Why are they so cheerful? must be the caffeine. Usually order medium with 5 shots and 5 in the raw, that usually gets me to town.

They, without fail, have the best customer service everytime my wife and I go there (which is frequently). This is our favorite location even though we always have a good experience at all their locations (excluding the churn creek location in Redding near the post office, which is awful tbh).

Every time I go to this place the coffee is very well made I started off really enjoying the caramelizer but now I'm hooked on the hot white mocha sometimes I'll pass it and not act interested so my girlfriend brings it up so I don't feel bad for bringing it up all the time

Just went to get my dutch fix at palo cedro and had the greatest drink made outside of oregon absolutely picture perfect and super thick. Big big thanks to super guys jake and justin. Both of you are true dutch bros. Be seeing you again all the way from cottonwood just to get our fix.

I always love going to dutch and i love the customer service they have, my favorite is definitely there red bulls they have and so many options.

The drinks are consistently great unlike other places where it depends on who's working if the drink will be good or not. The drinks isn't too bitter nor is it too sweet it's a perfect balance. I do recommend switching to Dutch bros over everyone else.

Always love the coffee or any of their products. However, this location offers some access challenges. Not sure there is any space for any kind of remedy. A different PaloCedro location??

Delicious coffee, but I am taking away a star for the long wait and terrible menu. If you are not a regular, I would suggest looking at the menu online before going.

I've had better coffee in 7 eleven.

Most of the time when I comes though they very my order right. I get upset about the "dude,man" thing though as I am not either.

It's expensive and when i went to pay with my card they assumed I wanted to add the 3.95 tip automatically. Watch your price. He told me my total was 23.00 and went to pay and it was 27.00... Tsk tsk....

The employees are fantastic.. but the coffee is weak. I will rate them as better than Starbucks….

They don't provide a simple cup of black coffee. They mix in water with Expresso. How about a couple of different roast black coffee? Too many Fo Fo drinks.

Great coffee and great customer service. But this place has so much traffic in the mornings when I pull in. Each side has 4 to 6 vehicles and each one takes about 4/5 minutes. It's too long to wait for coffee. I usually pass through on a Friday or Saturday morning. I know Palo Cedro is a small community but 2 stands might turn just as much profit...

It's been getting worse over that past year. Girls with nasty fingernails running their fingers through hair then making drinks, touching tips of straws, wiping hands on clothing, scratching makeup coated faces. caring about how good they look over getting your drink right.. also too many hipster dudes period... bro beards and tattoos are not supposed to be making drinks.. I feel like I'm going through a prisoner drink line... We usually spend $200 or more per month, but not anymore. I went out to Anderson and got a wrong order, then took it back and they argued with me over it, then went into Palo Cedro and they have gotten the same order wrong 2 more times.. It is also rediculious when waiting in line, then 20 people walk up to the window. They do not take drink orders in order, so I was in a 4 car line for 30 minutes.. tired of wasting my money.. these companies will only comply when you stop spending money..

Was really unimpressed today with Dutch. Normally it's a good experience, I had 3 cards with 2 free Dutch and 1 extra stamp. And the girl in the window tore up one of my cards and said I didn't have enough. Then tells me "I'll give it to you today" I go to Dutch bros on a normal basis and this has never happened. Really disappointed with the service today.

Two of us ordered and Annihilator there were extremely without any flavor and seem very watered-down we went back and they did replace them with a different drink with no questions asked so they didn't try to make it good otherwise we super enjoy Dutch Brothers in all locations

I have never truly been satisfied with a Dutch Brothers latte which tastes mostly like sweet warm milk devoid of coffee flavor. The 3 stars are for Dutch Brothers fantastic staff and quick convenient drive through format. Please consider switching to more robust and flavorful coffee beans.Become a 5 star coffee leader.

Just too spendy for a drink al In all l the beverage is no doubt good but at the price of a cheap meal ,I think ill invest in a blender .

I usually love DB but this one is no bueno. Their freezes are always too liquid.. I guess because the machine is not ever cold enough and the freezes I get aren't here anything close to frozen like they are at other locations. Today they had just cleaned the freeze machine (at like 11:30am for some reason) when I pulled up and the broista was nice enough to try to make my blended freeze from scratch, but it just was not the same and tasted really bitter and gross. I ended up pouring it down the sink after a couple of sips and feeling very disappointed that I wasted my money. I will say the staff at this location are very nice! Usually they are on top of things and remember my order before I even ask because I live right down the street and I usually come here a few times a week. But idk today really was a let down. I'll likely be driving the extra 10 mins to DB in Redding for a better cup of coffee next time.

Awful their customer service is so awful and their coffee is just not good anymore, they get my order wrong always,I ordered a medium blended almond late extra sweetand it just tasted like phome and I asked for extra syrup because it didn’t taste like anything sweet and the guy got so rude about it like “ok fine”. I’m never going there again.
