plain tomato paste as the sauce. Our daughter liked it, but it's not quite worth the price. BLAT and Italian sandwiches were fantastic.

If you are going to be closed you need to update Google so your customers know. Ridiculous to put a sign in the window and think that’s ok when people may be getting up early and relying on your food and timing for breakfast. Bagels are good for west coast. Service is great when open.

This place is good. I've been here several times but not recently. The staff are always nice and they get the orders made relatively quickly. I had the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. If you're nearby and wanting breakfast, this is the best option.

This place is good. I've been here several times but not recently. The staff are always nice and they get the orders made relatively quickly. I had the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. If you're nearby and wanting breakfast, this is the best option.

Cashier took my coupon for a free soda but then I double checked receipt and he charged me for it anyway! Bagels are good though.

The bagels are good, the staff is nice, my concern is the way they cook the eggs in the microwaves in plastic containers which is unsafe.

I ordered the poppy bagel with Sun Dried tomato spread and it was literally pizza sauce. Gross. The lady behind the counter was trying to avoid customers. Peerless coffee is generally good, not great, but they even managed to screw that up with grounds in my cup. The poppy bagel itself was ok.

The food was tasty yet two major issues: 1. It wasn't crowded when I visited yet it took about 7-10 minute for a toasted bagel with cream cheese to be made. Seemed like an unnecessary long wait. And, 2. The cost for that bagel plus a small orange juice was about $13 plus tip. Just can't figure out why prices truly are so inflated.

Staff is mostly teenagers that don’t care to fix the issue, they just ignored me after I asked them to resolve it. Left a generous tip which I wish now I had not. Very smokey inside, I wouldn’t bring a baby. Breakfast bagel was average, nothing special but overpriced. No hand soap in the bathrooms. Would not recommend.

That they would not even notify the vendor unless I brought to them the molded bagel dog. I explained I have a picture in which they told me was not enough. So now I am posting it here to help spread awareness about it since they refused to do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend. I just looked at their yelp photos and this is not the first time they have sold molded food.
