I’ve been to chipotle multiple times the one in Palm Springs will not return to this one in Palm Desert paid 16 dollars for mainly tortilla and barely any rice they barely give you anything I looked at the guy behind the counter and said that was barely anything for what I’m paying. I do appreciate what they do but at least give bit more for what we are paying thank you!

This supposed to be Great Health Food!? My son drags me he on occasion, today I got a steak bowl.... STEAK!??? More like MISTAKE!! every single bite of the STEAK was like chewing an rubber flip flop GROSS. My son admitted the same was true with his too... Seems this place has MORE issues to work on... I'm not ever going back

Food was good but I noticed something, my friend (who got her food after me) ordered a bowl with both sour cream and then guac, when the worker but the guac on her bowl it got sour cream smeared on the spoon, which then got put back into the guac container. Please be more careful with cross contamination as if I had ordered after my friend and had gotten sour cream in my bowl (which contained guac) I would’ve been sick for about a week and possibly hospitalized (sounds dramatic, I’m aware.) teach workers how to flip the spoon and put it on to the bowl without smearing the spoon into the food already in it please.

I came to this chipotle with my family while on vacation. Food & Service was ok but we were missing 2 items from our order. I attempted to call them but no one answered.

Burrito and bowl both lacking chicken and pork, you had to hunt for the protein, hardly any in there. Teenage staff very inexperienced, could hardly understand English. Wouldn't go back, very expensive for what you actually get!

The guy ignored my directions on my food and I asked him to fix it and he refused. He also charged me for double chicken and didn’t actually give it to me. There was black chat on my quesadilla after all was said and done. This place used to be great but it has been terrible lately.

The food is good, the Burritos are Big So the bad customers service. We ordered lunches for our school every Tuesday, this time I went to pick it up at 10:30 am , they were working on it , waited 15 minutes , that was ok until , the guy came out and put the big box and the bag on the table and said, here you go , did not offered not even open the door to help me get out with that big box and a bag . Very rude, it was only one customer walking in at that time , a girl at the cash register and 4 or 5 guys working that shift. There was not a reason to be So Rude !

I had the absolute WORST experience at the Chipotle in Palm Desert. The staff here clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and the manager was beyond rude. My kids and I came in for lunch, and instead of being greeted with kindness, the manager aggressively told my children they needed to leave—for absolutely no reason at all. They weren’t being loud or disruptive; they were just standing by me while I ordered. When I asked the manager why they were being so harsh, they gave me nothing but attitude and treated us like we were a problem instead of paying customers. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life, and my kids left upset and confused. This location needs to seriously retrain their staff on how to treat families and people in general. I will NEVER return to this Chipotle, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid it as well. Disgusting service.

I like going here because it's close to me but I absolutely will avoid this location from now on. The workers here give you as little as possible and if you don't fully scream your order I guess they don't hear you either. I asked for barabacoa and chicken. I got 1 scoop of barabacoa and then I asked about the chicken. They proceeded to tell me "sorry I already put a full scoop. It's going to be extra if you want chicken" like I wanted to have double meat. I specifically said "half and half" too so I'm sure they are just trying to gouge people and it's disgusting. Also on a side note I watched the worker beforehand and the "full scoop" was as if they had given me what I wanted from the start and the "scoop" of beans was barely anything as well. So tell them exactly what you want and Make sure they don't upcharge you. And please tell your workers to actually get enough food into the bowl. Tried to go back and was charged for double barabacoa when I got chicken and barabacoa. Update: went back again during the day. Seems as if it's just the night shift that acts like the portions are coming out of their paycheck. 2nd update: every time I try to give this location another chance they always disappoint. This time I had gotten the same order but I had to ask 3 separate times to have enough rice. Afterwards I asked for double protein which they definitely shot changed me on. When I asked about the portions they asked if I'd like to upgrade to triple meat? I'm just going to go to a different location from now on because the workers there obviously hate people that ask for enough food. Also I did reach out and got 0 response. Management obviously doesn't care either. This whole location needs to improve their service or get some better training. 3rd update: portions were smaller than when they were trying to give small portions. Go to a different location if you really want some Chipotle. Almost walked out because I had to ask for extra stuff several times just to have a decent bowl. Obviously management doesn't care because nothing has been changed. Very disappointed.
