This is what I remember Taco Bell being when I was kid. Lots of fresh shredded cheese, large portions. For a fast food restaurant I was happy. They even offer complimentary drinks for children which is unheard of these days. As for this location, all the food was made correctly, excellent portions, and the staff was amazing. Incredibly friendly, caring and genuinely seemed happy to be there. We don’t live in Paris TX but pass through often while traveling. Will gladly return to this Taco Casa.

This Taco Casa has made great improvements. The staff was very polite and provided great food. We were so impressed. We stopped going to this restaurant over a year ago because of it's major decline in service and product. We are so glad we gave it a second chance. I believe they have staff that care about their job and care about the patrons. I believe it is a direct reflection of good management and staff. Thank you for bringing us back. I rarely frequent Taco Casa, not for any dislike, just geographically not convenient. I was in the neighborhood and drove through. I was unfamiliar with the menu so I was happy to see the portion of the super tostada! I was even more excited to be offered a coupon calendar for half the price $5. I purchased one when I was told I could use any months coupon anytime between then and the end of the year. I've made a point to go by whenever I am anywhere near the location! Staff is great and food is large portion as well as good. Thank you to the girl in the window!✌️😊

Food is all cooked and made fresh. Fresh cut vegetables, no bagged meat, beans, or vegetables. Tastes so go. They are the Taco Bell of yesteryear! Highly recommend!

The girls up front were so sweet, I picked up for my work and they had it all ready in a very short amount of time. They gave me a pen and a whole bottle of taco sauce! Jeanie helped me take my order to my car, was very sweet and helpful!

Everything is fresh, tasty, and made to order. Their menu may be pretty simple, but I prefer their flavors to those of the "Bell". The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They bring your food to the table, offer drink refills, and take care of cleaning up when you leave...all with a happy, cheerful attitude. The whole restaurant, including the restrooms is kept super clean. Customer Service A+++!

This place is amazing. The building and the sign make it look like you are going to get a tiny plate of food. If you order the nachos you better be hungry!! The burrito is also large and yummy. Been to a lot of different taco casa’s in Texas and came down to visit some family, this is by far the best one!!! Everything was fresh, employees were so friendly treated you like you were family. And crazy fast service!

Sure do miss Taco Casa! The food was good and freshly made as usual. Its been a minute since we have had the pleasure of eating at Taco Casa. Alabama doesn't have them. Its a shame the folks in Alabama don't get the pleasure of eating here.

You'll never eat Taco Bell again after having Taco Casa! Taco Casa in Paris is our mid-way stopping point when driving Tulsa to Shreveport. Fresh crispy tacos with loads of cheese are my favorite! The staff has always been friendly. The bathrooms have needed some maintenance the past few times I've visited. That's why 4☆ not 5☆.

Just what you expect. Good food at a great price. Service is good and staff are friendly. I grab lunch here regularly. Drive through line can get long and move a bit slow though.

I like their tea, friendly ladies at the window, the super tostda is really good and super nacho's,and the hard taco are good. I want to make a suggestion,if someone has a big order, but the person behind them doesn't have much,why could they pull the person in front up and get the next person to keep the line moving,instead of having someone just waiting on tea to be held up,just a suggestion,nothing bad,I do like going there.

Food's great, but the service is not even begin to be friendly

I was actually surprised about this place. I had what they call "taco lite" it was a big taco in a fried flour tortilla shell. If I hadn't read that it was flour tortilla I wouldn't have noticed. The taco was stuffed to the top with meat lettuce cheese and tomato, thought I was going to have to eat it with a fork. I also had the sweet tea it was very good also. I ate my meal inside the building and looked at what others were eating and everything looked good. I'm going to say that most items are good since the line in the drive thru was wrapped around the building and almost in the street.

Pretty basic tacos, burritos, and such, but really good. Their store is very clean and have a great staff of employees that are courteous and helpful. I enjoy their taco salad. They give discounts to any public servant. Tea is really sweet, but that's Texas. Won't be for everyone, but go half and half if that's you.

Really good bang for your buck. Inexpensive Mexican fast food. Quick service & friendly staff. Willing to accommodate any mix & match order you can think up. TV's are a plus on game day. And don't forget if you're a Campbell Soup employee, show your badge get 10% off.

My favorite to get a quick taco

Taco Casa has good food especially when they're running specials. You can get a full meal for a very reasonable price. The kids and adults can all find something on the menu. They can get busy at times and when they're busy it can take a bit longer to get your food but that's not normally the case. It's just good fast food Tex-mex food.

That just don't put much food on the shell. And don't be very friendly.

Good ol greasy tacos. Sometimes pretty slow when they're busy. Going inside to place your order will not make it any faster than sitting in the drive thru. In fact, the counter clerk specifically told me as much.

Nice to see a basic menu - with solid quality food - I read that this place preserved the original Taco Bell recipes - and I have to say that is accurate to my memory. I recommend Taco Casa.

Manger refused to add nacho cheese to my encharito (don’t know if I spelled it correctly) she said it was a hazard and against company policy! Every taco casa I’ve ever been to adds it with no problem. She made a huge deal about it. Other employees are nice and friendly. Food is good !

We were towing our trailer and got to the restaurant at 8:01. The dining room still had people in it. The worker came outside to the parking lot to tell my husband that the dining room closed at 8. He got back in the truck at 8:04. Sad she couldn't help us out. I get it, but we couldn't go through the drive-thru.

I have been to Taco Casa at least 100 times since they opened. I enjoyed their food but for months now their bean burritos have been horrible. The beans are so watery and the tortilla soggy. The last 5 times this has happened and now I don't even bother getting them there. One of those times I got the bean burrito and the beans were so watery that when I picked the wrapped burrito up, the watery beans fell all over the place and burned my hand and my legs. I had red marks for hours. I still enjoy the tacos but something really needs to be done about watering down the beans. In the beginning your bean burritos were so good. Now I would never recommend them to anyone. I still eat Taco Casa but will not waste my money on the bean burritos. I had to throw away 4 burritos and will not be wasting money on any more. Please make the beans thick like they were before.

What happened? Drive all the way from Houston to stop at my favorite TC and it was a let down...this is not the norm. That sweet tea though!...and the service is always great.

Ordered 6 bean and cheese burritos in the drive through. When we got them, there were hardly any beans, a big clump of cheese, and they were half the size as usual! Too much tortilla, according to the amount of filling. After my son tore off the extra, empty part of the tortilla, the burrito was about the size of a taco!! And they were cold because of the clump of cheese! This is the Taco Casa across from Whataburger, and by Catfish King. Their food is definitely not the same as it was!

Meh.. Ok if you are in a pinch. $6 for one soft and one crunchy taco isn’t horrible, but the food was cold. Restaurant wasn’t well staffed and was dirty.

Not sure if anyone has told yall but "steamed" tortillas is an absolute abomination to a Texan; must be some Wyoming thing or something lol. I heard this place is the original Taco Bell so I expected more. Super tacos are good however. Hot sauce needs a bit more tang and spice.

I love taco casa I get it a few times a week. It seems like they’re always training new people so I get it but their ratio is never the same. I got a bean and got 1/4th bean and 3/4ths cheese. Idk if they were running low and didn’t wanna make more or what. Who wants that much cheese ?

On Monday November 9 2020 about 1:15 went inside because drive thru wasn't moving. As I walked up to the counter there was a man asking for a refill which they had a sign up no refills which he did not see. The girl at the counter couldn't have been rudder to a customer. No refills he ask why. because of the the virus now I have seen this before in fast food but they just give you another cup but not her I placed my order then he came back and ask for the manager the manager came and gave him a small cup for him to pour in his cup. That was really hard. Plus the girl didn't have her mask on right her nose was not covered and she kept running her nose with her hands. Disgusting. .

I love Taco Casa and I have eaten at a lot of different locations. This is the one and only location where I have encountered tacos with such little meat cheese and lettuce. I ate three and left still hungry. Trying to cut costs to increase profit does not work for long.

I have never tasted such a gross burrito before. It was mushy and fell apart as soon as you picked it up. I took a second bite just to make sure but the whole thing tasted like olive juice and paper. Only reason I’m even giving two stars is that the customer service was good enough. Never again.

Super taco shell was stale, asked for sour cream in our bean burritos, paid for it- didn't get it + we’ve never had bean burritos with so little filling at any taco casa ever- bigger ones at Taco Bell and that’s pretty sad. Service was meh. Restrooms need a good scrubbing. Owner needs to do some serious training. Worst Taco Casa we’ve ever visited-and we’ve been to multiple.

Very disappointing to pay $3 a burrito for basically a Tortilla. There's very little beans, and cheese. The quality of the food has gone way downhill very disappointed.

We stopped in after baseball game last week and they had the lobby locked, so we go through the drive through and they were very rude, I should have just left but family back in Bonham were dead set on Taco Casa. We get all the way back to Bonham to realize the 2 cups of beans and cheese I ordered weren't even half full with all the cheese. The beans didn't even cover the bottom of the cup. I will NEVER go to the Paris Taco Casa again. I would rather drive to Dallas for out Taco Casa!!!

I normally have great experience here. However, today the lady taking orders over the speaker system informed me I would get a cup of mild sauce to add to my burrito myself because they are only allowed to put so much on each. There is literally a button to add extra mild sauce, just like adding sour cream. She told me it was a burn..? Someone please tell this lady how it's done. I get Taco Casa normally twice a week.

I have been to a lot of taco casa. I think at each one you get different food quality. This was the first time at this location. I got the chili burgers and soft tacos. The chili burgers were the smallest at any location i have been to. They were tiny almost looked like sliders hahaha. They also gave me a bag that had taco sauce on the outside of the bag all over. I would of been super pissed if i did not see it amd i got all over my seat.

Love me some taco casa but,if you're wanting to get your moneys worth this isn't the place. Ordered 5 tacos and they are half full at best. What a let down and definitely not up to taco casa standards. Just goes to show they aren't all the same

I had to dig around my super salad just to find the meat. When I questioned why there was not more meat on it, I was told that they only "give" a scoop of meat. I explained that I have been to many taco Casas and this salad is not the same because the others have more meat. I mean really...I'm not asking for anything free. Just give me what I paid for. Lost my business and you should think twice about "giving" yours.

Love the Waco location, Paris always out of food, have to wait 30 minutes for food and order is wrong and waited another 10 minutes for the rest of my order. Filthy dining room and restroom. Day shift seems to have more luck. Sad cause I drive a long way to come. 😢

Used to really enjoy this location because it was clean, the employees were friendly and it was a pretty good value. That has all slowly changed. I have told myself at my past three visits over the past year that I wouldn't come back, yet each time I have given them another chance. This evening's visit just enforced my don't go back attitude.

Two thumbs down to your South Church Street location drive thru service. Separate times my orders were messed up. They have been for two months now. Your drive thru attendant is friendly but whomever is handed the food is not correctly preparing orders. I ordered two bean burritos one mild. One spicy. Both did NOT have sauce. And line cook peeped around the drive thru attended. I ordered cheese nachos with jalapeños one the side. It did NOT have any jalapeños. I live too far out to return and deal with it.

After years of my husband and I using the Taco Casa text rewards, we had an issue. We always show both text from 2 different phones, no big deal no problem. This time the employee didn't know what he was doing and the "manager" said we'd have to go through the drive thru twice because she couldn't do 2 separate orders. Employees and managers all need to know the same rules, because obviously someone is wrong.

No sour cream, which we were told when we ordered at the drive through. But when we got to the window she let us know that they had run out of salsa packets ten minutes earlier but that they could sell us a bottle of salsa. Upcharged for the salsa but no discount for lack of sour cream. They made extra money but lost a customer. I questioned her and she said the manager was there on shift and that's what they told her to do.

Ordered a gallon of sweet tea they gave me unsweetened this was the second time so I called and they asked if I had my receipt I told them no I was traveling 3 hours and left it where I was going. They said nothing they could do for me so I asked since I paid with a credit card and I know what time it was and exactly what I ordered if they could look it up and they said no it would take too long. They were rude and I said this was the second time and they didn't seem to care. I won't be going back and continue to given the wrong order and they being accused of trying to get free stuff.

Those were the worst nachos I have ever had. We paid for extra meat for 3 orders we had to share one definitely not worth the money

The customer service was good, but my burrito didn't hardly have any meat on it. It was stuffed with more cheese, lettuce,and tomatoes with the thinnest layer of meat. I've never had a more poorly made burrito. I had to unroll it just to see if there was even meat on it.

Food came out quick, but was cold and unappetizing. Sucks that the Taco Bueno across the street closed down, because that left us with this as the only option for a burrito. Definitely never going to this one again.

This place will be lucky to ever get my business again! Not because the food's bad....that's not it at all. Yesterday, Monday March 18, there was a sign advertising 99 cent tacos for Taco Tuesday out by the road. I went to work at 5:30 Tuesday morning and thought about, and talked about, .99 cent tacos all day. When I got off work at 4 p.m., I drove straight to Taco Casa to get tacos for my family for dinner only to be told by the cashier that they had changed the price at 9 a.m. that morning, Tuesday, to $1.99! Bait and Switch? False Advertising? I told them I was going to call corporate and no thank you, I wasn't interested. It would have been different had the tacos been ADVERTISED for $1.99, but they were advertised for 99 cents. I'll NOT be going back. Guess I need to try Taco Bueno.

Chose to lock the doors 50 minutes early and point at drive thru. Glad i drove for 6 hours to sit down out of the car at the taco casa before i headed north to Oklahoma. Customer lost.

Have no idea what happened to this place. Used to be good, friendly and accurate. My bf and I went last night for dinner and not only did the lady who was taking our order straight out not listen, but also got the name wrong on our ticket. IDK who Jefferson was, but it isn't my bf. Also, if you're going to charge for extra olives, please put more than just 3 more on there!! I didn't even get my frijoles and had to ask 3 times for my tea too. They were also apparently out of spicy taco sauce but didn't tell anyone. Very disappointing. Used to be amazing

We just tried to walk into the lobby to get food to go and we were turned away and told to go through the drive thru. We tried to explain to the man that we couldn’t fit into the drive thru because of we have a large truck pulling a 40’ trailer. He absolutely refused to serve us. Horrible service! Do not recommended.

The meat tasted like it was a week old. This is the worst one I have been to. We do not have a Taco Casa anywhere near me. So when we are traveling and I see one I always want to stop. I will never stop there again, so very disappointing. And you can't get ahold of anybody to complain about it. And of course it's DoorDash, because we're in a big rig, so yeah, the food there really sucked

They're usually good, but I went there on Friday, November 7th around 8 pm. They told me to let them know when I got the order because they were locking up the lobby then. Multiple employees were talking about being ready to get out of there, and 1 was gleefully declaring how he only had 10 more days there. After a bit, they called out my order, I let the employee cleaning the lobby know, so then I leave and go home, and the part of the order I was going to eat was missing, and I tried to call back to the store several times and just got a busy signal. Probably won't go back for a while.

I love taco casa, but maybe skip this one. Service was terrible. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and was repeatedly ignored, so finally went through the drive thru. Sub par service there too. I actually almost pulled away and went to taco Bueno but realized it is permanently closed. Then for some odd reason my taco was covered in sour cream? I hate sour cream! Staff looked high and definitely acted like it! Skip this location

I ordered tacos and a bean burrito, and both were seriously lacking in the main ingredients. The tacos had barely any meat—just a sprinkle that got lost in the lettuce—and the bean burrito was almost empty, like they forgot the beans altogether. For a place that’s supposed to specialize in tacos and burritos, this felt like a letdown. Not worth the price, and definitely not satisfying. Hope they step it up.

Great price, food, and service.... this used to be my thoughts on this specific location, however things have changed. The service is spotty at best depending on which time of day you visit. The portions will differ greatly as well. For instance if you go during the day you will get taco bell sized portions (super small) and the sides of your crispy taco will touch. Your burrito would actually qualify as a party burrito from Taco Bueno... If you go during the evening hours usually you will get the size portions that brought us all to taco casa. Management needs to figure it out quick...
