The workers there were kind, helped me choose my smoothie today. I only been to Jamba twice. So they helped and explained the menu. The eviroment at this Jamba jusice is nice. It helps to have nice workers there. They made the smoothie and pastry perfectly. They have seats inside to wait for your drink. I recommend this place!
New location close to home. Like that I can order on my app and pick it up on my way to work. Try the PB chocoalate love if you're into peanut butter and chocolate. There are a few seats inside but there is also outside seating if its a warm day. Team is friendly! Thank you!

It was delicious! The only thing i have to say is that the bowls are pricey for the size!! They are soooo small! Overall it tasted amazing and the customer service was top tier. :)
The staff was amazing my son has a tree nut allergy and they were very patient and helpful in making sure we got something that was safe and delicious. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.
I am in love with the White Gummie smoothie. However, the young man (forgot his name) who greeted us with his big beautiful smile suggested the Red Gummie made with Strawberries. It was good, and I might get it again. But that white Gummie is my absolute favorite! Good job
I love this location! All the staff is excellent and it’s my favorite part of the workday! I always feel so refreshed and happy. Everyone’s always very very friendly and makes me feel welcome! I’m really really happy my bus layover is next to this location and I always feel so great after having the healthy bowls and smoothies from there! The way I see it coming home it’s great things like this that make life great and bring me happiness 😊
Friendly service and they were attentive. Had good suggestions. They made the smoothie well. The hanging menu signs need to be at an angle or the lights re directed. It's hard to read as it picks up glare from the lights and reflects it. Plus I have bad vision so it's doubly hard.
Love love loveee! This is my go to smoothie place always super fast and super friendly & may I add super clean! Emily is always doing a fantastic job with my razzmatazz smoothie love her! can not recommend this location enough!
Awesome staff. Very kind. My drink was very good, just the way I asked for it. I didn't know they served coffee drinks now, will have to try it next time i come in. The place was very clean, cleaner than most other Jambas I've been to.
Customer service was great. Decided to try something new. Choose this pink deliciousness called Aloha Pineapple. Although I did not taste the pineapple, this was a sweet treat.🤗
Great service. The young gentlemen was very nice. I did enjoy my smoothie but it just tasted like protein a bit too much. I did ask for extra fruit but I guess the protein took over
I’m not amazed at this location. But you won’t be disappointed to often when ordering. However they hire a lot of young staff and they don’t always know what they’re doing and they aren’t knowledgeable about the products. Also sometimes strange characters will linger in the store so it also isn’t that comfortable.
Asked for a CHOCOLATE MOOD told the guy at the front how i usually have problems with them making me a PEANUT BUTTER MOOD. He assured me of my order and i heard him tell the female shake creator of my order being a CHOCOLATE MOOD. Came home and what did I taste, a PEANUT BUTTER MOOD smh. It was for my wife and if it wasnt for my daughter I wouldve gave it a 1 star rating. Not to mention as i left i told her " have a good one" what she do, ignore me. Only reason im righting THIS is because when i called TWICE to voice all this, no answer.
Horrible customer service. Bought this açaí bowl and it was super soupy and watered down. Went back to ask to see if they can maybe give me a new one and said that it’ll be from the same batch. Come to realize they have the bowls outside on the counter melting.
Worst jamba juice around the area, I ordered through the app an acai primo bowl & 10 minutes after I placed my order, I got a call from one of the associates stating that they didn't have no bananas, strawberries or blueberries I went ahead & told them if I can cancel my order they say yes I said ok thank you but then it still show on the app so I drove to the location & ask them why is it still shows as I need to pick up the order both associates stated that they cancel the order which that didn't happened & I was actually charge, for something I didn't even actually received. I have tried to contact the store multiple times, but they don't answer calls. When finally somebody pick up my call, they say they will let their manager know about what happened. I checked my email to find out they only refunded me half of the money when it should have been the whole amount since I didn't receive any food. Do not waste your time in this place. They need to train their employees to give better customer service.

Providing excellent customer service includes taking appropriate steps to rectify any errors and ensure customer satisfaction. They added a vitamin boost to my drink without my authorization. My drink tasted awful. I was very dissatisfied. I did not get what I paid for. I would like a refund, please. I purchased each drink separately, back-to-back, in two separate transactions. The first drink that I ordered, I asked for a vitamin boost. The second drink was a Mango GoGo small. I ordered it as a regular Mango GoGo and I wanted it extra sweet. I specifically said, "no boost."
Customer service is the worse at this location, they will make you wait 10 mins just to take your order. Is ridiculous like what's the point of going in. Also they make their little jokes in the back, I seen the manager encourage this behavior. How about demonstrate some leadership instead
Horrible customer service!!! The so called manager named Bernadette was very rude. First of all, we come here AT LEAST once a week & we've never had an issue AT ALL with any of the other employees. When we ordered, my dad showed them his military ID for the 10%. She didn't even know how to take the discount off. She had to call for help. Then I showed her my $25 gift card & she tried to say that they don't accept gift cards because their scanner is broken. I told her "They never scan my gift cards, they manually put it in" & that's when her attitude started to kick in. She still tried to scan the card on the scanner a few times (I thought it was broken remember) then she finally typed in the numbers & of course it went through. So then we wenr outside to sit on the chairs & wait for our order. We get our order and immediately after that she comes out & says "We're closed now". We're OUTSIDE (not in the store) just drinking our drinks that we just received & she's basically trying to make us leave already. My dad told her "You need to be nice, it's unprofessional, that's not good customer service & we come here all the time" and she was like I AM NICE!!!! Never coming here again, thanks to her.
