Crumbl in Redding ca is a delicious place to visit, and they many options for many delious desserts. and they change up every week. So if you find something you like that week, be sure to go to or 3 times that week the service the food cleanliness of this place I give a ten a Perfect 10. This is definitely one of my favorite places to have a cookie. If you're ever in town, please stop by.

The cookies are amazing and huge!!!! It seems as if their menu changes and to order online yoi have to download an app. It was pretty simple to process an order then go and pick it up. They had delivery on the app, but I have not tried that yet. From the app it states that the menu changes weekly, but as some reviews stated when you walk in there is not a menu. Right by the cash register there is a display if the cookies and the prices with them. And you can also look up the flavors they are doing currently in the app. We usually buy a few cookies them cut them up so we can all taste the different flavors. They are bug enough to cut into fourths and easily share. The prices are expensive, for a dozen we paid close to 50. It us definitely worth taking the kids out for a treat now and thenand they package them up beautifully for you! The place looked very clean and you can clearly see the workers making the cookies, everything looked sanitary.

I really like this place. They messed up on my order the first time going but they made it right! I tried the mousse cup and tres leches cake!!! So gooood i didnt try a cookoe or brownie but im sure they are yummers

Great customer service 100% of the time I’ve been there. Cookies are too large for me personally but shareable if you cut them. Fun flavors! — edit: my bad - didn’t know about mini cookies… looks like I’ll have to go try today!—

Granddaughter had cookies delivered for my birthday. It was supposed to be a variety of different cookies but they were all the same. Chocolate chunk..2 boxes. They were good cookies and still a bit warm. But, not what she ordered online

Cookies: good/ great Expirence: hassle and waited forever customer service is non existent. I went outside just to call them because it was impossible to talk to anyone. Like calling AT&T. and getting thrown around their customer service tree. Its almost like it should just be a locker that u go up to and get ur cookies cause noone wants to talk at all

So... very bland customer service where the only thing said was "what's the name for your order?" NO HELLO, welcome to crumbl or anything close to that. Not sure what the heck is going on with crumbl- we keep giving them a try in different locations throughout the states. My daughter really wished there was better customer service since she likes their cookies. It's her birthday today and EVEN if it wasn't, customers should feel welcomed in their store. Disappointed.

We ordered a six pack of the mini cookies in a variety of flavors. Every single one was hard as a rock like they sat out for a few days. Really disappointing considering the six pack was almost $18. We won’t be back…

You finally start offering the cookies in a smaller version ...awesome!y Now change your cookies every week. We find something we finally like and it is gone. This why we stopped going the inconsistent product. It's to bad. In this economy i would think you would keep consistent there never seems to be a line anymore.

What a horrible experience. Stood at counter several minutes. Nobody acknowledged us. Staff looked at us and kept working. Display cookies on counter were gross. Store was dirty. Somebody finally asked if we needed help and then promptly told us their system was down and we could not be helped. Won't be back. I traveled from out of town and this was one of the stops I was looking forward to the most. They clearly don't care!

This is what the cookies looked like by the time I arrived home after a 20 mile drive. So disappointing I am bringing these to a Thanksgiving gathering, and I was so excited to bring these... Now I'm just going to be embarrassed. I really wish that they would have thoughtfulness in regards to transporting these mini pies, a small cardboard divider within the box would work.. I'm still bringing them, and I hope they taste good.

I went to Crumbl for the first time in Redding CA to buy cookies for a birthday and didn’t realize I had to order from the kiosk until the person behind me started using one. I asked her if that’s what I had to do and she said yes. There is no sign stating that you must use the kiosk. In the meantime, 3 people behind me got their order before me. There were two workers who never acknowledged myself or anyone else in the store. No “hello” or “welcome in”. There might as well be robots working the store. Due to the lack of customer service and no signage about the kiosk, I will never go back. I prefer the local cookie stores anyway.

10/10/2025 6:40PM - Customer service was so bad it disgusted me, not too mention the floor was absolutely foul. After purchasing my brownie, I was not given complete change as they did not have pennies. After the transaction they began to tell me they were out and then refused to exchange my already underpaid change for my $10 back leaving me with a bunch of random bills and they stole my 2 cents.

On free cookie day there were no free cookies. The mini desserts I got were turned over when I got them. Now I know why they don't open the box and show you your desserts before they give them to you. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Some Cashews

Literally some of the most flavorless and low quality cookies I have ever tried. It seems like they are barely even cooked, you can actually see the difference from the outside which was actually somewhat cooked and the inside which is pretty much just a flavorless dough. Eating just a few bites makes you feel sick and I’m able to eat a tremendous amount of cookies normally but these are nauseatingly bad. If a cookie was cooked like a blue steak this would be it.
